NEW WELLNESS COACH ONBOARDING CHECKLIST.

Send a welcome message and introduce them to the team, add them to team chats, social media groups and support networks

Once they have watched the mandatory training video, ensure that they have access to all the essential serenova resource within the Learning Hub

Direct them to the Our Products, Women's Health & Social Selling section within the Learning Hubrecommend, Quick Start Guide, Social Selling Guide and the Marketing Hub Guide.

Guide them to the Managing Your Business module within the Learning Hub - here they can find, Business Hub Guide, DSA & Compliance Guide and Understanding the Pay Plan guide.

Ensure that they are booked onto the Welcome to Serenova - Let’s Get Started live training session or show them where they can watch the three part video series.

Help them refine their Elevator Pitch and practise conversations with them.

Provide them with the Pitch Scripts to make outreach easier

Help them find and share their Vanity URL and encourage them to find at least 5 customers in their 1st week

Make sure they have an appropriate email address for their business

Ensure that they download the Social Media Calendar and guide them through their first social media post.

Practise how to handle common objections.

Schedule weekly check-ins to keep them on track and motivated

Ensure that they continue engaging with resources and on-going training

By following this checklist, you can ensure every new Wellness Coach gets the best possible start and feels supported every step of the way
