Use of one of the hotel’s preferred providers is required for production and installation of all branding materials that are affixed to any part of the building (e.g., walls, windows, columns, etc.)

Branding fees and package options exclude the cost of design and production. All creative must be approved by the Hotel prior to production and manufacturing

Branding opportunities are subject to approval and may be limited or impacted by potential conflicts with other groups or events.

Packages I and II and a la carte options are available on peak nights only.

Shoulder nights are based upon availability and subject to approval.

If branding is being sold to sponsors, all branding proposals must be reviewed and approved by the hotel prior to submitting to any prospective sponsors.

Branding fees are waived for the foyer, window and wall space of group ’ s immediate area in ballroom space

Signage and branding must not conflict with other groups in house. Consult with your Event Manager on exact locations and options available to you.

Multiple groups with adjacent space and/or ballrooms may have reduced signage options.

Limited directional signage is available. All directional signage is subject to approval and must meet the hotel’s design standards.

If final group pick up falls below parameters for each package, branding is subject to revision at hotel’s reasonable discretion.

Set up and tear down in public areas must occur during the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM the morning of the contracted branding start date and the morning following the contracted branding end date.
