Greg Esquilino and his wife wanted to bring DFW a roofing company that would push communication and high values over all else. He noticed that lack in the industry since he first started in roofing
Brendan Thomas, a lifelong friend of Greg's, shared this vision and ultimately joined Greg. He and Greg are expanding their services across DFW and East Texas, creating long lasting relationships.

The Power of Right Relationships
In my conversations with top agents, I often ask, ”How important is it to work with businesses you know and trust?”
And without fail, the answer is the same: It’s everything. The right business partners don’t just make transactions smoother—they elevate an agent’s success. It’s the businesses that communicate openly, go the extra mile for clients, and protect every relationship involved that truly set the gold standard in this industry.
Real estate is a team sport, and having a solid network of professionals is the key to a smooth, successful transaction. That’s exactly why I take so much pride in our RP Vetted Businesses. Every company featured in our magazine or involved in our events isn’t just another name on a list— they’ve been endorsed by top real estate professionals and vetted by our team to ensure they meet the highest standards of excellence.
It is because of these businesses that we are able to have Real Producers magazine and this powerhouse community. Their investment into Real Producers is really their investment into you, the top producing agents in DFW. They are the reason we
have events and a monthly magazine where the cost for an RP Top Agent to get featured is not $5,000 – $10,000….it is $0! Next time you run into an RP Vetted Business, be sure to thank them for all they do! And hey, give them a shot! We are confident they will exceed your expectations.
One high-performing agent recently told our team: “Finding Real Producers’ curated list of trusted businesses was a game-changer. Knowing I can rely on companies that have already earned the trust of other top agents? Priceless.”
We hear this all the time, and it never gets old.
To every business that has earned the RP seal of approval—thank you. Your commitment to excellence doesn’t just stand out—it sets the bar. You are the reason DFW’s real estate community is second to none.

STARLA STARLA KARLIS KARLIS Defining Moments
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN

KATHARINE GANN, DAYDREAM PHOTOGRAPHY
When Starla Karlis hands over the keys to a first-time homeowner, it’s more than just the conclusion of a transaction. It’s a deeply personal moment. “I once had a man tell me that no one in his family had ever owned a home, and he never thought he would,” Starla recalls. “The day I handed him the keys, he cried. We cried. That is truly the best feeling— helping someone achieve something they never thought possible.” Moments like these define Starla’s ten-year career as a real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Winans.
Raised in the rolling hills of Kerrville, Texas, Starla has lived in the Fort Worth area since 1985. Her journey to real estate began in the new construction sector, where she sold entry-level homes. The 2007 mortgage crisis led her to a role in mortgage servicing, researching property tax payments and HOA delinquencies. But in 2015, she found her true calling in real estate. “I’ve always been passionate about helping people—whether it’s veterans, first-time buyers, or retirees navigating new life stages,” she says. Her dedication shines through in her work and her personal approach to building lasting relationships with clients.
“Starla Karlis is an incredible agent and leader who exemplifies dedication, passion, and generosity. Her commitment to serving her clients is matched only by her desire to uplift her colleagues, whether by sharing her expertise as a Brian Buffini coach or volunteering her time and resources to help others succeed. Starla’s unwavering drive and servant-hearted approach make her a true standout in our industry and an invaluable part of our brokerage.”
Mark McDonough, Owner/CEO
WHILE MONEY ITSELF MAY NOT BUY HAPPINESS, IT PROVIDES THE FLEXIBILITY TO PURSUE WHAT TRULY MATTERS.
For Starla, real estate isn’t just about “sticks and bricks.” It’s about people. She firmly believes that no algorithm or AI can replicate the human touch required to guide buyers and sellers through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. “I tune out the disruptors and focus on what’s important—the people,” she explains. This philosophy underscores her business, which thrives on referrals and repeat clients who trust her commitment to their needs.
Starla’s clients aren’t just another transaction—they become part of her extended family. Each year, she hosts two client appreciation parties at her home, where her husband, Mark, and her mother are integral participants. “One year, my mom had a medical emergency and couldn’t attend,” Starla shares. “So many people asked about her and later followed up to check on her well-being. It was so touching to see how much they cared.” These events are a testament to the genuine connections Starla fosters.
Mark, Starla’s husband of 25 years, shares her passion for real estate as
a loan officer. Together, they make a dynamic duo in the industry. “People ask how we spend so much time together, but it’s great to have someone who truly understands the demands of this business,” she says. “Whether it’s a late showing or a call during vacation, we both get it. We’re blessed to be part of something that changes lives.”
Her commitment to collaboration extends beyond her family to her colleagues and industry partners.
Starla views real estate as a team sport, emphasizing that agents, title companies, lenders, and everyone involved in a transaction share the same goal. “There is enough for all of us,” she insists. “We’re not competitors; we’re a team. It’s important to treat each other with kindness and give grace, mercy, and forgiveness to others—and especially to yourself.”
Despite her success, Starla acknowledges the challenges of staying emotionally invested in her clients’ journeys. “I think of every client as a family member and want what’s best for them,” she admits. “If
they can’t get approved for financing or if I feel the other side is taking advantage of them, it’s hard to take off my personal feelings hat and put on my agent hat.” Yet, it’s this empathy and determination that make her a trusted advocate.
Starla defines success as freedom of choice—a perspective shaped by her experiences and her business coach’s sage advice to set aside 25% of every paycheck for taxes. “Money isn’t just about wealth; it’s about freedom,” she explains. “The freedom to travel, enjoy life, and give back. While money itself may not buy happiness, it provides the flexibility to pursue what truly matters.”
Travel is one of Starla’s great loves. From a Mediterranean cruise with extra days in Rome to quick road trips for live music, she finds joy in exploring new places and experiences. “A road trip for a concert is my happy place,” she says with a smile. At home, she and Mark enjoy the company of their two dogs, Cookie and Bertie, who add extra warmth to their lives.
Looking ahead, Starla is eager to share her knowledge with the next generation of REALTORS®. “My goal is to help new agents learn the right way to be successful and create an education program to assist retirees transitioning into their senior years,” she says. Her dedication to mentorship reflects her belief in community and connection.
As Fort Worth continues to evolve, Starla embraces its growth while cherishing its unique charm. “I love that it’s always changing but still feels like home,” she says. “From the red brick streets to the best country music and Mexican food, Fort Worth has a soul that’s hard to match.”
When asked what she hopes to be remembered for, Starla’s answer is simple yet profound: “I want to be known as relational. People matter to me. I am trustworthy and loyal.” In an industry often driven by numbers, Starla Karlis stands out by leading with heart, proving that real estate is—at its core—about people.
CHAD HUGHES &
Deluxe Roofing & Construction
Building a Better DFW
WRITTEN BY:
KATHERINE H. FONDREN
PHOTOS BY:
CRUZ ACEVEDO, STUDIOUSA
For Chad Hughes, owner of Deluxe Roofing and Construction, roofing isn’t just a job—it’s a passion driven by quality, honesty, and a commitment to excellence. Over the past 20 years, Chad has built a thriving business rooted in integrity and relationships, all while making his mark on the real estate industry in North Texas. But, as Chad puts it, the success of Deluxe Roofing stems from more than just hard work. It’s all about “The Deluxe Difference.”
“The Deluxe Difference is about holding ourselves to a higher standard to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of work and excellent customer service,” Chad explains. This commitment to superior craftsmanship and customer care sets Deluxe Roofing apart from the competition. But the story behind Deluxe is more than just about roofing—it’s about people, relationships, and building trust over time.
A Journey Rooted in Real Estate Chad didn’t begin his career in roofing but was instead deeply entrenched
in the real estate world. “I was a TREC-licensed inspector and owned Hughes Home Inspection for 15 years,” he recalls. The experience he gained from inspecting homes became a foundation for his transition into the roofing business. “My wife, Emily, who is also a former real estate agent, and I have been on all sides of real estate transactions. This experience allows us to understand the challenges agents and their clients face when trying to get a deal to the closing table.”
We wanted to create a company that puts people over profits.”
Chad’s extensive background in construction and real estate helped him shape a business that caters specifically to the needs of agents and their clients. “In 20 years of roofing for the real estate industry, I’ve never had a client not close on time due to a roofing issue. We know how important it is to meet tight deadlines and make sure the transaction goes smoothly.
People Over Profits
One of the key drivers behind Chad’s success is his team and his focus on creating a family-like environment at Deluxe Roofing. “Our employees are our extended family. Our extremely low employee turnover rate is a major difference between us and other companies,” Chad shares. “Most of our employees have been with us for many years, and that continuity gives our customers confidence that their roofs are being handled by seasoned professionals.”
Chad’s right-hand woman in business and in life is his wife, Emily Doskocil, who co-owns Deluxe Roofing and manages the operations and production side of the business. Alongside them is a robust team of senior roofing consultants and project managers like Bobby Binion, who has been with Deluxe since day one, and others like Kenny Mieth, Cameron Stewart, and Randy Short who have been with the company for many years.
Chad notes that many roofing companies struggle with employee retention, leading to a revolving door of new hires. At Deluxe, however, the team is built
to last. “We wanted to create a company that puts people over profits, and looking back over the last eight years, that’s exactly what we’ve done.”
Building a Legacy
While roofing and storm restoration are at the core of what Deluxe Roofing does—serving residential, commercial, multifamily, and new construction clients—Chad’s ultimate focus is on relationships. “We don’t believe in one-and-done customers,” Chad states firmly. “Just like agents, our success relies on referrals, so we focus on people, building relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. 60% of our business comes from the real estate industry, and we are geared to serve their needs.”
This relationship-driven approach is what has earned Deluxe Roofing its reputation as the go-to roofer for many top-producing agents in North Texas. The company’s ability to handle roofing projects quickly and effectively while also providing same-day inspections, detailed reports, and flexible payment options has solidified their standing within the real estate community. Chad started offering a “pay at closing” option for roofing services before it was even heard of. “Roofing for the real estate industry is what we do, and I truly believe no one does it better,” Chad says confidently. “We understand the timeframes, and we’re here to make sure your transaction gets to the closing table on time.”
A Legacy of Leadership and Service
Chad’s roots run deep in North Texas. “Thank God I’m from Texas,” he laughs, reflecting on his upbringing. Born in Fort Worth and raised in Hurst and Bedford, he’s been connected to the local community his entire
life. Today, he proudly serves on the board of directors at the HEB Chamber of Commerce, where he continues to give back to the community that shaped him, and belongs to eleven other chamber organizations.
Chad also believes in giving back to his community. Deluxe Roofing supports many local charities, including Unfaulted, a non-profit that helps girls that have aged out of foster care, and I Can Still Shine, an organization that helps and supports battered women and children. “We support local charities because we know the money will stay in the community,” Chad explains. “We facilitate donations and hold events for non-profits in our event space at the office, and we have done so for a number of years. Once you have achieved a certain level of financial success, that’s what it is all for – to give back and make a difference in the community.”
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and friends, wakesurfing on the lake, snowboarding, and fishing every chance he gets. Balancing work and personal life as a business owner is always a challenge, but Chad believes in creating a supportive environment where his team can also enjoy their lives outside of work. “We’ve built an amazing family-oriented team where everyone knows their job, pulls their weight, and helps each other out,” he says. “That’s how we ensure everyone has the time to enjoy the truly important things in life.”
Looking Ahead
As Deluxe Roofing continues to grow, Chad’s goals for the future are clear. “We want to continue building relationships and delivering exceptional service,” he says. “We want to keep doing what we are already doing.” For him, success is measured not just by the number of roofs installed but by the trust earned from clients and partners. “If our customers are happy and our people are happy, then our business is good. That is what success means to me.”
As Chad reflects on his journey, one piece of advice from his mentor, Jeff Fahrendorf, stands out: “If it don’t look right, it probably ain’t.” This simple phrase, passed down from Chad’s home inspection mentor, serves as a guiding principle for Deluxe Roofing—one that reinforces the importance of doing things the right way, every time.
In a business where success can often be fleeting, Chad Hughes and Deluxe Roofing have built something lasting: a company that’s not only about roofs but about people, trust, and lasting relationships. That’s “The Deluxe Difference.”
We’ve built an amazing familyoriented team where everyone knows their job, pulls their weight, and helps each other out.”
ADEBISI
Sharing the American Dream
WRITTEN BY

In the small Nigerian town of Ikire, a young Kola Adebisi learned the value of hard work and perseverance. Growing up in Osun State, he completed his education at the prestigious University of Ibadan, but life after graduation was far from easy. With a young family to support, Kola faced constant financial challenges. “Despite my efforts, making ends meet for my wife, my son, and myself was an uphill battle,” he recalls. When an opportunity to move to the United States arose, Kola embraced it as a chance to build a better future.
The journey to a new life in America, however, was not without its trials. As an immigrant, Kola had to navigate a new culture, adapt to unfamiliar systems, and overcome language barriers.
“Understanding American accents was a significant hurdle,” he shares. Determined to succeed, he enrolled in nursing school while working night shifts at the United States Postal Service (USPS). But nursing wasn’t his true calling.
A growing interest in real estate led Kola to attend numerous investment seminars, where he began to envision a future helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. Balancing his USPS job, family responsibilities, and real estate school, Kola
earned his license and began assisting families during the day while continuing night shifts. In 2022, he took a leap of faith, leaving the security of his USPS position to pursue real estate full-time. “It was a leap I’ve never regretted,” he says with pride.
Starting his real estate career during the pandemic presented unique challenges. “Navigating multiple-offer situations and going almost a year without a single client was tough,” Kola admits. Yet, he persisted, driven by a desire to make a positive impact. Today, as a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, Kola has closed $41.2 million in career volume, including $18.3 million in 2024 alone. His achievements have earned him multiple eXp ICON Awards, the AMA Award and Real Producer Award. “
Kola’s passion lies in building relationships. “Every client I meet becomes like family,” he says. Listening to their stories and being part of their journey brings him immense fulfillment. For Kola, real estate is about creating trust, offering guidance, and celebrating milestones. “Witnessing the joy on a family’s face when they receive the keys to their new home is my greatest achievement,” he shares. By prioritizing clear communication, integrity, and a
stress-free experience, he ensures every client feels valued. This commitment has earned him not just success but also the trust and admiration of those he serves.
Overcoming personal challenges has been a significant part of Kola’s journey. As a naturally shy person, he struggled with public speaking and being on camera. “The fear of seeing myself in front of the camera was real,” he admits. But recognizing the importance of social media in growing his business, Kola faced his fears. “It was difficult, but I knew I had to overcome it to achieve my goals,” he explains. Today, he confidently uses technology and platforms to connect with clients and showcase his expertise.
Kola’s dedication extends beyond his professional life. At home, he’s part of a close-knit family of five. His wife, Kemi, is the planner who ensures life stays exciting while his children—Judah, Zion, and Boaz—bring unique energy and joy to their household. “Judah is our coordinator, Zion helps with my real estate advertising, and Boaz is the comic relief,” he laughs. Together, they share moments of learning, laughter, and love.
Outside of work, Kola enjoys reading and attending selfdevelopment seminars. These
hobbies align with his belief in continuous growth, both personally and professionally. His advice to aspiring agents is simple yet profound: “Never despise your humble beginnings. Believe in yourself, work hard, pray hard, and always be ready to help others.”
Looking ahead, Kola is focused on doubling his past achievements and leaving a lasting legacy of kindness, honesty, and dedication. Reflecting on his journey from Nigeria to becoming a topperforming agent in Fort Worth, he says, “Success isn’t just about wealth or accomplishments. It’s about living in alignment with your purpose and being a blessing to others.”
Kola’s story is one of transformation, determination, and a steadfast commitment to helping others achieve their dreams. As he continues to make his mark in the dynamic Dallas-Fort Worth market, he remains a shining example of turning challenges into opportunities and building a legacy that is inspiring to others.
“Kola is an incredible person who lives with unwavering faith, always putting God and his family at the center of his life. He is the kind of person everyone wants to be around, always smiling, supporting and encouraging. His work ethic, attitude, and faith inspire everyone he encounters.”

&Hunter Blanks Shaley
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN • PHOTOS BY KATHARINE GANN, DAYDREAM PHOTOGRAPHY
Some ventures are best done solo and some are better together. Shaley and Hunter Blanks, the dynamic husband-and-wife team that runs Blanks Realty, specializes in transforming distressed properties into dream homes while also handling full-service listings. Their passion for real estate, rooted in creativity and hard work, is evident in everything they do.
Shaley Blanks, a Weatherford native, grew up with an eye for design. After earning a degree in design management with a minor in marketing from the University of North Texas, she honed her skills in bartending and marketing on Fort Worth’s vibrant 7th Street. These early experiences taught her the value of communication and creativity—skills she carries into her real estate career. “Real estate is a perfect fit for me because I’ve always had a passion for design,” she shares. “Renovating homes with my husband is
challenging and rewarding. I love preserving the character of a home while updating it to meet modern buyers’ needs.”
Hunter Blanks, originally from Glen Rose, Texas, discovered his passion for real estate while working with New Western Acquisitions. After eight years of learning the ropes, he launched his own venture, focusing on investment properties and high-end remodels. “Seeing the transformation of a home never gets old,” Hunter says. “I enjoy the challenge of turning a distressed property into something beautiful and functional.”
Together, the Blanks specialize in flipping between 50 and 60 homes annually. Their expertise in distressed properties and keen eye for design have earned them a reputation as problem solvers in the Fort Worth real estate market. “We love what we do,” Shaley emphasizes. “There’s nothing more satisfying than
seeing a family fall in love with a home we’ve brought back to life.”
The couple’s journey in real estate hasn’t been without challenges. Market fluctuations can be a rollercoaster, especially for investors like Hunter, who prefer not to hold active properties for long. “The slower sales periods can be stressful,” he admits, “but maintaining strong connections and being responsive has been key to keeping deals flowing.”
Responsiveness is a cornerstone of their business philosophy. For Shaley, effective communication is non-negotiable. “I may be working from a beach on 30A, but when the phone rings, I answer it,” she says with a laugh. This commitment to accessibility and problem-solving sets them apart in a competitive industry.
Their dedication has not gone unnoticed. Shaley’s accolades include winning
Rookie of the Year and the Jan Fite Miller Award during her time at Century 21 Judge Fite Co. She’s also been recognized as a Top Realtor by Fort Worth Magazine, while Hunter’s impressive track record includes flipping over 200 homes and earning top sales and acquisitions awards in his previous role.
Beyond their professional achievements, the Blanks share a passion for animal rescue. Their home is filled with love and laughter, thanks to their three dogs and two cats—four of which are rescues. They actively collaborate with the Fort Worth rescue community, raising funds and finding forever homes for pets in need. “Helping animals is incredibly fulfilling,” Shaley says. “We’re looking forward to expanding our efforts in the future.”
The couple’s faith also plays a central role in their journey. Shaley defines success as “building a career out of the passions God instilled in you
and feeling fulfilled at the end of the day.” For Hunter, success means “doing what you love while setting up a secure future.” Their shared values guide them in both business and life, ensuring they remain grounded amid their growing success.
Looking ahead, the Blanks have ambitious goals. Hunter aims to flip 60+ houses again this year while exploring smaller developments. Meanwhile, Shaley is focused on expanding their referral network for distressed properties and helping more clients navigate the complexities of real estate. “We’re passionate about turning old things new and creating beautiful spaces for families to make memories,” she says.
As Fort Worth continues to experience explosive growth, the Blanks are excited about
the opportunities ahead. “DFW is going crazy, and that’s awesome for our business,” Hunter notes.
Shaley agrees, adding, “I love how down-to-earth the people are here, and the mix
of art, music, and nightlife makes it such a vibrant place to live and work.”
The Blanks’ story is one of passion and a commitment to excellence. From
Hone in on your strengths and use them to set yourself apart.”
transforming distressed properties into stunning homes to rescuing animals in need, they embody the spirit of servant leadership. Their advice to aspiring real estate professionals? “Answer your phone, do good business, and never stop learning,” Hunter advises. Shaley adds, “Hone in on your strengths and use them to set yourself apart.”
For Shaley and Hunter Blanks, real estate is more than a career—it’s their true calling. Their work not only transforms houses but also enriches lives, creating a legacy of impact in Fort Worth and beyond.
Hill Nikki
A Heart as Big as Texas
WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN
KATHARINE GANN, DAYDREAM
FFort Worth is a place where community and commerce intersect, and it is there that Nikki Hill found her calling. A Texas native, Nikki grew up in Carrollton, immersing herself in the vibrant culture of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Her familiarity with the area now serves as a cornerstone of her success in real estate.
Before embarking on her real estate journey, Nikki pursued athletic training at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas, and later excelled in the corporate world as a quality control auditor in medical toxicology. But life had other plans. At her husband’s suggestion, she obtained her real estate license in 2016. “Helping my first family close was a game changer. I fell in love with it,” Nikki recalls. What began as an unanticipated career path soon became a family endeavor, with her husband, Chris, lending his expertise as a mortgage loan officer.
For Nikki, her clients are her passion. “Most have turned into very close friends, and we still share our lives,” she shares. This connection drives her to go beyond expectations, understanding that buying or selling a home is one of the most personal and significant decisions her clients will ever make. “It’s not just a job. It’s a responsibility I take seriously,” she explains.
Her dedication pays off in profound ways that make a real impact. Nikki’s favorite moments are seeing the joy her clients experience after a successful transaction. “Each client’s story is different, and being a part of helping them achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding,” she says. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a family looking to upgrade, Nikki ensures they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
This commitment to her profession hasn’t come without its challenges. Balancing her roles as a top-

producing agent, wife, and mother requires careful prioritization. “I’m known for not taking breaks when I need to,” she admits with a laugh. But Nikki remains steadfast, guided by a simple yet profound definition of success: “If my husband, my two boys, and my family and friends are happy and healthy, that is true success.”
Family is at the core of Nikki’s life. Married to Chris since 2015, the couple shares a deep partnership both at home and in business. Together, they’re raising two sons: five-year-old Connor, who Nikki homeschools part-time, and newborn Mikey. Their household in Aubrey is rounded out by two playful dogs, Moose and Beans. “We’re a team in every sense of the word,” Nikki says of her family.
Outside of real estate, Nikki cherishes time with loved ones and her church community, Grace Church in Frisco. Whether attending concerts, exploring the outdoors, or gathering with neighbors and friends, she finds joy in the simple, meaningful moments that life offers. “These connections fuel my spirit and keep me grounded,” she shares.
Nikki’s impact extends far beyond her clients. Recognized as a top producer by several organizations, she also earned accolades such as the Heart of House Award in 2024 and D Magazine’s Best Realtor. But awards and recognition aren’t what drive her. “It’s about leaving a lasting impression,” she says. “I want people to know they can count on me, whether it’s for real estate advice or simply being a trusted friend.”
Her advice to aspiring agents reflects her journey: “Show yourself grace. Challenges will come, but it’s how you deal with them that matters.” Nikki encourages agents to prioritize relationships with vendors who mirror their commitment to excellence, underscoring the importance of aligning with those who follow through.
Looking ahead, Nikki is excited about the growth and opportunities in DFW. “The area has become so diverse and family-friendly. I hear it all the time from clients moving here,” she says. With continued development on the horizon, Nikki is ready to help more families find their place in this dynamic community.
Nikki Hill isn’t just a REALTOR®—she’s a connector, a problem solver, and above all, a devoted wife and mother. With a heart as big as Texas and a commitment to serving others, she’s building a legacy of trust, care, and dedication. “At the end of the day, it’s about the people,” she says with a smile. And for Nikki, that makes all the difference.
“We are so very blessed to have Nikki Hill within our House family. She is one of the most genuine, caring, and giving people I know. She is also one of the hardest-working and dedicated REALTORS® I know. She builds true connection and trust at every turn and her success is such a natural result of her just being herself while also putting in the work. We are so proud of and inspired by you and thankful to have you with us at House!”

Real Producers
FAQ
Real Producers Magazine is a national franchise that started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 130 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. DFW has four Real Producers Communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth Real Producers.
Q: What is the goal of Real Producers?
A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the highest producing real estate agents, and RP-vetted businesses in every market, and build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, upcoming events, and educate – really anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.
At Real Producers, we believe we are one person, one conversation, or one idea away from everything in our business and life changing. With this powerhouse community, it happens all the time.
Q: How do you become a Real Producers Top Agent?
A: In all of DFW, there are roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of our four communities. We
rank all those agents based off their yearly MLS sales volume. In years past we congratulated the Top 500 Agents, and we still are, but in 2025, we are adding a second group to the community… the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%.
Q: Who receives Real Producers Magazine?
A: The Top 1000 agents in each community will receive the digital magazine for the year. The Top 500 agents will also receive the magazine physically to their mailbox. Our RP Vetted Businesses also receive the magazine physically and digitally.
Q: Can I be featured?
A: If you are in the Top 1000, you have the opportunity to be featured! We love nominations and take them seriously. If you’d like to be considered for a feature, or if you would like to nominate someone, you can email team@dfwrealproducers.com.
Q: What does it cost to be featured as an RP Top Agent?
A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. How, you ask? Because of the businesses that your
peers have recommended, who partner with Real Producers, and invest in this community to support you. These companies have all been recommended by top agents and have been vetted by us to ensure they are of the highest quality. So instead of you paying $5k$10k for this feature…they cover all those costs for you! Pretty incredible, right?
Q: Does Real Producers host events?
A: Yes, we host many different events throughout the year! Some large 400-800 people, some 75-250 people, and other more intimate events that are 30-50 people. We do Social Events, Magazine Celebration Events, an Awards Gala, and Masterclass Events. You can see quick recaps of some of our events under the “Events” tab on our website.
For our events, we invite the top 1000 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. The Top 1000 agents are allowed to invite agents on their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best in DFW
real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connection made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!
Q: Who are the RP Vetted Businesses?
A: They are some of the best businesses in DFW in their category! You can find them listed in our index and their ad in the magazine. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Each business has come recommended by your peers, the top producing real estate agents in the market. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together.
Q: Can I nominate an agent or recommend a business?
A: Absolutely! Email your nominations and recommendations to team@ dfwrealproducers.com.
