Founded in 1958 OneOC achieves its mission by delivering high impact capacity building services to community based organizations and their supporters, refining services in response to community needs, and sustaining nonprofits through alternative service delivery models We provide training, consulting, back office, and volunteer support for nonprofits, and help companies build and grow their employee volunteer and giving programs to maximize charitable activities in the community.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, OneOC was able to provide opportunities for nonprofits, volunteers, community leaders, companies and their employees to connect and support the immediate needs, recovery and growth of our community.

A COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
OneOC continued its commitment to increasing diversity in nonprofit volunteer leadership by hosting its inaugural Board Diversity Summit for over 80 nonprofit, community and company leaders. Through the success of the summit, we launched the V|LEAD Board Diversity Initiative pilot cohort in early 2021.

OneOC developed a host of nonprofit resources and network groups to support Orange County nonprofits navigate during the pandemic and continued to grow our internal support services providing back-office service solutions, along with training and professional development.
