Breathworks Breathworks has recently become a popular method of therapy to deal with daily stresses, help manage anxiety and help find a state of equilibrium. This active meditation is much more than just a mindfulness tool, the practice helps reclaim your breath, to improve mental and physical well-being, and it has been found to promote deep relaxation or leave people feeling energised. Further information will be shared on staff communications around how to join the sessions.

Menopause support Support sessions for staff to discuss menopause are being held in the Trust rainbow rooms at a number of drop in dates throughout October. Menopause can be linked to many things such as anxiety and depression.
