IMPACT on Teesside - talking therapy Provide talking therapy, counselling and alternative therapies. Staff are placed on a priority list but must state that they are NHS staff at the time of referral. Initial assessments are relatively quick but the wait for therapy is currently a number of months. (Note: Therapy type determined from assessment will dictate how quickly staff can be seen). Available 9am - 5pm (weekdays) and online referrals can be made anytime.
