ThefullAnnualTuitionFeesarepayableinadvancebyinternationalmoneytransfer(IMT)inAustralianDollarsto OxleyChristianCollegeonacceptanceofanofferofenrolment,aspertheconditionssetoutintheInternational StudentEnrolmentApplicationandConditionsformandOfferofEnrolmentletter.Thesefeesareonlyrefundedifthe studentvisaisnotgranted.PleasenotethatwhensendinganIMT,mostbankschargeafee.Thisfeeshouldbeadded tothepayment.
InSecondaryYears,studentsidentifiedasrequiringIntegratedEnglishfor10or20weeksarechargedatthenormal SchoolTermfeeoftheappropriateyearlevel.IntegratedEnglishisthestudyofvarioussubjects,includingEnglishas anAdditionalLanguage(EAL),Mathematics,Science,Art,InformationTechnology(IT),Culture,SportandPhysical Education(PE),withanemphasisonimprovingEnglish.StudentswillbeenrolledintheIEprogramforaperiodas nominatedbytheCollegewiththeintentiontotransferstudentsintothemainstreamprogramuponcompletion.In PrimaryYears,Englishsupportmayberequiredfor10hoursperweekatacostof$380perweek.

A. TheApplicationFeeispayableonacceptanceoftheOfferofEnrolment.
B. The Family Bond is payable on acceptance of the Offer of Enrolment. Half of the bond ($1,000) is refundable (credited to the school fees account) at the end of Term 3 in the first year of enrolment, subject to the school
fees account being up-to-date in accordance with approved repayment arrangements. The bond may be forfeited if the account and / or Homestay account is not up-to-date. The other half of the bond ($1,000) is refundable on the student’s completion of their studies at Oxley. Refer to the College Business Statement for fulldetails.
C. TheCollegearrangesthestudent’stransportfromtheairportorfromotherlocationswhentransferringfrom anotherschool.

F. Students studying in Years 7 – 12 will be provided with a College owned Digital Device and accessories to be used at the College and at home for school work. All necessary software and applications will be provided on thedevice.TheTuitionFeesincludetheprovisionofthedigitaldeviceandrelatedserviceswhileyourstudent remainsattheCollege.
VisaconditionsrequireOSHC(approximately$675peryear)forthefulllengthofthevisadurationtobepaidin advancebeforearrivalinAustralia.TheestimatedfullcostoftheOSHCwillbeincludedinyourOfferofEnrolment letterforpaymentatthesametimeasotherinitialfees.Thefollowing websitelinkwillprovidehelpfulinformation aboutthisrequirement.

Achargeofupto$500peryearispayableforstudentsstudyingVCEsubjects(usuallyinYears11and12).Thischarge willbebilledtothestudentaccount(usually)inMayeachyearafterreceiptoftheaccountfromtheGovernment.The feemaybelessthanthisamount,dependingonthenumberofschooltermsforwhichthestudentisenrolled,and thenumberofVCEsubjectsbeingundertaken
TheApplicantisresponsibleforSteps1,3and5.
CompletetheInternationalStudentEnrolmentApplicationandConditionsformandsendittotheCollege representativetogetherwith:
a) Student’sPassport,BirthCertificate,ImmunisationScheduleandManagementPlans(e.g.Asthma)or SpecialistReports(e.g.ADHD),ifapplicable.
b) Certifiedcopiesofthestudent’slatestschoolreportsandpublicexaminationcertificates.
c) CompletedOxleyChristianCollegeEnglishTest.StudentswhohavebeenassessedbyanOxley representativeintheirowncountry,orstudentswhohaveanappropriateaccreditedEnglishscore(such asIELTS),willnotberequiredtocompletetheOxleyEnglishTest.AnAEASTestmayalsoberequiredby theCollege.TheCollegewilldeterminewhetherthestudentisreadytoenterdirectlyintomainstream classesorwillberequiredtoentertheOxleyIntegratedEnglishclassesfor10or20weeks.
d) SubjectSelectionform(forYears11and12only).
StepTwo
IftheCollegeapprovesyourapplicationforaplace,wewillforwardanOfferofEnrolmentletterthroughouragentor directtotheapplicant.
OnreceiptoftheOfferofEnrolmentletter,theapplicantwillberequiredtocompleteandreturntous,throughour agent,theOxleyAcceptanceofOfferformandcompleteabanktransferoffundstocoverthefeesasdetailedinthe OfferofEnrolmentletterandtheAcceptanceofOfferform.ForstudentswhowillbeaccommodatedinanOxley ChristianCollegeHomestay,theOfferofEnrolmentletterwillincludearequirementtopaythefirst4weeks’ Homestayfee,whichiscurrently$1,600($400perweek).Afterthefirst4weeksofaccommodation,thestudentpays theHomestayfeedirectlytotheHomestayparent,everyfortnight,inadvance.
OnreceiptofthecompletedAcceptanceofOfferformwiththerequiredfeesandproofofOSHCfortheperiodofthe student’svisa,theCollegewillforwardaConfirmationofEnrolmentform(CoE).Forstudentswhowillbe accommodatedinanOxleyChristianCollegeHomestay,theCollegewillalsoforwardaConfirmationofAppropriate AccommodationandWelfareletter(CAAW).

Applyonlineforyourstudentvisa,viatheAustralianDepartmentofHomeAffairswebsite.Youwillberequiredto followtheonlineprocessanduploadvariousdocumentation,includingtheCoEandCAAW.Visaprocessingusually takesbetween4to8weeks.
