The Power of Right Relationships
In my conversations with top agents, I often ask, ”How important is it to work with businesses you know and trust?”
And without fail, the answer is the same: It’s everything. The right business partners don’t just make transactions smoother—they elevate an agent’s success. It’s the businesses that communicate openly, go the extra mile for clients, and protect every relationship involved that truly set the gold standard in this industry.
Real estate is a team sport, and having a solid network of professionals is the key to a smooth, successful transaction. That’s exactly why I take so much pride in our RP Vetted Businesses. Every company featured in our magazine or involved in our events isn’t just another name on a list—they’ve been endorsed by top real estate professionals and vetted by our team to ensure they meet the highest standards of excellence.
It is because of these businesses that we are able to have Real Producers magazine and this powerhouse community. Their investment into Real Producers is really their investment into you, the top producing agents in DFW. They are the reason we have events and a monthly magazine where the cost for an RP
Top Agent to get featured is not $5,000 – $10,000….it is $0! Next time you run into an RP Vetted Business, be sure to thank them for all they do! And hey, give them a shot! We are confident they will exceed your expectations.
One high-performing agent recently told our team: “Finding Real Producers’ curated list of trusted businesses was a game-changer. Knowing I can rely on companies that have already earned the trust of other top agents? Priceless.”
We hear this all the time, and it never gets old.
To every business that has earned the RP seal of approval— thank you. Your commitment to excellence doesn’t just stand out—it sets the bar. You are the reason DFW’s real estate community is second to none.
Cheers, Jordan Espeseth Co-owner jordan.espeseth@n2co.com

FROM CENTER STAGE TO CLOSING DEALS
India Davis is crafting a life that’s as dynamic and inspiring as her journey from the bright lights of Las Vegas to the dynamic world of real estate. As a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty DFW–Dallas (Southlake), India has made her mark not just as a successful agent but also as a committed community member, mentor, and Broadway enthusiast.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, India grew up immersed in the arts. “I was a competitive dancer,” she shares.
“Living in Las Vegas offered incredible performance opportunities.” It was her passion for dance that led her to Texas, where she attended the prestigious Meadows School of the Arts at SMU.
Moving from the vibrant, unconventional culture of Las Vegas to Dallas was a culture shock, but India embraced it fully.
“I fell in love with Texas—the people and the culture. I was SO ready to start my career in dance, so I graduated early from SMU, but I knew I would be back to Texas someday,” she recalls.
Her dance career took her across the globe as she performed on Celebrity
and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. It was there she met her husband, Jake. Returning to Las Vegas, she continued performing—even appearing in the legendary Siegfried and Roy show at the Mirage. But after the tragic closing of that show, she decided it was time for a career with a bit more stability. India decided to pursue a degree in hotel administration from UNLV, a move that would eventually lead her to a successful 16-year career with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
“When my husband’s job as an air traffic controller brought us to Texas, I transferred to the Four Seasons Resort and Club Las Colinas,” she explains. But in 2020, India felt it was

time for yet another big change. With encouragement from a close real estate agent friend, she dove into the world of real estate. “I signed up for classes at Champions School of Real Estate and officially transitioned into real estate just as the world shut down due to COVID-19,” she says. “It was challenging, navigating virtual training and helping my kids with online learning, but by June 2020, I had my first closing.”
Success is knowing you’re making a difference. Whether it’s through work, volunteering, raising kids, or being a good friend, it’s about doing your best with integrity and kindness.
India’s approach to real estate is deeply rooted in relationships. “I love working with first-time homebuyers,” she shares. “Seeing the joy in their eyes when they realize homeownership is possible is incredibly rewarding.” Much of her business comes from referrals, which she cherishes. “It allows me to help people I know and those who are important to them. It’s like weaving a web of connections and trust.”
Beyond her professional achievements, India’s heart lies in her community. “I’m deeply involved in my kids’ schools,” she says. India serves on the PTA board at her son’s middle school, is VP of fundraising for her daughter’s high school theater booster club, and sits on the board of directors for the T2S Scholarship Fund, a nonprofit tied to her daughter’s theater school. “Through these activities, I’ve met so many wonderful people who’ve become clients and friends,” she notes.
India also dedicates time to mentoring new agents at Keller Williams. “I love sharing my experiences to help others
succeed,” she says. “Real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about making a difference in people’s lives.”
Despite her busy schedule, India finds joy in the arts, especially Broadway. “My daughter, Dylan, is heavily involved in theater and choir,” she beams. “Her passion reminds me of my own love for performance.” India’s son, Jagger, is equally versatile, balancing several sports, show choir, and musical theater. “Our family’s activities keep us connected and grounded,” she says.
India’s path hasn’t been without challenges. In 2020, her father suffered a life-threatening fall, and her mother’s health declined significantly in 2022. “It’s been hard,” she admits. “My parents were very involved in my family’s life, and their health issues have changed that dynamic. I wish I could do more for them.”
Through it all, India has leaned on her faith and support system. Her definition of success reflects her values. “Success is knowing you’re making a difference,”
she says. “Whether it’s through work, volunteering, raising kids, or being a good friend, it’s about doing your best with integrity and kindness.”
With nearly five years in real estate, India has accumulated an impressive list of accolades, including multiple Medallion Awards from Keller Williams and recognition as a top agent in Fort Worth. Yet, for her, the greatest reward is the impact she’s making. “I love that my kids see what hard work and passion can achieve,” she says. “Real estate has allowed me to build a big life for myself and my family, all while doing something I truly love.”
From competitive dancer to dedicated agent, India Davis’s story is a one of perseverance, passion, and the power of community. Whether she’s helping a family find their dream home or volunteering at her kids’ schools,
India brings the same energy and commitment that once lit up stages to every aspect of her life. And in her eyes, the spotlight is exactly where it’s meant to be: on the lives she touches every day.

Transforming Spaces, Building Connections
For Karen Ramirez, owner of Dream Haus Staging, staging a home is more than just arranging furniture or adding decorative accents. It’s about creating an emotional connection—a moment when a potential buyer steps into a house and feels, “This is home.” This passion, combined with a deep understanding of the real estate market, has propelled Dream Haus
Staging to become a standout name in the industry.
“I’m most passionate about transforming spaces from mere properties into dream houses,” Karen shares. “Our goal is to stage that feeling of ‘I want to live here’ for every potential buyer who walks through the door.”
Karen’s journey into the world of home staging is
as inspiring as the spaces she creates. Originally from Arizona and Sonora, Mexico, she and her husband, Silvester, grew up in Texas, where they met as teenagers. Both began their professional careers in healthcare, but the pandemic ignited a desire to pursue something more creative and aligned with their entrepreneurial dreams. They delved into real estate investing,
transforming properties into vacation rentals. Karen quickly realized her favorite part of the process: designing and furnishing spaces.
“I kept falling in love with the design aspect,” she explains. “My close friends and family encouraged me to take my talent to the next level through home staging, and their belief in me gave me the confidence to take the leap.”
That leap led to the creation of Dream Haus Staging, a boutique company dedicated to transforming properties into captivating spaces that sell quickly and for top dollar. Karen’s unique background as a real estate investor and short-term rental manager gives her a distinct edge. “We know firsthand what doesn’t sell and, more importantly, what sells fast,” she says. This expertise allows her team to craft designs that not only captivate buyers but also drive real results.
Dream Haus Staging specializes in vacant and occupied home staging, as well as consultations for sellers aiming to maximize their property’s market potential. But Karen’s mission goes beyond creating beautiful interiors. Building lasting relationships with her clients is at the heart of everything she does. “We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to real estate agents, homeowners, and investors,” she notes. “Trustworthiness, a personalized approach, and genuine care for our clients’ success are what set us apart.”
This dedication to relationships is reflected in every aspect of Karen’s

business. From the initial consultation to the final staging, she and her team focus on understanding their clients’ goals and tailoring their services to meet those needs. “We’re not just staging homes; we’re helping people achieve their dreams,” Karen says. “Seeing a property sell quickly and for top dollar is incredibly rewarding.”
Dream Haus Staging’s success is also a result of Karen’s commitment to her faith. Before starting the business, she and her
husband prayed for clarity and guidance. “Taking God into consideration every step of the way has been the foundation of our success,” Karen reflects.
“His blessings have been evident in the opportunities we’ve had and the growth we’ve experienced.”

One of their most cherished memories was a recent trip to Costa Rica, where they stayed at a hotel nestled at the base of a volcano, complete with breathtaking thermal hot springs. “It’s experiences like these that inspire me,” Karen shares.
“They remind me of the importance of creating spaces where people can connect and feel at home.”
As Dream Haus Staging continues to grow, Karen remains focused on her goals: helping clients achieve success in their real estate journeys and leaving a positive impact on the industry. Redefining Excellence
Deep in the heart of Texas, Gretchen Wright has built something remarkable. As the President and Co-Owner of Texas Secure Title Company, she has spent the last 32 years shaping an industry that’s often behind the scenes but vital to every real estate transaction. “Our escrow officers are the heartbeat of our company,” Gretchen emphasizes, a sentiment that underscores every decision she makes.
Texas Secure Title Company, established in 2014, provides real estate closing services and issues title insurance, ensuring that the home-buying process is as seamless as possible for buyers, sellers, and REALTORS® alike. What sets the company apart, Gretchen explains, is its independence. “We’re locally owned and managed,” she says. “Since we’re not partially owned by an underwriter or investors, we
can push all our resources to our branch operations. This gives our employees fewer files to manage, allowing more time and attention for each client.”
That focus on personalized service reflects Gretchen’s own journey in the industry. Originally from Orlando, Florida, she moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area during high school and found her way into title insurance right after graduation. “I fell into title work coming out of high school and never left,” she recalls. Over the years, she’s worn many hats, from escrow officer to company president, and it’s her experience at every level that fuels her commitment to excellence. “I still think of myself as an escrow officer,” she shares. “When we make decisions, I always consider what impact they’ll have on the closing experience.”
Gretchen’s leadership philosophy is simple but profound: empower your people. She believes the
success of Texas Secure Title Company lies in the growth and development of its escrow officers. “I focus on making sure they have all the tools and resources to do their jobs well,” she explains. “They’ve built our company; I just make sure I do right by them.”
This people-first approach extends to the company’s relationship with real estate agents. “Agents are our target market, and that’s how our branches operate,” Gretchen says. “We want to be an extension of their team, supporting them in a way that helps their business thrive.” Unlike many competitors, Texas Secure Title doesn’t employ business development agents. Instead, their closers double as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating stronger relationships and delivering a better overall experience.
“Early in my career, I read The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and it changed the way I approached business,” Gretchen recalls. She began seeking out top real estate teams to collaborate with, adopting their team model within her own office. “We understand the goals of top producers and work hand in hand with them,” she says. “It’s all about being aligned in vision and execution.”
Beyond her professional life, Gretchen treasures her family. Married to her business partner, Derek Wright, for over 20 years, the couple has three children and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes hiking, skiing, and backpacking. They often retreat to their second home in New Mexico for quality time together. “I’ve always valued work-life balance,” she says. “We prioritize adequate staffing so our team doesn’t feel like they have to live at the office.”
As for the future, Gretchen’s goals are clear: sustainable growth. “We want to continue expanding with like-minded escrow officers who value direct client relationships and great customer service,” she says. “Whether it’s one location or one hundred, our team has to stay in sync with our mission.”
Reflecting on her journey, Gretchen attributes her success to a commitment to helping others. Her favorite quote, by Zig Ziglar, captures this perfectly: “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” It’s a philosophy that has guided her through decades of challenges and triumphs, shaping not just a company but a legacy.
For real estate agents looking for a trusted partner, Gretchen’s message is simple: “At Texas Secure Title, we’re here to support you and your clients every

step of the way. Our goal is to be an extension of your team, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.” With Gretchen’s leadership and the dedication of her team, Texas Secure Title Company is not just a service provider but a cornerstone of the real estate community.

Authentic Approach
Jamie Lasuzzo-Cook isn’t your typical real estate agent. For the North Fort Worth agent, the business of buying and selling homes goes deeper than transactions—it’s about service, purpose, and faith. “I’m real,” she says with conviction. “Nothing is beneath me. I treat a $125,000 pre-approved client like they’re looking at a $1 million home.” That philosophy, rooted in humility and respect, defines her work.
Growing up in the small town of Jonesboro, Louisiana, Jamie’s life revolved around her large Italian family, community, and the values instilled by her parents. Jamie valued the simple pleasures of good cooking, visiting at home with neighborhood friends, and spending her days at the ballpark. Her father, a businessman who served as the local Chamber of Commerce president and volunteered as a little league coach, and her mother, a dedicated teacher and community leader, showed her the importance of serving others. “My parents worked hard for everything they had to support four kids and made sure we had fun with what we had,” says Jamie. These values enabled Jamie’s warmth and authenticity to shine through in her work relationships. “I want people to feel seen and valued,” she says. “Every story, every client matters.”
Before entering the industry in 2019, Jamie’s career was oriented around her passion for service. She worked in social services as an investigator for nearly a decade, investigating abuse
and neglect cases for the State of Texas. Her social services days taught her how to negotiate effectively in high stress situations and she developed a tough, resilient mindset—skills that now serve her well in real estate. Her dedication to vulnerable populations, including the elderly and adults with disabilities, taught her the spirit of perseverance and empathy. “I love older people and have a deep respect for the grit of the WWII generation,” she shares. “America was built on their strength.”
Jamie’s transition into real estate brought her core values to a new stage. She spent the first three years of her career with ERA Cornerstone before merging with Post Oak Realty in 2023. Now, five-and-a-half years into her career, she focuses on creating meaningful experiences for every client. “My real estate has a purpose,” she explains, “and it’s deeply rooted in my faith. I want people to see more of Jesus and less of me. True fulfillment comes from serving others.” She credits the influence of her late broker, David Caswell, and
the supportive role of her broker, Ben Burnside, who has been with her from the beginning. She also values the guidance of Landon Hale, who has become a great broker for her since the Post Oak merger. The win-win culture of Post Oak Realty is one of the most significant foundations for reaching her goals as well as the guidance of her early mentor, Darrell Halk.
Jamie’s dreams and goals are also deeply personal. With her parents nearing retirement, she’s focused on ensuring they can enjoy the life they’ve earned. “They’ve spent their entire lives serving others,” she says. “My biggest dream is to make things easier for them so they can have some fun.” In addition, Jamie’s long-term vision includes starting a foundation to help people meet life-improving needs, a project she is passionate about bringing to life in the future.
When asked about her favorite part of being a real estate agent, Jamie’s enthusiasm is easy to see. “Helping in my own community, meeting interesting people, and learning from brilliant business minds are some of the highlights,” she says. “Helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership and cheerleading them to the finish line is incredibly rewarding.” She also loves guiding new agents at her office. “It’s like gaining
a new family member. Watching younger agents— some the same age as my sons—make bold moves and succeed is inspiring.”
Jamie’s definition of success is both spiritual and practical. “Success is living a life that helps the population of Heaven increase,” she explains. “It’s being the hands and feet of Jesus and loving people without an agenda.” On a more earthly level, she defines success as having her children feel happy to return home, moving freely without the constraints of time, and leaving people feeling seen and cared for.
Her path to real estate wasn’t without challenges. “When I first started, someone I respected told me real estate was too saturated, and I’d never do well,” she remembers. “Challenge accepted.” Determined to prove herself, Jamie didn’t tell many people about her new career until she passed her exams. “I didn’t want anyone’s ’what-if’s’ in my head,” she says. Once she shared the news, her family and friends were overwhelmingly supportive.
The early days required perseverance. Balancing multiple jobs, including working as a gate agent at DFW Airport, nannying, and even substituting at a middle school, Jamie worked tirelessly to build her real estate career. “I’d keep infants overnight, then head straight to the airport for my shift,” she recalls. “It was hard work, but it was worth it.”
Today, Jamie has achieved significant milestones, including a career volume of
over $47 million and being named Agent of the Year two years in a row. Contributing to her success is her valued transaction coordinator, Bobbi Villareal. “She is the magic behind making my life easier and is full of knowledge. She’s the best,” says Jamie.
Family is the cornerstone of Jamie’s life. Her husband, George, who she’s known since she was 13, is an Army veteran, and they have been married since 2001. Together, they have two sons, Trey and Trent. “My boys are my life,” she says. “They’re good American boys who love Jesus, their family, and their country.” Trey works for the City of Denton while finishing his education in construction science, and Trent is training to become a firefighter and paramedic.
The entire family supports Jamie’s business, whether it’s handing out business cards, moving signs, or preparing homes for showings.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with family, going to sporting events, hanging out with her dogs and grand-dogs, Diesel, Yukito (Yuki) Mayonaka (Mya), and Spear, and relaxing days on Lake Ray Roberts. Two of her favorite things are coffee and travel. “My husband, George, and I take mini-trips to places like Charleston, Colorado Springs, or Laguna Beach to see if we’d want to return with the whole family,” she shares. “I find coffee shops in every place I go, and when I’m not traveling, I explore coffee shops in DFW and surrounding areas. It

for me to go over an hour for a cool coffeehouse experience.” Jamie also loves going to the gym and hitting the basketball court with her husband. “I’m there to get rebounds for him, not so much for me! We’ve been doing this since
and he’s still my favorite basketball player.”
Sports have always been an important part of Jamie’s family. For many years, she has dedicated much of her time to volunteering with the local school district and the

for the Krum Bobcats and knowing what an important role athletics plays in the lives of young people, this initiative holds a special place in her heart.
Supporting local schools and community events is Jamie’s way of giving back to the place she’s proud to call home. “I’ve lived in Krum since 2008 and love everything about it—from the Friday night music downtown to the friendly faces. I was completely sold when I found out the town officially changes its name to North Pole, Texas, every December,” she smiles.

CHIP REID
A Legacy of Service
WRITTEN BY: KATHERINE H. FONDREN

Some real estate agents transcend the transactional nature of the business, fostering heartfelt connections with clients and leaving an indelible mark on their community.
Chip Reid, a seasoned agent with The Reid Gonterman Group at Ebby Halliday, exemplifies this approach. For 25 years, Chip has built his career on the foundation of hard work and a deep commitment to client satisfaction—all while nurturing a loving family life.
“I’m a fifth-generation Texan,” Chip shares proudly, his roots in the Lone Star State as deep as his dedication to its people. His journey began long before his real estate career, in the fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant industry. Starting at just 14 years old, he cultivated a tireless work ethic and a natural ability to connect with others. After attending the University of Texas and graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chip’s culinary career took him around the globe—even inspiring him to take a year off at 27 to travel the world.
But the lure of home and the desire for a career that aligned with his communityfocused values brought him back to Texas. In April 2000, at the age of 41, Chip embraced a new challenge: real estate. “Learning a new career at that point in my life was one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced,” he reflects. Yet, his transition was seamless, thanks to the same grit and determination that had defined his earlier career.
For Chip, real estate is more than a job—it’s a way to connect with people. “The most rewarding part of my business is the repeat clients,” he says. With over 750 homes sold in his career and consistently ranking in the top 1 percent of Ebby Halliday agents, Chip’s dedication to his clients has earned him a reputation for excellence. He measures success not in accolades or numbers but in satisfied clients who return time and again, trusting him with their most significant life investments.
First-time homebuyers hold a special place in Chip’s heart. “There’s nothing
THE BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT WAS TO HOLD AS MANY OPEN HOUSES AS POSSIBLE. EFFORT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
quite like helping someone purchase their first home,” he says, with contagious enthusiasm. Guiding clients through what can often be a daunting process is a role he cherishes, one that allows him to blend his extensive knowledge with genuine care. “Real estate gives me the ability to help people and be a part of our community,” he adds.
Chip’s commitment to effort sets him apart from other agents. “The best advice I ever received as a real estate agent was to hold as many open houses as possible,” he shares. This simple yet profound strategy not only honed his skills but also solidified his reputation as a hardworking and accessible agent. “Effort makes all the difference,” he emphasizes.
Balancing his thriving career with a fulfilling personal life is another aspect of Chip’s success. Married for 30 years, he and his wife have raised two daughters and recently welcomed a granddaughter. His youngest daughter’s recent entry into the real estate world is a demonstration of the legacy Chip has built. “I want to be remembered for my children,” he says, his voice tinged with pride.
When he’s not assisting clients, Chip finds joy in high school football and cooking, passions that speak to his appreciation for tradition and creativity. “I love the Texas spirit,” he says, reflecting on his deep connection to his home state. Looking ahead,
Chip sees nothing but growth and opportunity for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “The future here is bright. I’m excited to see where we’ll be in the next 5 to 10 years.”
As he enters his 26th year in real estate, Chip’s goals remain refreshingly simple: “Work hard, make new friends, and enjoy my family.” His advice to new agents mirrors his own journey: “Be genuine.” It’s a philosophy that has carried him through decades of change and challenge, ensuring that his career— like his Texan roots—is firmly grounded in authenticity and perseverance.
Chip Reid’s story is one of transformation, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to others. Whether he’s cooking a meal, cheering at a football game, or handing over the keys to a new home, Chip embodies the spirit of service that has defined his career and his life. And as he continues to make a difference, Chip’s legacy in real estate—and in his community—is assured.

MALLAVARAPU ANANTH
A HEART TO SERVE
From humble beginnings in India to leading a thriving real estate brokerage in Dallas Fort Worth, Ananth Mallavarapu has built a career centered on helping others. “I always believe money and business are byproducts of good service,” he shares, a mantra that has guided him throughout his 11-year career in real estate.
A Foundation of Compassion
Born and raised in India, Ananth grew up in a household steeped in moral values. His parents, both schoolteachers, instilled in him the importance of being a good Samaritan.
“We always lived in a rental house during my childhood, and that created a strong impression on me,” he recalls. “I knew I wanted to help as many people as I could become homeowners.”
Ananth pursued advanced education, earning a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and
a postgraduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations. Before entering real estate, he built a successful career as a senior IT engineer and manager. But his desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives eventually led him to pivot to real estate in 2014.
Helping Dreams Take Root
Ananth’s passion lies in helping families find more than just a house—he helps them discover a place to call home. “Seeing families settle comfortably in their new homes and
connecting them with local resources gives me immense satisfaction,” he explains. For him, each transaction is beyond a business deal—it’s an opportunity to create lifelong friendships.
This approach is evident in the way he trains his team at R2 Realty LLC. “I love mentoring my agents to become real estate leaders who are passionate about helping clients and building long-lasting careers,” he says. His dedication to service extends beyond his clients to his colleagues, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Overcoming Challenges
Ananth’s journey has not been without its hurdles. “Finding the right property for clients during a scarcity of inventory is a constant challenge,” he admits. Creativity and perseverance are key, as he goes above and beyond to uncover the perfect fit for each family.
His own experience building a custom luxury home in Southlake has also shaped his expertise. “It was one of the biggest challenges of my life, but it gave me invaluable insights that I now use to guide my clients,” he shares. This

hands-on knowledge has positioned him as a specialist in luxury homes, enabling him to provide unparalleled guidance.
A Legacy of Giving Back
Beyond his professional achievements, Ananth is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He serves on the board of directors for the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial of North Texas (MGMNT) and has received numerous awards for his volunteer work within the Indian community. His philosophy is simple: “Helping each other and building cohesive communities inherently helps humanity.”

Investments and a certified practitioner of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. She actively teaches these practices to promote wellbeing in the community for free. Their elder daughter,
Rachana, balances a career in IT while assisting Ananth with real estate tasks on weekends, and their younger daughter, Ramitha, is pursuing her studies at Carnegie Mellon University.
A Vision for the Future
With an impressive track record of closing 30 to 40 transactions annually and achieving $25 million in sales in 2024 alone, Ananth shows no signs of slowing down. His goals for the coming year include expanding his commercial transactions and focusing on training the next generation of real estate leaders.
A Life of Purpose
In his downtime, Ananth enjoys reading, playing pickleball, walking with his dog, and spending quality time with family and friends.
He also has a creative side, writing poetry and singing in his native language—a fun fact that many might not know about him.
When asked what he wants to be remembered for, Ananth’s answer is clear: “For my integrity, helping nature, and love for people.” This sentiment encapsulates his approach to life and work, making him not just a successful real estate professional but a pillar of his community.
For Ananth Mallavarapu, real estate is more than a career—it’s a calling to serve, uplift, and inspire. And with every family he helps, every agent he mentors, and every community he strengthens, he continues to fulfill that calling with unmatched dedication.

Real Producers FAQ
Real Producers Magazine is a national franchise that started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 130 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. DFW has four Real Producers Communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth Real Producers.
Q: What is the goal of Real Producers?
A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the highest producing real estate agents, and RPvetted businesses in every
market, and build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, upcoming events, and educate –really anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.
At Real Producers, we believe we are one person, one conversation, or one idea away from everything in our business and life changing. With this powerhouse community, it happens all the time.
Q: How do you become a Real Producers Top Agent?
A: In all of DFW, there are roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of our four communities. We rank all those agents based off their yearly MLS sales volume. In years past we congratulated the Top 500
Agents, and we still are, but in 2025, we are adding a second group to the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%.
Q: Who receives Real Producers Magazine?
A: The Top 1000 agents in each community will receive the digital magazine for the year. The Top 500 agents will also receive the magazine physically to their mailbox. Our RP Vetted Businesses also receive the magazine physically and digitally.
Q: Can I be featured?
A: If you are in the Top 1000, you have the opportunity to be featured! We love nominations and take them seriously. If you’d like to be considered for a feature, or if you would like to nominate someone, you can email team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
Q: What does it cost to be featured as an RP Top Agent?
A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. How, you ask? Because of the businesses that your peers have recommended, who partner with Real Producers, and invest in this community to support you. These companies have all been recommended by top agents and have been vetted by us to ensure they are of the highest quality. So instead of you paying $5k - $10k for this feature…they cover all those costs for you! Pretty incredible, right?
Q: Does Real Producers host events?
A: Yes, we host many different events
throughout the year! Some large 400-800 people, some 75-250 people, and other more intimate events that are 30-50 people. We do Social Events, Magazine Celebration Events, an Awards Gala, and Masterclass Events. You can see quick recaps of some of our events under the “Events” tab on our website.
For our events, we invite the top 1000 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. The Top 1000 agents are allowed to invite agents on their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connection made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!
Q: Who are the RP Vetted Businesses?
A: They are some of the best businesses in DFW in their category! You can find them listed in our index and their ad in the magazine. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Each business has come recommended by your peers, the top producing real estate agents in the market. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together.
Q: Can I nominate an agent or recommend a business?
A: Absolutely! Email your nominations and recommendations to team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
