Acronym Buster – Know Your Key Terms
You’ll see these two terms pop up throughout the guide, so here’s a quick refresher to keep things simple:
PNV = Personal Net Volume – This is the total value of your own personal sales.
GNV = Group Net Volume – This is the combined value of your personal sales plus the sales made by your entire team.
Understanding these terms will help you make sense of your stats, set smart goals, and track your progress more confidently.

Your Dashboard Commisions
This section shows your earned Coach commission from the previous month. It breaks down where your income has come from — either through your own personal sales as a Coach, or, if you're a Leader, from both your personal sales and your team’s sales.
Wellness Coaches earn commission from their own sales only, while Leaders benefit from both personal and team sales — giving you even more potential as your business grows.
Why This Matters

Keeping an eye on your previous month’s earnings helps you understand your progress and identify what’s working and where there could be areas of development. It gives you a solid starting point to set realistic goals — and stay on track as you grow your business with purpose.
Dashboard Continued Personal Progress
In this area of the dashboard you will find a quick overview of your current Coach level and commission rate for example, here you can see 20% for Shining Star. You’ll also see your next potential level, like Shooting Star, along with the commission you could earn by reaching it.
If you’ve previously achieved a higher level, like Guiding Star, the “Best of Two” rule ensures you receive the higher commission rate — even if your current level is lower. You’ll also see:
Rank Progress – showing your current Leader level (if applicable) and the next target you could achieve.
Rank Volume – a combined total of your personal and group sales, which helps you stay on track with both Coach and Leader goals.
Detailed Criteria – including the team spend and number of active Wellness Coaches needed to reach your next rank.
It’s all designed to give you a clear picture of where you are, where you're heading, and what to focus on next.
Why This Matters
This part of your dashboard shows where you are now, where you’re headed next, and exactly what you need to get there.


Dashboard Continued Activity
This section shows your activity status as a Wellness Coach.
To stay “Active” your Personal Net Volume (PNV) — that’s your personal sales after VAT — needs to be at least £66 each month.
Here, you’ll see two examples: one showing an Active Coach who has met the requirement. one who is Inactive, who hasn’t. Staying active is essential for earning commission and progressing your business.

Team Statistics
This section of the dashboard provides a clear overview of your team’s performance over the past month. You’ll find key insights such as the number of active Coaches in your Downline and your total customer sales, helping you stay informed and focused on growth.

Why This Matters
Using this in conjunction with the Steps to Success plan will help you and your team achieve higher titles by checking progress against requirements.

Coaches that used the "join my team link" but did not complete the application.
Coaches that have a titles, shining star, shooting star, etc.
How many Leaders that you have with a Rank.
Leaders with a team but not meet the requirement for the Leader Rank.
Includes all of your coaches, leaders and potential coaches.
Customers that have used the “Shop with Me” link.

Dashboard Continued Leaderboard
On this screen, the left-hand side highlights your top-performing leaders, ranked by the number of new recruits they’ve brought into their first generation.
On the right, you’ll see figures based on Group Sales Volume (GSV), giving you a quick view of where the strongest sales activity is happening across your team. With a nice helpful hint suggesting you reach out and congratulate them.

Latest Registrations
The final section of your Dashboard shows everyone who has registered with you through your personalised vanity links — either “Shop with me” or “Grow my team.” This gives you a simple way to track who’s joined your community, whether they’re customers interested in Serenova products or potential Coaches looking to start their own journey. It’s a helpful tool for following up, offering support, and building meaningful connections right from the start.

My Team
Downline Structure
Now that you’ve explored your Dashboard, it’s time to take a closer look at your Team Statistics section. This section gives you a deeper view into your team’s structure and performance.
You’ll find your Downline displayed in both a list view and a graph view, so you can explore your team in the way that works best for you. Whether you prefer a quick snapshot or a more visual layout, this area helps you understand how your team is growing, who’s active, and where your support might be needed most.

When you first select either option, you’ll see the total number of users within that your downline — giving you a quick snapshot of your team size.

My Team List
View
This view, in the my team section gives you all the finer details — including individual team stats, their place within your generations, their current role, rank title, and recent activity. And if you want to take a closer look or plan ahead, you can easily export the list into Excel.

This gives you a quick snapshot of who’s thriving and who might benefit from a little extra support, helping you lead your team with confidence and care.

Graph View
The Graph view gives you a clear visual of your team structure — perfect for seeing how everyone is connected.
You can also click on each person’s record to open their user card and view more details at a glance.

Now you have spent time looking at you you team structure lets move on to the reports section of the business portal. In this section, you’ll find everything you need to stay informed and in control. You can download reports on your:

Sales Volumes
Ranks and Titles
These are perfect for tracking progress, planning ahead, or simply reflecting on how far you’ve come. Whether you’re a numbers person or just want a quick check-in, these reports make it easy to understand your business at a glance.

Reports - Commissions
Using the display filter, you can easily narrow down your data to focus specifically on the commission you’ve earned — helping you keep track of your income, spot trends over time, and feel more in control of your business finances.


You’ll then see your results laid out in a simple graph — making the data easy to understand at a glance.

You’ll also find a breakdown of your received commissions at the bottom of the screen and if you want to dig deeper or save it for later, you can export it straight into Excel.

Reports - Sales Volume

within the sales volume section of reports- You can also use the filter option to tailor the data to what you need. The Sales Volume report is particularly useful for seeing who’s making purchases and what they’re buying.
It also shows you how those sales are contributing to your GSV and PNV. Plus, you’ll be able to see exactly who placed each order, along with the date and time — giving you a clear, detailed picture of yours and your team’s activity.

On the left-hand side of the Ranks and Titles report, you’ll see a history of the Leader Ranks you’ve achieved so far — a great way to reflect on your progress.
On the right-hand side, you’ll find your current Leader Rank title and a clear view of what’s needed to reach the next one, helping you stay focused and goal-driven.

This useful report gives you a detailed view of the Rank Titles held within your downline, along with the generation each person belongs to.
Just below that, you’ll also see the date each team member achieved their title giving you a full picture of your team’s growth and progress over time.
