Whether this is your first time flipping through Real Producers or you’ve been with us since the early editions back in 2018, we’re glad you’re here. A quick refresher is in order, as the community has grown and evolved over the years and we’ve made some exciting updates heading into 2026.
First and foremost, you’re holding this magazine because you’ve earned it. RP Top Agent status is determined purely by 2025 residential MLS production. This is not a popularity contest. Real Producers agents earn their place through results.
Across DFW, there are four Real Producers communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth. With roughly 60,000 licensed agents in the Metroplex, about 15,000
in each community, being named a Top Agent means you’ve ranked among the top 1,000 agents, placing you in the top 6 percent of your market. That is no small accomplishment.
You may be wondering, what does this actually mean for me? There are many reasons to be proud of earning RP Top Agent status, but here are five key benefits we want to make sure you don’t miss:
1. Third-Party Recognition
Your hard work and success are recognized across the DFW real estate community through as a trusted, third-party validation of your accomplishments.
2. Monthly Real Producer
All RP Top Agents will receive the digital magazine each month for the next 12 months, and Top 500 agents will also receive the printed edition.
3. Official RP Top Agent Badge
You’ll receive an official Producers Top Agent badge to use
across your marketing. Your badge reflects both your production level and your RP community.
4. Access to Private RP Events
You’ll gain access to our invite-only events, exclusive to RP Top Agents, their teams, and our vetted business partners, where meaningful relationships and opportunities are built.
5. Opportunity to Be Featured
You now have the opportunity to share your story in an upcoming issue at zero cost. What would typically cost five to ten thousand dollars elsewhere is made possible through the support of the vetted businesses your peers recommend who invest in this community to support you, the top agents in the DFW market. Can we get a thank you for our RP Preferred Partners?
Be sure to check your inbox for a congratulatory email and text, which include your 2026 Real Producers Top Agent badge and additional important details. If you haven’t received those yet, please reach out so we can help.

There is a moment from childhood that Madison Doss still carries with her—a memory so small and simple on the surface, yet powerful enough to shape the course of her life. She remembers walking through an open house with her dad, watching the real estate agent greet visitors with that unmistakable blend of confidence, warmth, and ease. “I turned to my dad and said, ‘I want to do what that lady is doing.’ “
She was only in third grade.
But even then, something inside her knew.
Today, Madison is a rising star in Dallas real estate, an individual agent with Ebby Halliday, REALTORS®, known not only for her talent and drive, but for the heart she brings to every relationship. And while her story is filled with achievement, growth, and hard-earned success, what makes it compelling is something far quieter—a commitment to kindness in an industry that often celebrates the spotlight more than the substance.
Long before she ever showed a home in Texas, Madison was a small-town girl from Dayton, Ohio, shaped by a family who valued community, hard work, and perseverance. She excelled in athletics at Wayne High School, where she set the school record for the 400 meters and played soccer for years. “Team sports taught me the importance of communication and trust,” she says, “while track gave me a strong competitive drive and self-discipline.”
That discipline carried her into collegiate athletics at Tiffin University, where she studied marketing and public relations. After graduating in 2020, she packed up her life and moved to Texas—a leap that became the start of everything. “That move sparked both personal and professional growth,” she says. “I fell in love with helping others navigate one of the most meaningful transitions in their lives—finding a place to call home.”
The move wasn’t easy. New state. New city. No network. No familiar faces. But Madison arrived with something more important: determination.
Learning the Industry from the Ground Up Madison began her real estate career in February 2021, stepping directly into a highly competitive market. She was young, new to the city, and learning an entire industry while simultaneously building relationships from scratch. “I remember feeling both excited and terrified,” she admits.
So she did what few new agents are willing to do.
She took leases—lots of them.
Her first year was filled with long drives, countless showings, and endless hours studying neighborhoods she had only just discovered. But leases became the doors that opened everything else. “It allowed me to build relationships, gain experience, and understand the needs of clients in different stages of life.”
As interest rates began to rise and competition intensified, Madison was writing offer after offer, sharpening her skills through real-world challenges. “Looking back,” she says, “those early challenges shaped my resilience and reminded me why I chose this career—to guide people through change with confidence and care.”
While many people fall in love with the glamour of real estate, Madison is grounded in something far more meaningful. Her favorite part of the job is simple: “getting to play such a meaningful role in people’s lives.”

She lights up when she talks about homes—not as structures, but as vessels for memories. “I’ve always been fascinated by how a house becomes a home,” she says. “How it can shape the rhythm of someone’s daily life and hold their memories.”
That sense of purpose influences the way she works. It’s why her marketing is intentional, why her presentation is elevated, and why clients feel seen and heard. “How you do anything is how you do everything,” she says. And Madison does everything with heart.
Being young and being from another state are two obstacles she confronted head-on. “I had to learn the market from the ground up while building my network, earning trust, and establishing my name in a brand-new place.” There were moments of doubt, but those moments never lasted long. Her competitive athletic background taught her to keep going. Her family taught her to persevere.
And life taught her something even deeper.
When Madison lost her mother at just 19 years old, everything changed. “She was my biggest supporter,” she says softly. “I made a commitment to live and work in a way that would make her proud.” That loss gave her empathy, purpose, and an understanding of why home matters so deeply—because home is where we love, heal, grow, and remember.
In an industry often portrayed as fast-paced and glamorous, Madison is intentional about shifting the spotlight back to people. She believes the future of real estate depends on it. “Continuing to make real estate a ‘people-oriented’ business will allow the industry to thrive in decades to come,” she says.
Kindness isn’t a tagline for her—it’s a strategy. A philosophy. A standard.
It’s shaped by the best advice she’s ever received— from Ebby Halliday herself: “Put people first, and do something kind for someone else every day.”
Those words didn’t just influence Madison’s career. They became her compass.
It didn’t take long for the industry to notice her work. Madison has been named one of D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agents, earned multiple office awards from Ebby’s Little White House, and has already closed more than $13 million in volume. But for her, the moment that stands above the rest is when one of her very first buyers told her, “We couldn’t have done this without you.” That gratitude, she says, is something she’ll never forget.
When she’s not negotiating contracts or preparing listings, Madison finds balance through fitness, yoga, running, acrylic painting, and spending time outdoors with her dog. You’ll often find her at a country concert with friends or relaxing at the park. “It’s so important to stay grounded and keep a sense of fun and gratitude in everyday life,” she says.
Madison’s goals are bold: buying or selling 30 homes this year and purchasing her first home. But the impact she hopes to leave behind is even greater. “I want to be remembered for leading with kindness, authenticity, and drive,” she says. “For inspiring others to believe in themselves.”
Her journey—young, new to Texas, building a career from scratch—is proof of what can happen when passion meets perseverance. And in a business that often celebrates glamour, Madison stands out by offering something more enduring.
A reminder that real estate, at its core, is about people.
And the future of the industry is brighter because of agents like her.

When Partners in Building entered the Dallas market in 2022, it wasn’t to simply add another pin to their map—it was to bring a legacy of craftsmanship, trust, and true customization to one of Texas’ most dynamic regions. As the company approaches its 40th anniversary in 2026, that same spirit that began decades ago continues to define every project they take on today: building homes that reflect not just a design, but a dream.
Partners in Building has long been recognized as a leader in luxury custom homebuilding, crafting one-of-a-kind residences tailored to each client’s vision, lifestyle, and budget. “Every home we build is unique—never from a standard plan,” the team explained. “We deliver exceptional quality while maintaining cost and schedule control.” From architectural design and interior selections to construction management and warranty support, the company provides a seamless, in-house experience from start to finish.
In the Dallas/Fort Worth area, the company has experienced exponential growth in just a few short years of being in the market. The division team is led by Division President Chris Lemming and Division Vice President CJ Burke. Chris spearheaded Partners in Building’s expansion into DFW and has helped the division not only grow but thrive in the competitive market. “From families’ forever dream homes to investor projects, our unique process can cater to whatever our clients’ needs are. The company’s proven quality construction, energyefficient building techniques, and
transparent client experience make it an easy choice for homeowners seeking a custom build—and for real estate agents looking to partner with a trusted name.
Driving that growth is a dynamic Dallas-based team whose passion, expertise, and local insight have helped strengthen Partners in Building’s presence across North Texas. Alex Pastor, BOYL team lead, played a pivotal role in launching the BOYL division throughout the entire Metroplex. After making a career change and jumping into real estate, Alex quickly found his calling with Partners in Building. Following two successful years as a BOYL Sales Counselor, he was promoted to Area Manager over Dallas Proper, where he has continued to grow and guide the team. Outside of work, Alex enjoys golf, traveling, and meeting new people.
Born and raised in Dallas, Payton Johnson is a proud product of the city’s private school community and has always felt deeply connected to the city. “Real estate runs in my blood on both sides of my family, so it was only natural that after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, I returned home to pursue a career that felt both meaningful and familiar,” she says. “Dallas has always been where I pictured myself, helping people plant roots, build memories, and create spaces that reflect the way they want to live. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, cooking a fresh meal, or entertaining my pup and baby. Life recently became even sweeter with the arrival of my daughter, Paloma, who has brought an entirely new sense of joy and purpose to everything I do.”

Jennifer Bryson, the newest member of the Dallas team, specializes in luxury custom home sales and design. She blends ten years of industry experience with a strong foundation in finance, giving her a strategic, detail-driven approach that helps clients feel informed, confident, and inspired throughout the custom homebuilding process. Outside of work, Jennifer and her husband are enjoying life in the “nearing empty nest” season, with one daughter headed to Oklahoma State and another finishing her last year at home. The family stays active, loves watching sports together, and enjoys trying out new restaurants around town.
What truly drives their team, however, goes beyond bricks and blueprints. “We’re passionate about helping clients bring their dream homes to life through thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and clear communication,” said the leadership team. “Seeing a client’s ideas come to reality is the most rewarding part of what we do.” It’s a process that balances artistry with precision, and creativity with structure—an approach that turns inspiration into architecture.
At the heart of Partners in Building’s success is a philosophy that’s as timeless as the homes they create: a house should reflect the homeowner—not the builder. “Our guiding principle is that a home should reflect the homeowner’s personality and needs, not force them into a predefined design,” they shared. That belief has earned the company
WORKING WITH US GIVES AGENTS THE ABILITY TO OFFER THEIR CLIENTS
a reputation for integrity, innovation, and excellence, setting them apart in a competitive market.
For real estate agents, the value of collaborating with Partners in Building extends beyond the home itself. “Working with us gives agents the ability to offer their clients a premier custom homebuilding experience,” the team explained. “We have a long-standing reputation for quality, customer satisfaction, and reliability.”
Agents also receive a full 3% commission paid at the start of construction for all Build on Your Lot homes, a testament to the company’s commitment to partnership and professionalism.
It’s that commitment—to clients, partners, and community—that has sustained Partners in Building for nearly four decades. “Our success is built on strong client relationships, a focus on quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication throughout the building process,” the team reflected.
“We also have an exceptional team of professionals who share a commitment to excellence and integrity.”
For Partners in Building, success is measured not just in square footage or finishes, but in satisfaction. “Success means delivering a beautiful, highquality home that meets or exceeds the client’s expectations, on time and within budget,” they said. “It’s also about earning client trust, referrals, and longterm relationships.”
Looking toward 2026 and the company’s 40th anniversary, Partners in Building remains anchored in the same values that started it all—craftsmanship, collaboration, and client care. Their presence in Dallas is more than an expansion; it’s an extension of a legacy built one family, one home, and one relationship at a time.
“We’re always looking to build partnerships with agents who want to offer their clients a truly custom home experience,” they shared. “Our process makes it easy for agents to collaborate with us confidently.”
As they continue to shape skylines and neighborhoods across North Texas, Partners in Building stands as a reminder that the best homes aren’t just constructed—they’re created with purpose, passion, and partnership. And after 40 years, their story is still being written—one dream home at a time.

On a quiet morning before the trucks roll out and the first piece of furniture is carefully placed, Whitney Bessler and Andre Hamilton stand in an empty room and imagine what could be. Not just where the sofa will go or how the art should be hung, but how someone will feel when they walk through the door. That instinct—seeing possibility before it exists—is what has shaped Set the Stage – Dallas Metro into something far more thoughtful than a traditional staging company.
As the owners, Whitney, the creative director, and Andre, the operations director, have built a business rooted in partnership, creativity, and service. They transform vacant houses into spaces that invite buyers to linger, imagine, and ultimately say yes.
“We offer more than just typical vacant home staging,” Whitney explains. “We can help any client that needs furniture or design, and we pride ourselves on our service and partnerships with agents.”

WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN
That mindset has guided Set the Stage – Dallas Metro since its inception just two years ago, after Whitney and Andre made a bold pivot away from corporate careers. Andre was a geophysicist, but his mom worked at the Metropolitan Museum of Art which gave him a love and interest in art from an early age. Whitney worked in marketing in the consumer goods industry. On paper, neither background pointed directly to staging—but together, they formed a powerful blend of data-driven thinking and creative vision.
“We both worked corporate jobs until 2023, when we decided we wanted to try something new,” Whitney reveals. “I’ve always loved interior design and furniture, so this seemed like the right fit.”
The leap paid off. Today, Set the Stage – Dallas Metro offers vacant home staging, enhanced staging, prelisting consultations, furniture sales, design services, and even full furnishing for short-term rentals— down to forks and dishes. Builders, developers, and commercial clients have also found a trusted partner in the brand.
What truly sets the company apart, however, is its approach to furniture itself.
“We sell all our furniture,” Andre shares. “So when we stage your listing, the new homeowner can buy the house furnished or just pick and choose a few pieces they fell in love with.”

“When people in the industry are familiar with our brand— that’s success.”
This model keeps inventory fresh and solves a common buyer pain point, while giving agents an added edge at the closing table. Backed by a national brand but operating as a local small business, Set the Stage also has access to pricing and vendors most independent stagers simply can’t offer.
“We can get better prices than furniture retailers, and we have a wide variety of vendors we purchase from,” Whitney says.
At the heart of it all is their passion for people and process. “Creating inviting spaces that help people see themselves in a home” is what fuels their day-to-day work. So does collaboration.
“Partnering with clients” isn’t just a phrase—it’s a promise. Few moments are more rewarding, she adds, than watching a listing go under contract shortly after staging.
That reliability has earned Set the Stage a loyal following among agents across DFW, particularly top producers who understand the value of presentation.
“We have built strong relationships with agents in our two years in business,” Andre says. “We
are reliable and committed to providing the best experience possible.”
Their ideal clients range from motivated sellers and agents aiming for top dollar, to short-term rental owners chasing five-star reviews, to builders furnishing model homes and common spaces. If furniture plays a role in the story, Set the Stage is ready to help tell it.
Behind the scenes, a flexible team of part-time stagers brings each project to life. All come from creative or design-focused backgrounds, giving the company the ability to scale quickly without sacrificing quality.
“They help us create rooms that sell homes and offer us flexibility to stage when you need us,” Whitney notes.
When the workday winds down, Whitney and Andre continue to enjoy building a life—and a business—together. Married and deeply aligned, they spend their free time trying new Dallas restaurants, exploring local museums and galleries, and cheering on hometown sports teams. Andre also has a competitive streak in the kitchen.
“He loves entering and often winning cooking competitions,” Whitney laughs. “Everyone needs to try his meatballs.”
That same sense of teamwork defines how they run their company. “We partner well together,” Andre says. “We lean on each other and our team members when we need to.”
For Whitney and Andre, success isn’t measured by awards on a shelf. It’s defined by momentum and trust. “Repeat business. Growing year over year. Houses selling fast. Getting referrals and positive reviews,” Whitney lists. “When people in the industry are familiar with our brand—that’s success.”
Looking ahead, their goal is to become the go-to staging partner across DFW, continuing to grow the brand and deepen relationships with agents who value excellence.
Platforms like Real Producers have played a role in that journey. “The people we have met—and look forward to meeting in the future,” Andre says, along with the informative events, have helped strengthen their network and visibility.
At its core, Set the Stage – Dallas Metro is about more than furniture placement. It’s about understanding the emotional connection buyers have with space and using design to bridge imagination and reality. With Whitney and Andre at the helm, each project begins the same way—by setting the scene for what’s possible.

In a business known for long hours, burnout, and the constant push for “more,” Brianna Castillo stands as proof that growth doesn’t have to cost you your life. In fact, she believes the opposite. “You can grow this business far bigger than you ever imagined,” she says, “and it does not have to come at the cost of your family, your health, or your peace.” It’s a philosophy forged from her roots, refined by experience, and now modeled for the countless agents who look to her as both leader and example.
Brianna grew up in a small Minnesota town where, as she puts it, “Hard work wasn’t something you talked about, it was simply what you did.” Everyone contributed. Everyone knew each other. And when someone needed a hand, you showed up without hesitation. It was a place that shaped her values long before she had language for them. Add to that a family full of business owners, and entrepreneurship wasn’t an anomaly—it was simply normal life. “That example planted a belief in me early on: you can create opportunity when you’re willing to serve and to lead.”
That belief carried her through her years at the University of North Dakota, where she studied business and discovered a calling toward leadership and service. But it wasn’t until later—after building a career in corporate sales—that real estate found her. Her husband saw the path before she did. “He believed in my potential well before I allowed myself to imagine a career shift,” she shares. And her cousin, who brought her in as a licensed assistant, gave her the hands-on learning that would ultimately ignite everything.
Her “this is it” moment arrived quietly but powerfully. “Fairly quickly in my career, I earned more in one month of real estate than I did in six months of my corporate job,” she recalls. That single moment shattered every limiting belief she’d held about what was possible. It was no longer theoretical—it was real.
Yet Brianna is quick to point out that her rise wasn’t fueled by hustle alone. It was fueled by leadership—starting with herself. “When you grow yourself—your habits, your mindset, your discipline, your capacity—the business responds. It gets easier. It gets lighter. It gets more aligned.”
This idea of self-leadership became the turning point in her career. As her volume increased, so did the demands of motherhood and marriage. She found herself stretched thin,
balancing clients, a growing team, and the pressures of high production. Something had to change.
The shift happened when she learned to release the belief that she had to carry everything alone. “I had to learn how to delegate, build systems, trust people, and let go of the pressure to be perfect.” What followed was powerful: her business grew tenfold, not because she worked more, but because she worked smarter. “Ten times growth really is easier than two times growth when you’re willing to think differently,” she says.
And thinking differently is exactly what she did—starting with choosing a business partner who would change everything. Brianna speaks with deep respect when she talks about her partner at Haven Realty Group, Keelie Luttrell. “She makes me better,” Brianna says. “She has helped me grow and shape our business, and she fully leads our operations which has freed me up to go build, keeping me in my sweet spot.”
Their partnership has been a multiplier, allowing them to operate like a corporation while serving clients with the warmth and intentionality of a boutique firm. Systems, databacked strategy, aggressive marketing—their clients get it all. But they also get something rarer: a team that cares deeply and leads with heart.
That combination has produced remarkable results. Brianna has repeatedly ranked in the RE/MAX 40 Under 40—earning the number one spot in Dallas. Within REMAX, her team has been named the number one small team in Texas, number eleven in the United States, and number thirty-five globally. She’s received the City of Dallas Women in Business Award and even returned to her alma mater as a keynote speaker. But ask her about any of it, and she’ll smile and say, “Awards are great, but what they really represent is trust.”

YOU CAN GROW THIS BUSINESS FAR BIGGER THAN YOU EVER IMAGINED.”
MY HUSBAND & DAUGHTERS ARE AT THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING I DO.”

Her success—more than $260 million in career volume—is impressive on its own. But what drives her today goes far beyond numbers. “My husband and daughters are at the center of everything I do,” she says. Freedom, impact, and growth are her fuel. She wants her daughters to see what’s possible when a woman leads with strength, excellence, and vision.
One moment she will never forget came from outside her market, when a real estate agent flew to Dallas just to learn from her. At the end of the day, the agent told Brianna that something she’d said years earlier changed her entire career. That quiet moment reminded her of something profound: “Leadership has a ripple effect. You never know who’s listening.”
This year, Brianna and Keelie are focused on scaling Haven Realty Group with more efficiency, expanding Brianna’s coaching program, and protecting their health, energy, and family time. “I want my daughters to see what it looks like to grow a big business without losing yourself in the process.”
To every real estate professional rising in the industry, her advice is clear: “Build yourself before you build your business.” Systems early, consistency always, and humility forever.
And perhaps her most defining message—the thread running through her story—is this: You can build something extraordinary without sacrificing the life you’re building it for. “You just have to decide,” as her friend Hannah told her, “what you want your life to look like, then build the business to
Brianna is doing exactly that. And through her leadership, she’s showing others they can, too.

BY LES MCGEHEE

Each year, real estate professionals in the Dallas–Fort Worth market invest an extraordinary amount of time and money into required education. With more than 50,000 REALTORS® completing roughly 12 hours of education per year, that adds up to more than 600,000 hours and $6,000,000 of professional education investment annually.
This volume of learning should be a massive competitive advantage. Yet many REALTORS® waste their opportunity—and their money—by merely complying. Even worse, instead of “real estate is a local business” they send money out-of-state, spend extra, and gain no new local knowledge.
Compliance Is a Cost. Growth Is Leverage.
Six hundred thousand hours and millions of dollars invested is a powerful business asset hiding in plain sight!
When education is treated as a box to check, professionals don’t just miss upside—they actively cap their potential, hamstring their business, and insult their own professional self-image. They learn nothing new about how to operate more efficiently, serve clients better, or expand into new revenue streams. Over time, they could be killing their business.
By contrast, professionals who treat education as a growth tool compound advantage. They don’t just “stay current.” They become more capable operators, faster decision-makers, and stronger advisors in their markets.
There’s a reason Real Producers invest heavily in learning:
Earners are learners. Not just because of one class—but because real, localized learning consistently produces better outcomes and keeps learners current, vibrant, and locally powerful. The agent taking localized, quality education will consistently out-learn and out-earn the agent

taking generic, national, dismissively “compliant” education.
What Growth-Focused, Local Education Actually Does for a Business
When education is intentional— especially local, market-specific, and ondemand—it delivers tangible business advantages:
• It opens new client segments. Agents who understand local programs, lending products, local issues, and market-specific challenges can confidently serve buyers and sellers others can’t.
• It increases close rates while reducing effort.
Better local market knowledge, systems, and strategies, mean fewer wasted conversations and clearer paths to “yes.”
• It shortens the learning curve on market shifts.
Professionals who are plugged into localized education adjust pricing, positioning, and messaging faster than competitors relying on generic national content.
• It elevates authority in the room. Clients can hear the difference between someone repeating generic advice and a learning-based professional who understands local realities deeply.
• It builds scalable businesses instead of fragile ones.
Growth-focused education reduces costly mistakes, rework, and reputation damage—allowing businesses to accelerate growth without breaking.
Learning
Twelve hours a year. Over ten years, that’s 120+ hours of education —more than a major graduate program.
The growth-focused professional uses that time to deliberately sharpen judgment, leadership, strategy, and
execution. Compliance is satisfied along the way, but it’s not the dominant goal.
The compliance-only professional takes the fastest, cheapest-in-attention option available—often national, generic, and disconnected from their market. Ironically, those courses are often more expensive than high-quality local education.
Same required hours. Lower cost. Higher return. This might be your 10X.
Three Moves That Multiply the Value of Education You Already
2. Prioritize local education over national generic content.
3. Integrate professional development into your company strategy.
The strongest brokerages collaborate with associations to bring education directly into their firms—aligned with how their agents actually do business.
Strategic Shift That Changes Everything
When education is treated as growth— not compliance—it becomes a profit center, a recruiting advantage, and a leadership multiplier.

In the heart of Dallas, where neighborhoods evolve and skylines rise, there’s a real estate agent whose journey has been shaped by two forces: his love for his family and his love for the business that changed his life. For Alvin Culberson—agent, leader of the Alvin Jr. Real Estate Group, and 13-year industry veteran—real estate is far more than a career. It’s a calling rooted in service, legacy, and faith.
Alvin’s story begins in Oak Cliff and Cedar Hill, where childhood days were filled with the warmth of a large, tightly knit family. “I grew up surrounded by love from my mom, dad, and grandmother,” he shared. That foundation would go on to influence every facet of his life, from his values to the way he leads his business. As one of six siblings, he learned early what it meant to show up for others— something that would later become central to his work as an agent.
His personal life mirrors that same sense of devotion. Alvin and his wife are high school sweethearts, and together they’re raising two daughters and caring for their two dogs. “Family is extremely
important to me,” Alvin said. “My family is my why.” Every milestone, every goal, and every late night working on behalf of a client is fueled by the desire to build a life they’re proud of—one shaped by choice, faith, and a strong sense of purpose.
Before real estate, Alvin ran his own dry-cleaning pickup station and later worked for AT&T. But the spark for real estate ignited years earlier, thanks to a childhood friend’s mother who worked as an agent. “That’s where my interest peaked,” he recalled. Still, it wasn’t until he was 20 and ready to buy his first property that he truly stepped toward the industry. “My REALTOR® was amazing,” Alvin said. “We talked, and at that moment, I signed up for classes to become a REALTOR®.” That decision would open the door to a life he hadn’t yet imagined.
When reflecting on his early days in the business, Alvin remembers a conversation with his mentor that still guides him today: “As long as I can create systems and consistency, I would do just fine.” That advice grounded him through the uncertainties of transitioning from his previous career

into a 100% commissionbased profession. In 2018, he took the leap to fulltime real estate—and it became one of his proudest milestones. “Going full time and becoming a capper at Keller Williams was a surreal feeling,” he said. “It showed me I had what it took to be in this business.”
Service sits at the center of Alvin’s professional identity. “The service—being service to people on one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make—is my favorite part,” he explained. Helping clients build a legacy through real estate doesn’t just motivate him; it energizes him. “Having people depend on me to help them build a legacy for their
family… that excites me.” It’s no surprise that Alvin’s reputation for integrity and dedication has earned him top recognition, including being named a MetroTex 40 Under 40 honoree and a Real Producers feature in 2024.
To Alvin, success has transformed over the years. “In the beginning, success was a number,” he admitted. But now, the metric feels far more meaningful. “Success to me is living the life that I desire for my family and I. It’s helping others achieve their goals and dreams. It’s living a life God approves of.” His commitment to growth, faith, and significance—not just achievement—has helped him reach over $50 million in career volume as a single

agent, with more than $7 million closed last year alone.
But the path hasn’t been without challenges. He’s had to learn how to navigate difficult situations with clarity and resilience. “One of the biggest challenges professionally has been

said. “I wake up daily with an intention to learn the latest updates and news and how it impacts myself and my clients.” His passion for growth extends to his work as a team leader, where his goal this year is to help each of his agents become full-time professionals while increasing his own production to $15 million.
Outside the business, golf is his weekly sanctuary, and his devotion to the Dallas Cowboys “runs deep.” Yet even in leisure, the traits that define him—discipline, drive, loyalty—shine through.

As he looks toward the future, Alvin hopes to be remembered for three things: “Being a follower of Christ, loving and cherishing my family, and helping make an impact on others.” These guiding principles are woven throughout his life, shaping not only the way he works but the way he shows up for everyone around him.
And when asked about the best advice he’s ever received, he didn’t hesitate: “Stay consistent and remember the money is always in the follow up.” Those words, shared by his mentor Orlanda Powell, have become a mantra—one that has carried him through thirteen years of growth, service, and unwavering commitment.
learning not to take difficult work challenges personal,” he shared. Instead, Alvin has learned to pause, pivot, and focus on solutions.
In his personal life, he’s practiced the same discipline: “Checking my emotions at the beginning to create clearer thinking to a solution.” These
lessons, though sometimes tough, have strengthened both his leadership and his capacity to guide clients and his team with wisdom.
For Alvin, real estate isn’t simply a job—it’s a craft he studies and respects. “I’m a student of the business,” he
For Alvin Culberson, real estate is more than a profession. It’s a pathway to serve, to build, and to honor the people he loves most. And every chapter of his journey is a testament to the power of family, faith, and the quiet determination to create a life full of purpose.

Jonathan Morsinkhoff doesn’t talk about real estate as a job. He talks about it as his mission. After eight years in the industry, countless transactions, and millions in volume, his story isn’t anchored in numbers alone—it’s rooted in people, purpose, and presence. “I care about people. I love what I do,” Jonathan says simply, and that sincerity echoes through every chapter of his journey.
Born and raised in DFW, Jonathan is, as he puts it, “DFW through and through.” He grew up in Rockwall, surrounded by lake views, strong friendships, and formative experiences that shaped his leadership early on.
A dedicated Boy Scout, Jonathan earned his Eagle Scout rank while also immersing himself in high school marching band, eventually serving as band president his senior year. Music wasn’t just an interest—it was a path. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of North Texas, drawn by its nationally recognized music program and his dream of becoming a band director.
And that dream became reality. Before real estate, Jonathan poured his heart into teaching as a high school band director, specializing in jazz band and marching band while also teaching students across multiple

grade levels. “It was fun. I really loved what I did and seeing all the cool things my students got to do and learn,” he recalls. Teaching fed his passion for helping others grow—but it came at a cost he didn’t fully understand at first.
In Texas, competitive band programs demand relentless hours. “It was not uncommon for us to work 80-plus hours a week,” Jonathan explains. Friday night football games rolled into late nights, followed by early Saturday marching contests that lasted until midnight. At the time, he thought that was simply the nature of the profession. But life shifted when his family began to grow.
“When my wife and I started having kids, my entire mind
shifted,” he says. The long hours meant missing moments he could never get back. That realization deepened when their daughter was born ten weeks early and spent time in the NICU. “We didn’t know if she was going to make it,” Jonathan shares. “Every night we’d visit her… wondering and praying.” In that season of fear and faith, clarity arrived. “I knew then… I have to be home more. I’m not going to miss anything else my wife or kids do.”
Jonathan pivoted quickly, finishing his real estate classes in record time and earning his license while still teaching. The transition wasn’t easy. “Getting started in real estate—you don’t forget that part,” he says. “I felt all of them. Every emotion.” His first deal came just two months in and was anything but smooth, involving a decadesold home, cast iron pipes, and a full sewer line replacement under a slab foundation. With closings delayed repeatedly, Jonathan leaned heavily on his mentor. “I didn’t get here alone,” he says. “My family, mentors, and lots of people helped me.”
That early trial-by-fire set the tone for a career defined by resilience and gratitude. Today, Jonathan is an individual agent with Regal Realtors, consistently ranking as a top producer and earning recognition such as MetroTex 40 Under 40, Real Producers Top 1000, and multiple International Diamond Society awards. Yet, when asked about success, his answer is deeply personal. “Success is the feeling you personally feel inside yourself,” he explains. “Knowing how much you’ve done to help someone… that’s truly something special.”
Helping others is what fuels him most, especially first-time buyers. “Seeing that accomplishment of them buying their first home… to be part of those moments is truly
special,” Jonathan says. That sense of honor extends to some of the most difficult chapters, including helping a seller battling cancer. “I felt honored being part of helping her,” he reflects. “The details of the home were minuscule in comparison… but knowing that was one big thing less for her to worry about—I’ll never forget her.”
Faith and family remain Jonathan’s foundation. “My faith first and foremost is what guides me,” he says. “I thank Jesus every day for the blessings He’s given me.” His family is his “why,” and the flexibility real estate offers allows him to show up for them in ways his former career could not. That balance—meaningful work without missing life—is something he never takes for granted.
Looking ahead, Jonathan is focused on growth, both professionally and personally. He’s aiming to surpass $10 million in annual volume, exploring how AI can help him serve more clients, and training for a HYROX fitness race to challenge himself physically. Outside of work, he’s a self-proclaimed nerd who loves disc golf, cooking, board games, Star Wars, and spending time with his kids.
When asked what he hopes to be remembered for, his answer is immediate: his faith, his devotion to family, and always doing the right thing. It’s a lesson passed down from his father, whose integrity left a lasting mark. And it’s a principle Jonathan carries into every relationship.
“The people I’ve gotten to meet and help will leave a forever lasting impact on me,” he says. In a business built on transactions, Jonathan Morsinkhoff is building something far more enduring— trust, gratitude, and a legacy of service that reaches well beyond the closing table.
