PARK POLICIES
We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable experience. Please follow these rules and observe all signs, notices, and warnings. Check in time is 1 pm. Check out time is 11 am.
1. Guests are subject to late checkout fees or early arrival fees. Please inquire at the office if you are interested in these options.
2. SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.
3. Quiet Hours are Monday – Sunday 10 pm – 7 am.
4. Guests should not park or drive on the grass. Do NOT drive or walk through empty sites. No parking on streets or vacant sites. One RV unit per site and only park in the direction of the arrow drawn on your map. Please center your RV when parking so that your slides do not overhang onto your neighbors space. No “Buddy Sites” allowed.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO rugs, mats, satellite dishes, etc., shall be placed on the grass. Please do not hang items in or on trees. Everything must stay off the grass.
6. DO NOT trim trees or landscaping.
7. Check with office before using open flames, such as BBQ Grills, Fire Pits (these are regulated by Burn Bans).
8. ABSOLUTELY NO swimming pools, clothes lines, exercise equipment, or fridges/freezers. Tents, canopies, or screened rooms are not permitted. NO tent or car camping is allowed.
9. Each guest is responsible for the actions, activities and conduct of their children. Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
10. Park facilities are for registered guest ONLY. Visitors who stay overnight must register with the office and make payment.
11. Site assignment is subject to change unless you pay a lock fee for your specific site.
12. You will be held responsible and charged accordingly for any property damage above or below ground. Do not use stakes or rods or place any objects in the ground.
13. Threaded wastewater connections are required NO HOSES IN SEWER PIPES! Guests should recap after unhooking. Keep trash/waste contained and dispose of it properly.
14. A $300 charge is assessed automatically if Black Water is dumped on the site.
15. Please keep trash contained and dispose of it properly. Dumpsters are located at the exit of the property on the eastern side of the park and are for camping generated refuse only. Outside trash cans are not permitted. Do not leave trash bags out overnight.
16. NO SMOKING OR VAPING in any building. DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the landscaping.
17. Fireworks are prohibited. No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed.
18. No Auto or RV washing except by mobile wash service. Operation of generators is prohibited. NO REPAIRS INVOLVING FUEL, OIL, ETC. ARE ALLOWED. No remodeling is allowed.
19. All pets must be on a leash no longer than 12 feet with you attached to the other end. Do not leave your pets unattended at any point outside of your rig. Aggressive pets are not allowed. No pet fences allowed unless prior written approval from the management. We offer an off-leash dog park at the rear of the property.
20. YOU MUST PICK UP PET WASTE IMMEDIATELY, including while in the dog park. Pet waste stations are placed throughout the property for guest use. Follow the posted rules for the dog park. A $25.00 fee will be charged if you do not pick up after your pet.
21. Upon entering the property of Fredericksburg RV Park, you and your visitors agree to do so at your own risk and to hold the ownership and staff of the park harmless from any and all claims of loss or injury for any reason and by any cause whatsoever.
22. Entering our RV Park constitutes your consent for us to use pictures or videos that include your likeness for advertising and promotion without payment, inspection, or review.
23. Management reserves the right to refuse service or enforce removal of any guest for any reason.
