Step 2: In the weeks leading up to your event, we’ll be in touch to work through all the details—including exact times, number of guests and any custom options you would like to include
Step 3: Our event specialist will arrive the day before your event to ensure ample time to meet with the on-site staff and review the event The day of the event, we will setup with abundant inventory, and staff the event to provide a true brand experience, then handle tear down and final inventory
Package pricing is calculated from a blended dollar cost average (DCA) of the retail price point of each style within your collection, and the number of recipients receiving their gift Pre-set collections are available, or we can create a custom collection specific to your group and your budget, with access to any of the styles we manufacture The DCA is applied no matter what pair is selected from the collection, so it’s one set price point per person making budgeting easy We always provide a complimentary case and cleaning cloth if custom items are not created, and the only additional costs are for shipping the product and display to and from the event, and any additional duties or taxes

Alphabetized Guest List: Maui Jim highly recommends our clients to provide an excel file of guests that will be in attendance of the event We request the excel file in advance so it can be pre-loaded into Unwrapit’s onsite software, so our team can check off guest names as they receive their pair of sunglasses The excel file should include first name, last name, and email address of each recipient
Shipping: Merchandise is shipped and insured via Carrier Companies Freight charges are prepaid by Maui Jim and added to your event Invoice
Event Collections: The event sunglass collections sold for each event are a representation of the styles offered and do not guarantee specific styles and colors If substitutions for the exact styles proposed originally need to be made for any reason, they will be made with sunglasses of equal or greater retail value as to not diminish the overall package value
Rx Conversion: An Rx Conversion card will be available onsite with instructions on how to convert the recipients’ new Maui Jim Sunglasses if required The recipients will receive the sunglasses onsite and contact the Authorized Maui Jim Eye Care Professional regarding the conversion
Please note: some frames are not Rx-able, there may be limitations or exclusions to style availability based on their prescription, and all pricing will be quoted by their Eye Care Professional
For Guests Who Miss the Fitting: Our team will create a digital event that will contain pictures and descriptions of the sunglasses that were available at your event We will provide you with a link and passcode that you will send to all recipients who missed the fitting We can either bulk ship these to one address or we can drop ship for $15 per person for domestic addresses Please note: for international addresses these would need to be quoted A separate invoice will be sent for each pair after the event
**Our on-site representatives are not able to leave sunglasses behind at the completion of the event. Event Returns and Exchanges: Please be aware that our retail outlets are not authorized to exchange or replace your recipient’s gift
On-site, we only request for you to provide the following:
1 skirted 8’ table, 1 chair, 1 trash can and a 10’x 10’ fitting area/footprint per gifting station/Maui Jim Event Specialist The number of stations will be provided to you by the Maui Jim Event Specialist once all details have been confirmed
Sufficient and bright lighting - additional lighting may be required for evening events Lighting is essential for a successful gifting experience
A secure room to store the Maui Jim shipment and maintain that all boxes remain unopened It is the discretion of the client to insure the product in your possession
Maui Jim will provide the following:
• Custom fitting & dispensing service for each recipient
• Sufficient Inventory to ensure each guest receives their choice of glasses
• Tablecloths, counter cards, display items and mirrors for our fitting station
• Experienced Maui Jim personnel to staff fitting station
• Pack the remaining products for returned shipment back to Maui Jim at the end of the event
