RULES AND REGULATIONS

Our relationship with our guests is top priority and we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and memorable stay, so the following rules have been established. For a complete list of rules please visit our website www.twocreekscrossingresort.com. Your cooperation is appreciated.

RENTAL GUEST REGISTRATION AND CHECK-OUT

• Upon arrival, all guests must register with Guest Services, located at the Club House.

• Late Arrivals need to register with Guest Services by 10AM the morning after arrival.

• CHECK-OUT TIME is 11AM for RV SITES.

• CHECK-OUT TIME is 10AM for CABINS, YURTS, TREEHOUSE, AND GLAMPING TENTS. All guests must check out with Guest Services to return keys and car tags. Please wash dirty dishes.

• Fitness Center, Laundry, Guest Business Center, Pickleball and Ping Pong are available during Club House office hours.

GENERAL RULES

• Quiet time is between 10PM and 7AM.

• Smoking or Vaping is prohibited in or within 10 feet of any building or amenity.

• Pool hours are 10AM-9PM.

• No glass containers at the pool or spa.

• No pets are allowed in the Cabins, Yurts, Treehouse, Glamping Tents, or any of the common areas which include pool, pavilion, club house, or Swampers Icehouse.

• No lifeguard on duty, guests use the pool and spa at their own risk.

• Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by adult at all times in the pool area.

• No food or drinks allowed in the pool.

VEHICLES AND PARKING

• No parking in the grass or road at any time.

• Park vehicles in your assigned site only.

• Any vehicles, trailers, boat trailers that do not have space at the rental site will be charged a fee and must be parked in the overflow area near the Club House.

• Drivers of golf carts must have a driver’s license.

• Off-road vehicles are prohibited.

• Speed limit is 5 MPH (for all vehicles).
