If this publication finds you, it’s time for a round of applause – you’ve triumphantly secured your spot as a 2025 Real Producers Top Agent! Congratulations are in order!
Whether it’s your inaugural glance at this publication, or you’ve been with us since the 2018 editions, keep your eyes peeled here. A recap is due, as we have made some changes over the years, and especially for 2025.
First off, you’re leafing through this magazine because you’re a titan among real estate agents, earning your spot based on your 2024 residential MLS production numbers. This is not a popularity contest. RP agents earn it!
In DFW there are four Real Producers communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth. DFW houses roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of our four communities. In years past, we congratulated the Top 500 Agents in each community, and we still are, but we are adding a second group to
the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%. That is pretty dang respectable!
You may be wondering what exactly does this mean for me? There are a lot of reasons why it is great to have earned your Top 500 or Top 1000 RP Award, but specifically there are five things that are important for you to know:
By earning your spot as an RP Top Agent, your hard work and accomplishments are made know across the DFW Real Estate community, by us, a third-party validation of your success.
All of you will be receiving the digital publication each month for the next 12 months, and the Top 500 will be receiving this magazine physically, as well.
You receive your RP Top Agent Logo that you can use on all your marketing materials. Your 2024 MLS production will determine if you receive the Top 500 or Top 1000 badge, and your broker address will determine if you receive North Dallas, Dallas, North
Fort Worth, or the Fort Worth Badge.
You will receive access to our private events that are exclusive for you, agents on your team, and our RP Vetted Businesses.
You now have the opportunity to share your story in an upcoming issue! Instead of paying $5 - $10k for a feature, you pay $0 because of the vetted businesses that your peers have recommended. These partners with RP invest in this community to support you, the top agents in the DFW Market. Can I get a “Thank you!” to our RP Vetted Businesses?
Be sure to check your inbox for a congratulatory text and email from us, which includes your coveted Real Producers Top Agent badge for 2025 and other important details. If you didn’t receive that, be sure to reach out and let us know.

For Travis Moon, the path to real estate wasn’t a straight line—it was shaped by his commitment to service and building long-lasting relationships. Today, as a REALTOR® with Lily Moore Realty, Travis is not just helping people find homes; he’s helping them achieve their dreams, navigating life’s challenges, and forming meaningful connections along the way.
Growing up in a close-knit family, Travis’s upbringing taught him the importance of community. “We lived in a row of 13 houses— all family,” Travis recalls. “It fostered a deep sense of togetherness, and I learned early on the value of perseverance and supporting one another.” These values were further solidified when Travis made the life-altering decision at 17 to join the Army.
His military service was a transformative chapter in his life. As a combat medic and military police officer, Travis honed skills of discipline, resilience, and leadership that would later shape his approach to real estate. “In the Army, I learned to think quickly, make critical decisions under pressure, and lead with integrity,” he explains. “Whether providing medical care in life-threatening situations or ensuring safety as a military police officer, I developed a strong sense of responsibility that has carried through into everything I do, especially in my real estate career.” The combination of my military and family experiences has shaped my character, encouraging resilience, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility. I carry these values with me as I continue to navigate life, ever grateful for the

lessons learned and the bonds formed during my journey.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Travis ran third-party consulting companies for major corporations like Reliant Energy, Comcast, and Spectrum. But when it came time to pivot into real estate, it was a meaningful way of fulfilling his deep desire to make a tangible impact in people’s lives. “I wanted to be the guy who helps make dreams happen,” says Travis. “Whether it’s buying a home or finding the right investment property, I get to guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.”
His love for helping others and building lasting relationships is evident in every aspect of his work. “The most rewarding part of my business is the relationships that develop,” Travis shares. “When I see clients walk away happy, knowing they’ve made the right choice, that’s what keeps me going. I’m not just selling houses—I’m helping people build their futures.”
Real estate is no easy field, and Travis acknowledges the challenges that come with it. “The biggest challenge for me is staying a student,” he says. “The rules, regulations, and contract documents change every year, and it’s important to keep learning so I can provide the best service to my clients.” But it’s a challenge Travis is willing to embrace, as he believes that staying educated is key to becoming the best agent possible.
That commitment to growth and learning has clearly paid off. In 2024, Travis was named the Sales Leader at his brokerage by volume, closing over $13 million in sales. His career volume now exceeds $30 million, and he has set ambitious goals for the future, aiming to help over 70 clients in 2025. But for Travis, the numbers are only part of the equation. What truly drives him is the impact he has on the lives of his clients.
“My wife, Cadence, and our son, Travis Ryan Moon, II, are my ‘why,’” says Travis. “Everything I do is for them. And every past client, in some way, has been tied to where I am today. Real estate is about the people, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their journey.”
It’s no surprise that Travis has earned a reputation as a “negotiating shark” or someone who ensures his clients get the best deal while creating win-win situations that lead to successful closings. “I love being the go-to guy, the person who makes things happen when my clients need it most,” he adds with a smile. It’s this blend of expertise, integrity, and genuine care for people that sets Travis apart in an ever-competitive market.
Outside of real estate, Travis finds joy in a variety of hobbies. Whether it’s cooking and grilling, fishing, or working on his welding skills and classic car projects, Travis knows how to unwind while connecting with his family and the world around him. “Welding classes have been a fun challenge for me,” he laughs. “It’s something totally different, and I love working with my hands. It’s a great balance to the mental work I do in real estate.”
Despite his many accomplishments, Travis remains humble and focused on his ultimate goal: to be a great role model for his children.
“I want my kids to see me as someone who worked hard, helped others, and made a difference in the world,” he says earnestly.
“That’s what I want to be remembered for.”
As for the future of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Travis is optimistic. “I love the diversity of restaurants, attractions, and experiences that DFW offers,” he says. “And there’s so much room for

growth. It’s an exciting time to be a part of this community, and I can’t wait to see where it goes in the next 5-10 years.”
Travis Moon is redefining the real estate industry through the lasting relationships he’s building, the dreams he’s helping people achieve, and the legacy he’s creating for his family and community. In every deal he closes, in every connection he makes, Travis is not just selling homes—he’s making a real difference in the lives of those he touches.
“Travis’s relentless drive and genuine passion for helping clients achieve their dreams inspire everyone around him. I’m beyond proud to have him on our team, showing us all what success truly looks like!” —Lily Moore, Broker

There is a lot riding on a real estate transaction. It is more than an investment— it’s the American Dream personified. One name that stands out, assisting homebuyers on the road to their dreams—Chris Carathers. As the owner and professional inspector of Endeavor Real Estate Inspections, Chris doesn’t just inspect properties—he bridges the gap between uncertainty and confidence for his clients. “I love getting to do what I do,” he says with an enthusiasm that underscores his deep commitment.
Chris’s journey into the world of inspections wasn’t one he initially envisioned. Growing up in Amarillo, Texas, he eventually moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 1997 for school. Armed with an associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degree, his career path took a pivotal turn when a REALTOR® he knew encouraged him to consider home inspections. Intrigued, he dove into research and
shadowed an inspector from his church, discovering a profession that combined his love for learning with his passion for service. “From there, it has been a journey of learning the industry and putting my love of serving others to great use,” Chris remarks.
Endeavor Real Estate Inspections specializes in residential and commercial property evaluations for buyers and sellers. For Chris, the mission is clear: education. “We focus on educating our clients on their homes,” he explains. “After a detailed inspection, I walk them through the property to show them my findings. This gives them an unparalleled experience, helping them truly understand their property and the context of any issues.”
Chris’s commitment to a client-centered approach has set his business apart. His ideal clients range from those under contract to buy real estate to property owners preparing for the market. But his work is about more than transactions. “I love helping people and serving my community,” Chris shares, adding that he views his role as part of a larger team effort in the real
estate process. “We really try to take care of the clients and their REALTORS®.”
For Chris, success is defined by balance and relationships. “Success for me is having a business that serves our clients, provides for my family, and allows me the flexibility to be present with my family,” he says. Family is central to his life, and it’s clear his work reflects those values. Chris and his wife, Kristen, have been married for nearly 17 years and are raising their three children in Haslet, Texas. Together, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time as a family. “It’s why I do what I do,” he reaffirms.
Building Endeavor Real Estate Inspections from the ground up has been a labor of love for Chris. Although he currently operates the business solo, he’s always looking for great people to join his team. “This year, I’d like to bring on another inspector,” he shares. And while he’s focused on growth, he’s also looking forward to family trips planned for the year ahead.
Chris’s outlook on his profession is one of gratitude and flexibility. “Blessed are those who are flexible, for
they will never get bent out of shape,” he says, quoting one of his favorite sayings. Flexibility is a trait he carries into both his personal and professional life. Balancing work and family is no small feat, but Chris makes it a priority. “I try to be present with my family as much as possible,” he says. Whether he’s driving his kids to their activities or managing a detailed inspection, Chris is dedicated to the people who matter most.
The relationships Chris has cultivated over the years have been key to his success. He credits the REALTORS®, clients, and industry professionals he works with for helping him grow his
business. “I’m blessed to work with a lot of great people across the industry,” he says. “I love getting to meet and work with such amazing people who work very hard to do their very best for their clients.” It’s these connections, combined with his faith-driven approach and genuine desire to help, that has solidified his reputation as a trusted inspector.
For Chris Carathers, every inspection is more than a checklist—it’s a chance to educate, support, and serve. With a foundation built on faith, family, and a passion for helping others, Chris continues to leave a lasting mark on the real estate industry.
Andrew Clark isn’t your average real estate agent. With nine years in the industry and a knack for blending professionalism with a touch of humor, Andrew has carved out a unique niche in the North Fort Worth area. His journey into real estate is as dynamic and distinctive as his approach to the industry.
Born in Freeport, Illinois, Andrew spent his early years amid rolling hills, cornfields, and forests—a childhood he describes as “truly picturesque.” When he was 12, his family moved to Utah, where he grew up influenced by his father’s entrepreneurial spirit. “My dad ran a marketing consulting business and even authored a successful book about branding your business online,” Andrew recalls. “He taught me to trust myself, take risks, and reap what I sow. As a kid, those lessons seemed like corny dadisms, but they make perfect sense now that I’m in real estate.”
Growing up, Andrew was a jack of all trades, dabbling in sports, music, and outdoor adventures. “I played soccer, ran 5Ks, skied, camped, climbed, and even took piano lessons that later expanded to trumpet, French horn, and guitar,” he says. These varied interests taught him tenacity and a willingness to try new things—traits that now serve him well in his career. “Even today, if I don’t know how to do something, I’ll figure it out.”
A Leap of Faith
Andrew’s foray into real estate wasn’t planned—it was a leap of faith inspired by love. While working in sales for a medical supply company, he met his future wife, Celeste, at Utah Valley University. “She gave me the motivation I needed to set clearer goals and dream bigger,” he shares. Married in 2015, the couple decided to plant roots in Texas, her home state.
Celeste’s father, who had experience in real estate, suggested Andrew consider becoming a REALTOR®. “To “rose colored glasses” Andrew, this resonated with the thrill of entrepreneurship inside me and starting my own business, from scratch, in a place where I didn’t know a single soul, sounded like a great idea,” Andrew laughs. “Looking back, I realize it was sheer naivety, but I’m glad I jumped in.”
The early days were tough—months without income and navigating a new industry in an unfamiliar state tested his resolve. “Tenacity and grit got me through,” he says. “And, of course, Celeste. She kept us afloat financially with her thriving fine art business.”
For Andrew, real estate is about creating meaningful experiences. “I’m obsessed with providing clients everything they need to feel empowered and well-represented,” he explains. From refining his systems to implementing automation, Andrew ensures no detail is overlooked. But his real passion lies in the personal touch. “The face-toface, handshake, ‘how are you doing?’ moments are irreplaceable,” he says. “That’s the part of my business no one else can replicate.”
This approach has earned Andrew recognition in his field, including Post Oak Realty’s “Next Level Agent” award in 2019 and “Top Producer” in 2023. Yet, he measures success differently. “Success is going to bed each night knowing I’m surrounded by people I love, doing a job that makes me happy, and providing for my family,” he says.
Andrew’s family is his world. He and Celeste, whom he describes as “an angel on earth,” have three children.
SURE, IT’S GREAT TO FEEL NEEDED, BUT EVEN BETTER TO BE MAKING AN IMPACT ON PEOPLE’S LIVES. THERE’S NOTHING MORE FULFILLING THAN THAT.”
Their oldest, Wilde, is a 6-year-old Lego enthusiast who practices jiu-jitsu. Clementine, 3, is the family comedian, and their youngest, Woodrow, is a 1-year-old charmer. “Real estate gives me the freedom to be there for school pickups, sports games, and family dinners,” Andrew says. “That flexibility is priceless.”
When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys jiu-jitsu, spending time with his family exploring DFW, and cracking dad
jokes—an integral part of his personality. “I take my business seriously, but I never take myself too seriously,” he says with a grin.
Andrew’s goals extend beyond real estate. “My dream is to grow closer to God, raise outstanding children, nurture my relationship with Celeste, and positively impact my community,” he says. For him, real estate is the vehicle that enables these aspirations. “I feel truly lucky and blessed to pursue these goals through a career I love.”
Whether he’s helping a first-time buyer close on their dream home, earning a compliment on his Instagram presence (and his mustache), or refining his business processes, Andrew is all in. His authenticity, humor, and dedication
have made him a trusted name in North Fort Worth real estate—and someone you’d be lucky to call your REALTOR® and friend.
“The most rewarding part of my business is watching a first-time home buyer close on their first home,” Andrew says, “full of excitement and opportunity, or hearing a seasoned home seller say, ‘Wow, we’ve never had a REALTOR® do that before—that is incredible’ when I detail my marketing plan, or sitting down at a restaurant and having someone come over to the table and saying how they follow me on Instagram and recognized my mustache. The rewarding part is these interactions I have every day that prove something I’m doing is working and that people are benefiting from my business. Sure, it’s great to feel needed, but even better to be making an impact on people’s lives. There’s nothing more fulfilling than that.”

Michelle Ozymy’s journey to becoming the founder and CEO of IgniteYou90 wasn’t a straight line, but rather a carefully charted course fueled by passion, resilience, and a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by female entrepreneurs. “I built my business with three small children,” Michelle shares. “And I could never find the right coaching fit as a woman who wanted to be successful in my career but also as a wife and mother.” Today, she leverages her personal and professional experiences to provide tailored coaching services for women striving to achieve harmony in their business and personal lives.
Born and raised in Dallas, Michelle’s early career in banking and finance provided a solid foundation for her eventual transition into real estate. Completing her MBA at Dallas Baptist University and now working toward
a PhD in organizational psychology, she describes herself as an “education junkie.” However, it was her experience as a real estate broker—guiding agents to build thriving businesses—that revealed her true calling. During the pandemic, Michelle decided to start a business that focused on coaching, founding IgniteYou90 with a vision to address the gaps she once encountered. “There were fantastic coaches on the business side, but they were all male and didn’t quite know how to guide me personally,” she explains. “That’s where IgniteYou90 steps in.”
IgniteYou90 is not just a business development platform; it’s a holistic approach to life and work. Michelle’s coaching incorporates her certifications in life and health coaching and her background in group fitness. “I focus on the whole person, not just the business,” she emphasizes. “Female
REALTORS® who are feeling stuck trying to juggle it all without guilt are my ideal clients. They’re ambitious but want fulfillment beyond their professional achievements.”
Michelle’s unique blend of practical expertise and empathetic guidance sets her apart in a crowded coaching landscape. As a top-producing broker who continues to operate her own real estate business, she remains “in the trenches” alongside her clients. “I have firsthand knowledge of what they’re experiencing,” she says. “I’m constantly researching for myself and bringing those insights to my clients.” This approach ensures that her coaching is not only relevant but also deeply impactful.
Success, for Michelle, isn’t measured by accolades or revenue. “When I’m on a call with someone, and they finally ‘get
“MY FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE GIVES ME AN EDGE. BUT MY FEMALE PERSPECTIVE IS WHAT TRULY DIFFERENTIATES ME FROM THE INDUSTRY STANDARD.”
it,’ it changes the course of their business, a relationship, or even their day,” she reflects. “That’s success to me.” It’s this perspective that drives her to continually evolve IgniteYou90. The recent launch of a podcast, Winning Women’s Wednesday, co-hosted with Ashley Gentry, and their inaugural conference in 2024 are just the beginning. “We want to see that platform grow and provide more resources to entrepreneurial women,” she shares enthusiastically.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Michelle’s life is enriched by her closeknit family. Married to Alan for 25 years, the couple—both REALTORS®—has supported each other through every twist and turn of their careers. Alan, also an artist, manages their social media when he’s not creating for his online gallery. Their three children are equally accomplished: a costume designer in New York City, a music producer in Seattle, and a college-bound daughter
with aspirations in forensic psychology. “Traveling to visit each other in our various locations is our favorite family activity,” Michelle shares, adding with a smile, “Though NYC is my favorite spot.”
Managing work-life balance is no small feat, but Michelle has mastered the art through intentionality. “I’m very deliberate with my schedule,” she says. “On Sunday evenings, I plan my week in detail, not just for business but for personal things as well.” Whether it’s hiking, reading, running, or planning her next adventure, Michelle ensures she makes time for the things that rejuvenate her.
Michelle’s passion for helping women extends beyond individual coaching sessions. She currently serves as the 2025 Womens Council of Dallas President. She is inspired by figures like Tom Ferry, John Maxwell, and Donald Miller but recognizes the need for more female voices in the coaching space. “My firsthand experience gives me an edge,” she says. “But my female perspective is what truly differentiates me from the industry standard.” Her clients aren’t just learning business strategies; they’re gaining a partner who understands their struggles and celebrates their victories.
As the Dallas/Fort Worth area continues to grow, so does Michelle’s excitement about the future. “Being an entrepreneur can be lonely,” she acknowledges. “Platforms like Real Producers create a community of likeminded individuals who can support each other through their struggles and goals.” It’s this sense of connection and collaboration that she aims to cultivate through IgniteYou90.
With her strong commitment to empowering women, Michelle Ozymy is redefining what it means to be a successful entrepreneur. Her story is one of authenticity and the belief that success is about more than just numbers. As she says, quoting John 14:12, “Whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things.”

WHEN YOU MEET KEEGAN MUELLER, YOU CAN’T HELP BUT NOTICE THE UNSHAKABLE FOUNDATION OF FAITH AND FAMILY THAT SHAPES HIS LIFE AND CAREER. WITH A HUMBLE SMILE AND AN EVIDENT PASSION FOR PEOPLE, THIS NINE-YEAR VETERAN OF THE REAL ESTATE WORLD HAS A STORY THAT’S AS INSPIRING AS IT IS UNIQUE.
Growing up in University Park in Dallas, Keegan’s formative years were deeply influenced by two pillars: his church and wrestling. “I was blessed to learn under Todd Wagner at church and Coach Tim Marzuola in wrestling. Together, they helped me build a love for God and a disciplined life,” Keegan recalls. His faith and the rigorous demands of wrestling instilled values that have guided him ever since.
Keegan’s wrestling career led him to The Ohio State University and later the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he became an ACC Champion and ranked among the top ten nationally at 165 lbs. These experiences taught him the value of discipline and perseverance. “Wrestling showed me that the pains of discipline are far lighter than the pains of passivity,” he explains.
After college, Keegan dabbled in sales but found himself struggling. “I was terrible at selling for ADP,” he admits with a laugh. “I didn’t know the product, didn’t understand relationships—it was a disaster.” Seeking clarity, he pursued an MBA at The Citadel, where he also coached wrestling. Working with young cadets inspired him deeply: “I have so much respect for those guys juggling Division 1 athletics and the military lifestyle.”
The next chapter of Keegan’s life took an unexpected turn when he opened Mental Giants CrossFit in Dallas. “I lived in the gym for six months—literally on a futon in the lobby with a space heater,” he says, describing the early grind of entrepreneurship. Despite the challenges, Keegan embraced the journey with gratitude. His gym became more than a business—it was a hub for building relationships.
It was through those relationships that real estate entered his life. “Members of my gym started approaching me about buying homes. They trusted me as their coach and naturally extended that trust to real estate,” he says. The transition was seamless, though not without its lessons. “I knew this time I couldn’t wing it like I did in sales or CrossFit. I asked a million questions, eager to learn everything I could.”
For Keegan, real estate is about people. “Almost all my business comes from friends or friends of friends,” he says. “I get to hang out with amazing people while helping them achieve their dreams.” This personal connection is what Keegan treasures most about his career.
A pivotal moment in Keegan’s life came when he sold his CrossFit gym to one

of his trusted coaches. The decision allowed him to focus fully on real estate while still coaching wrestling and CrossFit on the side. “Coaching gives me a chance to build culture, relationships, and give back to the community,” he explains.
Keegan’s faith is the compass that guides him through every challenge and opportunity. He credits God with his success and prays to continue in real estate for years to come. “My dream is to build something lasting for my kids—a legacy of discipline, hard work, and faith,” he shares. His wife, Sterling, and their four children are his greatest support system. “Sterling is incredible— she homeschools our kids and manages
our family life with so much grace. I couldn’t do this without her.”
The lessons Keegan learned from wrestling—delayed gratification and discipline—now shape his approach to business and family. “I want my kids to see that life is about more than achievements; it’s about integrity and living for others.”
As he looks to the future, Keegan is excited about growing his business and mentoring others. “I hope to expand into a team, become a $30+ million producer, and keep delegating so I can focus on what matters most—relationships,” he says. His advice to newcomers in real estate is simple yet profound: “Don’t
pigeonhole yourself. Be willing to serve people wherever they need you. And above all, build genuine connections.”
In an industry that often values success over significance, Keegan Mueller stands out as a man who prioritizes faith, family, and people. He’s not just a REALTOR®; he’s a builder of trust, a coach of discipline, and a servant leader who exemplifies integrity in all he does.
For Keegan, success isn’t just about the numbers. It’s about the lives he touches along the way. “I pray that God allows me to keep doing this forever,” he says. “Because at the end of the day, it’s all about making a difference.”

Darin Davis has spent over two decades shaping not just a successful career in real estate but a legacy grounded in integrity, service, and a commitment to excellence. As the leader of a small community focused team at Keller Williams Realty in Southlake, Darin’s journey has been one of intentional growth, driven by a vision to build a business worth owning and a life worth living.
Growing up in Longview, Texas, Darin experienced the profound impact of high expectations early on. “In Longview, our teachers, church leaders and community leaders demanded excellence in everything we did,” he recalls. “That mindset became a foundation for how I approach life and work.” The leadership skills he honed through school, church, and community involvement during formative years laid the groundwork for a future filled with service and achievement.
Darin carried that ethos into his college years at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where his involvement in Student Government Association, Baptist Student Union and Delta Sigma Phi fraternity showcased his commitment to fostering relationships and giving back. Even now, he continues to participate with the Alumni Association and serves as the longest-standing Delta Sigma Phi Alumni Control Board member and is a founding member of the Chapter Housing Association.
Before stepping into real estate, Darin worked in local broadcast advertising for ABC and FOX affiliates and in national Christian media, partnering with prominent evangelical television ministries. The experience gave him a unique perspective on communication and connection—skills that would later become cornerstones of his real estate practice.
In December 2003, Darin took a leap into real estate, joining the Keller
Williams Southlake office, where he has remained ever since. Over the past 21+ years, his business has grown to encompass $300+ million in career volume, with $20 million in sales just last year. Yet, Darin remains grounded, attributing his success to his faith, his team, and his clients.
“Relationships are everything,” Darin says. “As I serve others, God blesses me, my family, my clients, my teammates, and our vendors.” This philosophy shapes every aspect of his business. With Larry Hardy as a showing specialist and Jennifer Bowden as transaction coordinator, the Darin Davis Real Estate Group operates with precision and a shared commitment to excellence.
For Darin, the most rewarding part of his career has been the connections he’s built. “I am focusing inward on the hundreds of past clients who have made me successful—that’s my priority now,” he explains. Rather than chasing new leads, Darin invests in maintaining relationships with those who have trusted him time and time again.
This shift in focus aligns with his evolving goals. “Real estate has funded my ‘WHY?’ for the past 20+ years. Now it will fund my ‘NEXT,’” he shares. As Darin transitions toward more remote work—spending time in his homes in Gulf Shores, Alabama; Playa Del Carmen, Mexico; and possibly Italy in the near future—he’s preparing for a future that balances work with the freedom to enjoy life’s blessings.
For Darin, success is straightforward: “Loving God. Loving People.” This principle guides not only his professional life but also his personal commitments. Married to Mary, his wife of 28 years, and father to three young adults— Josh, Alexandra, and Landry—Darin prioritizes family alongside his career.
Balancing work, family, and community has been one of Darin’s greatest challenges. Yet, he has consistently risen to the occasion, earning accolades such as the Trophy Club-Roanoke-Westlake Citizen of the Year and recognition as a Keller WIlliams Realty International top producer for over two decades. In addition, Darin was one of the founding
members of Trophy Club - Rotary. And for 25 years Darin has served on the Long Range Planning Committee for Northwest ISD. When the kids were younger Darin served as a long time board member and coach in the Trophy Club Roanoke Youth Baseball Association.
Building Wealth, Living Blessed Darin’s approach to real estate transcends transactions. It’s about building wealth—not just financially, but in relationships, experiences, and the legacy he leaves behind. “Opportunity is everywhere for anyone willing to work,” he says of the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market. Looking ahead, he anticipates the DFW metro becoming the third-largest market in the nation, surpassing Chicago in the near future.
As he reflects on his career, Darin is clear about what sets him apart: “I NEVER follow trends or fads. Make first things first and never chase shiny objects. And remember, treat your business like a business. It doesn’t matter what your GCI is if there is no money remaining at the end of the month” This steadfast focus has allowed him to build a business rooted in purpose and sustainability.
Words of Wisdom
To aspiring agents, Darin offers straightforward advice: “Focus on lead generation first. If you do not have a healthy database, you do not have a business.” He also credits John Davis, a former Keller Williams leader, with giving him the best advice he’s ever received: “Activity begets activity.” Real Estate sales never sleeps. Make lead generation a “lifestyle”.
Outside of real estate, Darin is a man of many interests, from traveling, to community service and serving in his church to indulging his passion for cars and cigars. His friends and family know him as someone who brings joy and fun to life, a reminder that success isn’t confined to professional achievements.
As Darin looks toward the next chapter, his focus remains clear: transitioning to
more remote work, continuing to serve his clients with excellence, and leaving a legacy defined by integrity. “I want to be remembered for the impact I’ve made— not just in real estate, but in the lives of those around me.”
With a career spanning 21+ years and counting, Darin Davis exemplifies what it means to build a business worth owning and to live a life richly blessed. His journey is one marked by the power of faith, relationships, and steadfast dedication to doing what’s right.
“Darin Davis is more than just a colleague; he’s a mentor, a friend, and a true inspiration. His infectious passion for real estate drives him
to provide unparalleled service to his clients. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Darin’s dedication to community service is truly admirable. He’s a force for good, always striving to make a positive impact. I’ve had the privilege of working with Darin for 15 years, and I’m continually impressed by his ability to balance his demanding career with his commitment to giving back. He’s not only a skilled real estate professional but also a genuinely kind and caring person. I’ve often laughed at his witty remarks and been amazed by his deep knowledge of music. His charismatic personality and infectious energy make him a joy to be around. I’m proud to be part of a team that shares his vision for a better future!” — Ashley Pantuso, Leadership
Real Producers Magazine is a national franchise that started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 130 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. DFW has four Real Producers Communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth Real Producers.
Q: What is the goal of Real Producers?
A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the highest producing real estate agents, and RP-vetted businesses in every market, and build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, upcoming events, and educate – really anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.
At Real Producers, we believe we are one person, one conversation, or one idea away from everything in our business and life changing. With this powerhouse community, it happens all the time.
Q: How do you become a Real Producers Top Agent?
A: In all of DFW, there are roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of our four communities. We
rank all those agents based off their yearly MLS sales volume. In years past we congratulated the Top 500 Agents, and we still are, but in 2025, we are adding a second group to the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%.
Q: Who receives Real Producers Magazine?
A: The Top 1000 agents in each community will receive the digital magazine for the year. The Top 500 agents will also receive the magazine physically to their mailbox. Our RP Vetted Businesses also receive the magazine physically and digitally.
Q: Can I be featured?
A: If you are in the Top 1000, you have the opportunity to be featured! We love nominations and take them seriously. If you’d like to be considered for a feature, or if you would like to nominate someone, you can email team@dfwrealproducers.com.
Q: What does it cost to be featured as an RP Top Agent?
A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. How, you ask? Because of the businesses that your
peers have recommended, who partner with Real Producers, and invest in this community to support you. These companies have all been recommended by top agents and have been vetted by us to ensure they are of the highest quality. So instead of you paying $5k$10k for this feature…they cover all those costs for you! Pretty incredible, right?
Q: Does Real Producers host events?
A: Yes, we host many different events throughout the year! Some large 400-800 people, some 75-250 people, and other more intimate events that are 30-50 people. We do Social Events, Magazine Celebration Events, an Awards Gala, and Masterclass Events. You can see quick recaps of some of our events under the “Events” tab on our website.
For our events, we invite the top 1000 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. The Top 1000 agents are allowed to invite agents on their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best in DFW
real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connection made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!
Q: Who are the RP Vetted Businesses?
A: They are some of the best businesses in DFW in their category! You can find them listed in our index and their ad in the magazine. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Each business has come recommended by your peers, the top producing real estate agents in the market. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together.
Q: Can I nominate an agent or recommend a business?
A: Absolutely! Email your nominations and recommendations to team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
