CELEBRATING 65 YEARS OF IMPACT

Building A Lasting Legacy

On November 19, 2023, OneOC celebrated its 65th Sapphire Anniversary. Established in 1958 as the Newport Bureau of Volunteerism, we originated as the inaugural community service initiative of the Junior League of Orange County, ultimately evolving into the Volunteer Center of Orange County.

In a transformative move in 2010, we rebranded as OneOC, reflecting our dedication to expanding nonprofit services across the entire county and again in 2015 with the launch of the Center for Business and Community Partnerships

These key years inspired our mission to accelerate nonprofit success and empowered connections between the business and the nonprofit sectors, through employee volunteer engagements and charitable giving programs, amplifying a greater social impact for all.

Fast forward to 2017 when we strategically developed our 2020 Roadmap This marked a significant shift, concentrating our efforts on providing Management Services Offerings (MSO) to nonprofits and companies. Our objective was to enhance their abilities to make a profound impact within their communities.

This year, as we continue to joyously celebrate our 65th anniversary, our enduring commitment to “Building a Lasting Legacy” stands as a testament to our unwavering dedication to creating positive and lasting change in the community. Join us in commemorating this milestone and continuing our journey towards a brighter future.

“Celebrating 65 years of impactful service, we invite our cherished community partners to join us in reflection and vision. Together, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones and made a lasting impact. As we cast our gaze to the future, The Legacy

Continues at OneOC as testament to our enduring commitment to community building and positive change. ”
