Kyle Dodd’s journey, from his early years growing up in Abilene, Texas, to the complex world of North Fort Worth real estate, stands out as a story of dedication and passion.
“I attended Hardin-Simmons University, majoring in economics and minoring in business administration,” he recalls. It was during his college years that he discovered his love for real estate while working for a custom cabinet maker. “I loved seeing the different styles of homes and the unique touches people add to their living spaces. From the layout of the homes to the paint colors, I find it all fascinating.”
Kyle’s career in real estate officially began in October 2021. However, his path to this profession was not a straight-forward one. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kyle was a car salesman and continued working as a custom cabinet maker. These experiences honed his skills in customer service and craftsmanship, which now play a crucial role in his real estate business.
When asked about his current passions in the business, Kyle’s response is clear: “Just being the best I can be for my clients and providing them with the best home buying experience.” This dedication to client satisfaction has been the cornerstone of his success. “Gaining the freedom and knowledge of working for myself has been the most rewarding part of my business,” he shares.
Kyle’s hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. In 2023, he was named “Top Producer” at his previous brokerage, a recognition that speaks volumes about his capabilities. Yet, the journey has not been without its challenges. “Learning the ins and
outs of running my own business and finding a brokerage that truly has my best interests in mind was tough,” Kyle admits. Despite these obstacles, Kyle’s perseverance paid off, leading him to join Close Real Estate, a brokerage that aligns with his values and goals.
For Kyle, real estate is not just a career but a means to achieve his personal dreams. “It allows me the freedom to spend more time with my family and work remotely if needed,” he explains. His favorite part of being a REALTOR® is “touring and selling really unique homes,” a task that combines his love for architecture and design with his passion for helping people find their dream homes.
Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys traveling with his wife and gardening. These hobbies provide a much-needed balance to his busy professional life. As a piece of advice to aspiring real estate agents, Kyle suggests, “Join a Rotary Club.” This recommendation stems from his belief in community involvement and networking.
When asked how he differs from other agents, Kyle’s humility shines through. “I’m not pushy, and I know
I can’t be the agent for everyone, and that’s okay,” he states. This approach has earned him the respect and trust of his clients. Kyle’s ultimate goal is to be remembered for “being good at my job and having happy clients.”
Looking ahead, Kyle has ambitious plans for the future. “I want to work towards starting my rental business,” he says, outlining his goals for the year. Despite his impressive career volume of $17M, he remains grounded and focused on continuous growth and improvement.
A fun fact about Kyle? He competed in the Junior Olympics as a 110M and 400M hurdler, a testament to his determination and competitive spirit.
In the ever-evolving world of real estate, Kyle Dodd’s story is of resilience and a genuine love for helping others. As he continues to make his mark in North Fort Worth, his journey serves as an inspiration to aspiring real estate agents and a testament to the rewards of hard work and integrity. As Kyle says, “When one door opens, another deal closes.”

When your client buys a new home, you want them to feel good about their decision. As a senior account executive with Achosa Home Warranty, Mariane King has dedicated the past 27 years to ensuring that homebuyers, sellers, and agents can navigate the complexities of homeownership with confidence. Her journey is not just about professional success but about the relationships she has cultivated along the way.
“I’m grateful for the lifelong relationships that have been built over the years and for the real estate community that puts their trust in me and Achosa,” Mariane shared with a warmth that comes from decades of service. Her role at Achosa Home Warranty isn’t just a job; it’s a mission to provide peace of mind to homeowners and safeguard the reputations of the agents she works with.
Achosa Home Warranty, a company known for its innovative approach to home protection, offers a unique service that sets it apart from others in the industry. “Our motto is the Power to Choose,” Mariane explained. Unlike traditional home warranty companies, Achosa empowers homeowners to select their own licensed contractors for all required services.
“We are transforming our industry for the better by empowering the homeowner to choose their own licensed contractors for all required services,” she said. This flexibility ensures that homeowners receive prompt, reliable service, a stark contrast to the limited options provided by many other warranty companies.
Mariane’s passion for her work is palpable. “My passion is to help agents protect their brand and gain more client referrals with a positive home warranty experience,” she emphasized. Having worked within the traditional home warranty model for over two decades, Mariane understands the frustrations that can arise when things don’t go smoothly. The Achosa model, which allows homeowners to use local contractors, has been a game changer. “Homeowners can get their home back up and running on retail time,” she noted, reflecting on her own experience when her air conditioning unit malfunctioned during a Texas summer. “My preferred tech was quite impressed with how
quickly the diagnosis was approved and Achosa paid his retail rates on the spot.”
Her dedication to customer service and her commitment to the real estate community have made Mariane a trusted partner for many top producers. “Top producers need a home warranty company and rep that they can count on to take care of their clients, and that’s why I want to be your home warranty partner,” she stated. Mariane’s approach is not just about closing deals but about building trust and ensuring that clients have a positive experience long after the sale is complete.
Behind Mariane’s professional success is a deeply rooted love for her family. “My children are my why, and I’m grateful to them for their support over the years,” she shared. Her two children, Jacob and Jenifer, have grown up with a mother who has shown them the value of hard work and dedication. “Both of my children are very intelligent and successful, and I’m so very proud,” Mariane said with a smile. Jacob, now 32, recently married and lives in Maryland, while Jenifer, 25, is pursuing graduate studies to become a physician’s assistant.
After being divorced for almost 20 years, Mariane found love again in 2021 when she met Dean, her lifemate. “We are having the time of our lives, traveling and spending time with family and friends,” she beamed. The couple recently purchased a home in Keller, Texas, where they are enjoying the process of making it their own. “With all of our children spread out, Dean and I value and cherish every moment that we get with them.”
Mariane’s journey from her small hometown of Portland, Texas, near Corpus Christi, to becoming a respected figure in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate community is a testament to her resilience and adaptability. “I grew up in a small town, Portland, near Corpus Christi on the Texas Gulf Coast,” she recalled. Her journey north began when her parents decided it was best to move her away from the beach, leading her to graduate from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos with a degree in broadcasting. Her initial career in radio eventually led her to real estate, where she discovered her true calling.
The decision to transition from real estate sales to home warranty was a natural fit for Mariane. “I truly believe that I found my niche in the home warranty industry,” she reflected. The industry allowed her to blend the autonomy of self-employment with the benefits of working for a company, and it offered her the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
For Mariane, success is about more than just numbers or accolades.
“Success for me is being happy and content and knowing that you’ve put in 100% plus,” she said. Her life’s mantra is simple yet profound: “Life is all about choices, when it comes to decisions made early in life that determine what path you’re going to take in life to decisions that we make every day as an adult.”
When Mariane isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, reading, shopping for home décor, and exercising.
“Eating healthy and staying fit are important to me,” adds Mariane. Balancing work and life has always come naturally to her, especially given her ability to work from home.
“I’ve worked from home the majority of my adult life and feel blessed that I can walk away from the computer at the end of the day or get home after
client meetings and feel that I’ve done the best that I can,” she shared.
As Mariane looks to the future, her goals are clear: to continue helping Achosa achieve record-breaking months by sharing the Achosa concept and helping agents build their client databases and referrals. On a personal level, she hopes to travel more and spend as much time with her family as possible.
In closing, Mariane’s message to the real estate community is one of partnership and trust. “If you’re looking for a home warranty partner that will take great care of your clients, me and Achosa are the only way to home warranty,” she affirmed.
Mariane King’s story is one of passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the people she serves. As she continues to build on the lifelong relationships she’s cultivated, there’s no doubt that her legacy in the home warranty industry will endure for many years to come.
I MET MARIANE AS MY HOME WARRANTY REP WHEN I FIRST GOT INTO REAL ESTATE IN 2002. SHE’S BEEN A DEAR FRIEND AND TRUSTED HOME WARRANTY PARTNER EVER SINCE. I LOVE THAT SHE’S AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH MARIANE!

IIn the high-stakes world of real estate, connections are everything, and Mark and Kim Assaad have found a unique way to ace it—both on and off the court. While most realtors rely on open houses and property showings to close deals, Mark and Kim prefer the fast-paced, strategic arenas of pickleball and tennis. Mark’s addiction to pickleball has led him to network with clients over quick volleys and friendly smack talk, while Kim’s passion for tennis serves as her secret weapon for building lasting relationships.
But their game doesn’t stop there. Mark and Kim have even taken their love for the courts to the next level by creating branded merchandise that reflects their sporty passions. From custom pickleball paddles and stylish hats to sleek visors and game day towels, their pickleball and tennis-centric gear has become a hit both on the court and in their real estate circles. By seamlessly blending their professional acumen with their athletic enthusiasms, the Assaads have created a dynamic duo that’s winning at more than just the game.
Beyond the courts, Mark and Kim Assaad’s greatest passion lies in their family—Sam and Lina-Grace,
who have both inherited not just their parents’ love of real estate but also their competitive edge. After all, when your parents can close a deal with a backhanded volley or a wicked serve, you know you’ve got big shoes (or should we say sneakers?) to fill. Sam, eager to join the family game, nabbed his real estate license at 18, while Lina-Grace, ever the strategist, got hers at 20. They’ve grown up watching their parents ace the world of property acquisition, and now they’re keen on helping others “Find their place in this world,” one home at a time.
Mark and Kim have always championed the entrepreneurial spirit, a value that didn’t just sprout overnight but was deeply ingrained by their own parents. Mark’s parents, for instance, didn’t just cross an ocean from Egypt in 1968—they crossed it with a dream big enough to fit an entire family’s future success. Kim, on the other hand, honed her business insight under the tutelage of her mom, a powerhouse who managed to create multiple businesses while raising Kim as a single mother. You could say Kim learned early on that running a business is a lot like a tennis match—you’ve got to be quick on your feet and ready to pivot at any moment.
With all that entrepreneurial DNA coursing through their veins, it’s no wonder the Assaad kids took to real estate like ducks to water—or perhaps like tennis balls to rackets. Now, with the whole family in the game, The Assaad Group isn’t just a business; it’s a full-fledged family sport where winning means everyone gets a slice of the American Dream.
But the Assaad family’s love for real estate and sports is only rivaled by their passion for adventure. Whether they’re jetting off to a far-flung destination or exploring the hidden gems of a nearby town, Mark, Kim, and the kids have made it their mission to experience life to the fullest. From savoring the flavors of local cuisine to diving headfirst into the latest fashion trends, they immerse themselves in every aspect of the cultures they encounter—especially when there’s a good wine involved.
This zest for exploration isn’t just a hobby; it’s practically the Assaad family creed. As Mark’s dad, Assaad Assaad, famously declared, “Adventure is Paradise!”—a motto that has guided the family through countless trips, each one an opportunity to learn, grow, and, of course, have a little fun. Whether they’re haggling in a bustling market overseas or finding the perfect hidden restaurant stateside, the Assaads approach every journey with the same enthusiasm and curiosity they bring to their business.
After all, much like a good real estate deal, a great adventure is all about timing, location, and a bit of negotiation!
Mark and Kim Assaad’s knack for building relationships extends far beyond the courts and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The dynamic duo has cultivated a powerhouse team at The Assaad Group, bringing on board top-tier talent like Marci Peters, a real estate expert in North Tarrant County, and Brenden Angus, who’s poised to become a leading force
AFTER ALL, REAL ESTATE IS REALLY ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS, HOW YOU CONNECT PEOPLE WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND PLACES, AND HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE.
in the Uptown and Dallas markets. But their reach doesn’t stop there. Leveraging their passion for travel, Mark and Kim have been strategically meeting and networking with the best agents across America and around the world. This ever-expanding network ensures that their clients have access to trusted real estate advisors no matter where life takes them.
When they’re not closing deals, you’ll find Mark and Kim deeply engaged in the heartbeat of Grapevine. Mark’s expertise shines through in his role on the City of Grapevine Planning and Zoning Commission, where he
helps craft the blueprint for future growth. Meanwhile, Kim’s leadership extends to the world of sports as she serves on the Board of Governors at The Nelson Golf and Sports Club. Their involvement is a testament to their belief that real estate is about more than just properties—it’s about enriching the community they call home.
In true Assaad fashion, these roles aren’t just about business—they’re about connection, community, and making a lasting impact. As the great Jim Walberg from Danville, CA, says, “After all, real estate is really
about relationships, how you connect people with other people and places, and how you treat people.” Guided by this wisdom, The Assaad Group follows two mottos: “What you focus on expands!” and “The Platinum Rule: Always treat people the way THEY want to be treated!” Just like on the courts, where every match is a chance to strengthen bonds and create memories, Mark and Kim’s involvement in these organizations reflects their belief that real estate is about more than just transactions; it’s about building relationships that stand the test of time.
Kim and Mark Assaad’s story is one of love, dedication, and a fierce commitment to winning—not just on the courts, but in the lives of their clients. In the fast-paced game of real estate, they play to win by helping others achieve their dreams, one closing at a time. Real estate for them isn’t just a career; it’s a passion-fueled match where the joy of service is the ultimate trophy. As they continue to serve up exceptional service, they remain true to their core values of kindness and generosity, leaving a lasting legacy in the North Fort Worth real estate market—one that’s as strong as their forehand and as reliable as a well-placed serve.

For Chad Hughes, owner of Deluxe Roofing and Construction, roofing isn’t just a job—it’s a passion driven by quality, honesty, and a commitment to excellence. Over the past 20 years, Chad has built a thriving business rooted in integrity and relationships, all while making his mark on the real estate industry in North Texas. But, as Chad puts it, the success of Deluxe Roofing stems from more than just hard work. It’s all about “The Deluxe Difference.”
“The Deluxe Difference is about holding ourselves to a higher standard to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of work and excellent customer service,” Chad explains. This
commitment to superior craftsmanship and customer care sets Deluxe Roofing apart from the competition. But the story behind Deluxe is more than just about roofing—it’s about people, relationships, and building trust over time.
Chad didn’t begin his career in roofing but was instead deeply entrenched in the real estate world. “I was a TREClicensed inspector and owned Hughes Home Inspection for 15 years,” he recalls. The experience he gained from inspecting homes became a foundation for his transition into the roofing business. “My wife, Emily, who is also a former
REALTOR®, and I have been on all sides of real estate transactions. This experience allows us to understand the challenges REALTORS® and their clients face when trying to get a deal to the closing table.”
Chad’s extensive background in construction and real estate helped him shape a business that caters specifically to the needs of agents and their clients. “In 20 years of roofing for the real estate industry, I’ve never had a client not close on time due to a roofing issue. We know how important it is to meet tight deadlines and make sure the transaction goes smoothly.
One of the key drivers behind Chad’s success is his team and his focus on creating a family-like environment at Deluxe Roofing. “Our employees are our extended family. Our extremely low employee turnover rate is a major difference between us and other companies,” Chad shares. “Most of our employees have been with us for many years, and that continuity gives our customers confidence that their roofs are being handled by seasoned professionals.”
Chad’s right-hand woman in business and in life is his wife, Emily Doskocil, who co-owns Deluxe Roofing and manages the operations and production side of the business. Alongside them is a robust team of Senior Roofing Consultants and Project Managers like Bobby Binion, who has been with Deluxe since day one, and others like Kenny Mieth, Cameron Stewart, and Randy Short who have been with the company for many years.
Chad notes that many roofing companies struggle with employee retention, leading to a revolving door of new hires. At Deluxe, however, the team is built to last. “We wanted to create a company that puts people over profits, and looking back over the last eight years, that’s exactly what we’ve done.”
While roofing and storm restoration are at the core of what Deluxe Roofing does—serving residential, commercial, multi-family, and new construction clients—Chad’s ultimate focus is on relationships. “We don’t believe in one-and-done customers,” Chad states firmly. “Just like REALTORS®, our success relies on referrals, so we focus on people, building relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. 60% of our business comes from the real estate industry, and we are geared to serve their needs.”
This relationship-driven approach is what has earned Deluxe Roofing its reputation as the go-to roofer for many top-producing agents in North Texas. The company’s ability to handle roofing projects quickly and
effectively while also providing same-day inspections, detailed reports, and flexible payment options has solidified their standing within the real estate community. Chad started offering a “pay at closing” option for roofing services before it was even heard of. “Roofing for the real estate industry is what we do, and I truly believe no one does it better,” Chad says confidently. “We understand the timeframes, and we’re here to make sure your transaction gets to the closing table on time.”
Chad’s roots run deep in North Texas. “Thank God I’m from Texas,” he laughs, reflecting on his upbringing. Born in Fort Worth and raised in Hurst and Bedford, he’s been connected to the local community his entire life. Today, he proudly serves on the Board of Directors at the HEB Chamber of Commerce, where he continues to give back to the community that shaped him, and belongs to eleven other chamber organizations.
Chad also believes in giving back to his community. Deluxe Roofing supports many local charities, including Unfaulted, a non-profit that helps girls that have aged out of foster care, and I Can Still Shine, an organization that helps and supports battered women and children. “We support local charities because we know the money will stay in the community,” Chad explains. “We facilitate donations and hold events for non-profits in our event space at the office, and we have done so for a number of years. Once you have achieved a certain level of financial success, that’s what it is all for – to give back and make a difference in the community.”
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and friends, wakesurfing on the lake, snowboarding, and fishing every chance he gets. Balancing work and personal life as a business owner is always a challenge, but Chad believes in creating a supportive environment where his team can also enjoy their lives outside of work. “We’ve built an amazing family-oriented team where everyone knows their job, pulls their weight, and helps each other out,” he says. “That’s how we ensure everyone has the time to enjoy the truly important things in life.”
As Deluxe Roofing continues to grow, Chad’s goals for the future are clear. “We want to continue building relationships and delivering exceptional service,” he says. “We want to keep doing what we are already doing.” For him, suc cess is measured not just by the number of roofs installed but by the trust earned from clients and partners. “If our customers are happy and our people are happy, then our business is good. That is what success means to me.”
As Chad reflects on his journey, one piece of advice from his mentor, Jeff Fahrendorf, stands out: “If it don’t look right, it probably ain’t.” This simple phrase, passed down from Chad’s home inspection mentor, serves as a guiding principle for Deluxe Roofing—one that reinforces the importance of doing things the right way, every time.
In a business where success can often be fleet ing, Chad Hughes and Deluxe Roofing have built something lasting: a company that’s not only about roofs but about people, trust, and lasting relationships. That’s “The Deluxe Difference.”

In the North Fort Worth real estate industry, Brad Simpson, a REALTOR® with Ebby Halliday, stands tall. With over 12 years of experience, Brad, a key player in the Simpson Richards Group, has touched the lives of many families, helping them find their dream homes. His story is one of dedication, family values, and a strong commitment to doing what’s right.
Brad’s journey begins in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he was born and raised. Growing up in Keller, he graduated from Keller High in 2003. “I’ve lived in Keller for most of my life,” he shares, reflecting on his deep connection to the community. Before venturing into real estate, Brad worked at Costco in Southlake as a senior manager for 11 years. This experience honed his management skills and instilled in him a strong work ethic.
In 2012, Brad made a significant career shift to real estate. “I started in real estate because I wanted to help people in a more personal way,” he explains. His transition was smooth, thanks to his background in management and his genuine love for assisting others. His first year in real estate was marked by remarkable success as he received the Rookie of the Year award company-wide, setting the stage for a flourishing career.
For Brad, real estate is more than just transactions; it’s about integrity and keeping one’s word. “Showing integrity and being a man of my word, displaying core values—this is getting lost in our industry,” he emphasizes. Brad’s commitment to these principles has earned him a place of respect among clients and colleagues alike. He believes that honesty and difficult conversations are crucial in this business. “Guide your clients like you would if they were your mother or father,” he advises, echoing the best advice he ever received from his mentor, Donna.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Brad’s career is the relationships he builds with his clients. “Getting clients into their first home and building a relationship with them” brings him immense satisfaction. His approach is personal and heartfelt, treating clients like
family. This genuine care extends beyond the usual scope of a REALTOR®’s duties. “I’ve mowed yards, removed trees, hung doors, replaced attic ladders, and more for clients,” Brad shares. His willingness to go above and beyond is a testament to his dedication to making his clients happy.
Brad’s career in real estate is deeply intertwined with his family life. He and his wife, Briana, have a fouryear-old daughter named Ava. “It provides for my family and is setting up my daughter to have a great education and life,” he says, reflecting on what real estate has done for his family. Brad’s definition of success is simple yet profound: “Raise a great kid, and see her be successful.” The loss of a child in 2018 was a heartbreaking challenge for Brad and Briana, but it also gave them a new perspective on life and how they raise Ava.
Throughout his career, Brad has garnered numerous accolades, including being named a D Magazine Top Producing Agent multiple times and making the company honor roll regularly. “I typically make our company honor roll six months out of the year or so,” he mentions. His impressive track record includes selling over 500 homes since he became an agent, with 24 homes sold last year alone.
Outside of his professional life, Brad enjoys being a “girl dad” and spending quality time with his family. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and playing ice hockey. These activities provide a balance to his busy career and keep him grounded. Despite his success, Brad remains humble and focused on his core values. “I want to be remembered for always doing what was right and being a man of my word,” he says.
As Brad continues to grow his business, his goals remain clear. Recently achieving the
milestone of becoming debt-free, he looks forward to further success and stability for his family. “Texans have a great sense of community, generally speaking, people are nice, polite, and respectful,” he remarks about his love for the DFW area. He hopes to see the region’s growth slow down a bit, allowing the community to maintain its unique charm.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest transactions a person will ever make, and it helps to have someone you can trust guiding you every step of the way. A seasoned REALTOR® with Douglas Elliman, Michele Nemecek is not just known for her impressive career volume or the numerous accolades she has earned, but also for the warmth and authenticity she shows her clients. It’s her generosity and sociability that truly set her apart, painting a vivid portrait of a woman who gives from the heart and connects effortlessly with everyone she meets.
Roots and Routes
Michele’s journey began in sunny Southern California, where she grew up and met her husband in high school. The couple married in 1990, and by 1998, they had moved to Texas, a place that would become the backdrop for their growing family and Michele’s eventual career in real estate. “I was a stay-at-home mom in Texas until our youngest was in college,” she recalls. “My husband and I have been investing in real estate since 2006, so it was a natural progression for me to seek my real estate license in 2017.”
Before diving into real estate, Michele had an extensive background in escrow and mortgage loan processing in California. But it was her role as a dedicated mother of three that defined her life for 26 years. When she finally transitioned into real estate, it felt like coming home to a profession that had been calling her for years.
Building Connections, Changing
Since starting her career in the spring of 2017, Michele has flourished, leveraging her background and her innate ability to connect with people. “I’m passionate about connecting people with each other, with wealth, and with real estate,” she says. This passion is evident in her approach to her clients, whom she sees not just as transactions, but as individuals whose lives can be transformed through real estate. “The most rewarding part of my business is seeing it change my client’s lives.”
One of Michele’s strengths is her deep understanding of the real estate process, thanks to her varied background. “I truly listen to my clients’ needs,” she emphasizes. “Because of my diverse background, I am able to really explain the entire process and advise accordingly.” This attentive and informed approach has garnered her numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year in 2018 and multiple Top Producer awards.
Like any journey, Michele’s path in real estate hasn’t been without its challenges. One of her biggest hurdles was learning not to get too involved with what she thinks is right for her clients. “I’ve had to balance my professional advice with respecting my clients’ decisions,” she reflects. This balance is crucial in maintaining the trust and rapport she has built with her clients over the years.
The most rewarding part of my business is seeing it change my client’s lives.
Michele’s ability to navigate challenges is a testament to her resilience and dedication. She defines success as the freedom of schedule and time, a goal she continually strives towards. “Planning for our future with the clock ticking faster than expected has been a significant challenge,” she admits. Yet, her focus on teaching others about passive income and achieving their real estate goals showcases her forward-thinking mindset.
Generosity at Heart
One of the most compelling aspects
of Michele’s story is her generosity. She gives without expecting anything in return, whether it’s supporting her clients, mentoring young entrepreneurs, or simply lending a helping hand. “Being ready and willing to help” is how she wants to be remembered, a philosophy she embodies daily.
Her generosity extends to her professional advice. For up-and-coming real estate agents, Michele offers this wisdom: “Concentrate on the money-making activities. Don’t get
distracted with being busy.” This focus has undoubtedly contributed to her impressive career volume, including a total volume of $15 million last year and ambitious goals to reach $25 million this year.
Michele’s sociability is another key element of her success. An outgoing and engaging personality, she finds joy in building relationships. “My favorite part of being a REALTOR® is networking,” she shares. This ability to connect with others easily has not only helped her build a thriving business but has also created a supportive community around her.
Her love for her community extends to her personal interests as well. Outside of real estate, Michele enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs and has even decorated designer trees at the World Trade Center in Dallas during the Christmas season—a fun fact that highlights her creative and generous spirit.
In a world where the pace of life often feels relentless, Michele Nemecek’s story is a reminder that success in real estate isn’t just about numbers and transactions—it’s about the heart you put into your work and the connections you build along the way. As Michele continues to touch lives and transform her community, she embodies the true spirit of a real estate professional who gives from the heart and engages with everyone she meets.
