About the Brand

Maui Jim was born over 35 years ago on Maui’s Ka’anapali Beach. We are a passionate group of individuals, deeply rooted in our Hawaiian heritage. Seeing a need in the market for sunglasses that would eliminate glare while bringing the beautiful colors of the island to life, we engineered the patented PolarizedPlus2® lens. Our product is still designed and tested in the strong Hawaiian sun.

One Way is designed to send you in a good direction. The carbon fiber construction of One Way is lightweight, durable, and easy to clean. Comfort leads with adjustable temple tips and spring hinges, and clarity follows with SuperThin Glass lenses for superior views.

883 Mamane, $379

Mamane leads with refined elegance through its slight butterfly effect. The meticulous outer corner tooling of the high density acetate is further highlighted with three lovely color combinations. This well-balanced and medium fitting style is ready to delight.

885 Walaka, $299

Clean design is the calling card for this traditional teardrop aviator. Constructed of pure titanium and bedecked with precisiontooled temple tip cut-outs, this mediumfitting style is staged for success. Completed with MauiPure® lenses for lightweight clarity and delivered in four color options, Walaka will be a welcome addition to any assortment.

Aeko, $299

Built on the same concept as Walaka, Aeko offers a wider and more rectangular take on the aviator. Leaning more masculine with its sharper angles, but still incredibly lightweight, Aeko checks all the boxes—including generous Rx ranges of +3.00 to -5.50.

Mikioi, $299

Mikioi or “neat in craftsmanship” is an apt name for this frame in the same collection as the 885 and 886. Constructed of the same materials and techniques, Mikioi is delivered in a squarer iteration.

Lychee, $349

Cue the drama…with an exaggerated cat-eye appearance, Lychee is ready for its close-up. Built with a smaller fit and configured in four colors; gloss black and tortoise for the traditionalists, black/tort combination, and translucent pink for those who yearn for attention.
