PARK POLICIES
We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable experience. Please follow these rules and observe all signs, notices, and warnings. Check in time is 1:00pm. Check out time is 12:00pm.
1. EARLY arrivals and LATE departures are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on site availability and may incur an additional fee. Please inquire at the office should you be interested in these options.
2. SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH.
3. QUIET HOURS: Sunday-Thursday from 10:00pm-7:00am and Friday-Saturday from 11:00pm-7:00am. Music, TVs, and loud noises are not allowed to disturb others. This includes excessive barking/noise from pets. Do not run a generator unless there is a park wide power outage..
4. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE THRU EMPTY SITES. Guests shall not park or drive on the grass. No parking on streets or vacant sites without management’s written permission. One RV unit per site and only park in the direction of the arrow drawn on your map. Please center your rig when parking so that your slides do not overhand onto your neighbors’ space. We do not offer buddy sites.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO rugs, mats, fire pits, grills, satellite dishes, etc., shall be placed on the grass. Please do not hang items in or on trees.
6. Each guest is responsible for the actions, activities and conduct of their children. Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
7. Park facilities are for the use of registered guests only.
8. Our property is designed for RV camping only. NO tent or car camping is allowed.
9. Site assignment is subject to change unless you pay a lock fee for your specific site.
10. You will be held responsible and charged accordingly for any property damage above or below ground. To avoid damage, please do not use stakes, rods, etc. or place any objects in the ground.
11. A minimum $300 charge will be assessed automatically if Black Water waste is dumped at your site or any other area of the park.
12. Please keep trash contained at all times and dispose of it property. Dumpsters are located at the east side of the park as you are exiting the property and are for camping generated refuse only. NO DUMPING OF MATTRESSES, FURNITURE, BBQ GRILLS, ETC. ARE ALLOWED.
13. NO SMOKING, VAPING or E-CIGARETTE usage is allowed in any buildings open to all guests. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not throw them on the ground or in any landscaped area. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation. State laws regulating alcohol consumption must be followed by all guests.
14. TREES/LANDSCAPING must not be trimmed by guests. Any necessary trimming must be requested through management and will be trimmed at the sole discretion of management/maintenance. DO NOT ATTACH ANYTHING TO TREES/LANDSCAPING ON YOUR SITE.
15. Check with the office before using open flames, such as BBQ Grills, Fire Pits, etc. (These are regulated through the City of Fredericksburg Burn Bans.)
16. Fireworks are prohibited.
17. No discharge of firearms or other weapons is allowed. No open carrying of firearms is allowed on park property, unless expressly permitted by written agreement with management.
18. NO REPAIRS INVOLVING FUEL, OIL, ETC ARE ALLOWED. No remodeling is allowed.
19. No Auto or RV washing from your site water. The use of a mobile wash service that provides their own water is allowed. PET POLICIES
➢ A MAXIMUM OF 3 PETS PER SITE. Keep pets on leashes of 12 foot or less. Aggressive pets are not allowed. NO PETS in buildings unless the building is designated as pet friendly. (Office is pet friendly) Freestanding cages are not allowed.
➢ YOU MUST PICK UP PET WASTE IMMEDIATELY, including in the dog park. Pet waste stations are placed around the park for guest use. Follow the posted rules for the dog park.
➢ Do not leave your pet unattended at any place outside of your rig. No pet fences or cages are allowed without prior written approval from management. Aggressive pets are not allowed in the park.
GENERAL POLICIES
➢ Upon entering the property of Fredericksburg RV Park, you and your visitors agree to do so at your own risk and to hold the ownership and staff of the park harmless from any and all claims of loss or injury for any reason and by any cause whatsoever.
➢ Entering our RV Park constitutes your consent for us to use pictures or videos that include your likeness for advertising and promotion without payment, inspection, or review.
➢ Management reserves the right to refuse service or enforce removal of any guest for any reason.
