NV Designz proposal has been created and designed by Nathan Vassallo. (Exclusive only to ProMedCo). This proposed document has been created from the analysis of the extensive research partaken for this project, research of the industry trends and application and techniques specific to ProMedCo, resulting in these specific development strategies and design ideas which NV Designz feels would be beneficial to increasing the success of your business, brand, advertising and marketing.
I am a Freelance Graphic Designer with 8 years experience based in Campbelltown. I graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design at Campbelltown New Media Design Centre. Over the years, I have always tried to ensure that the passion and enthusiasm for my work has shown in all of my designs.

Project Overview
Designed a new logo for a construction company in New Zealand mainly targeting outdoor living spaces. The “Haka” is their war dance and is about presenting the challenge (Hence challenge accepted slogan). Needed to also somehow incorporate the New Zealand Maori design combined with Construction.

To either extend on your existing brand, creating fresh brand elements and assets that will be rolled out over all of your products to ensure a cohesive brand identity is being implemented from here on out. Or to rebrand and develop a new and effective Brand Identity System for ProMedCo providing you with a Brand Guide including a Primary and Secondary logo, Sub Mark, Logo Mark, Colour Palette, Brand Assets such as Patterns and Iconography, Typography, Fonts and Mockups showing the brands visuals throughout all products/advertising.
The main objective for now will be to have the design for the new ProMedCo Product Booklets finalised, printed and ready to hand out to customers at your upcoming exhibition (30th March 2023). I will also either extend on your existing brand and form a new strategy moving forward so that all products are cohesive and are implemented from here on out or I will do a full rebrand and develop a new logo suite and Brand Identity for ProMedCo in the set time frame that meets all of your requirements.
The more recognition the brand has, the more successful the business will be and will stand out from all current existing competitors on the market making your business more unique and placing you at the top of the list.
A consistent design across all of your products and platforms will make your brand appear more professional, reliable, secure and more trustworthy making you the preferred choice in the Medical, Dental and Beauty Industry.
Giving your brand personality and a distinct tone of voice will help your advertising stick in the minds of your customers, has the power to draw attention to the brand and can prompt people to make purchase decisions.

• Meet with client to discuss initial projects, goals, objectives.
• Discuss strategies and services that can be offered.
• Confirm competitors, target market and the industry.
• Organise and analyse all information collected.
• Send Project Proposal to confirm and clarify information discussed.
• Send Quote of the discussed project for approval to begin.
• Research existing competitors and brands related to the industry.
• Explore colour palettes and think of ways to use them to stand out.
• Create logo sketches and concepts for the new brand.
• Design 3-4 logo concepts to present to the client.
• Meet again with client to present and discuss the concepts / brand.
• Make any requested changes and seek final approval for Logo Suite.
• If concepts are approved, continue creating the Brand Identity.
• Finalise Logo Suite, Brand Assets, Fonts, Patterns, Graphics etc.
• Provide Mockups relevant to the business to show the brand in action.
• Present the overall brand and visuals to the client for final approval.
• Provide the business with a new Brand Guideline Document.
• Present booklet design concepts and page layouts to the client.
• Continue finalising all pages needed within the booklets.
• Present finished booklet to the client for final approval before print.
• Once approved, package all files and discuss printing with the client.
• Continue to roll out the brand over all relevant products / collateral.
• Send through Invoice for the project once completed.
• Once the full balance has been paid, hand over all designs / files.
• Follow up and see if there are additional projects to complete.
• Continue updating parts of the business utilising new Brand Guide.
Once all deliverables for the project have been agreed on we will know which path to take. I estimate the quickest turn around will be 21 days, and 30 days to complete everything outlined in this proposal.
NV Designz will break up the process and utilise all allocated time in the most efficient and quickest way in order to ensure the project will be finalised by the discussed due date, while maintaining excellent communication over the 7 week duration of the project. (Unless last minute changes are needed to be made, the project scope of work increases or any unforeseen personal circumstances).

Research existing competitors and brands in the industry and begin exploring colour palettes and typography. Meet with the client to discuss all concepts and make any necessary revisions until a final logo is approved.
Once approved, finalise the Logo Suite and continue developing the Brand Identity creating all brand assets and present the overall brand to the client for final approval. Once approved, finalise the Brand Guide that will be used for the rollout of the brand.

Begin working on page layouts for the booklet and present concepts to the client. Make any necessary changes until approved. Once approved package all files, discuss printing and continue the rollout of the brand on all relevant products and materials.

Send through the Invoice for the completed project. Once the full balance has been paid, hand over all Print Ready Artwork files to organise printing and follow up to see if there are any additional projects that the client would like me to work on.

NV Designz understands that ProMedCo has a required deadline for the project to launch its new booklets at the exhibition on the 30th of March 2023. I have allocated no more than 6 weeks (30 business days) until handover of the final project. A Project Management Schedule and Time Sheet has been put in place.
Monday the 13th of Febuary 2023 and has been Thursday the 23rd of March 2023.
The work will be broken up as below breaking down the project and further explaining what we aim to do for you which is outlined on page 15.
As I am the owner of the business, I can assure you that NV Designz has already implemented a working plan of attack to ensure we deliver a high quality job to you. is excited to be working with ProMedCo on the rebrand of the company and its products and business through the inital print based booklet / catalogue focused on enhancing the probability of mutual success. I have worked diligently on this proposal to ensure all potential opportunities are explored and exploited to engineer an effective and transparent Design Project moving forward.
A 50% deposit is required of the total price before the project commences. Please make all EFT payable to NV Designz. Payment is due within 7 days from when you receive the invoice. After the project has been completed the balance will need to be paid before all final digital files can be released.
Until the final design balance is paid, all logos, artwork, concepts and designs remain the copyright and exclusive property of NV Designz. This artwork may not be reproduced in any other way or no image or information displayed or reproduced, transmitted or copied (other than for the purposes of fair dealing, as defined in the Copyright Act 1968) without permission. By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that NV Designz retains all Copyright.

NV Designz will utilise all of the time given for this project allocating appropriate hours to each task, while maintaining excellent communication throughout the assigned project over the 6-7 weeks given time period. To avoid any further delays, please approach NV Designz as soon as possible.
Prior to the contract signing/agreement, any elements of this proposal may be amended. NV Designz will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur which could result in the delay of the project or incompletion/missed deadline (due date agreed on).
NV Designz is certain that when working on projects for our clients, we deliver exactly what the client is after and deliver it when they want it. We assure this through the way we assess and prepare for each individual project and always make sure that a structured plan has been put in place to follow before the project even commences. Overall we are confident you will be happy with the final result like many of our customers.
If it is decided that you no longer wish to proceed any further and would like to nullify the verbal contract that founded this project proposal, please do so in writing. This project may be cancelled by either party without penalty providing no work has commenced. If I am unable to provide the services described and outlined or must cancel within 30 days of commencement, any advanced payments made will be returned and the agreement nullified.
