THIS COMMUNITY WOULDN’T EXIST WITHOUT YOU.
In my conversations with leading agents, I often pose the question, “How crucial is it to collaborate with businesses you’re familiar with and trust?” The response is unanimous: Choosing the right business partners is fundamental to an agent’s prosperity. It’s the businesses that not only engage in open communication, but also strive to exceed expectations in serving clients and safeguarding all relationships involved, that truly set the standard in this industry.
Not long ago, an esteemed agent shared these insightful words on social media: “Your business partners matter, more than you think. Ensure you’re teaming up with individuals and companies that come recommended by you or your REALTOR®. Completing a transaction requires a dedicated team of experts, and I’m grateful for the chance to work with those who pave the way for my clients’ (and my own) achievements.”
This sentiment couldn’t be more accurate! A vast network of professionals from various sectors is essential for the seamless completion of a deal. This is the essence of why I value our RP Vetted
Businesses so highly. Each business featured in our publication and participating in our events has not only been endorsed by leading real estate professionals but also rigorously scrutinized by our team to guarantee they uphold our high standards of excellence.
During a conversation with our team, a high-achieving agent expressed their enthusiasm: “Discovering Real Producers’ curated list of reliable businesses was a game-changer for me. It’s reassuring to rely on companies that have earned the trust of other top agents. This list is invaluable.” This is something we hear repeatedly.
To all the businesses that have earned the RP endorsement, your dedication to excellence does not go unnoticed. Your commitment to excellence is what makes our real estate community in DFW unparalleled.

Meet Billy Vaselo, owner/agent of The Gatsby Group DFW at Keller Williams DFW Preferred. As the self-proclaimed “most motivated cold caller alive,” Billy’s story isn’t just about property transactions; it’s an odyssey of commitment and an unyielding drive to provide for his family.
Born in Houston and relocating to Bedford at the age of two, Billy’s journey unfolds against the backdrop of diverse experiences. From HEB schools to Trinity High School and then on to Tarrant County College, his path led him to a surprising twist – a nuclear engineer working in the oil and gas sector by the age of 21. However, life has a way of reshaping our narratives. Before real estate, Billy donned various hats – engineer, professional skater, and every role imaginable in the restaurant industry. This diverse background laid the foundation for the multifaceted approach he brings to the real estate arena. At 26, Billy made the career pivot that would define the next chapter of his life: real estate.
Billy distinguishes himself from other agents through his unmatched work ethic. “Well,
I’m in the office alone at 7 am, five days a week. It would seem that the rest of you are sleeping in,” he chuckles. “I stay motivated 24/7 and am willing to go the distance others won’t.” For Billy, real estate became a means to create a financial trajectory that extends beyond the traditional boundaries of the industry. Currently, his passion lies in leveraging real estate knowledge to acquire other businesses. “There is no limit to what we can earn or how hard we can work. Because of this, I know that I can retire at a young age,” he affirms. The best advice Billy received, from David Osborn, is a guiding principle in his real estate journey – “Never sell a house.” Keeping as many homes as possible, he realized, is the sure path to wealth.
Billy’s favorite aspect of being a realtor is having “One hundred percent total control of my calendar.” It’s a sentiment that aligns with his definition of success – “Being truly happy in all categories.” However, as with any journey, challenges abound.
One significant hurdle for Billy has been maintaining a positive mindset. “You don’t always have the support of the people around you. That doesn’t mean you’re not doing the right thing
for yourself,” he reflects, emphasizing the importance of resilience and self-belief. His advice for up-and-coming Real Producers is profound –“Focus on your mindset at all times.” It’s a mantra rooted in his own journey of overcoming obstacles and persevering in the face of adversity.
Through life’s challenges, Billy is fortunate that he has had a group of guys to lean on as a support system: his personal business partner, Nick Bitz; his brother, David, who owns Agnew Hardware & Installation; and his brother, Doug, owner of Astrotech Roofing & Remodeling. “I have known Doug and David my whole life as they are my brothers. I met Nick in 11th grade at Trinity High School,” Billy explains. “All three of these men have supported me if that meant a warm place for the evening or giving it to me straight when I wouldn’t listen to someone else. They have all done their best to keep me grounded.
I motivated Nick to get into the mortgage industry, and now he owns Midcities Mortgage. And the past few years, Nick and I have purchased Bedford Snowball together while he built El Taco H, an award-winning restaurant in Denton. David and Doug eventually became business owner-entrepreneurs themselves. Now the four of us spend time brainstorming on how to do better. How to be better fathers, husbands, and business owners that take care of their people. Mindset is very valuable and it helps to keep like-minded people in your corner. I believe in God, family, and business in that order. Well, these three men, and my daughter, Hollyn, are my family.”
Beyond accolades like Top Growth Agent and Most Energized Agent in his
Now, as he steps into 2024, Billy is resolute in his role as a proud dad. “I spend all my free time with my kids doing kids things like camping with our RV or finding fun ways to teach them to be adults.” It’s a testament to the strength that family provides, a source of joy and inspiration. Beyond the world of property transactions, Billy is a skydiver, student pilot, and racing enthusiast.
As he envisions his legacy, Billy aspires to be remembered for “making a huge impact on many lives and always accomplishing what I say I’ll do.” His goals for the year include becoming a Millionaire Real Estate Agent, achieving significant sales volume, and expanding his business portfolio.
Away from the hustle of real estate, Billy is often found in the right place to help others, maintaining a “book of deeds” that captures his extraordinary experiences. “I’m often in the right place to be helping others,” he shares, reflecting a deep commitment to community and service.
Billy Vaselo’s story isn’t just about selling properties; it’s a narrative of resilience, family, and an unyielding commitment to accomplishing his goals.
market, Billy’s true reward is in his ability “to take great care of the people in my life.” Family is a cornerstone of his story – a tale marked by profound shifts and unwavering dedication.
“I left oil and gas to be closer to my girlfriend and her kids when they were just one and four,” Billy shares. Years of hard work allowed him to adopt her children, bringing them into a loving and supportive environment. However, life’s twists continued, and in 2023, his girlfriend turned wife would go on to divorce him, leaving Billy as a single father.
“I’ve only had the pleasure of working with Billy Vaselo for a short time, but I can confidently say that his positivity and motivation are contagious. In the world of real estate, where challenges can be daunting, Billy’s unwavering optimism not only uplifts spirits but also drives success. He doesn’t just sell properties; he sells dreams and turns aspirations into reality. Billy Vaselo is a REALTOR® who doesn’t just navigate the market; he illuminates the path with positivity and motivation.”

In the intricate world of media and content creation, Rick Davis stands as a maestro, orchestrating an ensemble of visual storytelling through his company, studioUSA. With eight years in the business, Rick embodies a passion for what he does and cherishes being an integral part of the vibrant DFW Real Producers family.
At studioUSA, the focal point isn’t just content creation; it’s ‘Content Creation at Scale.’ “We specialize in photogra phy, videography, and aerial work on location and greenscreen, livestreaming, and podcasting in studio,” Rick explains. He eluci dates ‘Content Creation at Scale’ as akin to a factory geared towards producing high-quality, high-volume content, much like the Mercedes G Wagon, meticulously crafted in a factory but that’s not the first thing you think of when you see it.
One of the most fulfilling aspects for Rick is witnessing his team’s growth. From Cruz Acevedo, who commenced with zero real world experience and now stands with almost 1000 listing shoots under his belt as well as a published magazine photographer,
including in North Dallas Real Producers, and adept video editor, to the collective growth that encourages each member’s individual passions. “Growing the business allows me the bandwidth to elevate my team and facilitate their growth in whatever direction THEY are most passionate about,” asserts Rick.
Distinguishing studioUSA from competitors, Rick shuns transactional relationships, seeking instead long-term creative partnerships. “The biggest differentiator is that I’m not looking for one-off clients or thinking in a transactional way of doing things. I am far more interested in long-term partnerships from a creative collaborative standpoint so that over time, I become partners with the people in my work life.”
For him, nurturing these collaborative partnerships cultivates an organic bond that evolves over time into genuine creative alliances.
At studioUSA, Rick and his team specialize in bringing out the individual personality and unique vibe that his clients have that might not be apparent until you get to know them. “I want what’s on the label to match what’s in the can,” Rick remarks. This, he believes, plays a pivotal role in the world of high-end real estate sales, where content often serves as the first handshake.
Ideal clients for
studioUSA are those who appreciate the value of exceptional marketing and brand consistency, understanding that their time is best spent elsewhere rather than shouldering the additional role of content creation alongside their other responsibilities.
Rick’s ethos resonates deeply with his code:
“Acquaintances become clients, clients become friends, and friends become family,” underscoring the profound connections he forges within his work life.
Despite being a self-professed workaholic bachelor, Rick considers his team as his family, valuing the cohesive unit that powers studioUSA’s creative engine.
I AM FAR MORE INTERESTED IN LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS FROM A CREATIVE COLLABORATIVE STANDPOINT SO THAT OVER TIME, I BECOME PARTNERS WITH THE PEOPLE IN MY WORK LIFE.
Hailing from an Army base in Ft. Riley, Kansas, Rick found his way to DFW when his father joined American Airlines in the ‘80s, setting the stage for his journey in media and content creation. “I got here totally by accident - I was a mortgage guy in a previous life and fell into a Tech Trainer/CE Instructor role when I was Affiliate Chairman after joining MetroTex in 2013, and it all happened organically from there,” recalls Rick.
Within his dynamic team, Rick assumes the role of the mad scientist, orchestrating a plethora of creative disciplines, while his team members like Cruz Acevedo, Howie Le, Stuart Foster, Ricky De La Cruz, Missi Trantham, and Kristina Dang play crucial roles across photography, videography, editing, technical direction, business development, and administration.
WE SPECIALIZE IN PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, AND AERIAL WORK ON LOCATION AND GREENSCREEN, LIVESTREAMING, AND PODCASTING IN STUDIO.
For Rick, the key to success is perseverance—simply put, not quitting. His definition of success aligns with witnessing his team burgeon in numbers and skill.
When not immersed in work, Rick enjoys embracing a mix of heavy metal guitar, pro wrestling, and indulging in offbeat genre films—a space where he finds a place to unwind. Acknowledging the perceived myth of work-life balance, Rick redefines it, relishing the synergy between his passion and his profession.
Looking ahead, Rick’s goals revolve around continuity— more of the same greatness that fuels his creativity and business growth. “I’ve been
with Jordan since 2019 and have seen the community grow from one magazine to four, and it’s been a great thing to be a part of - every year the ESPE’s get bigger and crazier and everyone in the RP family is just good people!” To REALTORS®, Rick extends a helping hand, inviting them to engage in brainstorming sessions to leverage the creativity and expertise of studioUSA.
On the horizon of DFW’s creative landscape, Rick Davis and studioUSA paint a portrait of collaboration, passion, and unwavering commitment, creating a symphony of visual storytelling that resonates far beyond the lens.
Gina Mullen’s journey began a long way from North Fort Worth. Growing up in a close-knit, all-Italian section of Philadelphia, her father served as a police officer and her mother as a dedicated homemaker. Fast forward decades later, Gina emerges as a leader in the DFW real estate industry, not merely as a real estate agent but as the CEO of Gina Mullen Realty Group. With nine years of experience in the business and a rich background spanning over 20 years in the legal industry, Gina brings a unique blend of knowledge, tenacity, and compassion to her role.
Gina attended an all-Italian Christian elementary school that fostered values of family, community, and hard work. She then moved on to her regional Christian high school where she met her husband, Tim, during their senior year. Her path then led her to Penn State, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Post-graduation from Penn State, they embarked on a journey that brought them to Houston, Texas, and eventually, to the North Fort Worth area.
Gina delved into the legal field at the age of 15, marking the commencement of a remarkable career. With a criminal justice degree in hand, her legal journey encompassed a broad spectrum – from personal injury and contract law to real estate law and class-action lawsuits. For the last decade of her legal career, she led and trained a high-volume litigation department at a Texas law firm with five locations statewide.
The decision to transition from a fulltime career to a focus on family and community involvement came when Gina and her family moved to Denver, Colorado. This change prompted her to sell her business and dedicate 30 to 40 hours a week volunteering at her children’s schools. As Gina was nearing the end of this sabbatical, a friend and mentor suggested she explore a career in real estate.
Gina and Tim had moved many times with Tim’s career and they had many different real estate experiences with each transaction. As Gina reflected on what her next career move would be, she realized that she could make
a significant impact in people’s lives. She could combine her legal experience, her experience with her many relocation moves, and her love for people to create a real estate model that put people first. A real estate model that gave someone all the information they needed to make an informed decision, significant communication throughout their transaction so that they always felt that they were in the loop, and one where they felt cared for throughout the entire transaction and well after.
Entering the real estate industry with ambitious goals, Gina’s first year surpassed expectations. Guided by productivity coach Cinda Knight, she laid a solid foundation for her business, achieving top-producer status and qualifying for Keller Williams’ Luxury division. Gina attributes much of her success to her husband, Tim, who played a pivotal role in the growth of her business. “I would not be where I am today without the support of my husband, Tim Mullen, who has been the single greatest influence and impact on my life. He has performed every task possible for our team –financials, putting up signs, helping me move furniture, and accompanying me on all types of appointments or however I needed assistance.” Tim was the one who encouraged Gina at the very beginning of her career in real estate to keep at it until she saw a significant return in her business.
As Gina’s career progressed, she achieved the honorable designation of membership into Gary Keller’s Top 100 Mastermind, which is for the top 100 agents in the Keller Williams International Company. She has also
received from multiple organizations
Top Producer and Best Real Estate Agent designations year after year. She is currently in the Top 25 agents in the Keller Williams Southlake Market Center and receives top producing awards from her market center every year. These designations stand as a testament to her excellence, allowing her to collaborate with like-minded industry leaders and receive valuable insights from Gary Keller himself.
Community outreach has been a cornerstone of Gina’s journey. Liberty Christian School in Argyle, Texas, holds special significance for her and her heart is intertwined with the school’s mission. Volunteering there during her sabbatical, Gina witnessed the commitment of the school’s staff and felt a deep gratitude for their dedication. This experience fueled her desire to support the school through various initiatives, including becoming the only Mega Sponsor for the school and athletic department.
Gina’s community involvement extends beyond Liberty Christian School. Monthly lunches for Denton County Emergency Services, breakfast for the Harvest Veterans Group, Thanksgiving support for Theresa’s House in Argyle, and partnerships with charities like Ronald McDonald House showcase her commitment to giving back.
In the midst of her impactful real estate career, Gina has developed partnerships with industry leaders like Kristan Cole and Executive Business Coach Monica Reynolds. These connections provide invaluable support and wisdom, contributing to Gina’s growth as a leader in the real estate landscape.
Her mission statement for Gina Mullen Realty Group reflects her commitment to superior customer
service and describes perfectly her intent with every client. “My deepest wish is to provide value to people in such a way that it makes a significant positive impact in their life for years to come.” Gina emphasizes the importance of relationships, stating, “My clients usually become my friends as I place such significance on my relationships with people.”
Setting herself apart from other agents, Gina’s dedication to her clients is unparalleled. She puts their interests above her own, consistently going the extra mile to provide up-todate and relevant information. Gina’s business model revolves around prioritizing the needs of those who trust her with their real estate journey.
My clients usually become my friends as I place such significance on my relationships with people.
As Gina continues to redefine success in her own terms, she sees it as when “my clients feel well cared for by me not only throughout the real estate transaction but after as well.” Her biggest challenge in real estate has been overcoming societal skepticism toward real estate agents, working tirelessly to build trust, professionalism, and credibility in the industry.
With a career volume of $268 million and a total volume of $56 million last year, Gina’s commitment to excellence is unwavering. Her advice to up-and-coming Real Producers is simple yet profound: “Be authentic, and always do your best, even when no one is looking.”
Gina’s family, comprising of Tim, their children Matt, Justin, with his wife Castiney, and Jessica, along with her five grandchildren, holds a special place in her heart. Her love for CrossFit, hiking, cello, travel, and self-growth underscores her multifaceted personality.
Looking ahead, Gina sets ambitious goals for the year, aiming for $100 million in production this year, greater community outreach, and creating a team culture that becomes the envy of the industry. She envisions impacting clients’ lives long after their transactions are completed and experiencing a “Year of Jubilee” personally. Her love for DFW extends beyond its vibrant housing market to the people, variety of housing, accessibility, cuisine, and culture. She was not born here, but she got here as quick as she could. Gina sees the region continuing to thrive, and she remains an integral part of shaping its real estate landscape.
Gina Mullen’s story is one of passion and purpose – a testament to the transformative power of experience, dedication, and the genuine desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
Be authentic, and always do your best, even when no one is looking.
As noted in the Publisher’s Note of this publication, this community would not be possible without our RP Vetted Businesses. It is because of them that we have the monthly publications and the frequent events. It is because of them that our agents have the opportunity to be featured in our magazine, and instead of paying thousands and thousands of dollars for that feature, it is at NO cost to our RP Top Agents.
Once or twice a year, we like to bring them together to allow them to connect on a deeper level and give us an opportunity to share our gratitude and pour into them. On January 18th, we all got together at the Las Colinas Country Club and had a fantastic time. We are truly so grateful for each and every one of these businesses.
In the DFW metroplex stands Perry Homes, an trailblazer of new home design, innovation, and unparalleled quality. Kim Swanner, the vice president of operational marketing & creative at Perry Homes, reflects the passion and dedication of this company to the world of home-building.
“There’s a certain magic to homes, don’t you think?” Kim began, a twinkle in her eye. “A home is more than just bricks and mortar. It’s the canvas upon which memories are painted, where dreams come to life. And at Perry Homes, that’s precisely what we do. We build dreams.”
With over two decades in the industry, Kim’s journey has been an illustrious one. “I’ve seen homes transform, designs evolve, and yet, the core of what we do at Perry Homes remains unchanged – our commitment to a ‘Tradition of Excellence’,” she stated, echoing the company’s revered tagline.
So, what sets Perry Homes apart in an industry teeming with competition? “Design, Quality, Innovation, Customer Service, Warranty, and Giving Back,” Kim enumerated, “Each of these pillars defines who we are and what we offer to our customers. But above all, it’s our unwavering commitment to helping people find their dream homes that truly distinguishes us.”
Kim explained the history of Perry Homes and how they became one of the DFW’s preeminent
homebuilders. Founded over 55 years ago, Perry Homes has carved an indomitable niche for itself, creating not just houses but homes that resonate with the dreams of their owners. “Every home we build is infused with smart home technology and comes with an industry-leading warranty,” she elaborated. “Moreover, each home is designed keeping diverse lifestyles in mind, ensuring that every family finds its perfect fit.”
When asked about the company’s ideal clients, Kim’s answer was simple yet profound. “Anyone interested in a forever dream home. That’s who we build for.” For real estate agents, partnering with Perry Homes, according to Kim, is a surefire way to offer clients a seamless and unmatched home-buying experience.
“Our homes are located in Texas’ most coveted communities,” she pointed out, “making them the ideal choice for discerning homebuyers.”
Kim also touched upon Perry Homes’ unwavering commitment to giving back to the community. Community welfare is deeply ingrained in the company’s ethos, resonating with its mission of “Tradition of Excellence.”
For Kim, one of the most gratifying aspects of her role at Perry Homes is the ability to connect with agents through platforms like Real Producers. “It’s a fantastic way to bridge the gap between us, the builders, and the agents, who play a pivotal role in helping families find their dream homes,” she expressed.
Towards the end of our conversation, Kim shared a link – a portal to Perry Homes’ world. “Here (https://www.perryhomes.com/ experience-perry-homes/tradition-of-excellence/), you’ll find a glimpse of what we stand for,” she said. The link exhibits Perry Homes’ dedication to offering exceptional value, quality, and customer service.
Perry Homes has an unmatched legacy, and with a team of individuals like Kim who, with their passion and commitment, transform the business of home-building into an art. They are excited for the future, and are looking forward to expanding into the Florida market this year! In a world where houses are built every day, Perry Homes crafts stories – stories of dreams, hopes, and a tradition of excellence that stands the test of time.
FUN FACT: PERRY HOMES HAS RECENTLY BEEN NAMED AS THE OFFICIAL HOMEBUILDER OF THE TEXAS RANGERS!
In the heart of North Fort Worth, amidst the buzz of new home construction, there’s a dynamic force shaping the real estate landscape — Amy Page, Executive Vice President at Allie Beth Allman. With five years in the real estate game and a growth mindset that has propelled her from a background in education to becoming a standout REALTOR®, Amy’s story is a captivating blend of faith, family, and a relentless pursuit of success.
Born and raised in West Texas, Amy’s early years were defined by the juxtaposition of flat lands and oil pumps, later transitioning to the vibrant Cajun culture of Slidell, Louisiana. It was within these diverse communities that Amy’s independent spirit thrived, cultivated by a family rooted in faith that valued authenticity and integrity.
“My family and I moved back to West Texas after my freshman year in high school, and I followed in their footsteps by attending Texas Tech University. I was the only chemical engineering major taking dance and theatre classes on the side, and I thought that was completely normal,” Amy recalls with a chuckle, her eyes reflecting the dichotomy of analytics and art that shaped her early years.
Amy’s path changed when she met her husband, Matthew, during a summer missionary project before her senior year in college. They started their family in Clarksville, Tennessee, later returning to North Texas, where their daughter Caitlin was born. Amy’s passion for real estate began to bloom during their 28 years in the area, marked by a series of home renovations as they bought in different North Texas communities and collaborated with local builders.
“I never questioned my ability to complete a task; if I did not know how to do something, I was confident I could figure it out. My growth mindset served me well as an educator and provided a firm foundation when I transitioned into full-time real estate. I will always look for an opportunity to learn and the chance to grow and serve,” Amy reflects, embodying the essence of her journey.
In 2019, Amy officially stepped into the world of real estate, leaving behind a 20-year career as a math/science teacher. Her commitment to serving the entire family, from grandparents to the youngest members, defines her current passion in the business. “The ability to walk alongside a family and help provide a retreat—an

investment—a place of rest and rejuvenation— there is nothing greater than seeing a need and being part of meeting that need,” Amy shares, her eyes lighting up with the genuine joy she finds in her work.
Success, for Amy, is defined by making a difference. It’s about being the thread of grace that preserves the tapestry of her clients’ lives. The most rewarding part of her business? “When others want to work with you because of how you handle your business— it is humbling to know they want me involved because of my integrity and work ethic.”
But, like any journey, Amy’s path continues to stretch and grow her faith alongside her business-especially with the dynamic change in the market the past few years.
Balancing the meticulous details of each real estate component and staying connected to the families she serves is a testament to her commitment to excellence and a testament to her trust in her teammates.
As part of the Wynne Moore Group at Allie Beth Allman, Amy underscores the importance of alignment.
“Align yourself with a team, agents, and a
brokerage that value what you value. Our Wynne Moore Group is not just a team on paper—we are a team in life. They support me and my family, and we learn so much from one another. I am grateful to be part of the Allie Beth Allman family.”
With a career volume just under $50 million, Amy’s success speaks for itself. Yet, beyond the numbers, she treasures the relationships formed and the connections maintained. “My clients truly become part of my family,” Amy says, a reflection of her commitment to working with generations.
As we conclude our conversation, Amy leaves us with a glimpse into her essence: “You can’t learn to drive in a parked car.” It’s a mantra that encapsulates her approach to both business and life, a nod to the authenticity that defines Amy Page, the real estate powerhouse with an unwavering commitment to both growth and unparalleled service.

It is rare to find someone who can seamlessly blend their passions with their professional life. Eric Hinton, a REALTOR® with Century 21 Judge Fite Company, lives a life of service, compassion, and spiritual renewal through his ventures in real estate and Solace Renewal Ministry.
Eric’s roots trace back to Amarillo, Texas, where he fostered a love for nature and adventure, exploring the great outdoors through scouting, skiing in Colorado and New Mexico, and hiking into Palo Duro Canyon. His journey continued as he graduated from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, where he met his wife, Sarah. Later, he earned a master’s degree at Dallas Baptist University and became a certified Life Coach.
Before donning the real estate hat, Eric’s career centered around ministry and non-profit organizations. From youth ministry in San Antonio to 15 years at Dallas Christian College, where he served as Residence Director and Dean of Students, Eric’s life was dedicated to faith-based organizations and spiritual development.
My background in working with students and young adults has given me a tremendous desire to help Millennials and Gen Z-ers become financially viable.
In June 2019, Eric transitioned into real estate, joining Century 21 Judge Fite Company. His unique background in ministry laid the foundation for his passion in real estate— a life of serving others.
“Real estate has been my avenue for enriching people’s lives,” Eric expresses, emphasizing that the true purpose of his life’s work lies in drawing people closer to God. Solace Renewal Ministry provides opportunities to encounter God in the adventure and serenity of nature.
“My background in working with students and young adults has given me a tremendous desire to help Millennials and Gen Z-ers become financially viable,” Eric shares passionately. For him, real estate is more than transactions; it’s a tool to empower the younger generation, helping them achieve financial stability and contribute meaningfully to the world.
As Eric navigated the challenges of blending business and pleasure, he discovered the profound overlap of professional and personal in his real estate endeavors. “My service to my clients as a trusted real estate advisor is certainly professional, but it often also becomes a very personal connection,” he reflects. The boundaries between work and personal life blur, creating opportunities for profound holistic relationships.
However, the journey hasn’t been without challenges. Eric acknowledges the misconception he had before becoming a REALTOR® about what professional freedom truly entails. “Being a REALTOR® has taught me volumes about self-motivation, self-discipline, and identifying and achieving results,” he admits. The road to success required embracing a learning curve longer than expected, emphasizing the value of structure and discipline.
For Eric, success is defined by influence, not by transactions or volume. “I am successful if I have been faithful with the opportunities afforded me to influence others toward their highest calling,” he declares. This unique perspective sets him apart in a field often measured by numbers.
Amidst the accolades, including the Century 21 Quality Service Award, Pinnacle Service Award, Civic Award, and Diamond Level Producer Award, Eric remains humble,
acknowledging the role of compassion in his approach to real estate. “The reality is compassion sells. If you genuinely care for your clients, the transactions will follow,” he advises up-and-coming Real Producers.
Beyond real estate, Eric’s family is the cornerstone of his life. His wife, Sarah, manages Solace Renewal Ministry and is the anchor of their home. “I’m blessed with a family that genuinely loves each other (usually)!” he quips. His son, Jude, and daughter, Audrey, complete the Hinton family circle.
Eric’s commitment to adventure extends beyond the business, with passions like hiking, camping, mountaineering, and leading spiritual pilgrimages in beautiful locations like the wilderness of Oklahoma and Arkansas, the Colorado Rockies, and even Nepal. His advice to fellow real estate agents is not just about transactions but embracing the integration of business and pleasure.
In the tale of Eric Hinton, the North Fort Worth real estate market finds not just an agent but a compassionate guide, influencing lives and fostering spiritual renewal through his business and Solace Renewal Ministry. For Eric, real estate is more than a career; it’s a conduit for a deeper purpose, a means to enrich lives and draw others closer to their highest calling.
