In 1988 the team was awarded the Bettridge Trophy for Most Consistent team, the Culkin Trophy for Highest Goal Aggregate, Joe Kek Shield as Club Team of the Year, Western NSW Champion of Champions, and winners of the Coonamble, Narromine and Dubbo and District’s Knockouts. Ben Hunt, Adam O’Sullivan and Doug North forged stellar careers in the cricket world, building on the discipline and skills base they learned with the Panthers.
