When Mariah Kessler stepped into real estate, she wasn’t just chasing a career—she was finding her purpose. Raised in Joshua, Texas, and a graduate of Tarleton State University with a degree in kinesiology, Mariah’s career was supposed to look different. “I graduated from college during COVID and decided not to go to medical school,” she recalled. “Two weeks after graduation, I jumped into real estate classes and was licensed within two months.”
Her start in October 2022 was anything but ordinary. Within her first 30 days, Mariah had two homes under contract. “Everyone in the office was mind-blown and giving me high fives,” she said with a laugh. “But I was confused. I thought getting deals in your first month was normal.”
That early success was only the beginning. Curiosity soon led her into the mortgage world.
With a natural talent for math and numbers, Mariah obtained her mortgage license and spent six months originating loans. It didn’t take long for her to realize she missed the heart of real estate—the face-to-face connections, the excitement of negotiations, and the joy of helping clients find their homes.
But the detour gave her something invaluable. “I gained a ton of valuable knowledge about mortgages, loan product options, how they work, and what it takes to qualify,” Mariah explained. “Buyers are always asking realtors financing questions—‘What’s the monthly? What’s the down payment? What’s the interest rate?’ I can give my clients quick and accurate answers without them

transactions as a REALTOR®, plus impresses them,” she said. “It helps relationships. “I love the friendships
My life taught me to

she shared. “All over DFW, I have friends I’ve made through real estate. I’ve been to their weddings, Christmas parties, and birthday parties. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t drive by a client’s neighborhood and think about them.”
That genuine care is exactly why clients keep coming back and referring others. “People trust me because they know I actually care,” Mariah said firmly. “It’s not about the sale or the commission for me.”
Still, earning that trust hasn’t always been easy. Entering the industry at 21, Mariah faced her share of stereotypes. “Many people labeled me the dumb blonde,” she admitted. “So I worked hard to beat that stereotype and become one of the smartest people in the room in just two years.” She attended every contracts class, title company seminar, and training she could find. “Time after time, my knowledge has won over and impressed so many clients.”
“That’s what a good REALTOR® does—adjust, pivot quickly, and navigate hurdles when they arise.”

That drive to learn continues to shape her career. This year, Mariah has set ambitious goals: closing $18 million in sales and buying her second investment property. Her hunger for growth is balanced by a grounded perspective on what matters most. “To me, success is being an agent my clients can count on, trust, and feel comfortable referring,” she said.
Outside of real estate, Mariah finds balance through travel, working out, spending time outdoors, and attending church. These moments recharge her spirit and keep her focused on the bigger picture. Her faith and determination remind her that every challenge is an opportunity to grow. “My life taught me to overcome obstacles,” she reflected.

Looking back on her journey, Mariah credits mentors and peers for shaping her mindset. One piece of advice, from fellow real estate professional Rylee Friesen, has stuck with her: “The closings are in the followup.” For Mariah, that wisdom goes hand in hand with her belief that mindset is everything. “If you believe you can, you’re right. If you believe you can’t, you’re right,” she said. “Your thoughts create your reality.”
At just 24, Mariah Kessler has already proven herself a rising star in North Fort Worth real estate. Her story isn’t one of shortcuts or luck—it’s one of determination, relentless learning, and great scare for the people she serves. When asked what she hopes to be remembered for, her answer is simple: “As an agent who deeply cared about her clients and always went above and beyond.”
And in every deal, every friendship, and every trust earned, Mariah is already living that legacy.

In the high-stakes world of relocation, where stress can run high and expectations even higher, Tyler Coleman, branch manager of Black Tie Moving, stands out for his commitment to professionalism and service to his clients. For Tyler, moving isn’t just a job—it’s a deeply personal mission shaped by his own life experiences and a passion for exceptional customer care.
Tyler’s story begins in the heart of Texas. Born in the DallasFort Worth area, he spent his childhood crisscrossing the state as his father, a high school football coach, moved from one town to the next. “Growing up, we moved every two to three years,” Tyler recalls. “I know firsthand how stressful it can be, and that’s why I’m so passionate about making sure our clients’ moves run as smoothly as possible.”
This personal understanding of the upheaval that moving can bring led Tyler to Black Tie Moving, a company that he joined at the ground level. Starting as a mover, Tyler quickly demonstrated a knack for leadership and customer service, climbing the ranks to become a driver, crew lead, and eventually transitioning into operations and branch management.
Black Tie Moving is not your average moving company. Under Tyler’s leadership, the DFW branch has become synonymous with world-class professionalism. “We take great pride in removing as much stress from our clients as possible during their transition,” Tyler says. This commitment to excellence isn’t just a slogan; it’s the foundation upon which the company operates.
One of the key differentiators for Black Tie Moving is its approach to staffing. “All of our employees are background checked and drug tested,” Tyler explains. “We also pay our employees more than 99% of moving companies to attract top talent. We like to know who we’re sending into our clients’ homes.” In an industry where many companies rely on contractors or day laborers, Tyler’s emphasis on hiring and retaining top-tier employees ensures that every client receives the highest level of service.
Tyler’s leadership style is as hands-on as it gets. He is involved in every aspect of the moving process, from the initial estimate to the final box being unpacked. “I will personally estimate and book their move, handpick the guys who perform the move, and even give the clients my

direct cell phone number so they can always reach me with any questions or concerns,” he says. This level of personal attention sets Black Tie Moving apart in a crowded market.
Tyler’s journey with Black Tie Moving has taken him far beyond DFW. After three years with the company, he was given the opportunity to open a new office in Nashville. It was there that he met his wife, and after another
successful stint in Austin, Tyler returned to DFW in the summer of 2022 to run the company’s largest branch. “If you would have told me 12 years ago I would be in the moving industry as a profession, I would’ve laughed at you,” Tyler admits. “But I found a rapidly growing company with room for growth in a great environment providing superior customer service.”
This attitude—paired with a relentless drive to succeed—
has been the cornerstone of Tyler’s career. “Every problem has a solution,” he says. “Some people will sulk or get wound up about a problem; I strive to find the solution.” It’s this cando attitude that has propelled him to the top of his field and earned Black Tie Moving a stellar reputation in the industry.
Despite the demands of his role, Tyler places a high value on worklife balance. With two young sons,

three years old and seven months, and a marriage that flourished during his time in Nashville, family is a top priority. “Success for me is having a great work/life balance,” Tyler reflects. “Having a happy and healthy family and just becoming 1% better every day.”
Tyler and his family enjoy exploring what DFW has to offer, as well as traveling to places like Nashville, Florida, and Puerto Rico, where his wife’s family lives. When he’s not working, Tyler can often be found hunting, fishing, or spending time with his loved ones.
As Tyler looks to the future, his goals are as ambitious as ever. “Growing my book of business by 100% year over year,” he shares. “I’ve already beaten that goal this year, but I am continually servicing my clients and business relationships at the highest level to further that.”
In a field where the only constant is change, Tyler Coleman has found a way to thrive by focusing on the details, building strong relationships, and always striving for excellence. His journey from a reluctant mover to a branch manager leading one of the largest offices at Black Tie Moving is a testament to what can be achieved with hard work, dedication, and a passion for serving others.
For Tyler, the secret to success is simple: “If you take care of the little things, the big things will take care of themselves.” And in the world of moving, where every little thing matters, that’s advice worth following.

When Amir and Sandra Girgis talk about real estate, it’s never just about houses. For them, it’s about building trust, creating opportunities, and shaping a life together that blends their professional drive with their personal journey.
Amir’s story began far from North Texas. Born to Egyptian parents in Kuwait, he moved to the United States at 15. His father owned a major construction company back home, and it was in those early years that Amir first fell in love with the world of construction and real estate. “I graduated from UTA with a B.S. in Civil Engineering,” he shared. “At 21, I opened my first company with two friends, acquiring homes to remodel. That’s when I realized how uninformed many buyers were, and I knew I needed to become an agent.”
Sandra’s path was different but equally compelling. She was born in Egypt and came to Texas at the age of 8, growing up in Plano. A scholar at heart, she studied neuroscience, earning both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees before beginning a PhD program at UTSW. But even in the lab, she found herself pulled toward people. “I needed more human interaction,” Sandra recalled. “I eventually left the program to launch a coaching company in leadership, goal-setting, and communication. At the same time, Amir’s real estate business was growing, and I jumped in full force to help.”
Together, they formed the Habibi Realty Group under Worth Clark Realty, a team that quickly gained momentum in the North Fort Worth market.
The First Wins
For Amir, the early days of balancing engineering and real estate were exhausting but exhilarating. “I remember working on my lunch break to write offers, review inspections, and staying up until 2 a.m., only to be at a job site by 6,” he said. “But I was
so excited to educate first-time buyers and negotiate repairs—even in a peak seller’s market. Seeing their joy at the closing table kept me going.”
Sandra’s defining moment came during a solo trip to Cancun in December 2021. She had planned to use the time to reflect on her future outside of academia. “I told Amir not to call me unless it was life or death,” she laughed. “Within 24 hours, he called—he had two clients who needed homes closed before

December 31st. We pulled it off, one closing on the 27th and the other on the 31st. That’s when I knew I was all in.”
Ask Amir what excites him most, and he’ll tell you it’s the negotiation table. “My clients may be satisfied with a deal, but I’ll push harder. I fight for them like I’m fighting for dear life,” he explained.
TRUST IN GOD. WHEN TIMES GET TOUGH, STAY CALM AND CAST YOUR BURDENS ON HIM. IF HE PLACED THE VISION IN YOUR HEART, HE’LL CARRY YOU THROUGH.”
Sandra, on the other hand, thrives on human connection and teaching. “My neuroscience and coaching background helps me navigate tough conversations. I love training our team and other REALTORS® on handling emotions in negotiations. My favorite part? When they come back to tell me they won.”
For both, success has never been measured in numbers alone. “To us, success is when a client says, ‘I fully trust you, do what you think is best for us,’” Sandra said. “That trust is something we never take lightly.”
Building as a Couple
Working together hasn’t always been easy. “Separating the romantic from the work relationship has been our biggest struggle,” Amir admitted. “But I’m blessed with a patient wife who saw my vision and supported it fully.”
Sandra echoed that sentiment, reflecting on her own growth. “As an empathetic person, I used to take everything personally. Real estate forced me to learn how to separate emotions and leave problems in the transaction. It’s made me stronger.”
Their partnership has also been recognized beyond their clients. Amir has been awarded consistently as a top 1% producer at his brokerage, was named a Rising Star two years ago, and has closed over $104 million in career volume across 237 homes.
While proud of what they’ve built, Amir and Sandra remain focused on the future. Amir’s current goal is to grow their team into something even bigger.

Sandra is working on launching a property management company that she describes as “unlike anything out there.”
Personally, their motivation comes from family and legacy. “Now that we’re married and looking forward to starting a family, we’re disciplined and committed to growth,” Amir said. “We want to give our kids a better life than we had, travel the world, and be in a position to help others without hesitation.”
When they step away from contracts and closings, Amir loves playing soccer, traveling, and—unsurprisingly— tackling construction projects. Sandra can be found playing the ukulele, doing Pilates, hunting down new coffee shops, or booking last-minute trips. She laughs about her weakness for candles: “The Home Goods section always gets me.”

Both, however, share a simple wish for their legacy. Amir wants to be remembered as “reliable, always showing up for the people in my life.” Sandra hopes to be remembered for kindness and making people laugh.
Through their journey, Amir and Sandra have held onto one piece of advice that guides them through every season. “Trust in God,” Amir said. “When times get tough, stay calm and cast your burdens on Him. If He placed the vision in your heart, He’ll carry you through.”
It’s a belief that anchors them, just as much as their shared commitment to clients, family, and each other. And as the story of Amir and Sandra Girgis continues to unfold, one thing is clear—they’re not just building houses. They’re building dreams, one relationship at a time.

When Sheila Bonn looks back on her career, one theme stands out: courage. The kind of courage it takes to leave a familiar path and step into the unknown, trusting that hard work and heart will carry you through. For Sheila, that leap came after 20 years as a graphic designer when she made the bold decision to enter real estate—a choice that would not only reshape her career but also her life.
“I started my career in real estate in 2010, working it part time for three years, until I got the bravery to quit my full-time career in graphic design,” Sheila recalled. “It was a scary time in my life, and my only regret was not doing it sooner. I feel fortune favors the bold.”
Sheila’s story begins in Dallas, where she was born at Methodist Hospital. Her mother worked as a nurse there, while her father served the Dallas Police Department for 27 years. The family later moved to Farmington, New Mexico, which Sheila calls her formative years. After high school, she earned her degree in graphic design from New Mexico State and launched a successful career in the field. But after a divorce and the responsibility of raising her seven-year-old daughter alone, Sheila knew it was time for a change.
“My daughter was my WHY,” she said. “I needed more time and money to support us, and real estate gave me that opportunity.”
That opportunity wasn’t without its challenges. One of the most defining moments of her life came when she bought her first home on her own after renting for a year. Just months later, she left the security of her longstanding career for a commission-based profession. “It was sink or swim,” Sheila said, “and I learned how to swim.”
Her first breakthrough in real estate is still etched in her memory. She met a woman at an open house and stayed in touch with her for three years, often doubting herself each time she picked up the phone. “I dreaded calling her
because I felt like I was bothering her,” Sheila admitted. “To my surprise, she said they were ready to buy! They fell in love with the third home we saw, and from there, they let me sell their old home and even referred me to three other people. I am forever grateful they gave me a chance when I had zero business.”
That kind of persistence and personal connection has become the foundation of Sheila’s career. Over the years, she’s helped buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. For Sheila, each transaction is about far more than closing a deal. “I feel honored that I get to be a part of my clients’ largest transactions,” she said. “Every deal is different, and I’ve made so many connections over the years. I even host events each year and invite past clients, which allows me to see families grow and flourish. Every transaction is special to me.”
Sheila’s clients and colleagues alike echo that sentiment. “People are free to read the reviews left by clients and other agents on what it’s like to work with me,” she shared. “I have nothing to hide and truly feel it is a privilege to get to work side by side with buyers, sellers, and investors.”
Her definition of success has evolved with time, grounded in both professional accomplishment and personal fulfillment. “Success is doing what I love for a living and getting paid to do so,” Sheila explained. “This career allowed me to be present for my daughter—from field days and class parties to snow days and now her college years. I couldn’t have asked for a better career.”

“GET OUT OF YOUR OWN HEAD AND DON’T LISTEN TO THE ‘DRUNK MONKEY’ IN YOUR HEAD. KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN AND WORK HARD.”
That balance between professional drive and personal life is something Sheila treasures. Freedom and family remain her motivation. “I work hard so I can have the freedom to have quality time with family and friends,” she said. She stays active with Pilates, evening walks with her dog and friends, and enjoys channeling her creative side by making custom gifts for clients with her laser engraver and Cricut.
Over her 15 years in real estate, Sheila has built a reputation as a consistent top performer. She’s been recognized in the top 20% of her office, invited to serve on the prestigious Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Southlake, and continues to grow her business through referrals alone. She sells between 15–25 homes a year, with clients ranging from first-time buyers to luxury homeowners. “I treat each client the same, whether they’re buying a single lot or a $1.2M property,” she said.
When asked what she wants to be remembered for, Sheila’s answer is simple: kindness. “I want to be remembered for my kindness towards others,” she said. “I want people to know, without a doubt, I deeply cared.”
Sheila’s journey is proof that sometimes the scariest leaps lead to the most rewarding destinations. From her early days of uncertainty to becoming
a trusted name in North Fort Worth real estate, her story is one of resilience, faith, and a steadfast commitment to people. As she puts it, “Get out of your own head and don’t listen to the ‘drunk monkey’ in your head. Keep your head down and work hard.”
And for Sheila

In the real estate business, longevity is rare. But for Dave Bowman, President and Broker of Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc., nearly four decades in the industry have been a natural extension of both family legacy and personal passion. His story is one of perseverance, people, and principles that continue to guide him to this day.
Born and raised in the H-E-B area, Dave’s roots run deep in North Texas. He graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in business finance, with an emphasis in real estate finance and law. At just 22 years old, he followed in his father’s footsteps and entered the industry. “My father was my biggest influence,” Dave recalls. “He was an extremely successful agent and then broker in the Northeast Tarrant County area. I idolized my father and loved the people that worked for him when I was growing up. I wanted to be a part of that group.”
From the very beginning, his father’s advice shaped his career. “He always told me to be successful in this business you had to be a strong listing agent,” Dave says. Taking that advice to heart, his first listing sold in just three days. But the early confidence was quickly tested. “My next four listings all expired. I was
humbled and learned it wasn’t just about taking listings. You had to have market knowledge, understand pricing, and service the seller.”
That lesson—that success requires more than quick wins—has stayed with him for 39 years.
Building a Legacy
Dave never strayed far from family, both in life and business. He married his high school sweetheart, Cindy, when he was just 19. Today, they’ve been together 42 years, raising three children—Amanda, Stacie, and Jake—and now celebrating life with four grandchildren: Gabby, Everett, Nora, and Theo.
Amanda now works alongside Dave and Cindy at the office, continuing the family tradition. Stacie is a NICU nurse in Lubbock, while Jake works for Fidelity in Westlake. To Dave, seeing
his family grow, both personally and professionally, has been one of life’s greatest rewards. “Working together and learning from my father, being able to work with my wife, and having my oldest daughter follow in the same real estate footsteps—those moments are priceless,” he shares.
Family time remains sacred. Whether it’s traveling with Cindy, cheering on the grandkids, hunting with his son, cooking out with his sister and brotherin-law, Trish and Donnie Smith, or relaxing at the lake house, Dave finds balance in creating memories with the people he loves most. “Outside of the office, my family is my favorite hobby,” he says with a smile.
While Dave himself is a non-producing broker, his impact is felt every day through his leadership. Century 21

Mike Bowman, Inc. has been the #1 Century 21 office in Texas since 1993, ranking among the top five offices nationwide and earning the #1 position in units 18 times. But for Dave, the real accomplishment lies in empowering others. “My favorite part about being a broker is helping our agents achieve whatever goals they want to achieve,” he explains. “We have a great management team and staff that shares that same philosophy, and we love our agents and teams. They are a great group of people.”
That commitment to his team is what gets him out of bed each morning. “The passion I have for this industry and the passion I have for our agents—they get me motivated every day,” he says.
Over the years, Dave has redefined what success means. “Success can be defined in so many different ways,” he reflects. “The one thing I’ve learned is that if you want to be successful, then you have to be willing to fail. It’s through failure
that you learn the most about yourself, how not to repeat the same mistakes, and how to be better prepared to move forward. If you’re afraid to fail, you won’t be very successful.”
He’s also learned the importance of boundaries. “The biggest challenge was learning not to let real estate control my life,” Dave admits. “I always wanted to please everyone, but you can’t. When you try, you have no control and no boundaries. I’ve learned to give attention to both work and my private life, but I try to keep them separate.”
That clarity is what allows him to pour into his work without losing sight of what matters most.
Throughout his career, one phrase has been a guiding light: “Never quit.” Dave first heard those words from his father during difficult times, and they became a personal mantra. “I watched and learned from him when everyone else
“HAVE A STRONG MENTAL MINDSET, BECOME A STRONG LISTING AGENT, AND LEARN HOW TO ASK GREAT QUESTIONS—AND THEN LISTEN.”
gave up. He never did, and he always came out on top. When you quit, you’ve chosen your destiny,” Dave says.

It’s advice he passes on to new agents, along with practical wisdom. “Have a strong mental mindset, become a strong listing agent, and learn how to ask great questions—and then listen,” he advises. “You learn more about how to better serve your clients and their needs when you ask great questions.”
As Dave reflects on the past and looks toward the future, his goals remain steady: to continue growing the firm’s presence, with their new Westlake office already underway, and to keep helping agents achieve success in their own journeys.
At the heart of it all, though, is a belief that life is fleeting and worth savoring. “Enjoy life because you only get one shot at it—and never quit,” Dave says, echoing the lesson his father once gave him. It’s a philosophy that has guided his family, his career, and his legacy.

For Dave Bowman, the true measure of success isn’t found in rankings or awards, but in people—the ones he’s mentored, the family he cherishes, and the lives he’s touched along the way.

On September 30th, we hosted our Super Social event and, holy moly, was it sure an amazing evening! The room was PACKED with top agents and the best businesses from across the Metroplex, the venue was beautiful, connections were being formed left and right, and the night was perfect.
The inaugural two-day national Real Producers conference, RP Elevate, was so special to have in our backyard and was filled with incredible speakers and powerful content.
To have our DFW Real Producers Super Social as the after party was the perfect way to cap off this one-of-a-kind event.
I must thank every one of our RP Preferred Business Partners and a special shout out to Perry Homes for being the Host Sponsor of this event! We couldn’t have done this without you.
Thank you to our event photographers: Scott Peek Photography, Jin Kim Studios and Christopher St. Germain with Headshot Executive as well as our videographer team, studioUSA.
Thank you to the entire N2 Company team who stepped up in a huge way to ensure this event was a smashing success. We are so grateful for you all!

And of course, congrats again to every single agent who earned their 2025 RP Top Agent Award and for your support of Real Producers!
Enjoy the photos from this event.
