Scope of Services

• Meet with client to discuss initial projects, goals, objectives.

• Discuss strategies and services that can be offered.

• Confirm competitors, target market and the industry.

• Organise and analyse all information collected.

• Send Project Proposal to confirm and clarify information discussed.

• Send Quote of the discussed project for approval to begin.

• Research existing competitors and brands related to the industry.

• Explore colour palettes and think of ways to use them to stand out.

• Create logo sketches and concepts for the new brand.

• Design 3-4 logo concepts to present to the client.

• Meet again with client to present and discuss the concepts / brand.

• Make any requested changes and seek final approval for Logo Suite.

• If concepts are approved, continue creating the Brand Identity.

• Finalise Logo Suite, Brand Assets, Fonts, Patterns, Graphics etc.

• Provide Mockups relevant to the business to show the brand in action.

• Present the overall brand and visuals to the client for final approval.

• Provide the business with a new Brand Guideline Document.

• Present booklet design concepts and page layouts to the client.

• Continue finalising all pages needed within the booklets.

• Present finished booklet to the client for final approval before print.

• Once approved, package all files and discuss printing with the client.

• Continue to roll out the brand over all relevant products / collateral.

• Send through Invoice for the project once completed.

• Once the full balance has been paid, hand over all designs / files.

• Follow up and see if there are additional projects to complete.

• Continue updating parts of the business utilising new Brand Guide.

Once all deliverables for the project have been agreed on we will know which path to take. I estimate the quickest turn around will be 21 days, and 30 days to complete everything outlined in this proposal.
