Blessings
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN • PHOTOS BY VANESSA CORRAL PHOTOGRAPHY
In every industry, there are people who build careers—and then there are people who build impact. For North Dallas real estate agent Lupe Jimenez, real estate has never been about chasing accolades or awards. Her journey has been shaped by one truth: “My business is built on serving others first, not chasing numbers.” And every step she’s taken, every family she’s guided, has been rooted in faith, gratitude, and purpose.
Lupe’s story begins far from the homes she sells in Texas today. Born and raised in Indiana, she grew up in a hardworking family that instilled in her the values that would eventually carry her through every chapter of her life—perseverance, integrity, and the belief that anything built on strong foundations will last. After earning her bachelor’s degree, she spent more than 20 years building a multifaceted career spanning legal work, auto sales, telecom, business development, and more. Each experience added another layer to the leader she was becoming.
But looking back now, she knows those years weren’t random stepping stones— they were preparation. “God planted this seed long before I ever earned my license,” she reflects. At 15, her family’s real estate agent told her, “You have a gift for helping people. You should become a REALTOR® one day.” Lupe didn’t realize how deeply that moment would imprint itself on her heart.
She officially stepped into real estate in April 2021. Just a few months later, she closed her very first sale—a $1.2 million property. But as remarkable as that milestone was,
the beginning of her career wasn’t paved with ease. In fact, it was the hard moments that shaped her most.
She interviewed eight brokerages before choosing one that left her feeling unseen and unsupported. “I remember crying because my mentor barely acknowledged me,” she recalls. “I questioned whether I belonged in this industry.” But Lupe didn’t give up. Every transition that followed brought a new blessing—a brokerage that pushed her, one that reminded her to trust God, and finally one that gave her the freedom to grow, lead, and bring her family into the business.
Those seasons of struggle and growth taught her one powerful truth: real estate wasn’t just a career for her; it was to become her life’s work.
Today, Lupe is the team lead of the LIVE Group at Mersaes Real Estate, and she has built her business on the foundation that has carried her through every chapter: faith, family, and service. Helping families step into owning a home is not just a transaction in her eyes; it’s an honor. “Success means being able to help families step into the blessing of homeownership,” she shares. One of her favorite memories is helping a family who believed owning a home was impossible. Today, they’re living in one. “That’s God working through me,” she says. “That’s what true success looks like.”
Her career has soared in just four short years. She has been recognized as a top producer at her last three brokerages,
featured in D Magazine, and last year alone, she sold 51 homes while training 8 new agents at the same time. Yet, she’ll tell you none of it happened because she chased production. It happened because she chased purpose.
Her strongest motivation? Her family. Growing up, Lupe watched her mother raise a family as a single parent and migrant worker. Breaking generational ceilings—and helping others do the same—drives everything she does. Her proudest moment came when she told her husband of 30 years to leave the job that had exhausted him. “He was tired and burnt out,” she remembers. In December 2023, she asked him to trust God—and trust her.
Your beginnings don’t determine your future. With faith, discipline, and service, you can rise above any obstacle.”
By April 2024, he closed his first home in real estate and made in nine months what he previously earned in a year.
“His health has improved so much,” she says. “Everyone says he looks amazing and extremely happy now.”
That moment wasn’t just a professional victory. It was the fulfillment of a promise she made to herself: that her career would change the trajectory of her family’s life.
And now, her mission continues to expand beyond real estate. Lupe hopes to double the number of families she donates food and gifts to this year. She mentors aspiring agents. She pours into young women through nonprofit work.
She leads families with grace, patience, and genuine care. “I see every client as family,” she says. And it’s clear—they feel it.
Her life’s journey hasn’t followed a traditional script. She and her husband married young, became parents early, and built their life in what others might call “backwards.” But she sees it differently. “Faith, love, and perseverance can rewrite any story,” she says. Their journey became the lesson they now live by: God’s timing is perfect, even when the path is unconventional.
When she looks to the future, her vision is clear: She wants to be remembered as someone who changed the trajectory not only of her own family, but of many others. “Your beginnings don’t determine your future,” she says. “With faith, discipline, and service, you can rise above any obstacle.”
Her legacy will live in the families she’s helped find hope, in the young women she’s guided, and in the children who will carry her example forward for generations.
The best advice she ever received came from her second broker: “No one is going to motivate you to get up and get business—you have to do that yourself.” That lesson became her rhythm. Discipline became her foundation. But faith? Faith became her guide.
And through it all, she remains grateful. “Faith has guided every step of my journey,” she says. “I’m grateful for every blessing along the way.”
REPUBLIC TITLE
OF TEXAS
The Power of Trust
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN

The closing table is a place where stories converge. It’s where first keys are handed over, lifelong investments are protected, and emotions, both celebratory and bittersweet, find their moment. At Republic Title’s North Dallas office, that table is guided by three steady, trusted professionals whose collective experience spans decades and
whose shared philosophy is rooted in people: Katherine Montgomery, Sandy Cox and Christine Wunderlich.
Each comes to business with a different path, but together they form a team defined by reliability, empathy, and connection.
At the helm of the North Dallas team is Katherine Montgomery, Senior Vice President, Escrow Officer and Branch Manager. With 29 years in the industry, Katherine brings both leadership and
heart to every transaction. “What sets Republic Title apart is our people,” she says. “Our teams bring deep industry experience, proactive communication, and a relationship- driven approach that ensures every transaction is handled with precision, transparency, and care.”
Katherine doesn’t see herself as just an escrow officer. She sees herself as a partner. “I care deeply about people, not just closings,” she shares. Whether she’s working with a first-time buyer or someone navigating a major life transition, her focus is on clarity and connection.
“Seeing and meeting the customers at the closing table is the most rewarding part of what I do. I enjoy listening to the journey.”
The ability to connect is something clients and agents feel immediately. Katherine is often told she brings warmth alongside efficiency, and she believes that consistency is the foundation of trust. “Showing up the same way every day, I’m focused, responsive, and invested in people which build trust, and trust builds lasting relationships.”
For Sandy Cox, Vice President and Escrow Officer, the heart of the business has always been personal. With 40 years in the title industry, her perspective is grounded in both experience and humanity. “For most clients, buying or selling a home is the largest transaction they will ever make,” she says. “I’m passionate about guiding them through that process while also getting to hear their stories, the new chapters they’re starting, their plans for the home, and meeting so many different personalities at the closing table.”
That perspective was shaped early. Sandy grew up in a real estate family—her mother was a broker who owned her own office. She began her own career in title work in 1986. What keeps her
here is simple: relationships. Her goal, she explains, is “to do things efficiently, correctly, and in a way that makes the process easy and stress-free for clients.” It’s that commitment to reliability and trust that has made Republic Title the ideal partner for top producing real estate agents. “Doing a great job that keeps my clients happy and coming back, that’s how I define success.”
Christine Wunderlich, Assistant Vice President and Escrow Officer, represents the next generation of leadership at Republic Title. After 15 years of nonprofit work, Christine made a bold pivot into the title industry, learning the business from the ground up. Though newer to the title industry than Katherine and Sandy, Christine approaches her work with authenticity and care. “Treat people right,” she says. “Try your best every day to make someone else’s day.”
“Agents know their deals are protected, their clients are informed, and their reputation is strengthened when my team and I are involved.”
Connection is at the center of Christine’s work. “Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or selling the family home, I’m there to assist in navigating this exciting and sometimes emotional transition,” she explains. “Building that trust with them over the life of the contract is an important part of the process.”
She’s clear about the role she plays for her agents, too. “From the first phone introduction to the very last funding communication, I am personally involved in nearly every step,”
Christine says. “If you’re looking for someone you can trust and that will take stock in you, I’m your girl.” Her goal for the agents she works with is honest and direct: “I am here to make you look good at all times.”
As Branch Manager, Katherine leads the team she speaks about with pride: from Vanessa at the front desk, to Yolanda and Maiya ensuring files and fundings move seamlessly to fellow escrow officers Sandy and Christine. “Agents know their deals are protected, their clients are informed, and their reputation is strengthened when my team and I are involved,” Katherine says. Our Business Development efforts are led by Richard Sciple, and we are proudly supporting our colleague Carol Parmelee as she courageously battles cancer.
What binds Katherine, Sandy, and Christine together is more than shared office space. It’s a shared belief in teamwork. Sandy puts it plainly: “I
Katherine Montgomery
Christine Wunderlich
Sandy Cox
truly think of everyone in our office as a team. We work collaboratively to support one another and ensure every transaction is handled with care and accuracy.” Christine echoes that sentiment, emphasizing that clients and agents aren’t just working with individuals, but with a united front. “We are a team you can rely on,” she says. “I am genuinely myself and hope to attract others who are genuinely themselves.”
Outside the office, each woman is deeply rooted in family and community. From Sandy’s growing family of grandchildren, to Katherine’s busy life cheering on her sons’ soccer matches, to Christine’s evenings filled with dance parties, Legos, and time with her husband and son. Those lives inform how they show up at work: present, grounded, and human.
At Republic Title of Texas, trust isn’t a tagline, it’s a daily practice. Through experience, empathy, and collaboration, Sandy Cox, Katherine Montgomery, and Christine Wunderlich ensure that every closing is handled with care and every story is honored. At the end of the day, it’s not just about getting to the table. It’s about who’s sitting beside you when you get there.
Taylor McKinney
RESTORING POSSIBILITY
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN
PHOTOS BY SCOTT PEEK PHOTOGRAPHY LLC
For Taylor McKinney, renovation has never been just about materials, timelines, or finishes. It has always been about people. About dignity. About possibility. As sales manager and designer at Prep To Close, Taylor has spent the last decade reshaping how sellers, agents, and families experience one of the most stressful moments in real estate—preparing a home for market—by removing the very barriers that so often stand in the way.
of Prep To Close
Prep To Close is a fullservice renovation and remodeling company, but its true distinction lies in its model. “We provide fullservice home renovations with no upfront costs or credit checks for your listings,” Taylor explains. “It’s simple—we do the work and wait to get paid at the closing table.” In an industry filled with financing programs, liens, and fine print, Prep To Close stands alone in North Texas by offering true pay-at-close
renovations—no loans, no interest, no fees, and no maximum spending cap.
That simplicity is intentional. And it’s deeply personal.
Taylor’s passion for homes began long before Prep To Close existed. Growing up, she watched her mother Diane— an Enneagram 4 turned DIY-er, remodel homes with no formal training—turn worn spaces into something meaningful. Her mother had a gift for transforming the tired into the timeless, using creativity as both expression and income. But when her mother became terminally ill, Taylor’s family lost their home. The experience left an imprint that would later define her career.
“That shaped me and taught me how deeply a home ties into dignity, stability, and hope,” Taylor says. “So now, every listing we touch is personal.” What could have remained a painful memory instead became a calling. “My mission is simple: No homeowner should ever lose equity or opportunity just because their home needs work they can’t afford upfront.”
That belief is the foundation of Prep To Close.
While many companies offer renovation financing, Taylor is clear about the difference. “We remove
every barrier that usually stops a seller from saying ‘yes’ to the updates their home needs,” she says. “No credit requirements, no maximum ceiling, no debt— ever.” The results speak loudly: Prep To Close has never had a home fail to sell, never had a homeowner fail to recoup their investment, and even in today’s challenging market, their listings average just 29 days on market.
The heart behind the numbers matters just as much. Taylor doesn’t shy away from that. “Renovations aren’t just about fresh paint and pretty finishes; they’re about restoring possibility,” she says. That perspective has made Prep To Close a trusted partner for agents who want more than a contractor—they want an ally. “Everything we do is designed to make the agent look like a hero.”
And the data supports it. Homes sell faster, sellers walk away with more equity, and agents benefit as well. “Our average agent makes 7% more on their commission cut when the home is fully turn-key,” Taylor notes. By eliminating the biggest objection in real estate—a home that needs work the seller can’t afford— agents gain confidence, credibility, and stronger outcomes for their clients.
Renovations aren’t just about fresh paint and pretty finishes; they’re about restoring possibility.
Everything we do is designed to make the agent look like a hero.”
Taylor’s journey to this industry was anything but accidental. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, she moved to Dallas 13 years ago. “I thought we would be here for a year or two,” she says, “and we fell in love with Dallas and the community.” Her professional path included scaling multiple real estate start up companies including HomeLight, where she saw firsthand how a home’s condition directly impacted equity, days on market, and opportunity. Combined with her desire to help solve problems no one is thinking
about and background in lived experience, the idea for Prep To Close began to take shape—full renovations, paid at the closing table.
When asked what has been the biggest reason for her success, Taylor doesn’t hesitate. “Who I know,” she says simply. “I have had some of the most incredible mentors, REALTORS®, and vendor partners take me under their wing.” Those relationships propelled her forward and built a network rooted in trust. Today, she jokes that she’ll “always know who you need to know
to get a property that’s stuck to the finish line.”
At home, Taylor’s life is anchored by faith and family. She met her husband in college, and fifteen years later, she says she loves him “more than the day I said I do.” Together, they serve at their church, helping other couples strengthen their marriages and break generational cycles. They’re raising their 12-year-old son, Trenton—“pure joy wrapped in cleats and a jersey”—and spending downtime at Arbor Hills
that protect equity rather than create debt.
Her favorite quote from C.S. Lewis captures that spirit perfectly: “I am yours, O Lord, with all that I am. You can make me more than I am.”
Taylor McKinney is focused on transformation—of homes, of outcomes, and of lives. And in doing so, she’s reminding the real estate industry that restoring possibility may be the most valuable renovation of all.
Different Worlds, One Vision
& Zack Srisauy Lora Karacic
Some partnerships are built slowly. Others feel inevitable from the very first moment. For Zack Srisauy and Lora Karacic, their journey into real estate—and into business together— began not with a handshake in an office, but with a Zoom call in 2021, during a season when much of the world felt uncertain.
“We truly believe that if we hadn’t met each other, we wouldn’t have made it this far,” they say. That belief has proven itself year after year as the North Dallas–based duo, now known simply as Zack & Lora, have doubled their production annually and built a reputation rooted in process, connection, and trust.
Their stories start oceans apart. Lora was born in Germany and raised in St. Louis after her family immigrated to the United States when she was just three years old. She attended high school in St. Louis and later earned a degree in criminal justice from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Zack was born in Thailand and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, after his parents also immigrated when he was three. A graduate of Saginaw High School, he went on to earn a marketing degree from the University of North Texas. Two childhoods shaped by immigrant parents who “gave everything they had every day to give us a good life,” as they reflect. “We have it good.”
Before real estate, both found themselves drawn to the skies. Lora worked as a flight attendant for American Airlines, while Zack was training for the same role—until COVID abruptly halted the program just weeks before completion. Before that, he had helped manage his family’s Thai restaurant, learning firsthand what it meant to serve people and run a business built on relationships.
Real estate entered their lives almost simultaneously. They both began in 2021, just two months apart, navigating the steep learning curve of a competitive industry while figuring out how to work together. One of their earliest memories still feels vivid. “We went to a listing appointment with a seller in The Colony,” they recall. “She had interviewed six other agents before she met us.”
They did what they’ve always done— focused on connection. After leaving the home, uncertainty lingered. Then, 30 minutes later, the phone rang. “She called and told us we got the listing,” they say. “We jumped for joy when
we got home. Literally.” That moment became a quiet affirmation: this was it.
At the heart of their work is the joy of helping people reach something deeply personal. “Helping people accomplish their dream of owning a home, especially when they have had that goal their whole life,” is what excites them most. Just as important is the flexibility the career provides. “It gives us the ability to pour ourselves in, and get valuable time with family in return.”
Their definition of success has evolved alongside their business. Early on, it was about survival and momentum. Today, it’s more intentional. “Our success is defined by being better than we were the previous year,” they explain. “Since we have doubled our production year
over year for the past three years, our definition of success has turned into that.” But growth alone isn’t enough. Refining systems so success doesn’t come at the cost of relationships has become their newest benchmark.
One of the most impactful lessons they’ve learned? The power of saying no. “We said yes to everything in the beginning—even when it did not serve us,” they admit. “Being able to believe in our no has changed our business and our lives by giving us time back.”
That clarity has fueled impressive results. Since 2022, Zack and Lora have sold over $60 million in homes, including $35 million in 2025 alone. Along the way, they’ve earned recognition as monthly Top Producers at Monument
Realty out of more than 500 agents, received Real Producers awards, and were featured in The New York Times Magazine. Their influence extends well beyond transactions, with both ranking among the top five real estate agents on social media and each surpassing 100,000 followers on Instagram.
Yet their greatest strength may be their approach. “Working with us doesn’t feel like a guessing game,” they say. “We have a process, and it makes all of our clients successful.” For them, finding the right home starts with understanding lifestyle. “The most important thing we’ve found works for our clients is finding out where they want to live before finding the actual home. The community matters more to the families we work with.”
Their motivation today extends far beyond sales numbers. Freedom, time with family, travel, and their dogs all rank high. “Being able to travel to experience new cultures when we want to” keeps them grounded in gratitude for how far they’ve come.
“You don’t need to try something new—you need to do the same thing for longer. People overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in five.”
When asked about advice for rising agents, their answer is refreshingly simple. “You don’t need to try something new— you need to do the same thing for longer. People overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in five.”
Outside of work, they spend their time with their dogs, playing golf and pickleball, and diving into videography—an extension of the storytelling that has helped shape their brand. Looking ahead, they’re focused on growing their YouTube channel, with a goal of reaching 50,000 subscribers by the end of 2026, while continuing to help enough families make a move to double their income from 2025.
In the end, what they hope to leave behind is simple and sincere. “We want to be remembered as the agents who gave it all to serve their clients in making all their dreams come true.” From different corners of the world to one shared vision, Zack and Lora’s story is proof that when purpose and partnership align, the results can be extraordinary.
Pallavi
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN

PRABHUNE
Some careers begin with a plan. Others begin with a single person— someone whose belief and guidance quietly shape the course of a life. For real estate professional Pallavi Prabhune, that defining influence came early, long before she ever sold her first home. Her journey began in an office in California, where a Broker took a chance on a young woman who had just moved halfway across the world.
Originally from India, Pallavi relocated to the United States in 2000 after earning her MBA in Finance from the University of Pune. “My first job was at an educational institute in India,” she recalls. “I managed operations there before moving to the U.S. after getting married.” She had no way of knowing then that her next role would shape her future career.
Within a year of arriving in America, Pallavi joined Hallmark Properties in Foster City, California. The office was small—just 15 agents—and she was hired to help manage daily operations while the broker was out in the field. “He taught me everything about real estate,” she says. “He also introduced me to loan processing. At the time, we packaged loans for clients to submit to banks. I learned the business from both the real estate and mortgage sides.”
That experience laid the foundation for the deep market knowledge and financial insight that now distinguish her in the highly competitive North Dallas real estate market.
The Turning Point
Although Pallavi earned her California real estate license early on, she wasn’t certain sales would be her long-term path. She had spent several years immersed in mortgage operations, gaining expertise in loan processing, documentation, and funding. But when she relocated to the Dallas area in 2015, something shifted.
Joining Fathom Realty marked a defining moment. “When I started as a REALTOR®, I wasn’t sure if I’d even make one sale a year,” she admits. “I truly questioned whether I had what it took.” That doubt was quickly replaced by confidence when she received an unexpected call from her Broker informing her, she would be receiving an award in her very first year.
“That moment changed everything,” she says. “I was very proud and it made me realize I belonged here.”
Since then, Pallavi has been a consistent top producer, earning recognitions from Fathom Realty, DFW Real Producers, and Local Profile Magazine. Her career sales volume since 2018 has exceeded $68 million.
A Heart for People, A Mind for Negotiation
While success followed, it never became her sole motivation. “For me, it’s important to be known as the REALTOR® who truly cares—not just someone who closes deals,” she says. What drives her most are the moments that matter: seeing a family
choose their first home, watching children excited to select their own bedrooms, and witnessing the joy of a new beginning. “There’s something incredibly fulfilling about that. You end the day knowing you played a part in helping someone build their
future.” What truly drives her isn’t the closing table—it’s the moment a buyer’s face lights up when they realize they’ve found their dream home!
Behind that warmth is a sharp, strategic mind. Her background in finance and lending gives her clients a powerful advantage, particularly in negotiations. “I love the challenge,” she says. “When we secure a deal better than expected, the excitement my clients feel makes it all worth it.”
In an industry where discount models are increasingly common, Pallavi stands firm in her belief in full-service representation. “This is often the biggest financial decision of someone’s life,” she explains. “I never want my clients to feel they’re navigating it alone. They trust me to protect their interests and guide them through every detail, a trust which I never take lightly!” Integrity, she says, is non-negotiable.
“I WANT TO BE REMEMBERED AS THE REALTOR® WHO PUT PEOPLE FIRST—SOMEONE WHO MADE ONE OF THE BIGGEST DECISIONS OF THEIR LIVES FEEL CLEAR, SUPPORTED, AND STRESS-FREE.”
Lessons, Growth, and Perspective
Like any seasoned professional, Pallavi has learned through both wins and setbacks. “Trusting others has always come naturally to me,” she reflects. “And while that trust hasn’t always been met with the same sincerity, I choose not to let those experiences harden me or change who I am.”
Over time, her definition of success has evolved. Where it once centered on numbers, it now focuses on impact. “Success today means trust, consistency, and long-term relationships,” she says. “It’s about smooth transactions, five-star experiences, and clients who come back—or refer their friends and family.”
What began as professional relationships have grown into lasting friendships. “Some of the people closest to my heart today are clients I met through real estate,” she says. “I can’t imagine my life without them.”
A Legacy Built on Trust
Looking ahead, Pallavi is focused on strengthening client relationships, enhancing communication, and continuing to refine her systems to deliver an even higher level of service. Her long-term vision, however, remains simple.
“I want to be remembered as the REALTOR® who put people first— someone who made one of the biggest decisions of their lives feel clear, supported, and stress-free.”
That philosophy is rooted in advice she received from her husband early in her career: focus on relationships, not transactions. “The people you serve today,” he told her, “will become the foundation of your future.”
In an industry often measured by numbers, Pallavi has built her legacy on something far more enduring—trust. She leads with integrity, negotiates with confidence, and serves with genuine care. For her, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling homes. It’s about guiding people through life’s most meaningful transitions with clarity, compassion, and heart.

LEADERSHIP WITH PURPOSE IN 2026
SUBMITTED BY BILL HEAD, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS, METROTEX
In a year defined by industry transformation, Franceanna Campagna steps into her role as 2026 President of MetroTex REALTORS® with a steady hand and a forwardlooking vision. Known for her collaborative leadership style and her deep commitment to elevating both members and the profession, Franceanna brings a rare blend of strategic insight and genuine empathy to North Texas’s largest REALTOR® association. Franceanna shared some information about her involvement, commitment and expectations.
What has led to your involvement and leadership with MetroTex?
My father was my greatest mentor. For more than 20 years, I had the privilege of working alongside him. He taught me how to listen with intention, how to approach challenges from the right angle, and how to solve problems with clarity and confidence. I remember him frequently saying “Life is tough, but we are tougher,” and given the current shifts in our industry, those words have never been truer. He showed me what leadership looks like when it’s rooted in heart, humility, and the courage to do what’s right. Those are the key elements that got me involved and what I will continue to focus on with the MetroTex Board of Directors in 2026.
His influence is also the reason I believe so strongly in servant leadership. Watching him build relationships, care deeply about people, and show up fully every day shaped the way I approach my work and my volunteer service. I became involved with MetroTex because I saw firsthand how much impact strong leadership can have on REALTORS®, homeowners, and our communities. Over time, my involvement grew from committee work to leadership roles, each one reinforcing my belief that our members deserve leaders who listen, act thoughtfully, and bring purpose
to every decision. That foundation is why I am honored to serve this year.
What is your focus for the MetroTex Board of Directors in 2026?
This year is about our leadership, our integrity, and our willingness to roll up our sleeves and do the hard work well. Our role is not about our titles or our resumes. We are here because we all identify that the real estate industry is changing faster than ever before. Our 37,700 members need us to be clear, steady, and we make decisions with intention and clarity with a focus on how much direction and intention matters. That is why we need to follow the theme of Leading with Purpose.
In 2026, our board will lean into conversations that matter, those that require creativity, and collaboration. We will work to create a boardroom culture where healthy debate is encouraged and where diverse viewpoints strengthen our outcomes. My focus is on ensuring every director has the support, information, and confidence they need to lead with confidence. Together our decisions will be made with an unwavering commitment to representing our members with excellence.
What is your commitment to MetroTex members?
At the top of the list is the commitment to strengthening the value we bring to our members at every level.
• Elevated education and professional development
• Innovative tools and technology to help REALTORS® stay competitive
• Clear, reliable market data that positions MetroTex as North Texas’ trusted source
• Strong advocacy at the local, state, and national levels
• Forward-thinking solutions that prepare our members for the future of real estate
To accomplish that, we need healthy collaboration with respectful debate, thoughtful challenges and in the end
stand united in our purpose to help our membership and lead as one.
My commitment is also personal. I want every member, new agents finding their footing, seasoned professionals navigating a changing landscape, and brokerages leading teams, to feel supported by their association. Our goal is to create programs and tools that meet REALTORS® where they are and help them grow. We are focused on being responsive, innovative, and proactive so that our members feel equipped and empowered every day.
What do you project 2026 to look like for MetroTex and the real estate industry?
I believe deeply that this year will strengthen our association, our industry, and the REALTOR® community as a whole. Our members and everyone in our industry deserve leaders with intention, integrity and purpose. The 2026 leadership team has the insight and experience to allow MetroTex to grow as a forward-thinking, member-centered, resilient, despite whatever comes next in our industry.
We know 2026 will bring change, market adjustments, policy shifts, evolving consumer expectations, and continued innovation. Change brings opportunity, and I believe 2026 will challenge us in healthy ways, pushing us to embrace new technologies, and advocate fiercely for homeowners and property rights. As an association, we will stay focused on being a trusted resource, a stabilizing presence, and a voice that helps guide REALTORS® through uncertainty. With strong leadership and a united board, I am confident that 2026 will be a year of progress, resilience, and purposeful growth for our industry.

FINDING HOME IN EVERY CHAPTER

Toni
Morrow
There’s something about Toni Morrow that immediately puts people at ease—a blend of confidence, warmth, and lived experience that feels earned rather than polished. As a Team Lead with RE/MAX Four Corners and the driving force behind Tomorrow’s Realty Group, Toni has spent the last 12 years building a real estate career rooted in connection and the belief that life—and business— should be both professional and genuinely enjoyed.
Born and raised in the DFW area, Toni considers Ennis her hometown, where she graduated high school and where both sides of her family still call home. That grounding never left her, even as life took her through countless North Texas communities, including Midlothian, Lewisville, Denton, North Dallas, McKinney, Rowlett, and Royse City. “What sets me apart is both where I come from and the path that led me here,” she says. That path, while unconventional, shaped the agent she is today.
During her junior year of high school, Toni joined the Army Reserves, committing eight years of service and narrowly missing deployment to Afghanistan when her unit was activated in 2004. Along the way, she lived her college years in Rexburg, Idaho, searching for clarity on who she wanted to be. “It turned out not to be photography, elementary education, non-profit, the Army, or property management,” she reflects with humor. “I was destined to be a REALTOR®—with just a funny way of getting here.”
Before real estate, Toni wore many hats. She opened the first Yeager Office Suites in North Texas as a property manager, worked with the nonprofit Wednesday’s Child supporting foster children, and even served as a permanent substitute teacher—an experience she jokes “tested me to the core.” Each role, however, refined her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. “Each chapter has given me a deeper ability to connect with people,” she explains, a skill that would soon become the backbone of her business.
Toni’s entry into real estate came indirectly in 2009, thanks to the very people she worked alongside. Writing leases for McKinney business owners meant daily interaction with brokers, lenders, and title professionals. “They each had a hand in suggesting and encouraging me to get my real estate license,” she says. “Eventually if enough people tell you that you will be good at something, you start to believe it yourself.” Armed with pride and a sense of purpose, she stepped into the industry determined to prove them right.
Her first transaction arrived unexpectedly—a listing in the Settlement at Craig Ranch from one of her tenants.
BUILDING A LASTING LEGACY AND SHOWING MY SON WHAT IT MEANS TO LEAD WITH BOTH HUSTLE AND HEART IS WHAT GETS ME UP EACH MORNING.
“They entrusted me with their business—such an honor,” Toni recalls. But the experience wasn’t without hardship. Unable to reach her team for guidance and feeling dismissed by her broker, she learned an early, lasting lesson. “If I was going to make it, I had to find an environment that would support me.” That search led her to RE/MAX Four Corners, where she found encouragement, collaboration, and a true sense of home.
What keeps Toni energized after more than a decade is the unpredictability of the work itself. “No two transactions are the same,” she says. “If you allow it, each transaction will teach you something awesome.” That mindset has helped her build a career volume exceeding $177 million, with nearly $14.3 million in sales last year alone.
Success, for Toni, has always been personal. Early on, it meant ending each day knowing she had done right by her clients. Over time, it evolved. “In order to give out advice, it needed to be something bigger that I could buy into,” she explains. She now owns multiple rental properties and flips one to four homes annually. But today, success looks even deeper. “I’m realizing success is who you surround yourself with,” she says, quoting Jim Rohn: “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
Her career has been recognized repeatedly, including being named a RE/MAX Torchbearer—Top 40 Under 40—an honor that arrived via an unexpected Solo Stove delivery and an invitation that changed her outlook. “Being surrounded by that level of talent and ambition fundamentally shifted my mindset,” she says. It’s a community she remains deeply connected to as a Torchbearer Alumni.
Beyond accolades, Toni’s greatest motivation is family. After a 12-year fertility journey marked by loss, she finally became a mother in 2022. “Building a lasting legacy and showing my son what it means to lead with both hustle and heart is what gets me up each morning,” she shares. She cherishes spending time with her husband and best friend, Matt, who is also her business partner in house flips and rentals. “My husband encourages me to be the best version of myself every day,” she adds.
That journey also created profound bonds through a fertility support group—relationships built on vulnerability that later became professional trust. “Not because of a transaction,” she says, “but because of the bond we formed.”
Outside of work, Toni embraces life fully—golfing, glamping at Lake Whitney, traveling to visit friends, competing in board games, and juggling pickleball alongside motherhood. And then there are the Dalmatians—dozens over the years, including current companions Blue and Belle. It’s all part of a life she approaches with joy.
When asked what she hopes to be remembered for, her answer is simple and telling: “For the way I made people feel.” Through real estate, Toni Morrow continues to touch people’s lives, writing her own story—one led by heart and laughter, grounded in the belief that goodness still outweighs the bad, and that her best chapter is still unfolding
