THANK YOU THANK YOU
to Our RP Vetted Businesses!
THIS COMMUNITY WOULDN’T EXIST WITHOUT YOU.
In my conversations with leading agents, I often pose the question, “How crucial is it to collaborate with businesses you’re familiar with and trust?” The response is unanimous: Choosing the right business partners is fundamental to an agent’s prosperity. It’s the businesses that not only engage in open communication, but also strive to exceed expectations in serving clients and safeguarding all relationships involved, that truly set the standard in this industry.
Not long ago, an esteemed agent shared these insightful words on social media: “Your business partners matter, more than you think. Ensure you’re teaming up with individuals and companies that come recommended by you or your REALTOR®. Completing a transaction requires a dedicated team of experts, and I’m grateful for the chance to work with those who pave the way for my clients’ (and my own) achievements.”
This sentiment couldn’t be more accurate! A vast network of professionals from various sectors is essential for the seamless completion of a deal. This is the essence of why I value our RP Vetted
Businesses so highly. Each business featured in our publication and participating in our events has not only been endorsed by leading real estate professionals but also rigorously scrutinized by our team to guarantee they uphold our high standards of excellence.
During a conversation with our team, a high-achieving agent expressed their enthusiasm: “Discovering Real Producers’ curated list of reliable businesses was a game-changer for me. It’s reassuring to rely on companies that have earned the trust of other top agents. This list is invaluable.” This is something we hear repeatedly.
To all the businesses that have earned the RP endorsement, your dedication to excellence does not go unnoticed. Your commitment to excellence is what makes our real estate community in DFW unparalleled.
Cheers,
Jordan Espeseth Owner jordan.espeseth@n2co.com

Number of Years in Real Estate: 10 years in February 2024
Brokerage Name: Century 21 Judge Fite
What issue were you previously featured in? September 2021
What is the biggest change(s) since we last featured you?
Not much has changed honestly. Same brokerage, same assistant, same family, same home. LOL. I would say focusing more on non-profit work and fitness.
What have been the biggest challenges you have had to overcome?
Figuring out a work life balance and focusing more on fitness.
Top performers are always learning and growing. Tell us a little about your growth over the past few years?
I have learned to say no more. I focus exclusively on referral business and by focusing on client parties and value to my clients after closing. I am able to focus more on relationships that matter vs. chasing after the new shinny thing in the market.
Looking ahead 5 years, where do you see yourself? What are you most excited about?
Traveling the world more with my family.
What was your favorite part about having your story featured in Real Producers?
It was great to meet other people who has also been featured in Real Producers.
Anything else you feel is important to share?
I am working on running my first marathon. I’ve been training for the last 12 days.

David was diagnosed with brain cancer, leading to a tumultuous 18-month journey that tested Dana’s faith. “He fought it, we prayed, we treasured every moment that was left,” Dana began. “We had conversations that you aren’t supposed to have at 30 years old, but we kept faith. We never wavered.” Two weeks before David went to meet Jesus, Dana began to accept his inevitable passing with the help of an unlikely source. It was David himself who reassured her saying, “Isn’t that what this is all about?
EVERYTHING. To meet our Savior. This is not the end.” He then told Dana his wishes to raise their kids and that she would marry again to love the Lord. “I got the greatest blessing. I got a goodbye,” Dana recalls. It was only a short few days later that David drew his last breath and went to see Jesus, a few days before their tenyear wedding anniversary.
In those dark hours, Dana found solace in God’s faithfulness. “I am no longer the black widow. I am not the girl in the black dress,” Dana declares, reflecting on the profound transformation that occurred in her life.
Five years after David’s passing, Dana’s life took an unexpected turn. She met Eric, her current husband, blending two families into one. The missing puzzle piece, Morgan, completed their family of seven. The number 7, symbolizing fullness and completeness, carries deep significance in Dana’s newfound sense of peace and fulfillment.
Amidst life’s twists and turns, Dana found herself relocating from Waco to DFW, propelled by a leap of faith and a calling she couldn’t ignore. “That was when I knew I wanted to do real estate. That was the ministry, not a job that was next for me,” Dana reflects on the pivotal moment of realizing her purpose in real estate.
In March 2019, Dana officially embarked on her real estate career, and since then, her journey has unfolded as a ministry. Her broker is God, and her business has become a conduit for God’s goodness and miracles. “My business has become a ministry, not just in my clients’ lives but in my life. I have seen the Word of Faith in a way that I did not know could exist,” she shares.

YOUR GIFT IS CONNECTING. IT IS RELATIONSHIP
- DANA’S HUSBAND
The most rewarding part of Dana’s business lies in witnessing God’s work in her clients’ lives. She narrates a story of divine intervention in a real estate transaction, emphasizing how prayer and trust in God played a pivotal role in the process. “I pray it never stops surprising me how marvelous God’s presence is in my life,” Dana expresses, revealing her deep connection with her clients.
However, with the deep connections forged during transactions, Dana faces a unique challenge – maintaining post-transaction relationships. “I become so connected with my clients that after the transaction, it is so hard to sometimes keep up the relationships,” she confides, shedding light on the emotional investment she makes in each client’s journey.
For Dana, success is defined by peace, and her journey in real estate has become a legacy of stories that she
leaves for others. Her love for people, coupled with her commitment to making real estate a ministry, sets her apart in the industry.
As a REALTOR®, Dana openly talks about the Lord, prays over her clients, and witnesses God’s glory in all circumstances. Jeremiah 17:7-8, a verse that she includes in her signature, encapsulates her favorite part of being a REALTOR® – the ability to openly share her faith and trust in the Lord.
Looking back on the best advice she received as a real estate agent, Dana emphasizes the importance of recognizing one’s gift. “Your gift is connecting. It is relationships,” her husband told her. Following this advice, Dana built connections face-to-face, working open houses and establishing a foundation for lasting client relationships.
Dana Beaty’s journey from the Girl in the Black Dress to a Real Estate Rising Star is a testament to the transformative power of faith, resilience, and the unwavering belief in God’s goodness. In each transaction, Dana sees not just a real estate deal but an opportunity to sow seeds of faith and witness miracles. Her story is a beacon of hope and inspiration in the Fort Worth real estate landscape.

Vetted Business Social
As noted in the Publisher’s Note of this publication, this community would not be possible without our RP Vetted Businesses. It is because of them that we have the monthly publications and the frequent events. It is because of them that our agents have the opportunity to be featured in our magazine, and instead of paying thousands and thousands of dollars for that feature, it is at NO cost to our RP Top Agents.
Once or twice a year, we like to bring them together to allow them to connect on a deeper level and give us an opportunity to share our gratitude and pour into them. On January 18th, we all got together at the Las Colinas Country Club and had a fantastic time. We are truly so grateful for each and every one of these businesses.

GreenWorks
Inspections & Engineering
In the real estate environment of Texas, where precision, trust, and reliability are paramount, one company stands out, redefining the metrics of excellence and innovation: GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering.
At its helm is Harmony Brown, whose journey to creating a different kind of inspection company is nothing short of revolutionary.
“GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering is the go-to choice for top-producing real estate agents across Texas,” Harmony proudly states. “With over 18,000 inspections annually, our comprehensive and precise assessments facilitate $9 billion worth of real estate transactions each year.”
But it’s not just the impressive numbers that capture attention; it’s the company’s mission to elevating industry standards and rede fining the inspection industry. “Our ethos isn’t just about words; it’s a battle cry,” Harmony emphasizes. “Choose GreenWorks, and align with a trailblazer of property inspection excellence.”
Born in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and finding her way to DFW in search of higher education, Harmony stumbled upon her true passion: inspections. It was here, amid adversity, that she saw the potential in bridging the gap between toptier REALTORS® and unparalleled inspection services. “This wasn’t just about finding a niche; it was about finding my calling,” she muses.
However, the inception of GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering isn’t the usual corporate story. The company’s dis tinct identity lies in its representation: a proud female, queer, and black-owned enterprise. And with over 125 dedicated professionals, GreenWorks isn’t just about diversity; it’s about setting the gold standard in the real estate inspection realm.

And finally, Amanda Martin, Director of Call Center Functions, oversees our call center operations and ensures that every client interaction is top-notch and reflective of our brand’s commitment to excellence.”
As for the competition, Harmony doesn’t shy away from candidly laying out GreenWorks’ uniqueness. “We’re not just participants; we are the vanguard,” she asserts. “Our growth is organic, driven by grit, unwavering commitment, and a desire to redefine industry paradigms.”
Yet, what truly stands out is the company’s core values: Clients First, Inspire Innovation, and Elevate Quality. With this foundation, GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering not only serves but inspires change, becoming an indispensable ally for top producers.
Away from the office, Harmony cherishes moments with her family — a mosaic of ambition and resilience. “My father, an immigrant from the Bahamas, instilled in us a drive that’s palpable in our daily endeavors,” Harmony explains. “My wife hails from a robust line of entrepreneurs,

being one of 13 siblings, many of whom have embraced the entrepreneurial spirit.” Whether it’s spirited discussions about business or bonding over a game of pickleball, the Browns embody a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and tight-knit bonds. And, in a testament to their adventurous side, they collectively embrace the rejuvenation of ice baths. “Our family is a harmonious blend of business savvy, sports enthusiasm, and unwavering bonds,” Harmony shares with a smile.
Harmony’s definition of success isn’t limited to accolades and milestones. To her, it’s about the exhilaration of chasing a shared vision, the joy of the journey, and the strong bonds she shares with her team. “Crushing goals is my definition of fun,” she admits.
Every day, under Harmony’s guidance, GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering is a beacon for what’s possible in the real estate inspection industry. As for the future? Harmony is unwavering: “Our focus remains on cultivating a growth mindset, celebrating incremental progress, and deepening our roots within Texas.”
Ending on a poignant note, reflecting on her journey and the essence of GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering, Harmony quotes Jessica Chitwood, the company’s Chief of Growth: “What we MEASURE we MASTER!” With this mantra at its core, there’s no doubt that GreenWorks is poised to continue mastering and transforming the Texas real estate landscape.
And so, as the Texas real estate industry evolves, the promise of GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering shines bright as a testament to relentless ambition, unparalleled service, and the unyielding spirit of Harmony Brown.

As the owner, entrepreneur, and investor of The Brandee Kelley Group, Brandee Kelley brings 19 years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for serving both her clients and the community. In the bustling DFW real estate landscape, her name stands out not just for its professional achievements but for the values that anchor it.
Brandee’s journey begins in Arlington, where she grew up and graduated from Arlington High School. Her educational pursuits led her to Texas Tech, where she earned a BBA in finance and a minor in real estate. Before stepping into the real estate arena, however, Brandee navigated the financial world with roles at Bank of America and Chase Bank. Her experience as the state director of credit training in Texas and later as vice president in the Private Bank at Chase equipped her with a solid foundation for her future endeavors in real estate.
Brandee’s current passion lies in growth. Not just personal growth but growth for her team and the agents within it. “We are always looking to get into business with talented agents. With the changes in the market and legal issues, we would love for agents who are considering getting out of the business to visit with us,” she shares. The emphasis on verified leads, proven systems, and an excellent administrative staff underscores her commitment to fostering success.
“Our team has a long-standing culture of serving in the community,” she states. From involvement in the Levitt Pavilion to
leadership roles in the Junior League and Texas Health Resources, the Brandee Kelley Group is deeply connected. A portion of every commission goes to Bikes for Mission Arlington, impacting over 20,000 children and spreading the love of Jesus.
As host of American Dream TV, an Emmy-nominated show that streams nationwide focusing on lifestyles and real estate, the Brandee Kelley group’s community ties are strengthened and the properties they sell receive maximum exposure. “Through luxury certification and experience, our team serves the luxury real estate market,” Brandee explains. “We serve clients with the highest standard of integrity through experience and team work. Additionally, each member on our team works in his or her area of expertise, giving the client the best experience. My investment experience allows me to understand and work well with investors which serves our team well in the age of iFinders, etc.”
Brandee’s career volume as a REALTOR® speaks for itself – $311,693,475. Last year alone, her total volume reached an impressive $39,251,326. Her accolades are a testament to her ability to overcome obstacles.
Recognitions like Real Producers, Real Trends Top 1% of U.S. REALTORS®, and various awards from Fort Worth Magazine and D Magazine underscore her excellence in the field. Yet, the most rewarding part of Brandee’s business isn’t just about transactions; it’s about relationships. “Relationships with clients and other REALTORS®,” she emphasizes. This focus on relationships stems not only from her role as the Team Leader for KW LoneStar but also from her deep involvement in the community.
For Brandee, real estate isn’t just a career; it’s a platform for personal and spiritual fulfillment. “The flexibility of real estate allowed me to be available and active with my children as they grew up,” she reflects. More than that, it has given her the opportunity to serve in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), a global non-denominational Bible study. Her role as area personnel, acting as a liaison between the international headquarters and local BSF classes, showcases her commitment to a higher purpose.
Amidst a busy real estate environment, Brandee finds solace in her faith, defining success as “Glorifying God, which is why God created His children (Isaiah 43:7).” Her perspective on success aligns with her deep-rooted love for Jesus and people, guiding her in both personal and professional endeavors.
It’s an honor to be in business with someone that’s so passionate and dedicated to improving the lives of the people that surround her. This is reflected in her clients, team, and, of course, her family. Brandee is the shining example of a true leader in real estate and the community.
CRISTINE CROFT, KW TEAM LEADER
Family is a cornerstone of Brandee’s life. Married to Clay Kelley, she is a proud mother of two sons – one working in commercial real estate, the other serving in the military – and two daughters-in-law. Her local ties extend to her mother and sister, the latter working on a high-producing real estate team. Beyond the realm of real estate, Brandee finds joy in church activities, serving as a Deacon, and engaging in Pilates, walking, and yoga.
In a world where transactions often dominate, Brandee Kelley’s story stands out as a testament to the intertwining of faith, family, and a successful real estate career. Her journey is not just about properties and deals; it’s about relationships, community, and a higher calling that defines her legacy.

CHAMPIONING CHALLENGES: ADVOCACY IN REAL ESTATE
Navigating the complexities of real estate, especially concerning the Hispanic population, presented its own set of challenges for Cindy. “Since I work with the Hispanic population a lot, it’s difficult to get them approved for good-quality loan products,” she shares. “Networking became crucial, and I formed partnerships with people in high positions within mortgage companies to advocate for my community.”
Through these connections, Cindy has successfully worked towards affordable homeownership solutions, ensuring that the dream of owning a home becomes a reality for many.
FAMILY, COMMUNITY, AND RECOGNITION: THE SALINAS ENSEMBLE
The center of Cindy’s world revolves around her wonderful family. An 18-year-old daughter, Haley, is on her way to Texas Tech; a smart 8-year-old son, Samuel, her miracle baby, and a sassy, 6-year-old daughter, Charlotte, complete her household. Cindy’s close ties extend to her parents, who still run La Bendicion, her sister, Liza, a nurse practitioner, a niece and a nephew, and her extended family scattered across the country. She also considers herself fortunate to have a set of grandparents who live nearby.
Cindy has earned recognition within her industry, receiving top performer awards within her brokerages and currently serving as the president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Accolades from Real Producers magazine and 360 Magazine further underscore her impact.
SUCCESS IS HELPING PEOPLE
For Cindy, success goes beyond transactions and volumes. “Success is helping people. Serving people and seeing them achieve goals,” she affirms. “Success is spending time with family and teaching my kids how to serve others.”
Despite her achievements, Cindy remains grounded, acknowledging the challenges of balancing work and life. “Managing work and life has been my biggest challenge,” she admits. “There are times when I have to choose between urgent client needs and promises made to my kids.”
LIFE OUTSIDE REAL ESTATE & LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
Beyond the bustling real estate world, Cindy finds contentment in reading and spending time with her family. She wants to always be remembered as a servant of God, a testament to the faith that is important to her.
Her advice to up-and-coming Real Producers is simple yet profound: “Just stay true to your ‘why.’”
As Cindy looks ahead to the future of Fort Worth, she expresses her love for the city. “I don’t ever want to live out side of Fort Worth. I love it here,” she enthuses. With everything from family activities and concerts to parks and nightlife, Cindy sees a bright future for the city she calls home. “And if Mark Cuban gets his way, we’ll have a little Vegas here soon,” she adds.
In the coming years, Cindy’s goals have no limit. She plans to double the number of families she helps, engage more with commercial clients, and take on a more prominent leadership role within her brokerage.
With a spirit that blends dedication, advocacy, and family, Cindy Salinas continues to shape Fort Worth’s real estate landscape, one dream at a time. As her story unfolds, the city’s skyline echoes with the promise of a brighter, more inclusive future—a future that Cindy is actively con tributing to through her unwavering commit ment to service and community.

HENDERSON
Among the vast field of real estate agents, Jimmy Henderson brings an essence to the table that sets him apart from the rest. A Fort Worth native and seasoned Broker Associate with a decade of experience in the real estate world, Jimmy is devoted to more than simply buying and selling properties; his story is a narrative infused with a heart for people and a profound love for the Lord.
Growing up amidst the challenges of poverty, constant relocation, and environments filled with substance abuse, Jimmy’s childhood might sound like a turbulent journey. However, he chooses to focus on the positive as he shares, “I had a happy childhood! My mom made sure of that. I was a ‘bus kid’ at the local church. Had it not been for that church, praying grandparents, and the grace of God, I would have been too lost to ever find my way back.”
Jimmy’s faith journey in his early years paved the way for success in his career.
After graduating from Trimble Tech High School, Jimmy’s journey led him down an unexpected path. He owned a small insurance agency in Forest Hill, TX, before slowly venturing into the realm of real estate. “I got my license in July of 2014 but didn’t sell my first house until the first of the year, 2015,” he reminisces.
The transition to real estate wasn’t just a career move; it was a calling that aligned with Jimmy’s passion for people and for his faith. “I absolutely love meeting new people, both clients and other agents, and real estate has allowed me to do that,” he affirms, highlighting the relational aspect that fuels his professional journey.
In his pursuit of success, defined by “fulfilling your God-given purpose and helping others be able to do the same,” Jimmy faced a formidable adversary:
Doubt. Growing up in adversity, he recalls moments when success seemed like a distant dream. “When my first son, Marco, was born, I knew I had to change. If we were going to make it in this life, if we were going to break the cycle, I had to be the one to do it,” he reflects.
Overcoming doubt became a recurring theme in Jimmy’s life, but with the unwavering support of his wife, Linda, they forged a path of resilience. “We broke that cycle!” he proudly declares, speaking of the transformative power of faith and determination.
With a successful career marked by accolades like the Key Award for top-producing agents and making the RP Top 500 for his market, Jimmy has not lost sight of his ultimate goals. “I have a desire to give more of myself, both financially and personally, to the work of the Kingdom of God,” he shares. His son Israel’s dedication to serve on the mission field and the aspiration to support friends serving in missions weave into Jimmy’s vision for the future.
As he embarks on the journey of opening his own brokerage, Real Texas Realty, in January 2024, Jimmy’s mission extends beyond transactions. “I’m passionate about building something of my very own where, through God’s leading, agents can grow spiritually, professionally and personally,” he expresses. For Jimmy, real estate is not just about growing a business; it’s a platform for fostering growth and community. His daughter, Gianna, took interest in his unique mission in the professional world and decided to study business in college.
While Jimmy’s professional achievements shine, his greatest reward remains the time spent with his family. “Since becoming a REALTOR®, I have been able to help coach little league, attend school plays and events, and take vacations with my family,” he shares. The freedom real estate provides

has made family time “priceless” for Jimmy, and he cherishes these moments.
Jimmy’s advice to up-and-coming real estate professionals is grounded in establishing a deeper purpose. “Establish your ‘why’ now! You have to have a bigger purpose for why you do what you do. It helps to keep you focused when this world wants to distract you,” he advises. He also reflects on the advice that has been a game-changer for him – “Ninja Selling has changed my life.” This approach emphasizes focusing on relationships with those who already know, like, and trust you, which aligns seamlessly with his people-centric attitude.
What sets Jimmy apart in the real estate landscape is his deep-rooted connection to others. “I genuinely love people, and that impacts the way I approach every situation. I try to put myself in everyone else’s shoes and see things from their perspective. It changes the way I respond to difficult situations,” he explains.
Beyond the professional sphere, Jimmy’s interests reveal a multifaceted individual. An avid traveler, he and his wife embark on 3-4 cruises annually, exploring the world outside the realms of real estate. Jimmy is heavily involved in church activities, such as teaching the Young Couple’s Sunday School class for 11 years and currently serving as the Interim Pastor of the Hispanic Department. These ministries reflect his commitment to spiritual growth and community outreach.
In a surprising revelation, Jimmy also shares, “I speak Spanish fluently but didn’t grow up speaking it. Outside of my grandparents, nobody else in my family speaks Spanish.” This is a testament to his diverse background and the richness of experiences that shape his perspectives.
Jimmy Henderson’s journey in real estate is more than a story of transactions and commissions; it’s evidence of the transformative power of faith, resilience, and a heart dedicated to serving others. As he embarks on the next chapter with Real Texas Realty, Jimmy’s story of heart and soul is poised to inspire and resonate with aspiring real estate professionals. It is a reminder that success is not just measured in numbers but in the lives touched and the purpose fulfilled.
