Cody Cobb is not just any real estate agent in North Dallas. He truly stands out, not just for his professional accomplishments but for the deeper purpose that drives him. For Cody, real estate isn’t merely a career; it’s a calling, a ministry through which he serves others, guided by his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.
“Jesus Christ is King,” Cody declares, his voice filled with conviction. “All of our value and purpose are found in Him.” This foundational belief permeates every aspect of Cody’s life and work, shaping his interactions and his approach to business. His journey is a testament to the power of servant leadership, a principle he holds dear.
Cody’s roots run deep in Texas soil. Born in Dallas, he spent his formative years in the Carrollton and Plano areas, where he was immersed in a blend of outdoor activities, sports, and church involvement. “Fishing, camping, and playing sports were a large part of my childhood,” he recalls. From a young age, Cody was taught the importance of serving others, a lesson reinforced through various mission trips during middle and high school.
His passion for service extended into his professional life. After earning his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Texas in 2023, Cody embarked on a career that combined his marketing skills with his desire
to help others. “I began working as a sales rep and marketing manager for a small marketing company,” he explains. “Over seven years, I managed client relationships, expanded territories, and assisted with rebranding efforts.” Despite his success, Cody felt a calling to something more personal and impactful.
That calling led him to real estate. On December 1, 2020, Cody began his real estate career with Monument Realty, but at the end of 2023, he joined the Bray Real Estate Group, becoming a key player on The Hitt Team. His transition was seamless, fueled by his passion for helping firsttime homeowners and guiding families in building wealth through real estate. “Helping families purchase land and ranches, creating lasting memories, and connecting with nature is incredibly rewarding,” he shares.
For Cody, the most fulfilling aspect of his work is the relationships he builds. “Meeting new people all the time and being able to pour into my clients daily is an honor,” he says. “I love playing such an important role in their life stories.” This deep connection with his clients is rooted in his belief that real estate should be transformational, not transactional. “It’s about having a transformational impact in the lives of others, not just closing a sale,” he emphasizes.
Cody’s approach to real estate is deeply influenced by his commitment to servant leadership. “Living the life of a servant leader, putting others’ needs above your own and leading by example, is one of the most important and fulfilling roles we could ever experience,” he states. This philosophy is evident in every interaction he has, from the initial consultation to the final handshake. His clients trust him not just because of his expertise but because they see his genuine care and dedication.
This dedication has not gone unnoticed. Cody has received several accolades, including the SEAL’s Training Graduate at Monument Realty and the Spirit Award Real Producers ESPE winner in 2023. He has also been recognized as a top producer by Real Producer and D Magazine. Yet, for Cody, these awards are secondary to the satisfaction of knowing he has made a difference in someone’s life.
His journey has not been without challenges. “Divorce, depression, various addictions, and personal failures have all been part of my story,” Cody admits. “But learning that my true identity is as a child of God has been the most important realization.” This understanding has given him the strength to overcome obstacles and the compassion to help others facing their own struggles.
Cody’s personal life is a testament to his faith and resilience. He married his incredible wife, Ally, in May 2023, and they welcomed their first child, Wyatt Levi Cobb, in February 2024. “We paid off all of our debt and purchased our first home together in Celina, TX, in November 2023,” he proudly shares. “My wife and I love being a part of this city as it grows and to be raising our future family here. We were very thankful that God created an opportunity for us to purchase our first home together in this area last year because we love the culture of Celina and the direction that the area is headed in.” His family, including his parents, siblings, and in-laws, all live within the DFW metroplex, creating a close-knit support system.
Cody and Ally are also both agents and are enthusiastic about the opportunities that real estate will provide professionally. “We are even more excited to grow alongside other families as the city grows into what we expect it to become in the future,” Cody says. Deeply committed to the future of their city, the Cobbs are both members of the Chamber of Commerce, and Cody serves on the Rodeo Celina Committee.
Looking ahead, Cody has ambitious goals. “I aim to close over $10 million in volume as an individual agent this year,” he says. But beyond financial success, he aspires
to be remembered for his heart. “I want to be remembered for putting others first and serving them in a way that makes them feel loved, respected, and appreciated,” he reflects. “This respectful and loving heart posture is how Jesus Christ graciously treats and loves me.”
As Cody continues to build his legacy in North Dallas, his advice to aspiring real estate agents is simple yet profound: “Work hard, do your part, and let God do the rest.” It’s a mantra that has guided him through the highs and lows of his career and one that he hopes will inspire others to pursue their own paths with faith and determination.
In an industry where success is often measured by numbers and accolades, Cody Cobb reminds us that true success lies in understanding our purpose, embracing our unique gifts, and using them to serve others. Through his unwavering faith and servant leadership, Cody is not just transforming real estate transactions but touching lives and building a lasting legacy grounded in love and service.

In the Dallas real estate market, where transactions move at the speed of opportunity, having a trusted partner by your side can make all the difference. Meet Robyn DiPasquale, the vice president of sales at Achosa Home Warranty, a true trailblazer in the industry. With over two decades of experience and a passion for serving others, Robyn is redefining what it means to be a home warranty partner.
Robyn’s journey into the world of real estate began with a love for marketing and a desire to make a difference. “I started working for a mortgage company in marketing 13 years ago, caught the ‘Real Estate Bug’ and have mostly stayed in the industry ever since,” she shares. “My marketing director role showed me how much I love working with and SERVING other people.”
Driven by a commitment to excellence and a heart for service, Robyn joined Achosa Home Warranty with a mission to revolutionize the industry. “Achosa means ‘Power to Choose’,” she explains. “Our entire business model is based on excellent customer service, fast and hassle-free claims process for the client as well as their contractors.”
But what truly sets Achosa apart is its dedication to empowering clients and agents alike. “We assist homeowners with unexpected challenges with the systems and appliances in their home after their closing,” Robyn says. “Our goal is to create lifelong Achosa customers.”
For Robyn, success isn’t just about sales—it’s about building meaningful relationships and earning the trust of her partners. “I don’t look at my current role as a sales role—it’s all about building relationships with people and providing the service and support they deserve,”
she emphasizes. “Every partnership I develop is unique and different…all equally special and important to me personally as professionally.”
With a supportive family by her side—including her husband of nearly 25 years and their three children— Robyn finds joy in the simple moments of togetherness. “Family and faith is everything to me,” she shares. “We don’t have to be doing anything special, just being together…especially with two in college.”
MY PHILOSOPHY IS ‘ONE AGENT, ONE CLIENT AT A TIME.’ I’LL CHANGE THEIR VIEWS AND OPTIONS ON HOME WARRANTY AND SHOW THEM HOW GREAT THE EXPERIENCE AND PRODUCT CAN BE!
Despite the demands of her profession, Robyn remains committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. “The juggle in our industry is a difficult one,” she admits. “But setting the expectations up front is critical for any working relationship.”
Looking ahead, Robyn’s goals are clear—to become the most respected and trusted warranty partner in Collin and Denton Counties and beyond. “My philosophy is ‘One Agent, One Client at a Time’,” she says.
“I’ll change their views and options on home warranty and show them how great the experience and product can be!”
As she continues to forge ahead on her journey, Robyn remains grateful for the warm reception she’s received from the real estate community. “I am truly humbled by the welcoming response so many in the industry have shown me,” she reflects. “I have so much respect for the agents I work with and partner with.”
For agents seeking a true partner in the world of home warranties, Robyn DiPasquale and Achosa Home Warranty are a shining example of reliability and integrity. “I urge all Real Producer agents to give me the opportunity to show them the Achosa Difference,” she concludes. “Sometimes when things sound too good to be true… they actually ARE that AMAZING!”
Greg Esquilino and his wife wanted to bring DFW a roofing company that would push communication and high values over all else. He noticed that lack in the industry since he first started in roofing
Brendan Thomas, a lifelong friend of Greg's, shared this vision and ultimately joined Greg. He and Greg are expanding their services across DFW and East Texas, creating long lasting relationships.

Nearly 90% of Metro Areas Registered Home Price Gains in Second Quarter of 2024
Almost 90% of metro markets (199 out of 223, or 89%) recorded home price gains in the second quarter of 2024, as the 30-year fixed mortgage rate ranged from 6.82% to 7.22%, according to the National Association of REALTORS®’ latest quarterly report. Thirteen percent of the 223 tracked metro areas experienced
double-digit price gains over the same period, down from 30% in the first quarter. The median single-family existing-home price for the San Jose, California metro area was $2,008,000 – it’s the first time since NAR began tracking metro area single-family home prices in 1979 that a metro area’s median price exceeded $2 million.
“The record-high home prices in most metro markets bring good and bad news,” said NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun. “It’s terrific news for homeowners who are
moving ahead in wealth gains. However, it’s difficult for those wanting to buy a home as the required income to qualify has roughly doubled from just a few years ago.”
Compared to one year ago, the national median single-family existing-home price grew 4.9% to $422,100. In the previous quarter, the yearover-year national median price increased 5%.
Among the major U.S. regions, the South registered the largest share of single-family existing-home sales (45.5%) in the second quarter, with year-over-year price appreciation of 2.3%. Prices also bounced 9.8% in the Northeast, 5.5% in the Midwest and 5.4% in the West.
The top 10 metro areas with the largest year-over-year median price increases, which can be influenced by the types of homes sold during the quarter, all posted gains of at least 14.1%. Five of the markets were in the Northeast. Overall, those markets were Racine, Wis. (19.8%); Glens Falls, N.Y. (19.8%); El Paso, Texas (19.2%); Morristown, Tenn. (16.7%); Manchester-Nashua, N.H. (16.2%); Anaheim-Santa AnaIrvine, Calif. (15.0%); New YorkJersey City-White Plains, N.Y.-N.J. (14.8%); Springfield, Ill. (14.8%); Dutchess County-Putnam County, N.Y. (14.2%); and Trenton, N.J. (14.1%).
Seven of the top 10 most expensive markets in the U.S. were in California. Overall, those markets were San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara, Calif. ($2,008,000; 11.6%); San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward, Calif. ($1,449,000; 8.5%); AnaheimSanta Ana-Irvine, Calif. ($1,437,500; 15%); Urban Honolulu, Hawaii ($1,101,500; 3.8%); San DiegoCarlsbad, Calif. ($1,050,000; 11.4%); Salinas, Calif. ($1,035,700; 13.1%); Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura, Calif. ($927,900; 2.5%); San Luis Obispo-Paso Robles, Calif. ($895,300; 0.5%); Boulder, Colo. ($888,300; 2%); and Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island, Fla. ($867,000; 2%).
Nearly 10% of markets (22 of 223) experienced home price declines in the second quarter, up from 7% in the first quarter.
“Previously fast-gaining markets took a breather in the past quarter, including Nashville, Durham, Austin, and several Florida metro areas,” Yun said. “Conversely, some markets that experienced declines last year have roared back, such as San Francisco, Anaheim, and New York.”
Housing affordability worsened in the second quarter as mortgage rates increased. The monthly mortgage
payment on a typical existing single-family home with a 20% down payment was $2,262, up 11.1% from the first quarter ($2,036) and 10.3% – or $212 – from one year ago. Families typically spent 26.5% of their income on mortgage payments, up from 24.2% in the previous quarter and 25.3% one year ago.
First-time buyers encountered limited inventory and rising home prices in the second quarter, resulting in deteriorated affordability conditions compared to the prior quarter. For a typical starter home valued at $358,800 with a 10% down payment loan, the monthly mortgage payment jumped to $2,218, up 11.1% from the previous quarter ($1,997). That was an increase
of $207, or 10.3%, from one year ago ($2,011). First-time buyers typically spent 40% of their family income on mortgage payments, up from 36.5% in the prior quarter.
A family needed a qualifying income of at least $100,000 to afford a 10% down payment mortgage in 48% of markets, up from 40.7% in the previous quarter. Yet, a family needed a qualifying income of less than $50,000 to afford a home in 2.7% of markets, down from 4.5% in the prior quarter.
“Housing affordability will improve in upcoming months,” Yun said. “Mortgage rates have fallen measurably, and more supply is reaching the market. Therefore, the income required to buy a home will decrease.”

Caralee Gurney and Stacy Revely are two names in North Dallas real estate that have become synonymous with transformation and heartfelt service. Together, they lead The Mariposa Group at Coldwell Banker Apex, a team that has made a profound impact on the community they serve. Their motto, “Transforming Lives One Home at a Time,” reflects not only their professional ethos but also their deeply personal stories.
The inspiration behind the name “Mariposa,” meaning “butterfly” in Spanish, is as poignant as it is symbolic. For Stacy, the butterfly symbolizes change and growth, a theme she embraced during her tenure as president of the Junior League of Collin County. “Each incoming president provides a theme for the organization,” Stacy explains. “Mine was ‘Transforming Tomorrows,’ symbolized by the butterfly. The impact of volunteer work not only changes those who receive the benefit of the efforts, but it also makes a tremendous difference in your personal life when you give back and work to help others.”
For Caralee, the butterfly holds a deeply personal significance, tied to a cherished memory of her childhood best friend who passed away after battling cancer. “She shared a story with me,” Caralee recalls, “about a
moment of reflection and prayer at her family’s ranch, where she was surrounded by a flock of yellow butterflies. She saw this as a sign of hope and transformation, even in the face of her illness.” This experience left an indelible mark on Caralee, who carries the memory forward in her work, honoring her friend’s legacy and symbolizing the transformative journey of moving from one home to another.
Their paths to real estate were diverse, yet both found a calling that resonated with their desire to serve others. Stacy, originally from Midland, Texas, had a background in marketing and nonprofit work before rediscovering her passion for real estate. “I began working independently at first,” she shares, “and within about six months, I teamed up with Caralee, whom I had known for almost 20 years. I can’t imagine doing this business with anyone else!”
Caralee, an Air Force brat with roots in Waco, Texas, brought a wealth of experience from marketing, sales, and nonprofit event planning. “My passion has always been to serve people,” she says. “Real estate gives me the opportunity to assist people with what is often their largest investment and develop meaningful relationships filled with raw emotion.”
Their partnership is a testament to the power of collaboration and shared values. With Stacy residing in Lucas and Caralee in Fort Worth, they cover a broad area of the DallasFort Worth metroplex, ensuring that their clients receive the best service possible. “From the country to the city, we’ve got you covered!” they say with enthusiasm, underscoring their dedication to meeting diverse client needs.
The most rewarding aspect of their work, they both agree, is the relationships they build with their clients. “The excitement and joy of first-time homebuyers is amazing,” Stacy notes. “It also fills my heart to provide emotional support for those selling under less joyous circumstances.” Caralee echoes this sentiment, sharing how many of her clients have become lifelong friends. “We share not only their real estate experiences but also friendship, life, family, and faith,” she says.
Despite the joys, their journey has not been without challenges. Stacy highlights the difficulty of staying current with market trends and regulatory changes while managing client expectations.
We share not only their real estate experiences but also friendship, life, family, and faith.”
Our goal is to expand our network while providing a high level of service and quality.”
For Caralee, the challenge lies in her deep desire to make people happy. “If I can’t achieve that, I don’t sleep at night!” she admits, reflecting on the emotional investment she places in her work.
Their success is reflected not just in numbers but in the recognition they’ve received. Both have been named Top Producers by D Magazine, and The Mariposa Group was recently recognized as the Top Team at Coldwell Banker Apex Plano. Yet, it’s the personal accolades that mean the most to them, like Stacy’s “Agent Helping Agents” Award and Caralee’s joy in knowing she’s made a positive impact.
As they look to the future, both Caralee and Stacy are committed to growth—both personally and professionally. They see the Dallas-Fort Worth area continuing to thrive and they are excited to be part of its future. “Our goal is to expand our network while providing a high level of service and quality,” Stacy says. Caralee adds, “I want to continue to learn, grow, and improve each year.”
In a world where real estate often seems driven by transactions and numbers, Caralee Gurney and Stacy Revely remind us of the power of transformation, empathy, and genuine connection. Their story is not just about selling homes; it’s about transforming lives, one home at a time. Through this transformation, they find their greatest triumph.

Balancing work and personal life is a skill Tammy has honed over the years. “I have learned to say ‘no’,” she says, reflecting on the importance of setting boundaries. When she’s not immersed in legal documents, Tammy enjoys spending time in the outdoors, camping, hiking, or kayaking with her family and friends, and enjoying live music paired with a glass of wine. While two of her children are integral to Silvas Law PC, two of them work in her other growing business, Bricks & Minifigs, a used Lego reseller. She also has a son who is a proud member of the United States Marine Corps.
Tammy Silvas is a testament to the power of combining professional expertise with a deep, personal commitment to family and community. Her story is not just about building a successful law practice, but about creating a legacy that will endure for generations. In every aspect of her work and life, Tammy embodies the spirit of dedication, compassion, and excellence. And for her clients, there is no better advocate in safeguarding their legacies.

Jenny Jordan—an agent who has carved a niche in DFW real estate—stands as a remarkable figure, seamlessly blending her passion for property with her lifelong love of horses. As a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Legacy, Jenny’s professional accomplishments are only matched by the genuine joy she finds in helping others achieve their dreams.
Jenny’s roots trace back to a horse farm in Elkhorn, Nebraska, where she was raised by parents who were horse trainers. “Growing up on a horse farm shaped my work ethic and taught me the value of perseverance,” Jenny recalls. Her journey to Texas was driven by her equestrian pursuits, leading her to the University of Texas, where she graduated with honors in communications.
Before venturing into real estate, Jenny had a thriving career at Demaur Cosmetics, a private-label makeup company in Carrollton. Starting in sales and working her way up to CEO, she reflects, “I loved every minute of it! The opportunities to travel the world and represent our products were beyond my wildest dreams.” However, after almost 12 years, Jenny felt it was time for a new challenge.
Transitioning from cosmetics to real estate wasn’t straightforward. “My husband, Robin, initially advised that it would be a challenge to be successful in this business because there are so many REALTORS®. But when
the idea resurfaced, I jumped at the chance,” she explains. Signing up at Champions School of Real Estate the next day, Jenny was ready to embark on her new journey with her husband’s full support.
Starting her real estate career 11 years ago, Jenny now leads the Jenny Jordan Realty Group. She credits her success to her dedication and the relationships she’s built along the way. “I love helping people accomplish their goals, especially when buying a home, which is often their largest asset. It’s the people and the relationships that I cherish the most,” she shares.
Jenny’s journey wasn’t without challenges. Patience was one of the biggest lessons she had to learn. “Your business doesn’t blow up in one year. It takes time, dedication, hard work, and consistency. With those four things comes knowledge, and the more knowledgeable you are, the better agent you can be for your clients,” she advises.
Balancing her two passions—real estate and horses—Jenny draws parallels between them. “Teaching horsemen and women to achieve their
goals is similar to helping buyers and sellers with their real estate goals. It’s a rush of excitement either way,” she says. Jenny’s husband, Robin Frid, runs a horse training business, and together they coach non-professional horsemen and women aiming for world championships.
Jenny’s definition of success revolves around helping others achieve their dreams. “Whether it’s a client buying a home or a student winning a championship, sharing in their success is incredibly rewarding,” she reflects. Her emotional investment in both fields sometimes poses a challenge, especially when she has to switch between her roles. “I have to manage my emotions differently in business and in the equestrian world, which can be tough.”
Despite these challenges, Jenny’s achievements speak volumes. In 2024, she was the top agent in gross commission income (GCI) at her large brokerage and the second overall in the Southwest region for Keller Williams. “It was a bucket list goal for me, and I’m extremely proud because our office has so many amazing agents,” she says.
Family plays a crucial role in Jenny’s life. Her husband, Robin Frid, is her biggest supporter, and her mother, Judy Jordan, who lives with them, has always been her cheerleader.
“My mom has had a strong part in molding me into the woman I am today,” Jenny shares. Reflecting on the loss of her father, she recounts how caring for him during his final days was both a challenging and transformative period. “It was some of the best time we ever spent together,” she recalls. “He was my mentor. He gave me advice on many things and probably helped me with my business the most. When he was deteriorating, I took care of him every day, so I threw every free moment into work. It was a changing moment for my business as I did more than three times the amount I had done the year before. I got to spend quality time with my dad, and throwing myself into work ultimately propelled my business to new heights.”
Outside of real estate, Jenny and Robin own and operate Robin Frid Show Horses in Pilot Point, where they train quarter horses on their 50-acre ranch. When they’re not working, they enjoy traveling, great food, and wine. Jenny’s advice to up-and-coming real estate agents is straightforward: “NEVER give up on your goals. NEVER think you’re too old to change careers or be a Real Producer!”
When asked how she differs from other agents, Jenny emphasizes her passion for helping others. “I want to be remembered for being passionate about what I do and how I help others,” she says. Her goals for the year include continuing to grow her business and helping more clients achieve their dreams.
A fun fact about Jenny is her achievement as an AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association) World Champion, a status she and her husband have helped many others achieve. Despite her many talents, she humorously admits, “I can NOT cook, and if I won the lottery, I would eat out EVERY night!”
In the thriving DallasFort Worth area, Jenny sees a bright future. “You have everything you could want at your fingertips! Texas is a great nation, and DFW is the center of it!” she exclaims.
Jenny Jordan’s story is one of passion, perseverance, and a deep commitment to helping others. Whether in the world of real estate or the sport of competitive horse riding, she continues to make a lasting impact on everyone she meets.
I want to be remembered for being passionate about what I do and how I help others.
Our iHeart REALTORS® event on August 20th was absolutely amazing! We certainly “heart” our REALTORS® and especially because of the big heart that they have. This community truly is of the most generous groups of people that I know!
For these iHeart REALTOR® events we raised over $20,000 to go towards the Homeless Veterans Services of Dallas! Incredible. It was such an honor to have Ken Watterson, the President of HVSD, and 2007 Marine Corps League Marine of the Year, in the room with us.

In DFW real estate, few names resonate as strongly as Michael “Mike” Brodie. With a career spanning over five decades, Mike has not only witnessed the transformation of the industry but has been a pivotal figure in shaping it. As the Co-founder and Co-owner of Keller Williams Legacy Realty in Plano, Mike’s journey is a testament to dedication, mentorship, and a pursuit of unity within the real estate community.
Mike Brodie’s story begins in Texas, where he was born into a family with deep roots in the Lone Star State. A sixth-generation Texan, Mike’s connection to the region runs deep.
“I’ve lived in Houston, Atlanta, Memphis, and Des Moines, but there’s something special about the blend of family values and business opportunity in
DFW,” he reflects. This blend has been the cornerstone of his success, providing him with the drive not only to succeed but to help others do the same.
Starting his real estate career in 1973, Mike quickly rose through the ranks, becoming one of the most respected REALTORS® in the country. His approach to real estate was simple yet profound: Put the needs of clients first, and success will follow.
This philosophy not only earned him a stellar reputation but also led to numerous accolades, including the prestigious Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in 2014. But for Mike, the true reward lies in something far more personal—mentorship.
Despite his many accomplishments, Mike remains humble, attributing much of his success to the people he’s had the privilege to work with and mentor.
“Building relationships with up-and-coming agents can have both immediate and long-term positive impacts,” he explains.
“I’ve helped others achieve success, and their achievements have, in turn, positively impacted our team and organization.” This cycle of growth and success is what drives Mike to continue mentoring, even after 51 years in the business.
One of the most challenging aspects of Mike’s career has been navigating the ever-changing landscape of real estate. “Taking advantage of opportunities during changing times has been a challenge,” he
admits. But rather than shy away from these challenges, Mike has always viewed them as opportunities for growth—both for himself and those around him. This adaptability has been a key factor in his longevity and success in the industry.
For Mike, real estate is more than just a career; it’s a means to achieve his dreams and goals. “Real estate funds my life and the freedom that it brings,” he says. The variety of daily tasks and the ever-changing nature of the job are what keep him excited and engaged. “There is no set schedule; every day is a new day,” he adds, a sentiment that many REALTORS® can undoubtedly relate to. In the words of one of his greatest mentors, Virginia Cook, “Be the best you can be every day, and you’ll get the tap (opportunity) on the shoulder.”
When asked to define success, Mike’s answer is refreshingly straightforward: “Achieving a desired goal or outcome.” This clarity of purpose has been a guiding principle throughout his career, helping him stay focused on what truly matters.
BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE EVERY DAY, AND YOU’LL GET THE TAP (OPPORTUNITY) ON THE SHOULDER.
It’s this focus, combined with his steadfast commitment to transparency, that has set him apart from others in the field.
Away from work, Mike finds time to unwind. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, visiting the lake, and getting in a round of golf when he can.
As he looks to the future, Mike is already planning for 2025, demonstrating his forward-thinking approach and his determination to stay ahead of the curve. But no matter how much he accomplishes, one thing remains constant: his commitment to working for a unified
real estate community. “I want to be remembered for doing the right thing and working for unity,” he says.
Mike’s journey is a powerful reminder of the impact one person can have on an entire industry. From his early days as a young REALTOR® to his current role as a leader and mentor, Mike has always prioritized the greater good, working tirelessly to create a unified front in the real estate world. His legacy is not just one of success, but of community, growth, and, most importantly, unity.
As Mike himself puts it, “The future is UP, UP, UP!” And with leaders like him at the helm, the future of real estate in DFW and beyond certainly looks bright.
