The Power of Partnerships in 2024
Building Momentum for a Brighter Future
As we reflect on this past year, we are struck by the incredible strides our community has made toward building a more vibrant and connected nonprofit ecosystem Together, we’ve continued to advance OneOC’s mission: to accelerate nonprofit success by fostering connections, building capacity, and amplifying social impact across Orange County. Our journey over the last year was shaped by a deep commitment to our vision of a community where nonprofits possess the resources, skills, and connections to thrive. From launching tailored professional development opportunities to expanding skills-based volunteering programs in partnership with industry leaders like Points of Light, we’ve worked to empower nonprofits, volunteers, companies, and strategic partners to achieve greater collective impact
In 2024, we laid the foundation for our ambitious roadmap toward 2027. Our North Star remains clear: serving as the central hub for nonprofits while evolving our capabilities and strategies to meet the needs of a dynamic sector By aligning our efforts with key impact areas, such as talent recruitment, technology innovation, and strategic partnerships, we’ve set a course to deepen our community engagement, enhance our impact, and elevate organizational excellence.
Looking ahead, we are excited to embrace bold initiatives that drive greater outcomes Whether it’s developing new platforms for continuous learning, hosting conferences and summits to share knowledge, or reimagining the ways companies and nonprofits collaborate through volunteerism,
OneOC remains steadfast in our mission.
We are deeply grateful for your ongoing partnership and belief in the transformative power of our work With your support, we are building a future where nonprofits are equipped to serve, inspire, and make meaningful change. Thank you for joining us on this journey of impact and growth.
Here’s to another year of progress, innovation, and community building
With gratitude,
Tim Strauch, President & CEO / Charles Chung, Board Chair
