Mid-September is here, and in just a couple of weeks, one of the most epic real estate events in the country is landing right here in DFW.
If you haven’t grabbed your ticket yet for RP Elevate, now’s the time! Whether you’re an agent or a partner, this is one of those rare chances to connect, learn, and have a blast without even having to leave town. Next year it could be in Chicago or Miami… so take advantage while it’s in your backyard.
We’ve got a stacked lineup this year! There will be breakout sessions designed to help you grow your business no matter what the market is doing. And you’ll be in the same room with high-level producers from all over the country.
And then there’s the Super Social.
At the end of Day 2, we’re taking over the Monument Ballroom at the Loews Arlington Convention Hotel. It’s going to be an incredible night — DJ, great food and drinks, and the kind of networking that only happens at RP. We are also honoring the 2025 RP Top
Agents with their physical awards at the Super Social, so it’s going to be a special moment.
If you’ve ever been to one of our events, you know we don’t do “average.” It’s energy, connection, and value all packed into one experience. This is where relationships start, deals are made, and you walk away more inspired than when you walked in.
Don’t sit back and see it all in the recap video later. Get in the room. Grab your RP Elevate ticket today > rpelevate.com
If you can’t make it to the full conference, be sure to RSVP for the Super Social! You would have received multiple invitations by now.

When Amy Cody reflects on her career in real estate, one phrase comes to mind: “Have you ever seen a turtle on a fence post? You know it didn’t get there on its own.” That visual—humble and striking—perfectly captures her story. Success, she believes, isn’t something you climb to alone. “It’s rewarding to be successful,” she shares, “but I know I didn’t get where I am alone.”
Amy’s path to real estate wasn’t linear, but it was purposeful. Raised in Nacogdoches, Texas, and a proud graduate of Texas A&M’s Mays College of Business, Amy grew up in a home that nurtured both ambition and belief. “My entire life, my parents encouraged me and made me believe I could achieve anything I put my mind to,” she says. After college, she launched into a successful sales career, even earning Rookie of the Year. But then, a different call came—one of faith and service.
She stepped away from corporate life and into full-time ministry. “In 2004, I had my first baby girl and became a fulltime stay-at-home mom,” Amy recalls. For 15 years, she poured herself into her daughters, her church, her community. Whether through the PTA, her HOA board, or volunteering, Amy never sat still—and yet, there was a seed of a dream that quietly waited.
That dream? Real estate. Not coincidentally, it was the very same
profession her father had built his career on for 50 years. “In 1975, a mentor encouraged him to get his license and saw his potential,” she explains. “All these years later, my husband, my mom and dad, and friends around me saw my potential, gave me the push and encouragement I needed, and off I went.”
In 2020, when the world slowed down, Amy stepped forward. While others were in survival mode, she was in study mode—earning her license online, with her girls now older and more independent. It was a risk, but one grounded in faith and timing. “Even with the ups and downs, I believe God will provide what we need at the right time,” she says. “God is faithful. Everything we have belongs to Him.”
Amy quickly made her mark at Ebby Halliday. “My second full year in business was very successful,” she notes. Now in her fifth year, Amy is a part of the Ayres | Ferguson | Smith | Cody
| Mallouf Group, a team she calls a blessing. “We are all better together.”
The support she’s received—from her brokerage, her team, and fellow agents—has become a pillar of her success. “When I have questions or difficult transactions, everyone is supportive and helpful,” Amy says. “We are not in competition with one another. We are each other’s cheerleaders. I love that!”
Amy also credits her resilience to her faith and her family. Married to her husband Clint for 26 years, the two recently celebrated their 25th anniversary with a dream trip to Italy. Now empty nesters, their bond is stronger than ever. “Clint and I are closer than ever,” Amy smiles. “As long as we are together, life is good.”
Their daughters, Ashton and Lauren, are off pursuing their own dreams—one in nursing, the other in music education— and Amy and her husband couldn’t
be prouder. Still, Amy makes it a point to stay involved in their lives while continuing to nurture her business. “My goal is to continue to build a business that honors God, serves people well, and challenges me,” she says.
In her day-to-day work, Amy is driven by a deep desire to guide her clients with integrity and provide them with custom solutions. “I truly believe I have something to offer clients,” she
says. “With good communication, I can discover what is most important to them and run hard to find the solution.”
But she’s quick to say she doesn’t do it alone. “Sometimes, I cannot find it alone. I value my team, other agents, trusted lenders, and escrow agents. We work together for the client.”
Even the challenges—like the unpredictable rhythm of business,
“In life, my faith in the Lord, no matter the level of success I have. In the real estate industry, good communication and working with integrity.”
which she calls “the accordion”—have taught her to lean on faith. “This job can feel like feast or famine,” she admits. “But my husband reminds me: God is our provider. Not me and my job, not him and his. God is.”
Beyond real estate, Amy’s life is rich with joy: game nights with friends, adventures at the lake, decorating her home, and attending a women’s Bible study. In addition, she participates monthly in her children’s college “moms” organizations. “I am in the Denton County Aggie Moms to support my Aggie and attend Baylor parents meetings to support my Baylor Bear,” she adds.
For Amy, real estate is more than transactions and volume. It’s a platform to live out her calling. “Don’t get me wrong,” she says. “My ultimate purpose is rooted in Jesus. He is the foundation of my identity. Real estate just gives me a unique opportunity to serve others.”
And when asked what she wants to be remembered for, Amy’s answer is clear: “In life, my faith in the Lord, no matter the level of success I have. In the real estate industry, good communication and working with integrity.”
For Michael Craycraft, President of GreenWorks Service Co., real estate inspections are about far more than foundations, roofs, or plumbing reports. At the core of his leadership is a guiding belief: that the business of inspections is really the business of people. “I define success by my impact on others,” he says. “I am successful when I help others succeed and create opportunities for them to achieve their goals and to get better.”
That principle has shaped both his personal and professional journey—and helped GreenWorks grow into the largest privately-owned inspection company in Texas.
Michael didn’t initially set out to build an inspection empire. Originally from Indiana, he grew up working summers for his father’s construction company. “That hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation,” he says. After earning his business management degree from Indiana University – Southeast, Michael and his wife moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area for her job. “Our REALTOR® got me thinking about the inspection industry, and once I looked into it, I was hooked,” he recalls. “I got my license, and the rest is history.”
From a solo start to now leading a team of 160 employees— including 85 inspectors spread across Texas and Colorado— Michael has never let growth compromise his values. “We
might be big, but we’re just like everyone else,” he says. “We’re approachable. We’re here to help, to walk alongside, not above.”
GreenWorks offers general property inspections, structural engineering evaluations, and environmental assessments. But what sets the company apart is the intentional training and mindset infused into every service. “You can’t just hand someone a scary inspection report,” Michael explains. “We train our team on how to communicate findings in a way that’s honest, helpful, and never overwhelming. Our job is to empower the client, not alarm them.”
Their mission is clear: clients first, elevate quality, inspire innovation. That mission is reflected in how GreenWorks approaches partnerships with real estate agents and brokers. “We’re amazing partners for all agents,” Michael says. “We know our role in the home-buying journey, and we take it seriously. We’re here to provide value, never to add frustration. We see ourselves as consultants, not just inspectors.”
That willingness to help—consistently, humbly, and with intention—is woven throughout everything GreenWorks does. “Our team is passionate about increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our inspectors,” Michael says. “Because the more effective they are, the better the experience is for our clients.”
“WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. WE WANT TO MAKE YOUR JOB EASIER, YOUR CLIENT’S EXPERIENCE BETTER, AND THE ENTIRE PROCESS SMOOTHER.”
It’s that kind of internal drive that fuels the company’s big goals, including a current target of $20 million in revenue. But even in the face of such ambitious benchmarks, Michael’s priorities remain people-centered. “My faith is number one,” he says without hesitation. “Nothing I have is mine or by my own doing. I’ve also been blessed to be surrounded by great people who have pushed me—and I never stop looking for ways to grow.”
That growth mindset extends far beyond inspections. Outside of work, Michael holds a 3rd-degree black belt in jiu-jitsu and regularly teaches classes, using the discipline to improve himself while helping others do the same. “It’s another way to pour into people,” he says. “Helping others become better versions of themselves is something I’m really passionate about.”
At home, Michael finds harmony—not balance—in his roles as a husband and father. “I don’t believe in work/life balance,” he explains. “I focus on having more of a work/life harmony. Work and personal life should flow together, like a well-composed song.” He’s been married for 15 years and is the proud father of two: Kennedy, 11, and Cade, 9. “We just moved to Highland Village and have practically lived at the neighborhood pool,” he laughs. “We love to travel, stay active, and serve others together as a family.”
His wife works for a coaching and development company and also runs a nonprofit called Operation Bliss, which provides hotel stays and memorable experiences for children with lifethreatening illnesses. “She’s amazing,” Michael says. “Her heart for others inspires me every day.”
When it comes to real estate professionals considering a new inspection partner, Michael’s message is simple: “We are here for you. We want to make your job easier, your client’s experience better, and the entire process smoother. We don’t see ourselves as a separate piece of the puzzle—we walk alongside you.”
That mindset fits seamlessly with what he appreciates most about the Real Producers platform. “I love that it’s relationshipfocused,” he says. “Everyone involved is a high producer, in it to win, and in it to make the industry better. That aligns exactly with who we are as a company.”
Even with years of experience under his belt and a thriving business at his fingertips, Michael still sees himself as a student of the industry—and of life. “If you’re not learning and growing, you’re falling behind,” he says.
And perhaps that’s the clearest sign of GreenWorks’ enduring success: a leader who doesn’t just inspect homes, but who inspects the heart of what it means to serve others—with humility, excellence, and the courage to always show up.

Many real estate agents are often searching for the next big deal. But for Michael Avidon, a real estate agent with Century 21 Mike Bowman Inc., success is measured by far more meaningful metrics: kindness, integrity, and the lives he touches along the way.
“I want to be remembered for helping others,” Michael says plainly, and that one line echoes throughout every part of his life and career.
Born in Canada in 1990, Michael is the son of South African immigrants who first sought opportunity in Vancouver before chasing the American Dream in Texas. “The cliché of my parents wanting to live the American Dream came true,” he reflects. “Texas has been home for me for 25 years.” After graduating from Texas A&M in 2012—“GIG EM!” he adds with pride—Michael’s path didn’t initially lead to real estate. He started in tech sales, working with coordinate measuring machines across Houston and Louisiana.
WE ALL HAVE PROBLEMS— DEATH, MISSED CONTRACTS, MEDICAL ISSUES. BUT NOT LETTING THOSE THINGS AFFECT HOW I TREAT MY FAMILY WHEN I GET HOME? THAT’S REALLY IMPORTANT— AND REALLY HARD.”
But life had other plans. In 2014, Michael took what he thought was a temporary job at Possum Kingdom Lake, working for a developer and trying to network with second-home buyers. “My goal was to land my dream job in corporate America,” he laughs now. “Man, oh man, did the good Lord laugh at that plan.” Eleven years later, Michael is still in real estate—and thriving.
His passion today lies in educating consumers. “I want people to understand who they’re hiring when buying or selling the most expensive asset many of us will ever own,” he says. And his track record speaks for itself. In 2024, his career volume surpassed $250 million, and last year alone, he closed over $32 million.
But Michael’s most rewarding moments have nothing to do with numbers. Many of the homes he helps buy or sell are second homes, particularly at the lake, and those sales often go far beyond financial value. “Those never punch out on the calculator,” he shares. “But getting to see families make memories with kids, grandkids, great-grandkids— that makes my heart full.” Hearing a child ask, “When are we going back to the lake?” reminds him that he’s not just selling homes. He’s helping build legacies.
Michael’s approach to real estate is anything but conventional. “I do the things other people don’t want to do,” he says. “My business card should say insurance agent, plumber, electrician, pool guy, lawn guy, referral partner—and REALTOR®.” He thrives on the ever-changing demands of the job, especially the diversity of personalities he encounters. “Being able to adapt to all kinds of people is challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.”
That adaptability doesn’t stop at the office door. Michael’s biggest personal challenge has been learning how to leave work at work. “We all have problems— death, missed contracts, medical issues,” he says. “But not letting those things affect how I treat my family when I get home? That’s really important—and really hard.” His grounding force is his wife, whom he calls “the center of our universe.” She keeps their family rooted in faith and love while homeschooling their three energetic kids: seven-yearold Asher and five-year-old twins Harper and Liam. “They give us a run for our money,” Michael laughs. “They LOVE the outdoors and never stop moving!”
That sense of family, faith, and service runs deep in everything Michael does.
His definition of success is refreshingly simple: “Being able to pull up to the gas station and not worry about how much gas I can put in my car. Buying what we want at the grocery store. Having a family you love and being able to provide for them— that is success.”
When asked what advice he’d give up-and-coming agents, Michael is quick to say, “Be attentive, be responsive, and steer away from the noise.” He’s seen the temptations and distractions that can pull agents offcourse. His own best advice came from a mentor who told him, “Never impulsively react. Hear, absorb, process, then respond.” It’s wisdom he leans on daily.
That kind of steady leadership has earned Michael some serious accolades, including Century 21’s highest honor—Grand Centurion—every year since 2020. But he doesn’t dwell on awards. For Michael, it’s about doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching. It’s about being kind in an industry that can be cutthroat. And it’s about lifting others, whether through referrals, resources, or simply a word of encouragement.
Michael is also expanding his reach, with a goal this year to grow his presence on
IT’S ONE OF THE FASTESTGROWING CITIES IN THE U.S. AND FOR GOOD REASON. IT’S GOING TO THE MOON.”
social media. But even there, he’s focused not on selfpromotion, but on providing value. “It’s just another way to help,” he says.
Outside of work, Michael finds joy on the golf course or cheering on his favorite sports teams. And here’s a fun fact: He’s ambidextrous. He dribbles left and shoots right in basketball, kicks with his left foot, writes with
his right hand, and can golf both right and left-handed. That same flexibility is mirrored in how he runs his business—always ready to pivot, learn, and grow.
When he looks to the future, Michael is bullish on DFW. “What’s not to love?” he says. “It’s one of the fastestgrowing cities in the U.S. and for good reason. It’s going to the moon. It’s a jungle
gym of opportunity—and I think that is so cool. It’s what America was founded on.”
Michael Avidon may have started his career with hopes of climbing the corporate ladder, but today, his climb looks much different. It’s a life built not on titles or deals, but on kindness, character, and community. And if you ask him, that’s a legacy worth building.

If you ask Daniel E. Resendez what defines his real estate career, he won’t start with listings or numbers. He’ll begin with Jesus.
“It is solely by His grace that I am alive today and have the profound honor of doing what I love,” Daniel says. His faith isn’t just a quiet part of his life—it’s the foundation. It’s what pulled him from the depths of addiction and brokenness and guided him back into real estate, not just as a profession, but as a true calling.
Daniel grew up in Diamond Hill-Jarvis, near the Stockyards in Fort Worth. His journey into real estate began in 2008 after years in lending and title. But his career has been anything but linear. At one point, he stepped away from it all to attend the Dream Center in Los Angeles, a place of healing where he confronted decades of pain, trauma, and addiction.
“Through God’s grace and the help of the Dream Center, I found healing. I found identity. I found Christ.”
“That healing became the catalyst for what would later be known as Crimson House Realty Group, powered by Peak Results Realty—a boutique brokerage out of Grapevine, Texas. The name Crimson represents the blood of Jesus that was shed for me and you,” Daniel explains. “It’s a reminder that old things have passed away, and all things have become new.”
His renewed purpose is evident in how he approaches his clients. “This isn’t just a career for me,” he says. Daniel walks alongside his clients through what he knows is often a deeply emotional journey. “Real estate is not just about buying or selling homes—it’s about restoring hope.”
Daniel believes this calling extends to fellow agents as well. He’s committed to being a source of support and encouragement, especially for newer professionals in the industry. “Real estate is not a solo endeavor; we thrive when we support and learn from one another.”
He’s quick to admit that the business comes with challenges—the biggest being balance. “People think being a REALTOR® means freedom with your schedule, but in reality, it’s all-the-time. Showings, deadlines, prospecting... it never stops.” Still, Daniel draws a firm boundary: “Before business comes God, then my family.”
His wife, Margarita, is one of his greatest blessings. They met on a mission trip to Colombia in 2012 and married in 2022 after navigating a pandemic-era long-distance engagement. Today, they serve side by side at their church, Iglesia Templo Jerusalen. Daniel leads worship and plays piano; Margarita teaches Sunday School and welcomes guests.
His mother, he says, is the “rock of the family.” A lifelong prayer warrior, she never gave up on him—even in his darkest moments. “She once told me, ‘I know the man of God I was given.’ And by God’s grace, she was right! I became that man and still am today.”
For Daniel, success isn’t measured by volume, although his numbers speak volumes: over $27 million in career sales and recognition among the Real Producers Top 1000. “Success is not defined by money,” he says. “It’s defined by purpose and fulfillment—by becoming who God called me to be.”
He dreams of growing Crimson House Realty into a team and launching a nonprofit called Crimson Cares, providing school supplies, clothing, and music lessons for children like the one he once was. And long-term? An orphanage overseas. “It’s all connected— faith, purpose, business, and creativity.”
“Clients don’t expect you to know everything. They expect honesty.”
Despite his busy schedule, Daniel remains active in music. He was once the keyboardist in a Tejano band, and today, he continues to perform in a Christian band called Los Luminares - a local Mexican Norteño band. “My passion as a singer-songwriter is to share the beautiful worship music— both in English and Spanish—that the Lord has so graciously gifted me.”
Daniel’s advice to new agents is as practical as it is profound. “This business is built on relationships, trust, and consistency. Plant generously. Water faithfully. The seeds will grow.” He also emphasizes the importance of humility and integrity: “Clients don’t expect you to know everything. They expect honesty.”
And when asked what he hopes to be remembered for, his answer is simple: “My love for Jesus. That I reflected His love in everything I did.”
The story of Daniel E. Resendez is more than real estate. It’s about redemption, servant leadership, and the steadfast belief that with God, all things are possible. In every transaction, in every client relationship, and in every act of service, Daniel brings the heart of a man forever changed—and forever grateful.

Michelle Abner with Big Tex Realty Team powered by The Prichard Group in North Fort Worth is more than a real estate agent. She offers something deeper— something rarer. She brings heart and integrity to every home she walks into and every person she serves. “I genuinely care about people,” she says simply. “Whether it’s helping clients find the perfect home, supporting missionaries, or being present for my family—my heart is at the center of everything I do.”
Michelle grew up in Parker County, Texas, the middle child of five in a family that often struggled to make ends meet. Her father ran a small window-washing business, and the family took on side jobs—cleaning churches together to stay afloat. “By the time I was 18, I’d lived in nine rental homes. We finally bought a mobile home in
2000,” she recalls. “I didn’t grow up knowing anything about homeownership or finances, so the world of real estate always felt far away.”
Yet adversity became a catalyst. After years of working in film and television production and co-running a renovation company with her husband, Michelle faced her toughest challenge in 2016: a thyroid cancer diagnosis, just months after giving birth to her third child. It took four years to hear the words “cancerfree.” And when she did, everything changed. “That journey—through hardship, healing, and growth—has shaped the way I serve others today,” she says. It also sparked her new career. She earned her real estate license and never looked back.
Her journey into real estate wasn’t conventional, but it was deeply intentional.
Michelle had already spent over a decade running Big Tex Renovations with her husband, gaining a hands-on education in construction, design, and problem-solving.
“I’m not just a REALTOR®— I’m a builder, a negotiator, a creative marketer, and a businesswoman,” she says with conviction. “I’ve personally done everything from tiling and pouring concrete to roofing and plumbing. I’ll crawl under a pier-and-beam foundation in heels if I need to.”
That hustle, paired with a rare eye for detail, gives her clients a powerful edge. “I know what to look for—and what to avoid,” she says. “If something doesn’t feel right in a home, I’ll say so. Their long-term happiness and
well-being matter more than a commission check.”
And while Michelle thrives on the technical side of the business, what drives her most is connection. “My favorite part is walking through homes with clients and helping them envision their lives there,” she shares.
“I’ll point out where the Christmas tree could go or where they’ll host birthdays. That moment when their eyes light up and you know they’ve found their place—it never gets old.”
Michelle’s brand is built on that kind of personal touch—and she’s poured her creativity into every corner of it. “Right now, I’m passionate about marketing. I love designing social media
content and finding new ways to connect,” she says. “It’s fun to create something that truly reflects who I am and what I stand for.”
But being a top-producing agent, mother of three, and business owner isn’t without its challenges. “The hardest part is balance,” she admits. “Real estate never stops, and juggling my family, business, and clients can feel like trying to keep a dozen balls in the air.” Still, she’s learned to lean into grace. “It’s taught me to set boundaries and prioritize what matters most.”

our kids’ education, take memorable family trips, and ease the burden on my husband. It’s the way I help make our dreams come true,” she says. Her clients often become lifelong friends, and her goal is to make every transaction feel like a partnership—not a pitch.
Her accolades reflect her dedication. She’s been a Top Producer at her brokerage, earned Rookie of the Year, and was named one of the Top 1,000 Real Producers. Even more impressive: she’s never had a year with less than $2 million in sales.
Outside of work, Michelle is a passionate gardener, cook, and proud Dallas Cowboys fan. She and her husband, Cody, love traveling in their Cessna 182 or motorhome, exploring the U.S. with their three kids—Chloie, Ellie, and Malachi. Their favorite destinations include the mountains, Mexico, and of course, home. “We built our home for gatherings. We love opening our doors to friends and family,” she says.
When asked what she hopes to be remembered for, Michelle doesn’t hesitate. “I want people to remember that I cared,” she says. “That I showed up, went the extra mile, and brought creativity and honesty to everything I did. She is currently working toward a new milestone: writing a book and stepping into the world of public speaking. “I want to share my story to encourage other women in business and in faith,” she says. And with her track record of turning grit into grace, there’s more to come from Michelle Abner.

TITLE: Tech-Savvy or Tech-Saturated? How to Leverage Tools Without Losing Your Edge
Everyone’s telling agents to adopt technology — but no one’s showing them how to do it without burnout or BS.
In this interactive masterclass, we cut through the noise. We learned from proptech leaders, top producers, and industry strategists on how to:
• Choose tools that actually scale your business (and drop the ones that don’t).
• Integrate AI and automation without losing authenticity.
Stay relevant in a market that’s changing faster than your CRM’s update log.
