Meeting Each Milestone
Each of us have a unique path that we create, shape, and adjust through our lives. Along the way, it means so much to have trusted guides who come alongside us and help us.
That’s exactly what Derrick Tribbey enjoys through his service to those around him.
As Owner/CEO of Derrick Tribbey & Associates Real Estate, Derrick enthusiastically looks forward to chances he has to help others meet the milestones in their lives.
“I love having that one-on-one inter action with people … spending time with people and moving with them through life as they have different milestones,” he says with a spark. “It’s rewarding to see their lives evolve.”
GETTING HIS START
Derrick grew up in Haskell, a small town in West Texas. There, he learned important lessons of entrepreneurship and hard work from his parents.
“My dad was a REALTOR® and Broker and became a Builder and Developer,” he remembers. “He built and flipped homes. That’s what instilled the huge drive and love I have for real estate.”
After high school, Derrick went on to college to earn a degree in Communications with a minor in Business Management.
“During that time, I also got involved in photography. When I graduated, I wanted to become a real estate agent, but I took a different path for a while. In college, my dad was still in real estate. My dad said the market is crashing … go do your passion and come back to real estate later,”
I LOVE HAVING THAT ONE-ON-ONE
Derrick says. “This was 2008 when we were experiencing the Great Recession. I moved from Abilene to Dallas to become a commercial and wedding photographer for 15 years.”
FOCUS ON RESULTS
Time passed. As Derrick built his photography business, he had the chance to delve deeper into real estate.
“I decided to flip a house and get my license as COVID was hitting. With
everything shutting down, weddings went away,” Derrick says. “So, I got my real estate license in the spring of 2020. Right after that, the market went crazy.”
During his relatively young real estate career, Derrick has steadily built by drawing on the sphere of people he worked with during his photography days, as well as through referrals.

Those who work with Derrick have a deep appreciation for his dedicated work ethic and integrity.
“I put my own thoughts, needs, and desires in the background,” he emphasizes. “I think being able to help people drives me.”
Derrick’s results have been rewarding all the way around. In fact, he recorded $11 million in sales volume in 2022.
A REWARDING LIFE
Away from work, Derrick looks forward to time with his fiancé, Jason, and Wilbur, their French bulldog. Derrick also loves staying active outdoors. He loves photography, going to the lake, engaging in water sports, and hanging out at the lake. He also has a passion for sports and muscle cars, including his 2000 Trans Am that’s almost identical to the one he drove in high school.
Derrick and Jason also stay very busy with home projects. They are currently flipping another house in the neighborhood.
“I love flipping homes and renovating spaces. As part of that, I like looking at floorplans,” he says. “I consider myself an artist in a different way. I also like fine art photography. I’m doing a pool series where I shoot pictures of mid-century properties.”
When it comes to giving back, Derrick donates his time and money to Operation Kindness, a local organization that benefits cats and dogs. He also enjoys staying engaged at his church — United Methodist Church in Highland Park.
When you talk with Derrick, it’s easy to see his authentic, trustworthy, and reliable nature that allows him to build strong bonds.

The storms of life come and go. But the underlying strength that sustains us through the good and hard times is what matters the most.
Clarke Landry provides an important example of that truth.
As a Luxury Specialist with Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Clarke approaches life and business with a striking picture of faith and purpose. In turn, those around her are better off.
Life’s Opportunities
As she says, looking back on her real estate career that started in 2009, “I didn’t find real estate. God led me to real estate.”
Clarke came of age and attended art school. One day, she was literally approached on the street and asked if she was interested in modeling. The events that would cascade into her life next were awe-inspiring. Before long, she was flown to Paris where her 13-year international modeling career began.
For well over the next decade, Clarke worked as one of the most sought-after models, living in places such as New York, Milan, and Japan. There were challenges, too, that came from
working in a very competitive and uncertain industry.
Rising Above
After her modeling career was completed, Clarke had moved to Texas and started her family.
“I was an Interior Designer prior to getting into real estate. I was married and had three children. Between Interior Design and kids, that was my life. I felt there was something missing though,” Clarke remembers.
Clarke endured a divorce. She bounced back, married again, and faced a very trying situation. As she started a new chapter as a single mother again, she faced tremendous uncertainty.
“That’s when I heard a voice in my head that said, ‘I am here.’ I fell to my knees and God came into my heart,” she shares.
“For the first time in my life, I understood who Jesus was. He came into my life. I felt an amazing sense of love, joy, and peace even though I was starting over in life. I trusted Him and the real estate doors opened up. God showed me this incredible opportunity.”

Getting Her Start
On the surface, the timing of Clarke entering the business was challenging. It was 2009, during the darkest days of the mortgage collapse of the late 2000s. Yet her steps and experiences seemed to have been guided.
“My first sale in the business was a $5 million listing … and it closed in three weeks,” she says. “It was a listing I shouldn’t have had as a new agent. But, I know that was not me. God was watching over me.”
As Clarke says, that first transaction spring-launched her career. She started working with Dave Perry Miller, who she credits with providing important mentorship to her. As she worked with her clients, Clarke was able to add an extra edge as an Interior Designer, with her keen eye of how to present a home.
“I came in and wanted to make each home as beautiful as it could be, so it could sell for the most. So I used the best photographer and started staging properties before it became the norm. From the beginning, I have worked in the luxury market with the desire to make sure that I do everything I could for every client,” she says.
“If I do well for clients, my numbers will follow. I have been so fortunate to have been a Top Producer each year. That doesn’t come from me. That all comes from Him.”

“I love people’s homes and what they mean to a family and everything about them … and what that curates for the person who has bought it,” she says. “I love helping buyers find the very best home for their situation. It’s a challenge, love, and passion.”
Family Fulfillment
Family makes life much richer for Clarke. She looks forward to time with her three adult children.
In her free time, she loves traveling, as well as anything to do with design and homes.
When it comes to giving back, Clarke is involved with Council for Life. She also helps women through Regeneration … a 12-step faith-based program where she walks alongside those who have experienced life setbacks.
As she says, “I’m just there to lead them to a personal
understanding of God’s love. I’ve been honored to be part of this for the past five years.”
Other groups that Clarke regularly supports include Genesis Women’s Shelter and the SM Wright Foundation.

With energy, authenticity, and faith, Clarke brings a powerful impact to the lives of those she serves.
“I love what I do, and I wake up each day excited to get to work,” she smiles. “My heart has been changed by God, and I am so grateful to be in this business and to see where God has led me through it all. I’m here helping people buy and sell homes. I know I’m in this business for a reason.”

Originally from New Jersey, Myra came of age with a very big-hearted and engaged nature. While studying Interior Design in college, Myra volunteered to be a member of a rescue squad.
“I had lost my boyfriend who passed away when he was just 16 years old,” Myra remembers. “I wanted to help other people. So I became an emergency medical technician (EMT) and joined a local rescue squad. I did that to help others and to learn more about life-saving situations.”
Positive Action
Myra carried out vital life-saving services as a volunteer for 13 years. In the process, she met many people who would have a lasting impact on her life — including Bob, the man who

would become her husband. He was a volunteer firefighter at the time. Once they met, it wasn’t long before they married and started their life together.
In 1994, Myra earned her real estate license and also became an award-winning interior designer. Due to her multifaceted professional design, remodeling, and construction background, Myra brings a distinctive ability to visualize both space and possibilities in terms of value in residential homes.
In the mid-1990s, Myra and Bob were relocated for a work promotion to the San Francisco Bay area in California. Originally, their plan was to spend a few years there. They ended up staying in the San Francisco Bay area for 20 years.

Life is made even more fulfilling for Myra by her family. She and Bob (who is an Executive at Hitachi High Technologies) treasure time with their children — their daughter, Brittany, who is a U.S. Army Reserves Combat Medic; and their son, Brandon, who has a passion for producing music and works at the DFW Airport.
In her free time, Myra has a love for the arts, architecture, music, theater, dining, and wine.
Giving back is also key for Myra. She enjoys being a “Wish Granter” and supporting the efforts of Make-A-Wish Foundation.
In addition, Myra also gives back to the industry she loves. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and is also very interactive with the Dallas Builders Association, where she serves as Vice Chair of the Membership Committee and serves on the Board of Directors.
Today, Myra lives with her family in Las Colinas and primarily focuses her real estate efforts on the Southlake and Dallas areas.

If you did, you would see the people who put their own vision for this land into motion … people like Marianne Percy’s ancestor.
Six generations ago, he added his name as one of the original signers of the Texas Declaration of Independence.
A LEGACY OF COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION
Today, Marianne is Vice President and Broker Associate with Allie Beth Allman & Associates. As a native of Dallas, Marianne applies her love of the area today.
“I have a strong passion for helping generations of my clients through real estate. It’s very fulfilling,” she says with a smile.
“I love the relationships that have been built. I enjoy the fact that no two deals are the same. People have different needs. Finding the way to find the right fit is really the best part for me. It’s what I love to do. It’s a stressful time. It’s nice to be able to make that process smoother.”
EARLY INFLUENCES
As Marianne grew up, she watched her dad’s successful career as Principal of Majors & Majors Commercial. At first, Marianne pursued a separate path. When she graduated from Texas A&M in 1983, she entered the banking business.
Through time, she elevated her position in the organization to become a Branch Manager, as well as developed expertise in consumer lending. She also worked in a corporate setting, focusing on the commercial side of the business.
Real estate had been in the back of Marianne’s mind as a possible direction through time. Her father encouraged her to consider it, as well.

WONDERFUL LIFE
Marianne has continued to grow her record of results in real estate through time. But for all of her achievements and accolades in the business, her true fulfillment comes from the time she spends with her family.
Marianne cherishes time with her husband, John, and their children — their son, Jack, who just bought his first home in Richardson; their
daughter, Julianne, who recently got married; and their son, Henry, who works for a luxury high-rise company in Houston.
In her free time, Marianne loves running.
“I don’t run in any marathons. I just love to get out and run. One of my favorite things to do is running through different neighborhoods,” Marianne says. “It helps me learn about a neighborhood.”
Marianne also looks forward to time with her dogs, as well as staying
engaged in her church, St. Rita Catholic Community Church.
As she says, “My faith has always been a big part of me.”

ABOUT THIS MAGAZINE
Real Producers magazine started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 100 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. Real Producers first launched in DFW in August 2018 with North DFW Real Producers (now called “North Dallas”). In May 2019, Dallas Real Producers launched, and then Tarrant Real Producers in March 2021.
In 2022, Tarrant Real Producers split into two publications, North Fort Worth and Fort Worth Real Producers. Fort Worth Real Producers launched in August 2022!
Q: WHO RECEIVES Real Producers MAGAZINES?
A: The top 500 real estate agents in each of the four markets in DFW, based on their annual residential sales production for the previous year, as recorded on the MLS. Refer to the map in this publication for the exact territories. If your broker address is within that given territory, and you are in the top 500, you will receive that publication for the year. There are approximately 60,000 licensed real estate agents in DFW. The list will reset at the end of every year and continue to update annually.
Q: WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS MAGAZINE?
A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate.
We take the top 500 real estate agents and RP Vetted Businesses in every market, and we build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, market trends, and upcoming events — really, anything that will connect, inform, and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.
It is important to note that Real Producers is not a brag book. To be in the top 1-2% in your
field takes a lot of grit, passion, hard work, trials, tribulations, and a strong “why” to keep pushing on. Real Producers is about sharing and honoring those stories and humanizing you and your peers to create a culture of honor and collaboration that propels us all to the next level.
Q: DOES Real Producers HAVE EVENTS?
A: Yes! Each year we have several events. Some are specific to each territory, and some are shared events for all four DFW Real Producers markets. We have several different types of events, such as magazine celebration events, partners-only events, social events, mastermind/educational style events, and of course, the annual black-tie awards gala called The ESPE Awards. For these events, we invite the top 500 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. Top 500 agents are allowed to invite members of their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best of the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connections made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!
Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BEING FEATURED IN THIS MAGAZINE?
A: It’s really simple. You have to be on the top 500 list, and we take nominations seriously. You can nominate other real estate agents, businesses, brokers, owners, or even yourself! Office leaders can also nominate real estate agents. We will consider anyone brought to our attention who is in the top 500 because we don’t know everyone’s story, so we need
your help to learn about them. We cannot guarantee a feature, but we encourage you to meet with one of our team members, support Real Producers and attend our private events to increase your chances.
