Brie L’Indulgent™ finished ahead of 22 other entries at the 2022 World Championship Cheese Contest in Wisconsin, with a nearperfect score of 99.55. Crafted in a plant in Raival, France, Brie L’Indulgent is a rich and surprisingly smooth cheese.

Foodie Engineers His Own Career with Smoked Seasonings
‘Thank You’ from The Big Cheese
Getting laid off from his Silicon Valley job might have been the best thing for Kirk Wells. He had followed his father into the world of engineering, but then took the path of his mother, a baker, although along a more savory route. In 2014, Wells decided he needed to create a smoker for seasonings, which he manufactured in his garage. His smoked seasonings were soon in high demand from his circle of friends. Eventually, started selling his seasonings online and in farmers markets and built larger capacity smokers so he could produce his seasonings on a larger level. AM: The pandemic proved to be one of the toughest times in business I’ve ever been through. However, as the smoke cleared, we were able to continue our endeavor to produce the best specialty fresh mozzarella products we could.
