SHOUTOUT TO REAL PRODUCERS PHOTOGRAPHERS!
It is true that our Real Producers monthly magazines would not be possible without our incredible photographers. It is such an honor and blessing to work with each one of the photographers on our RP Team. Some of our photographers have been working with us literally from day one, way back in 2018!
Each of our photographers has their own business and has come highly recommended. They are busy business owners who have partnered up with Real Producers to make sure we have beautiful photos each month. Because of our strategic partnership with our photographers, we can ensure that Real Producers get notch photos for our feature stories in our
magazine at no cost to them. Many of you who are featured want the photos for more than the use of just the magazine and often end up purchasing those photos for yourself to use however you desire. Nevertheless, our photographers put in a lot of time and hard work into the photos, and they deserve a huge round of applause for all that they do.
I want to personally thank each one of our photographers: Scott Peek with Scott Peek Photography, Jin Kim with Jin Kim Studio, Rick Davis and Cruz Acevedo with studioUSA, Landon Day and Katharine Gann with DayDream Photography, Katie Wallace with Katie
Wallace Studios, Desiree Roberts with Desiree Roberts Photography, Vanessa Corral with Vanessa Corral Photography, and John Walsh with Premier Property Media.
If you have been featured, you have experienced first-hand the great work these photographers do! And if you haven’t been featured yet, just know that with our team of photographers, you will be in great hands!
Cheers to our photographers,

Hillary Turner
Hillary Turner is a native Dallasite and her roots run deep in the city she loves. Her journey from a young girl in Preston Hollow to a top-producing agent at Compass is a tale of passion, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to her clients.
Growing up in Preston Hollow, Hillary attended the Episcopal School of Dallas, where her love for the community began to take shape. “Dallas has always been home,” she says with a warm smile. After graduating with an English degree and a minor in Spanish from the University of Texas in Austin, Hillary embarked on a career that would see her transition from private equity operations to the exciting world of residential real estate.
Hillary’s entry into real estate was driven by a desire to help the private equity office she worked for with their multi-family development. “I got my real estate license while working at Westcott, LLC,” she explains. “It was a natural progression from helping run operations to diving into the commercial side of real estate.” However, it wasn’t until 2016, when she switched to residential real estate, that she truly found her calling. “There’s something incredibly fulfilling about helping people find their homes,” she reflects. “It’s one of the largest decisions in their lives, and I strive to make them feel educated and excited about the process.”
Her transition to residential real estate was not without its challenges. “Dallas is a competitive market with limited inventory,” Hillary acknowledges. “Having a great network and strong relationships with fellow agents is crucial. It’s about finding off-market opportunities for my
clients, and this will become even more important next year.”
Despite the challenges, Hillary’s commitment to her clients has remained steadfast. “I want to be their agent for life,” she says earnestly. “Seeing how clients make each home their own and helping them through multiple transactions is incredibly rewarding. It’s about building lasting relationships and being a trusted advisor throughout their real estate journey.”
DEEP ROOTS
Hillary’s dedication has not gone unnoticed. She has received numerous accolades, including being named a D Best Realtor and Individual Top Producer five consecutive years, D Best Individual Platinum Producer with $31 million in sales for 2021, and making the Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. But for Hillary, success is about more than just numbers and awards. “My parents always told me to make
TRANSPARENCY IS KEY. ALWAYS BE HONEST AND TRUE TO YOURSELF, AND NEVER FORGET TO BE KIND.
them proud,” she recalls. “Success is about making my family, clients, vendors, and fellow agents proud. It’s about achieving an exciting end goal for everyone involved.”
Balancing her thriving career with family life is a challenge Hillary embraces wholeheartedly. Married to her husband Chris, whom she met after a Dallas Cowboys game, the couple shares a deep love for their hometown. “Chris and I both grew up in Dallas, but we didn’t know each other until later,” she says with a laugh. They were married at Christ the King Catholic Church just before the pandemic and are now the proud parents of a two-and-a-half-yearold son, William, with a daughter on the way. “We’re thrilled to be expanding our family,” she beams. Their beloved golden retriever, Bunny, completes the TurnerCalandro family.
Outside of real estate, Hillary is actively involved in her community. She enjoys helping with her son’s school auction committee and looks forward to being an active member in her children’s schools as they grow.
“It’s important to be involved and give back,” she says. “I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. It’s all about creating balance and making the most of every moment.”
When asked what advice she would give to up-and-coming real estate professionals, Hillary shares Compass’ core principles: “Dream big, move fast, learn from reality, be solutions-driven, obsess about opportunity, collaborate without ego, maximize your strengths, and bounce back with passion.” She adds, “Transparency is key. Always be honest and true to yourself, and never forget to be kind. You and the other agent on the other side of the deal are working together.”
Hillary’s journey is a testament to her enthusiasm and dedication to her clients. As Dallas continues to grow and evolve, she looks forward to being a part of its bright future. “I was born and raised here, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else,” she says proudly. “I’m excited to see how the city changes with the increased population growth. Dallas is becoming one of the largest cities in America, and I’m grateful to be a part of that journey.”
In the competitive world of Dallas real estate, Hillary Turner remains a constant force of positivity, striving to help her clients with all their real estate needs. Her story is one of passion, perseverance, and a deep love for the community she calls home. And, as she continues to build lasting relationships and achieve new milestones, there’s no doubt that Hillary will leave an indelible mark on the Dallas real estate market for years to come.

CATHERINE OSBORNE
GOING ABOVE & BEYOND
Written by: Katherine H. Fondren • Photos by: Jin Kim, URSPECIAL
Catherine Osborne, a native of the area and a Highland Park graduate, has always had deep roots in Dallas. She has carved out a niche as one of the city’s most dedicated real estate agents. Her journey to becoming one of the city’s top REALTORS® is a testament to her unwavering dedication to her clients and her passion for helping them achieve their dreams.
Catherine’s story begins in Highland Park, where she cherished her upbringing in a community she would one day serve as a REALTOR®. “Dallas has always been home,” she reflects. “Growing up, I remember driving in the car and seeing Allie Beth Allman “for sale” signs. When I went to join a brokerage myself, Allie Beth Allman was the obvious choice. The reputation and track record of our brokerage is something I’ve respected since I was young.”
After high school, she ventured to the University of Alabama, earning double degrees in business management and Spanish. Her time there was not just about academics; she also embraced leadership roles, including serving as the president of her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma. Despite her love for Alabama, Dallas was always in her heart, and she returned to her hometown immediately after graduation.
Real estate wasn’t Catherine’s first career. She spent eight years as a corporate recruiter at Deloitte, a role that honed her skills in client service and gave her the ability to truly listen to people’s needs. It was a real estate elective at Alabama that first sparked her interest in the field, but it wasn’t until after she moved back to Dallas, planned a wedding, and settled into married life that she decided to pursue that passion full-time.
In November 2019, Catherine obtained her real estate license, but the timing couldn’t have been more challenging. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic created uncertainty, and she initially hesitated to leave her stable job.
However, her husband, JB, offered his unwavering support, encouraging her to chase her dreams. “He told me he would support me no matter what happened,” Catherine recalls. With his backing, she made the leap, joining Allie Beth Allman & Associates, where she quickly began making a name for herself.
Catherine’s approach to real estate is deeply personal. She doesn’t just sell homes; she creates opportunities.
“A REALTOR® sells a home, not a keybox,” she explains. “Anyone can put a sign in the yard and hope for the best, but only a professional can
successfully get you to the closing table.” This belief is the cornerstone of her business model, and it’s what sets her apart in a competitive market. Catherine’s extensive network allows her to stay ahead of the curve, providing her clients with off-market opportunities that they might otherwise not know about. “Oftentimes, someone’s dream home isn’t sitting on the market,” she says, “making it even more important to have an agent on your side who’s willing to go above and beyond.”
This dedication has not gone unnoticed. In just four years, Catherine has sold over $75 million in real estate, earning accolades such as D Best Realtor and Platinum Top Producer, Real Producers Top 500 Agent, and Allie Beth Allman Top Producer. But for Catherine, the true reward isn’t in the awards; it’s in the relationships she’s built along the way. “Clients have turned into dear friends,” she shares, “and seeing my business grow organically through friends, referrals, and hard work brings me immense joy and drives me to keep selling.”
Catherine’s passion extends beyond just closing deals. She is deeply invested in the growth and evolution of her business, particularly in leveraging technology to enhance her client service. “I’m investing in software to help automate specific parts of my business in order to allow me more time to be exactly where I need to be—in person with my clients!” she explains. “I have also added a team member to assist me along the way, ensuring that my clients are well-served.” This focus on being present and accessible is a hallmark of Catherine’s approach, and it’s one of the reasons her clients trust her so implicitly.
Oftentimes, someone’s dream home isn’t sitting on the market. Making it even more important to have an agent on your side who’s willing to go above and beyond.
When she’s not working, Catherine cherishes time with her husband, JB, and their two golden retrievers, Copper and Bowery. Living in the Devonshire neighborhood of Dallas, just a stone’s throw from both sets of parents, she enjoys a close-knit family life that mirrors the tightknit community she serves. Catherine and JB, who share a friendly SEC rivalry during football season—he’s an Arkansas grad, she’s an Alabama alum—also love to travel, a passion passed down from JB’s father, a former pilot for American Airlines.
Looking ahead, Catherine sees endless potential for both her career and the Dallas market. “Dallas is really special,” she says. “We have all the big city excitement, from professional sports teams and world-class restaurants to a growing population, but still maintain a friendly, everyoneknows-their-neighbor atmosphere.” As companies continue to relocate to Texas and the population expands, Catherine is confident that Dallas’s upward trend will only continue.
As she reflects on her journey, Catherine is clear about what she wants her legacy to be. “I want to be remembered for my kindness, my drive, and most importantly, the way I made people feel,” she says. It’s this commitment to serving others, coupled with her relentless work ethic, that has propelled her to the top of her field and ensures that she will continue to be a guiding force in the Dallas real estate market for years to come.

In the heart of Dallas, where the skyline meets the horizon, a family business thrives on the foundation of passion, legacy, and an unwavering commitment to clients. The Schaffer Realty Group, led by the dynamic Dallasite trio of Pamela Schaffer, Pamela’s mother, Marilyn Schaffer, and Jill Rosansky, embodies the essence of what it means to truly love what you do. For them, real estate is more than just a job—it’s the best job in the world.
Pamela Schaffer, a proud native of Dallas, began her journey in real estate in 2005. Having grown up in North Dallas and now living in Preston Hollow, she was no stranger to the city’s vibrant neighborhoods and diverse communities. Before stepping into real estate, Pamela worked in the wholesale jewelry business at the World Trade Center. But the allure of real estate, with its unique blend of personal connection and professional challenge, eventually called her. “I wish I had gotten into it sooner,” she reflects, acknowledging the deep fulfillment she’s found in her career.
Pamela’s mother, Marilyn Schaffer, is a seasoned real estate veteran who has seen the industry evolve since 1979. Starting in a male-dominated field, Marilyn quickly made a name for herself, not just as a REALTOR® but as a trailblazer. She was a founding member of the Virginia Cook Real Estate Company and later joined forces with Pamela to create the Schaffer Realty Group seven years ago. For Marilyn, real estate has always been about more than just transactions. It’s about building relationships, understanding the market, and most importantly, ensuring that every client finds not just a house, but a home.
Jill Rosansky joined the Schaffer mother-daughter duo five years ago, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a dedication to putting her clients first. Jill, also a native of Dallas, shares the Schaffers’ deep-rooted connection to the city. Together, the three women form a powerhouse team that has made a significant impact on the Dallas real estate scene.
One of the most rewarding aspects of their work, according to Pamela, is “finding the perfect home for that buyer who just didn’t think they would find it.” Real estate is an emotional journey, and the Schaffer Realty Group understands the weight of the decisions their clients make. “It’s the biggest purchase of their life. You’re dealing with emotion and passion. Finding the right house and making sure it’s the best fit for everyone—that’s what we strive for,” Pamela explains.
But the path to success in real estate is not without its challenges. In recent years, the market has presented its own set of obstacles, from multiple offer situations to rising mortgage rates to the challenge of finding pocket listings. Yet, the Schaffers have navigated these challenges with the same resilience that has defined their careers. “Every market is different—it seems like every year there’s a new challenge. But that’s what keeps it interesting,” Pamela notes.
For the Schaffer Realty Group, real estate is not just a career; it’s a lifelong commitment. Pamela dreams of being as successful and long-lasting in the industry as her mother, Marilyn. “It’s something you can do your whole life,” she says, expressing her admiration for her mother’s enduring passion. This dedication is evident in the way they approach their work— not as a hobby, but as a full-time profession that demands continuous learning and adaptation.
What sets the Schaffer Realty Group apart from other agents is their
deep connection to Dallas and their willingness to go wherever their clients need them. As native Dallasites, they don’t limit themselves to specific areas. Instead, they immerse themselves in the local market, learning everything they can about different neighborhoods to provide the best possible service. This commitment to excellence is reflected in their long-term relationships with clients, many of whom become friends and even extended family.
Success for the team is not measured by career achievements alone. “We don’t look at success as being career-driven. We measure success by having happy, healthy families,” she shares. It’s this balanced perspective that has allowed Jill, Marilyn, and Pamela to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Pamela finds joy in spending time with her husband, Michael Pidgeon, two daughters, Pailey, a successful real estate agent in Atlanta, Georgia, and Micole, who lives in the area, and their three grandchildren. She also enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, and traveling.
Marilyn, married to Donald for 64 years, has two other children besides Pamela and dedicates much of her time to volunteer work in Dallas. Jill enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with her family, including her children, Brittany, Justin, and Steven. This balance of work and life is a cornerstone of Schaffer Realty Group’s philosophy, allowing them to bring their best selves to their clients every day.
For those new to the real estate industry, Pamela offers sage advice: “You need to get trained with a company that has a great training program and learn the ins and outs of the business first.” She emphasizes the importance of treating real estate as a business, not takiang anything personally, and always thinking strategically.
In a rapidly evolving industry, the Schaffer Realty Group remains steadfast in their commitment to their clients and their community. They are more than just REALTORS®— they are trusted advisors, friends, and advocates who believe that, in real estate, the possibilities are endless. And for them, that’s what makes it the best job in the world.
“The Schaffer Team is a Premier Group here at Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty. The team represents 75 years of experience selling in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Exemplary service to their clients, year after year. They are always ranked in the very top percent of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationally.”

JESSICA HARGIS
INSPIRED SUCCESS
Written by: Katherine H. Fondren • Photos by: Jin Kim, URSPECIAL
Over the past 15 years, Jessica Hargis has carved out a space that’s not just about selling homes but about building relationships, fostering trust, and redefining what success truly means. Born and raised in the small town of Crandall, Jessica’s roots in the DFW area run deep. Her journey from suburban life to Dallas’s bustling real estate market has been nothing short of epic, marked by challenges, triumphs, and a commitment to sincerity.
Jessica’s path to real estate wasn’t a straight line.
After earning her bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist University, she initially thought she would pursue teaching. But life had other plans. “I stayed in sales, and once I started in real estate, I never looked back,” Jessica recalls. Her experience in outside sales within the transportation industry and as an outside recruiter in the staffing industry provided a solid foundation, but it was her part-time venture into real estate in 2009 that set the stage for what was to come.
In March 2013, Jessica made the leap to full-time real estate. The results were immediate and impressive. “I sold 65 homes that year,” she shares. Her second year as a full-time REALTOR® saw her selling 125 homes, which made her realize it was time to start a team. Starting with Keller Williams and just two agents, her team grew to an impressive 35 agents and led to the creation of The Jessica Hargis Group, a brokerage that under her leadership became a significant player in the DFW real estate market.
But Jessica’s story isn’t just about numbers. It’s about the relationships she’s built and the lives she’s
touched along the way. “I remain passionate about relationships and providing excellent service,” she says. For Jessica, each transaction is more than just a sale; it’s a deeply personal experience, often involving life’s most emotional moments. “Though every home is a true honor, so many have trusted me with their inheritance, their parents moving into assisted living, the loss of a spouse, divorce... the emotional transactions that are very meaningful,” she explains. These are the moments that drive her, the moments where her sincerity shines through.
As Jessica defines it, success in real estate has evolved over the years. “Today, it is not dominating the market or selling more homes than my fellow agents,” she says. For her, true success is about family and being present in life. As a full-time single mom of six, four of whom are adopted, Jessica’s life is a testament to resilience and strength. Her daughter, Kendall, who is high-functioning with Down Syndrome, has been a source of inspiration. “She’s a walking miracle,” Jessica says, recounting Kendall’s early battles with health issues. Jessica’s close-knit family, including her parents, who recently celebrated their 54th anniversary, is the cornerstone of her success.
One of Jessica’s most significant challenges came with the end of her marriage, a life event that profoundly impacted both her personal and professional life. “Divorce destroyed so much in my life and business,” she reflects. Recovering from it was a monumental task, but Jessica chose to focus on the future rather than dwell on the past. “These days, I don’t look in the small rearview mirror and focus on the larger front windshield,” she says, a perspective that has allowed her to rebuild not just her business but her life.
In her role as a Broker, Jessica finds immense joy in mentoring other agents and watching them succeed. “One year as a broker and selling over 900 homes was the greatest achievement,” she notes, not because of the numbers but because of the agents who found success under her guidance. Jessica’s leadership style is grounded in empathy, an attribute she’s cultivated through the peaks and valleys of her career. “I have empathy for every situation,” she says, understanding that real estate, like life, can be unpredictable and challenging. Jessica recently decided to return to what she calls “home,” where she first began growing a team in 2014 at Keller
Williams. She is so excited to be accompanied by high-producing agents, top-notch technology, marketing options, and the backing of this powerhouse Brokerage, and she feels it’s the perfect fit for her at this time.
Jessica’s goals for the future are ambitious yet grounded in the values she holds dear. Her original aim was to sell $20 million individually this year, a target that reflects her drive and dedication, and just recently, she surpassed it. But beyond the numbers, Jessica’s ultimate goal is to leave a legacy for her children. “I would love to be remembered as a person with a good moral compass,” she says, someone who always strives to do the right thing. More than her record sales or industry accolades, Jessica wants to be remembered as a mom of many who set out to give them all a good life and strong character. She expects her oldest daughter, Sadie Hargis, to join her as a licensed agent at age 18. Jessica lights up when she talks about Sadie’s future in the real estate world. “Her maturity and understanding of the industry surpasses her age by decades.”
Jessica Hargis stands out for her sincerity, resilience, and commitment to the people she serves. Her journey is a testament to the power of rebuilding and the belief that greatness isn’t just about what you achieve but how you achieve it. As she continues to navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape, one thing is certain: Jessica Hargis is just getting started.
