RESERVATION POLICY
• Rates and policies are subject to change.
• A deposit is required at booking, and full payment is due at check-in.
• By providing a credit card, you authorize Llano Grande RV Resort to charge for any outstanding costs at check-in or after departure.
• RV sites include 30/50 amp electric, water, sewer, and trash. Rates include 2 guests and 1 vehicle (parking pass required). Additional vehicles must park on-site.
• Internet and cable TV services are included in your reservation.
DAMAGES AND FEES
• RV Sites: A $75 fee will apply for unclean or disorganized sites.
• Homes/Cottages/Apartments: Charges apply for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Deposits are refunded (minus a cancellation fee) only if canceled in writing (email/letter) 60 days or more before arrival.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
• Exceptions for medical or death in the immediate family with documentation.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
• RV check-in: 1:00 PM or later. Homes/Cottages check-in: 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: 11 :00 AM (late check-out may incur a fee).
GENERAL GUIDELINES
• Speed limit: 15 MPH. Violators may be asked to leave.
• No tents or sleeping outside.
• No glass containers in common areas.
• Swimming attire must be appropriate.
• Bicycles, scooters, and golf carts must have lights when operated after dark.
• Quiet time: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (no loud noise, music, or running generators).
PET POLICY
• Pets must be on a leash and under control. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
• Pets must not be left unattended outside and are not permitted in common areas, except service animals.
LIABILITY
• Llano Grande RV Resort is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, weather, or other acts of nature. Guests are liable for any damages to resort property and must have current registration and insurance for vehicles and RVs.
