As a Serenova Wellness Coach, making it easy for customers to shop with you and for potential team members to learn more about joining your team is essential. This guide will show you how to:
Ensure your Serenova profile is set up for success
Find and share your Shop With Me link (for Coaches)
Find and share your Grow My Team link (for Leaders)
See what your customer or potential team member will experience

Step 1: Set up your Serenova profile.
Before sharing your links, it is important to make sure your Serenova profile is complete and presents you in a welcoming and professional way. Your profile is often the first impression customers and potential team members will have of you, so it should reflect who you are as a Wellness Coach or Leader.
How to Update Your Profile:
Log in to your Serenova Business Hub. 1. Go to My Profile. 2.
Add a short introduction about yourself as a Serenova Wellness Coach or Leader. 3. Upload a clear, friendly photo of yourself—ideally a well-lit headshot or a warm, approachable picture. Avoid comedic filters such as dog ears or heavy enhancements, as these can appear unprofessional. 4. Save your changes. 5. A strong profile includes a brief introduction about why you became a Wellness Coach, what you love about helping others, and how people can get started with you.

Step 2: Finding & sharing your shop with me link
Once you're logged into the Serenova Business Hub, you’ll see your personalised links straight away.
On Mobile – Your Shop With Me and Grow My Team links are immediately visible at the top of the page.
On Desktop/Webpage – You’ll find them in the top-right corner of your screen.
To share your links, simply click on them to copy, then paste them into a message, email, or social media post.
Both links are always visible, whether you’re on mobile or desktop:
Shop With Me – This directs customers to your personal Serenova shop.
Grow My Team – This takes potential recruits to the Serenova opportunity page, where they can learn more and sign up under you.
Step 3: What your customer sees
When a customer clicks your Shop With Me link, they’ll land on your personal Serenova shop, where they can browse and complete their order with you as their Wellness Coach.
Want to check that your link works? Log out of your Serenova account before clicking it—this way, you’ll see exactly what your customers experience.
Step 4: What your potential team member sees
If you're sharing your Grow My Team link, potential team members will be directed to a page where they can learn more about Serenova and sign up under your mentorship.
Just like with your shop link, log out of your account before testing it to ensure you see the correct page.
Step 5: Making sharing even easier.
Here are a few ways to make sharing your links even quicker and more effective:
Convert your link into a QR code using Canva or a free online QR code generator—perfect for business cards or quick sharing on the go.
Save your links in the notes section of your phone so they’re always easy to find.
Add your links to your social media bio, email signature, or a pinned post so customers and potential team members can access them easily
