As many of you know, Real Producers is hosting a historic national event for the very first time—RP Elevate 2025, happening September 29–30 at the stunning Loews Arlington Hotel.
While this two-day conference is not hosted by our local DFW RP team, something exciting just happened…
Each year, we host a major DFW Real Producers event—either our ESPE Awards Gala or the Super Social—bringing together all four DFW RP markets for one big blowout.
Well, here’s the big news:
On the final night of RP Elevate (Sept 30), there’s going to be a social event for all conference attendees. And now—we’re combining that event with our 2025 DFW Super Social!
That’s right: Whether or not you attend RP Elevate, if you’re a DFW RP Top Agent or Preferred Partner, you’ll get access to this exclusive, one-of-a-kind Super Social. You’ll be networking and celebrating
not just with local leaders—but with top agents from all over the country. How awesome is that?
Huge thanks to Perry Homes for stepping up again this year as our Host Sponsor we couldn’t do this without them.
If you’re planning to attend RP Elevate, register at rpelevate.com and use promo code DFW100 for $100 off your tickets. This gives you access to the full conference and the Super Social celebration to close it out.
If you won’t be at the conference but want to attend the Super Social, stay tuned— invites will go out in the coming months.
We couldn’t be more excited about this event and all that’s ahead in the second half of 2025.
Cheers, Jordan Espeseth Founder/Owner, DFW Real Producers

Some people enter real estate for the business. Others, like Christie Bray, step into the industry with a mission— to build wealth, create opportunities, and uplift others. With a heart as big as Texas and a personality that sparkles in every room, Christie has spent nearly a decade not just selling homes but changing lives.
Growing up in Crowley, Texas, a small town on the outskirts of Fort Worth, Christie always knew she wanted to make a difference. She attended Crowley High School before heading to Tarrant County College, but her early career took her in a different direction. For ten years, she thrived in AT&T business sales before moving into oil & gas mineral rights sales. But something was missing.
“I wanted a career where I could truly help people—not just with a transaction, but with their future,” Christie shares. “Real estate was the perfect fit.”
In 2016, she took the leap. It wasn’t easy, but she was never one to back down from a challenge. As the market shifted, she learned to pivot. “Success in real estate isn’t about following the market—it’s about staying ahead of it,” she explains. “When inventory was low, I built relationships with top agents to get my buyers access to off-market homes. When interest rates climbed, I leveraged creative financing and negotiation strategies to make deals work. My clients’ goals come first, no matter what.”
Now, as a partner and marketing specialist with Gatsby Group DFW under Keller Williams Southlake Luxury, Christie is doing more than just

selling homes—she’s building a legacy. Alongside her business partner and life partner, Billy Vaselo, she’s grown a team that values mentorship, innovation, and genuine care. “Our leadership team is about building people up and bringing value into lives every day,” she says proudly. “It’s not just about us—it’s about everyone we touch.”
Christie’s heart for others is evident in the way she approaches her work. She believes in giving clients options, offering three different listing packages based on their needs and goals. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s a tailored experience designed to empower. “Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling—it’s about helping people build wealth, whether it’s their first home, a vacation property, or an investment,” she says.
Her passion extends beyond her clients to her team. In her early years, she
ran a small team alone, balancing countless responsibilities. It wasn’t until she learned to leverage that she truly began to scale. “Teaming up with Billy changed everything,” she reflects. “Growth became exponential—both personally and professionally.”
Despite her high level of success, Christie’s definition of it is refreshingly simple: “Waking up happy every day.” For her, success isn’t just measured in transactions or numbers—though with over $100 million in career volume, those numbers are impressive— but in the impact she makes.
Her drive doesn’t stop with real estate. When she’s not negotiating deals, you’ll find her on the sand volleyball court, traveling with her family, or indulging in her competitive streak— whether it’s sports or racing go-karts. “I usually lap everyone,” she laughs. “I’m just a little competitive.”
Her family is her grounding force. Growing up with her father and brother, both residential appraisers, real estate was always part of the conversation. Now, she and Billy have built a life with their two children, Callie and Weston, filled with adventure, love, and plenty of outdoor activities. “We’re food enthusiasts, we travel, we cheer on our kids in volleyball, baseball, and golf,” she says. “Family time is everything.”
This year, her goals are crystal clear— both personally and professionally. “I want to be disciplined with my fitness and morning routine while making sure evenings are reserved for family,” she says. On the business side, she’s focused on systemizing processes to scale Gatsby Group DFW successfully and closing their largest luxury listing yet—42 acres in Justin, Texas.
When asked what she hopes to be remembered for, her answer is instant. “My smile, my positivity, and my ability to bring value to others’ lives every single day.” And that’s exactly what she’s doing.
With Fort Worth’s rapid growth and endless opportunities on the horizon, Christie sees a bright future ahead— not just for the city, but for every client and agent she works with. “The infrastructure, the business hubs, the southern hospitality—it’s unparalleled,” she says. “And come on, we’re getting a Universal Studios! How exciting is that?”
Perhaps the best advice she’s ever received came from renowned real estate coach Brian Buffini: “Focus on your BIG Why and surround yourself with other successful people in the industry.” For Christie, that “why” is clear—helping others succeed, whether it’s through real estate, mentorship, or simply bringing a little more light into the world.
And with her heart for others and that signature sparkle, there’s no doubt—her future is bright.
WHEN ASKED WHAT SHE HOPES TO BE REMEMBERED FOR, HER ANSWER IS INSTANT. “MY SMILE, MY POSITIVITY, AND MY ABILITY TO BRING VALUE TO OTHERS’ LIVES EVERY SINGLE DAY.”

Deep in the heart of Texas, Gretchen Wright has built something remarkable. As the President and Co-Owner of Texas Secure Title Company, she has spent the last 32 years shaping an industry that’s often behind the scenes but vital to every real estate transaction. “Our escrow officers are the heartbeat of our company,” Gretchen emphasizes, a sentiment that underscores every decision she makes.
Texas Secure Title Company, established in 2014, provides real estate closing services and issues title insurance, ensuring that the home-buying process is as seamless as possible for buyers, sellers, and REALTORS® alike. What sets the company apart, Gretchen explains, is its independence. “We’re locally owned and managed,” she says. “Since we’re not partially owned by an underwriter or investors, we can push all our resources to our branch operations.
This gives our employees fewer files to manage, allowing more time and attention for each client.”
That focus on personalized service reflects Gretchen’s own journey in the industry. Originally from Orlando, Florida, she moved to the DallasFort Worth area during high school and found her way into title insurance right after graduation.
“I fell into title work coming out of high school and never left,” she recalls. Over the years, she’s worn many hats, from escrow officer to company president, and it’s her experience at every level that fuels her commitment to excellence. “I still think of myself as an escrow officer,” she shares. “When we make decisions, I always consider what impact they’ll have on the closing experience.”
Gretchen’s leadership philosophy is simple but profound: empower your people. She believes the success of Texas Secure Title Company lies in the growth and development of its escrow officers. “I focus on making sure they have all the tools and resources to do their jobs well,”
she explains. “They’ve built our company; I just make sure I do right by them.”
This people-first approach extends to the company’s relationship with REALTORS®. “REALTORS® are our target market, and that’s how our branches operate,” Gretchen says. “We want to be an extension of their team, supporting them in a way that helps their business thrive.” Unlike many competitors, Texas Secure Title doesn’t employ business development agents. Instead, their closers double as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating stronger relationships and delivering a better overall experience.
“Early in my career, I read The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and it changed the way I approached business,” Gretchen recalls. She began seeking out top real estate teams to collaborate with, adopting their team model within her own office. “We understand the goals of top producers and work hand in hand with them,” she says. “It’s all about being aligned in vision and execution.”
Beyond her professional life, Gretchen treasures her family. Married to her business partner, Derek Wright, for over 20 years, the couple has three children and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes hiking, skiing, and backpacking. They often retreat to their second home in New Mexico for quality time together. “I’ve always valued work-life balance,” she says. “We prioritize adequate staffing so our team doesn’t feel like they have to live at the office.”
As for the future, Gretchen’s goals are clear: sustainable growth. “We want to continue expanding with like-minded escrow officers who value direct client relationships and great customer service,” she says. “Whether it’s one location or one hundred, our team has to stay in sync with our mission.”
Reflecting on her journey, Gretchen attributes her success to a commitment to helping others. Her favorite quote, by Zig Ziglar, captures this perfectly: “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get
what they want.” It’s a philosophy that has guided her through decades of challenges and triumphs, shaping not just a company but a legacy.
For real estate agents looking for a trusted partner, Gretchen’s message is simple: “At Texas Secure Title, we’re here to support you and your clients every step of the way. Our goal is to be an extension of your team, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.” With Gretchen’s leadership and the dedication of her team, Texas Secure Title Company is not just a service provider but a cornerstone of the real estate community.
“You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
AROUND REBECCA RINGER IS INFECTIOUS. IT’S THE KIND OF PRESENCE THAT MAKES YOU BELIEVE IN POSSIBILITY. MAYBE IT’S HER MARKETING BACKGROUND OR HER YEARS OF COMPETITIVE SOCCER, BUT WHEN SHE SPEAKS ABOUT REAL ESTATE, LIFE, OR MOTHERHOOD, SHE BRINGS THE SAME CONVICTION:
YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS, AND YOU CAN DO THEM WITH HEART.
Born and raised in Arlington, Rebecca is no stranger to the unique rhythm of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. “I’m one of five kids, so I learned early how to compete, how to collaborate, and how to find calm in the chaos,” she laughs. That foundation carried her through years on the soccer field, ultimately leading to joining the women’s soccer team at TCU, where she earned a degree in business and marketing and unknowingly planted the seeds of a thriving career.
Her journey into real estate wasn’t immediate. Rebecca first cut her teeth in advertising, working her way up through radio sales and later launching her own agency. “I loved the creative side of marketing — building brands, connecting with people, developing strategy,” she explains. But it was a nudge from her father and a leap of faith into the family business that changed everything.
In 2003, Rebecca officially stepped into real estate, blending her knack for business with a heart for service. Trained by
her mother, Susan Hill, who was a long-time top-producing agent, real estate turned out to be the perfect fit. “I had the skill set, but more importantly, I had the passion to help people through one of life’s biggest transitions,” she shares.
Fast forward to 2019 — a pivotal year. Rebecca decided to step away from the security of the family brand and build her own. The Street Real Estate Co. was born just two months before the world shut down. “Talk about timing,” she smiles. “I had no idea what was coming, but I knew failure wasn’t an option. I had a family to help support, a dream I wasn’t giving up on, and clients who needed me.”
Rather than retreat, Rebecca innovated. She poured herself into mindset training and leveraged her marketing background to master digital strategy. “I became obsessed with how to stand out online — how to show up for clients when faceto-face wasn’t an option,” she says. The result? A top-producing, digitally forward business built on integrity, adaptability, and grit. But Rebecca’s story isn’t just about the strategy — it’s about the joy behind it.
“I want people to see the systems, the success, yes — but more than that, I want them to see the laughter, the purpose, and the people who fuel it all,” she shares. And her people? They’re her everything. Her husband, Don, a chiropractor (and MVP for handling all the sports injuries), and their three kids — Colin (14), Brooklyn (11), and Maddox (9) — are at the heart of every decision she makes. “My kids keep me humble and busy. Most of my weekends are spent on the sidelines or in the car looking for someone’s missing cleats,” she jokes.
Balancing business and motherhood hasn’t always been easy, but for Rebecca, it’s been worth every juggling act. “I’ve learned how to show up fully for my clients and my family. That’s success to me. Not just the accolades, but the legacy. Building something I’m proud of while being present in the moments that matter.”
She’s never been one to chase numbers. “I’ve completed thousands of transactions over the past 22 years, but I’ve never tracked volume or awards. That’s not what drives me,” she says. Still, the recognition has followed. She’s consistently named a topproducing agent in Fort Worth and was recently recognized by Real Producers — accolades she accepts with gratitude but doesn’t let define her.
What matters more are the lifelong relationships, the clients-turned-friends, and the referrals that speak louder than any plaque. “Real estate is personal. These aren’t just transactions — they’re life moments. And I get to be part of that? That’s the reward.”
Today, she’s laser-focused on redefining the luxury experience — not through price points,
I HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS COMING, BUT I KNEW FAILURE WASN’T AN OPTION. I HAD A FAMILY TO HELP SUPPORT, A DREAM I WASN’T GIVING UP ON, AND WHO NEEDED ME.”
but through personalized service and high-level strategy. “Luxury is about attention to detail. It’s about making every client feel like they’re the only one. That’s what I strive for.”
Her advice for up-and-coming agents is simple but profound: “Mindset. Service. Consistency. This business will test you, but if you lead with service before self and stay adaptable, you’ll outlast the market shifts. And never underestimate the power of mindset — it will carry you when motivation can’t.”
Rebecca Ringer isn’t just navigating change; she’s leading through it — with strategy, determination, and a whole lot of joy. And in an industry that often rewards hustle above all else, she’s proof that you can build a business and a life worth celebrating — one closing, one sideline cheer, and one intentional moment at a time.
In a small city that many drive past without noticing—Richland Hills, Texas—Russell Strong found his foundation. “Not North Richland Hills,” he says with a laugh. “Richland Hills. It’s a small city of 8,000 people. Some people don’t even know it exists.” But for Russell, that little-known town full of blue-collar families wasn’t just a dot on the map. It was everything. It was home.
Born into a family of hard workers—his mom in education and food service, his dad in construction—Russell absorbed the values of resilience and grit early. He grew up with a younger brother, who remains his best friend to this day, and remembers a childhood full of neighborhood football games, bike rides, and backyard adventures. “I had a great childhood,” he shares. “Always outside, always active. It was simple, but it was perfect.”
Those early lessons in hard work followed him into adulthood. He worked job after job to fund his education, from operating a forklift at FedEx Freight during overnight shifts to taking on roles with the City of Hurst. “I worked in the heat or the freezing cold, no heaters or ACs in that line of work,” he says. Despite the grind, Russell stayed focused—taking classes at TCC before transferring to Tarleton State, where he earned his business degree.
But even after graduation, clarity didn’t come easily. “I was lost,” he admits. “I didn’t know what to do. I landed
a job as a property tax analyst even though I had no idea what I was doing. I crushed the interview, got hired on the spot. But the work culture was... toxic. It took a toll on me mentally.”
Eventually, his gut told him what his heart had been screaming: it was time to go. “One Friday, I just knew—it was my last day. I walked into work early, emailed HR, dropped my badge, and left.” He didn’t have leads, a backup plan, or a roadmap—just faith. “I relied on my faith that God would provide,” he says. “So I worked every single day to build my business that
Now the owner of The Strong Team, Russell has built something out of nothing—over 100 homes sold and counting, over $6 million in volume last year alone. The recognition has followed: Top Agent Awards, the 5-Star Professional Award, the Real Producers Top 500 Agent Award, and more. Each one a reflection not just of his skill, but of the grind that got him here.
“I take pride in those awards,” he says. “Because I worked for them. This hasn’t been easy. It’s been a grind.”
Ask him what drives him now, and his answer is immediate: his family. His wife of nearly ten years, a dedicated teacher, and their two young children are his daily inspiration.
“She runs circles around me,” he says. “Being a teacher in this day and age is not for the weak.” When business gets tough, he thinks of them. “They are why I’m doing this.”
And while success for Russell includes the recognition, it isn’t defined by it. “Success is being able to wake up on a random Tuesday and spend the whole day with your family if you want. Not being tied to anything. That’s what I’m after—freedom.”
He’s also passionate about what real estate can do—not just for him, but for his clients and his community.
“My goal is to help good people have a great experience buying or selling a home,” he explains. “This
is a huge deal for them—it’s where they’ll raise families, make memories. It’s not just a transaction to me.”
His commitment to making the process enjoyable is part of what sets him apart. “We film reactions, celebrate with them—it’s fun! I want them to feel like it’s more than a business deal. Because it is.”
But being a real estate agent today means navigating a landscape filled with misinformation, especially on social media. “People hear, ‘The market’s crashing’ or ‘Now’s a bad time to buy,’” he says. “Suddenly, everyone’s a self-taught expert. The challenge is constantly providing real data and guidance that helps people make smart decisions.”
Looking ahead, Russell has his sights set on more than just closings and commissions. “Real estate is the tool
I’m using to build generational wealth,” he explains. “I want to own property in Richland Hills—lots of it. I want to give back to the place that raised me.” In 20 years, he hopes to shift from selling homes to managing a portfolio of assets that will support his children, and their children after them. “I want to secure my family’s future forever.”
“My goal is to help good people have a great experience buying or selling a home. This is a HUGE DEAL for them—it’s where they’ll raise families, make memories. It’s not just a transaction to me.”
Through it all, Russell hasn’t forgotten where he came from—or how far he’s come. “Nobody in my family went to college. I paid my way through. Worked the docks, studied year-round, and proved to myself—and my family—that I could do something different.” It wasn’t a tragic event that shaped his journey. It was the decision to be the first, to blaze a new trail where none had existed.
“I just wanted more,” he says. “And I went after it.”
Russell Strong is proof that grit, faith, and relentless determination can take you from overnight warehouse shifts to running a successful real estate business. But more than that, he’s a testament to the quiet power of believing you’re meant for something more—even when no one else has done it before.
And that’s a legacy built to last.
When you meet Jeffrey Sajan, you quickly realize that his presence is less about presentation and more about purpose. There’s a groundedness to him — a quiet strength shaped by faith, fatherhood, and an unwavering belief in the redemptive power of second chances.
“I always wanted to get into real estate,” Jeffrey shares. “But being Indian and growing up in a culture that emphasized the traditional 8–5 job, I felt like I needed to choose the ‘safe’ path.” That path led him to a career in computer engineering and project management—a respectable role that
provided stability after he became a father. But it never quite felt like home.
Then came 2020. Amid the uncertainty of a global pandemic, Jeffrey was furloughed from his job. It could have been a moment of fear, but for him, it became a moment of clarity. “I prayed to the Lord for guidance and next steps,” he says. “Real estate was the clear path, and I took it.” In just two months, he knocked out his coursework, passed the exam on his first try, and earned his license. “It was the best choice I ever made.”
It might seem like a leap, but Jeffrey doesn’t see it that

way. He sees it as obedience. “God opened the door, and I just walked through it.” That same faith continues to guide every aspect of his business today. For Jeffrey, real estate isn’t about transactions; it’s about transformation.
“This is more than a career — it’s a calling,” he explains. “I believe God has given me the opportunity to serve others during one of the most important moments of their lives.”
Jeffrey specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, veterans, and young families.
“Helping them realize that homeownership is possible — and walking with them every step of the way — is
a calling I take to heart.” He sees his work as an extension of ministry, a way to offer hope and stability to people who may not always see that as an option for themselves.
But behind every professional victory lies a personal story of strength. Jeffrey is a single father, raising his son with the kind of intentionality and presence that many strive for but few fully achieve. “It means the world to me to show that you can build a successful career while still showing up fully for your child,” he says. “It’s not always easy, but with faith, purpose, and love, it’s absolutely possible.”
Those words aren’t just a mantra — they’re a mission. Whether he’s helping clients navigate the highs and lows of a competitive market or spending the afternoon fishing with his son, Jeffrey shows up with heart and humility. “To me, success isn’t just about numbers or recognition — it’s about impact,” he shares. “It’s knowing I showed up with integrity, served people well, and made a difference in someone’s life.”
That impact hasn’t gone unnoticed. Jeffrey has been honored as a DFW Top Producer and ranked among the Top 1000 agents in the region. He’s also received the Excellence of Service Award from the Forney Chamber of Commerce and consistently ranks as a top producer
TO ME, SUCCESS ISN’T JUST ABOUT NUMBERS OR RECOGNITION — IT’S ABOUT IMPACT. IT’S KNOWING I SHOWED UP WITH INTEGRITY, SERVED PEOPLE WELL, AND MADE A DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE’S LIFE.”
within his brokerage, Signature Real Estate Group.
“While the recognition is meaningful,” he says, “what matters most is that it reflects the trust my clients place in me and the care I put into every transaction.”
Jeffrey’s approach is refreshingly personal. “What sets me apart is that I truly love what I do — and I think people can feel that,” he says. “I genuinely care about my clients and want what’s best for them, not just what’s easiest or fastest.”
Outside of work, you’ll find Jeffrey doing life side by side with his son — whether it’s geeking out over Pokémon card collections, cooking a homemade meal from scratch, or checking out the latest models at a local car show. He’s also deepening his spiritual walk through seminary school, an experience that’s teaching him even more about servant leadership. “It’s been an incredible journey of growing deeper in my faith and learning how to serve others on a whole new level.”
He’s not chasing a title or a spotlight. He’s chasing legacy. “I want to be remembered for being a good father to my son, honoring the Lord, and proving that no matter your setbacks, you can always make a greater comeback.”
That comeback is more than just his story — it’s the blueprint he offers to others. His advice to aspiring real estate professionals is simple but profound: “Carve your own path and stay true to who you are. Don’t get caught up in comparison. Focus on serving people well,
lean into your values, and let your faith and purpose guide you. The success will follow.”
In an industry that often applauds hustle over heart, Jeffrey Sajan reminds us that the two aren’t mutually exclusive. That you can build a business on integrity, raise a child with compassion, and honor God in every handshake, showing, and closing.
Because when the foundation is faith — everything else will follow.
Greg Esquilino and his wife wanted to bring DFW a roofing company that would push communication and high values over all else. He noticed that lack in the industry since he first started in roofing
Brendan Thomas, a lifelong friend of Greg's, shared this vision and ultimately joined Greg. He and Greg are expanding their services across DFW and East Texas, creating long lasting relationships.
