At Page, we transform thoughtful concepts into physical form, crafting human-centric environments that blend creative passion, aesthetic precision, and measurable performance. Our process is fueled by inspiration—rooted in storytelling, refined through sketch and digital design, and realized with a deep understanding of space, scale, and materiality.

Obsessed with composition and function, we create environments that not only look and feel exceptional but also enhance wellbeing and harmonize with their surroundings.

300 Main

Welcoming, including, and promoting human connection

At 300 Main, San Antonio’s energy meets elevated living. Towering above downtown, Page designed two interlocking towers that house 350 thoughtfully designed residences, a sprawling amenity deck on level seven, and a sky deck on level 25 with sweeping views of the city and Hill Country.

At street level, vibrant retail spaces and a welcoming portecochère create a seamless connection to the neighborhood. The building’s dark brick, steel, and glass exterior reflects San Antonio’s architectural heritage while embracing a modern, refined aesthetic.

Inside, classic materials like plaster and wood flooring pair with contemporary steel and glass, striking a balance between warmth and sophistication. A contextual brick parking podium blends effortlessly into the cityscape while providing over 450 spaces.

300 Main is a bold, dynamic addition to downtown, designed for those who want to live at the center of it all.

Community & Transit

300 Main seamlessly blends history with modern urban living, honoring the iconic Milam Building while embracing the energy of downtown San Antonio. Thoughtfully designed masonry complements the city’s architectural character, reinforcing a sense of place, connection, and preservation.

Prioritizing people over cars, the ground level creates an inviting pedestrian experience with welcoming seating and vibrant gathering spaces. A beautifully designed plaza fosters interaction, making it a destination for residents, visitors, and the local community.

Strategically located in the heart of downtown, 300 Main offers unmatched accessibility, boasting a Walk Score of 90 (“Walker’s Paradise”) and a Transit Score of 85 (“Excellent”), with a city bus stop on-site. Sustainable mobility is a priority, featuring ample exterior bike racks, a Swell Cycle bikeshare station, and 56 secure bike parking spaces for residents.

300 Main is a dynamic hub where history, connectivity, and forward-thinking design create an exceptional urban lifestyle.

Weaving Together San Antonio's Artistic Heritage with Modern Design Elements

300 Main offers a curated living experience where design, art, and materials tell a story — honoring San Antonio’s rich character while embracing modern sophistication. Led by Page, the interior design seamlessly integrates furniture, art, and accessories, ensuring every element aligns with the overall vision. This thoughtful, turnkey approach elevates the residential experience, transforming each space into a cohesive and refined environment.

300 Main’s public spaces feature eye-catching commissioned artworks by local artists Oscar Alvarado and Lionel Sosa. These installations serve as bold focal points, deeply rooted in San Antonio’s culture and identity, dynamically bridging past and present.

Furniture selections strike a perfect balance between comfort and refinement. Warm, tactile materials honor craft and tradition, while blackened steel brings a contemporary edge. Layered with rich textiles and area rugs, the design adds depth, color, and a sense of storytelling — reinforcing a deep connection to place.

The result? A seamless blend of heritage and innovation—a living environment that honors the past while embracing the future of downtown San Antonio.

Knocking It Out Of The Park With Furniture

When Furniture Services are in scope, Page’s interior designers ensure the design intent comes to life. At FIRMSPACE Chicago, that means striking the right balance – sophistication with subtle, baseballinspired details that connect the coworking space to both its urban and professional context.

This approach plays out in both bold and nuanced ways. Executive and lounge chairs in warm saddle leather recall the rich patina of a wellworn baseball glove, while topstitch details – literally called “baseball stitching” – add a refined nod to the game. Meeting spaces feature high-backed seating and sleek conference tables, evoking the presence of a classic executive suite. In shared lounges and breakout areas, a mix of bar-height stools and lounge seating encourages both collaboration and quiet focus. The result? A workspace that is elevated, inviting, and attuned to the professionals who thrive there.

Elevated Amenity Spaces Design for Function and Sophistication

Specified and procured by Page, The Westcott’s amenity furnishings balance hospitality-level sophistication with residential comfort. The Co-work Lounge redefines the business center, offering thoughtfully subdivided niches for individuals and groups. Each setting is designed for function and refinement, creating a workspace that feels as elevated as the rest of the residence.

Design Elements of The Westcott's High-End Luxury Living

Balancing residential scale and intimacy within an expansive floorplate became a key design challenge. The solution? A planning approach that prioritizes strong exterior connections and a material palette that adapts to each space’s function without relying on a singular motif. Thoughtful layering of materials, detailing, and spatial transitions helps create a cohesive yet varied experience.

The interiors team played a critical role in shaping not only the interior spaces but also influencing the exterior palette, portecochère, and terrace design. Their scope included project branding, wayfinding, and environmental graphics, ensuring a seamless visual and experiential identity.

Charm that Inspires, with Details that Delight

The name and brand is designed to reflect the project's architectural language and urban energy. Through branding, signage, and experiential graphics, the identity creates a cohesive visual and spatial narrative, aligning with the materiality and lifestyle of residents engaged in the city's cultural and social fabric.

Details throughout the project reinforce a cohesive brand narrative. Materials like fluted glass and layered acrylics draw from the interior palette, creating continuity between architectural elements and spatial experience.

Anatomy of a Model

Model residences do more than showcase interiors—they create an emotional connection to the space and illustrate a potential lifestyle. At The Westcott, Page designed two distinct models, The Outdoor Enthusiast and The Collector, each crafted to appeal to different sensibilities and expand the property's reach.

The Outdoor Enthusiast embraces rich, dark wood finishes and a masculine aesthetic. The design evokes the lifestyle of someone who spends weekends on the water, with curated elements like a record display that feels both personal and intentional.

In contrast, The Collector’s model is defined by softer tones and layered textures. A gallery wall of international artwork reflects a lifetime of travel and cultural appreciation. Rather than a typical coin bowl, the space features foreign currency, subtly reinforcing a narrative of exploration and global perspective.

Beyond aesthetics, these models are designed with nuanced details that invite personal resonance. By creating environments that feel lived-in yet aspirational, Page ensures that prospective residents connect with the space in a memorable way—one that lingers long after the tour concludes.
