EARLY DROP OFF – LATE PICK UP

Please be reminded of Ms Jacqui Munro’s communication stating that students cannot be dropped off at school before 8:15am and must be picked up by 3:30pm.

Outside of these hours, staff are not on supervision duty

If supervision is required outside of these hours, you can register your Primary School age child with Camp Australia who provide extended care for students before and after school, as well as during school holidays. This can be accessed on a casual basis as needed, or more regularly, depending on your circumstances.

The College gates will now be closed from 8:40am until 2:45pm. The College gates will no longer be open during the day.

Parents/carers must not wait onsite before 2:45pm. All gates will automatically close at 3:30pm. Parents/carers are required to use the intercom at Gate number 1 to contact reception or Camp Australia outside of these times.

LATE ARRIVALS

Home Group commences promptly at 8:40am each morning. Students will be recorded as late for school if they arrive at their Home Group after the 8:40am bell has rung. Students that arrive after 8:40am must go to the College Reception to be marked as late and to receive a late pass.

Please note the following requirements for families that arrive after the College gates have closed in the morning:

Primary School students must be walked to the College Reception by their parent/carer to collect their late pass. Parents/carers must park their cars in the car park, not in the drop-off zones

Secondary School students must go to the College Reception to collect their late pass

TEST AND TAG ELECTRONIC DEVICES

We strive to provide a safe College for all our staff and students.

Safe Devices

If your student brings a device onsite we ask that you assist by following these steps:

Whenever possible charge the device at home

All devices must be in good working order at all times, free of cracked screens and free of damaged cords or charges.

If your student's device is damaged please get it repaired as soon as possible.

Test and Tagging

If students use their device charger at the College there is a requirement that this is tested and tagged by an appropriately qualified person for wear, mechanical damage, and for earth continuity and insulation resistance. To enable this the College will be offering student chargers to be tested and tagged this Tuesday 6th May 2025. Please ensure all device chargers that are used at the College are labeled clearly and bought in for testing on this day.
