To Lake Conroe/Houston North KOA Holiday.
Welcome to Lake Conroe/Houston North KOA Holiday. We are pleased you have chosen our Campground. Please observe the following camping practices to make your stay an enjoyable experience:
1. Visitors: All visitors must register at the office. There is a $10 charge for each guest. A parking pass must be displayed in the vehicle. Visitor are permitted from 9:00 am - 10:00 pm
2. Check-In/Check-Out: RV check-in time is 12:00 pm Deluxe Cabin check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am Early Check-In fee is $30. Late Check-Out (until 2:00 pm) fee is $30.
3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
4. Parking: Please stay on the roads. We request that you do not drive on the grass or through unoccupied sites. Only two vehicles are allowed per site or cabin. All others are asked to park in overflow parking. Please do not park on the grass, unoccupied sites, common areas, and/or streets.
5. RV Maintenance: All maintenance of vehicles must be done outside of campground.
6. Vendors: Vendors please check in at Front Desk.
7. Speed Limit: Speed Limit is 5 mph — includes golf carts and bikes. Please drive ATV and four-wheelers outside of campground only.
8. All Vehicles Must Be Operated By A Licensed Driver this includes golf cars, cars, trucks, etc.
9. Smoking: Smoking is allowed everywhere EXCEPT in Buildings and Public Areas (including Playgrounds & Pool Area).
10. Fires: Fires allowed in designated fire rings and grills.
11. Pool Hours: Pool Hours are 9:00 am Dusk Monday through Sunday. Please do not bring glass containers into the pool or hot tub area. ALL SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY.
12. Children in Pool Area: Children over 14 may enter pool area unsupervised. Swim suits must be worn and swim diapers for toddlers.
13. Sewer Rings: Please use sewer rings. State law requires secure hookup to the sewer.
14. Site Courtesy: We love it when you are polite and do not cut through others’ sites.
15. Waiver: Lake Conroe/Houston North KOA Holiday and its management are not responsible for the loss, damage or claims for damages to property or guests.
16. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi suggested for web surfing and checking email— not streaming movies or doing business.
17. Flags and Signs: that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the campground/ resort.
18. Please Do Not Bring fireworks or weapons into campground.
19. Please Do Not Attach Any Items to trees, bushes, standpipes or buildings.
20. Laundry: We provide two laundry facilities on-site. Please refrain from using clotheslines.
21. Trash Pick-Up: We pick up bagged trash at your site’s curb between 8:00 am to Noon. Any time after Noon, please wait until the following morning to put it out or take it to one of the dumpsters on site.
Kabin Guidelines
• We appreciate any used dishes being washed prior to departure.
• Towels are for cabin use. Please do not use them outside or to the pool.
• Missing or damaged towels/linens may result in an additional charge.
• Linen exchange is permitted every third night of your stay, place the used linens into a pillowcase and bring to the office. New linens will be dropped off before the close of business. Thank you for helping us conserve water and stay as green as we can by following the 3-day rule.
• Pets are allowed in a limited number of cabins. There is a $25 fee, per pet, per day with a maximum of 2 pets. Failure to notify the office of pets being present will result in a cleaning fee being charged.
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING permitted inside any of the Cabins. Smoking in the cabin will result in a
fee being charged.
