CONGRATS FOR BEING ONE OF THE TOP 500 REAL ESTATE AGENTS IN FORT WORTH!

Real Producers Events are

CHANGING

Over the years, our DFW Real Producers event structure has changed. A few things, however, have, and will, always remain the same. One example is who gets invited, and has access, to our events. Our events are only for the Top 500 Producing Agents and our Real Producers Vetted Business Partners. Top 500 Agents can invite the agents on their team to join them at these events if they want to, and we may send invites to agents that were just outside of the Top 500 for the year to have them take a peek behind the curtain, and to additionally motivate them to make this desirable list next year!

The businesses that partner with us have been vetted by the top agents, and the Real Producers team, to ensure they are of the highest quality; these businesses are the ones that invest in our community and truly make this platform possible. For those reasons, we do not give access to outside businesses to our events. Keeping the integrity of what this community is remains very important to us, which is a community of the best of the best that honors and respects one another.

When Real Producers started, we did four events a year per magazine. These events were always high-level social events, and they were awesome. After a couple of years, I wanted to add some variety to the mix. As we expanded from one publication to four, it has allowed us to create an exciting event structure that you won’t find in any other Real Producers community around the country.

Now, we have increased the number of events that we do each year, and we have four different types of events: 1) Social Events

2) Magazine Celebration Events (only for those featured in the

magazines and select businesses) 3) RP Vetted Business Socials (only for our partners) 5) The ESPE Awards (our black-tie awards gala). The ESPE Awards is being moved from November to April and will return in 2025. This October, we will have what I am calling a Super Social that will include all four Real Producers territories in DFW. I am thinking we may have a costume party at that event!

Besides the ESPE Awards, or this year’s Super Social, most events are specific to each publication, like the North Dallas Real Producers Top 500 Agents and RP Vetted Businesses’ only specific events.

These events are special, and it is because of the people that are in the room. It truly is rare and an honor for us to be able to host these events for you all.

From everyone on our DFW Real Producers Team, we thank you for your continued support and for making Real Producers the number one real estate community in DFW. Keep an eye out for your invitation to the next event!

See you soon,

re Story’s unique journey makes her stand out among other agents in Fort Worth. Growing up an Army brat and moving to a new place every two years, her approach to real estate is marked by an appreciation of cultural richness, the drive of an athlete, and a deep-rooted passion for family and people. Bre stands out not just as an agent but as a dynamic force, blending adaptability, discipline, and a

Growing up in a military family, Bre’s early years were marked by frequent moves, including stints in various states and even a sojourn in Aman, Jordan. Her family finally settled in Hawaii, which she still calls home. This early exposure to diverse cultures honed her adaptability and instilled in her a profound love for her country. “With my father serving 30 years in the Army, I have a deep love for our country and respect for our troops. For me, family is everything,” she emphasizes, setting the stage for the importance of familial relationships in her life.

Bre’s journey took an athletic turn in middle school, when she discovered her natural talent for running. Her prowess led her to a successful high school career where she earned state records in track and field. The discipline cultivated during her athletic years became a defining trait in her approach to life and real estate.

After graduating high school in 2012, Bre made Fort Worth her home, running track and cross country at TCU for three years. The decision to retire from competitive running paved the way for her entry into real estate. “The purchase of my first home with my husband in 2020 sparked my fire for real estate. I loved everything about the process,” Bre shares, underlining the personal connection that ignited her real estate journey.

Before real estate, Bre worked for a wholesale clothing company as a sales rep, gaining valuable experience in sales and building lasting relationships. Her two years in clothing production, dealing with design and manufacturing, translated seamlessly into her real estate career. “My previous roles required frequent

travel, having a good eye for design, and identifying client needs while maintaining a high level of organization,” she adds, highlighting the transferable skills that set her apart.

Bre’s passion for design has become a focal point in her real estate career. “I love helping my clients select custom finish outs that reflect their taste and personality,” she expresses. This love for design is showcased in her recent success with a stunning custom new build, where she played a role in the design selections. “Similar to the fashion industry, home trends are ever-changing, and it’s important to stay up to date with the trends to help guide your clients,” she notes, emphasizing her commitment to providing clients with homes that blend timeless finish outs with contemporary trends.

For Bre, the most rewarding part of her business lies in building lasting relationships and helping clients turn their dream homes into reality. “Real estate transactions can be intense, but that doesn’t mean our interactions have to be,” she remarks, showcasing her commitment to creating an environment where everyone involved feels comfortable being themselves. “People can typically always count on me to show up for them no matter the circumstance.”

Challenges are an inherent part of the ever-changing real estate landscape, and for Bre, each day presents a new opportunity to learn and grow. “While this business can be challenging, it also drives my passion for continuous learning and fuels my commitment to providing clients with the latest insights,” she shares, echoing her dedication to staying ahead in the dynamic world of real estate.

Real estate, for Bre, is not just about transactions; it’s about facilitating experiences and creating spaces where people can thrive. “Real estate plays a crucial role in my goals and dreams, which include growing and spending time with my family and traveling the world together,” she explains, highlighting the role of a home as a sanctuary and a foundation for building strong family bonds.

As a REALTOR®, Bre finds fulfillment in transforming clients into friends. “The ability to cultivate genuine connections while enjoying the flexibility to work from any location is truly gratifying,” she expresses.

Balancing the demands of her profession with the joy of being present at home with her family is an aspect of success for Bre, defined by loving what she does. Navigating the complexities of a thriving career while embracing the joys of family life has been a challenge, but her determination to achieve that delicate balance

between work and family is something she strives for.

Bre’s achievements have not gone unnoticed, earning her recognition in the real estate community, including accolades from 360 West as one of the Best Real Estate Agents & Top Producers. Her career volume as a REALTOR® stands at almost $20 million, showcasing her impact in the competitive DFW market.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Bre’s personal life is a testament to her love for family and fun. Happily married to Ford, her college sweetheart and former TCU swimmer, they share a passion for trying new restaurants, traveling, enjoying the company of friends and family, and spending time with their 130-pound spotted Great Dane, Harlee. Her love for travel extends to annual trips to Hawaii, where her family still resides, and exploring new destinations every year. The recent addition of their son,

Bre’s vivacious energy and personality bring so much value to her client relationships and The Ashton Agency. She has a “no excuses” mentality and holds herself to the highest standard in all aspects of her life - especially her client experience. Whether representing one of her seasoned investors or first-time homebuyers, she goes over and above to make sure her clients achieve the best results in their real estate goals.

Weller, has added a new dimension to their lives, intertwining their personal and professional worlds within the realm of real estate.

Her advice for up-and-coming Real Producers is straightforward: “Never treat this profession as a part-time gig. To truly thrive, one must embody discipline, a strong work ethic, and a daily commitment to learning and confronting fresh challenges.”

Growing up as an Army brat, adapting to new environments seamlessly, and her journey as a college athlete have shaped Bre into the real estate advisor she is today with a distinct perspective. Her story is a captivating narrative of resilience, adaptability, and a fun-loving energy, bringing “the Ways of Aloha” to everyone she meets.

permeates every aspect of Major Money Matters, from communication to navigating the intricacies of VA guidelines. “We hold VA webinars every 1st and 3rd Saturday, and our ‘Everything REALTORS® Need to Know About VA Loans’ class is CE accredited and requested all over Texas,” Major shares proudly, bringing a wealth of firsthand experience to the table.

At the heart of Major Money Matters is a commitment to providing advice tailored to clients’ options, not lender overlays. Major’s extensive network of over 100 lenders enables him to uncover solutions that align with clients’ unique needs, ensuring a smooth path to the closing table. “We truly can find options that will get buyers to the closing table,” Major affirms.

For real estate professionals seeking a strategic partner, Major Singleton is a game-changer. Family lies at the heart of Major’s world, with his wife, Cheryl, serving as his operations manager, and their three children adding joy and laughter to their busy lives. Balancing the demands of work and family is no small feat, but the Singletons embrace the chaos with open arms. “We are a very typical and busy family,” Major shares, painting a picture of cherished family moments amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Reflecting on his journey from South Carolina to the Navy and finally to the mortgage industry, Major credits his passion for personal finance as the driving force behind his success. “I saw this as the greatest opportunity to effect change in people’s lives,” he reflects. Today, Major’s commitment to empowering clients and REALTORS® alike remains unwavering, fueled by a desire to maximize the gifts bestowed upon him.

As Major Money Matters continues to make waves in the mortgage industry, Major’s vision for the future remains clear: to help families achieve their dreams of homeownership and to be a steadfast advocate for veterans. With every webinar, every class, and every client served, Major Singleton and his team are empowering families, both veterans and civilians alike, to homeownership.

FROM FULL-TIME STUDENT TO BROKER, DIDN’T WASTE ANYTIME GETTING STARTED IN REAL ESTATE. AS THE BROKER/OWNER OF CHASE REALTY DFW, CHASE HAS DEDICATED 15 YEARS TO HELPING CLIENTS FIND THEIR PERFECT PLACE TO CALL HOME, ALL WHILE STAYING TRUE TO HIS CORE VALUES OF FAITH, FAMILY, AND

Chase’s journey into real estate began in his hometown of Springtown, Texas, where he cultivated a strong sense of community and a desire to make a difference. After pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Texas State University and attending Oklahoma City University School of Law, Chase realized his true calling lay elsewhere.

“I decided that my wants and desires did not include a traditional office job,” Chase explains. “I returned to North Texas and started my real estate career.” Drawing on his mother’s experience in the title business, Chase worked two years as an agent but then embarked on a path that would lead him to establish Chase Realty DFW in 2011 as its Broker.

For Chase, real estate is more than just a career—it’s a calling rooted in his commitment to the agents and clients he serves. “Growing my real estate brokerage to the next level and providing the best customer service experience possible is my passion,” he shares, highlighting his dedication to his clients’ needs above all else.

Throughout his career, Chase has found the most rewarding aspect of his business is helping his clients find their dream home. He further illustrates that the core of his business is client-focused, not commission focused. “I love helping my clients find the perfect place to call home, and seeing the pure joy their new home brings,” Chase reflects.

However, Chase’s journey hasn’t been without its challenges. In the aftermath of the housing market crash of 2008, building his business from the ground up presented its own set of obstacles. “Building my business during that time was slow and challenging for a new agent,” he recalls. “This challenge really taught me how to work each lead that came my way.”

For Chase, success is defined by doing what you’re passionate about and calling it work—a sentiment that rings true in every aspect of his life and career. “My favorite things about being a REALTOR® are meeting new people, making new friends, and being a part of my clients’ biggest purchases,” he shares, highlighting the personal connections that drive

Beyond his professional achievements, Chase finds fulfillment in his role as a devoted husband and father, alongside his wife, Tuesdi, and their two sons, Kelton and Kase. “My wife has been by my side since I started in real estate, and has always been my biggest supporter,” he says. Tuesdi has a masters of accounting from TCU and is a CPA, but she put her career on hold in 2015 to become a mother, which she says is her most rewarding job. “We have a strong faith in God and are very active in our church,” he adds, emphasizing the importance of family and faith in shaping his values and priorities.

In addition to his roles as a real estate broker and family man, Chase is also an avid adventurer with a passion for snow skiing, fast cars, and scuba diving. “We love to travel as a family,” he adds, highlighting his love for exploring new destinations and experiences with his loved ones.

Looking ahead, Chase’s goals for the future are focused on growth—both for his brokerage and his family. “I want Chase Realty DFW to exceed 100 million in 2024 and grow from 12 agents to 20 by the end of the year,” he shares, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and expansion.

As Chase continues to build dreams, one home at a time, his unwavering commitment to client-focused service and family values remains at the forefront of everything he does. With his sights set on a future of continued growth and success, Chase Hall stands as a testament to the power of passion, perseverance, and faith in realizing one’s dreams in DFW and beyond.

IN THE VIBRANT LANDSCAPE OF FORT WORTH, WHERE THE TAPESTRY OF FAMILY, CAREER, AND COMMUNITY WEAVES ITSELF INTO THE FABRIC OF DAILY LIFE, DANIELLE FARR STANDS AS A TESTAMENT TO THE POWER OF RELATIONSHIPS IN THE WORLD OF REAL ESTATE. A SEASONED REALTOR® WITH 12 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, DANIELLE’S JOURNEY UNFOLDS AS A COMPELLING NARRATIVE OF DEDICATION, PASSION, AND AN UNYIELDING COMMITMENT TO HER CLIENTS, FAMILY, AND THE THRIVING CITY SHE CALLS HOME.

ROOTS AND BEGINNINGS: A DALLAS NATIVE’S FORT WORTH TALE Hailing from Dallas, Danielle’s journey started at Berkner High School in 1991, followed by earning a bachelor of science from Texas A&M University in 1995. Her early years in Fort Worth were shaped not only by her real estate career but also by her family’s venture into several small businesses, including a family-owned Feed Mill in Saginaw.

However, from 2005 to 2017, Danielle took a pause from her professional life to focus on raising her children. This hiatus turned out to be a pivotal period that would significantly impact her future endeavors in real estate.

A JOURNEY INTO REAL ESTATE: BALANCING CAREER AND FAMILY Danielle’s entry into the real estate world was immediate, straight out of college. She started as a Buyer’s agent in Fort Worth, navigating the industry during a pre-digital era. After a stint in pharmaceutical sales and a break to raise her children, Danielle re-entered

approach, ensuring each client receives the personalized attention they deserve. “I approach my clients with the same care and concern as I do with my own family,” she emphasizes.

BALANCING ACT:

CHALLENGES IN REAL ESTATE

As with any profession, real estate comes with its set of challenges. Danielle identifies time management as a constant juggling act. “The real estate profession demands the art of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, posing a constant challenge to balance my time and personal life effectively,” she acknowledges.

Additionally, the emotional investment in real estate transactions adds complexity. Navigating the emotionally charged experiences of clients requires a delicate touch, balancing understanding and professionalism.

FORT WORTH, FAMILY, AND A COMPETITIVE SPIRIT

Celebrating 27 years of marital bliss with her husband, Zack, Danielle takes pride in her dynamic family. The Farr household is lively with three kids, three dogs, and a cat, and their love for sports and travel creates a vibrant family life.

“I thrive on constant motion. Always on the go, we cherish our love for sports and travel, creating a dynamic and vibrant family life,” Danielle expresses. As a family of Aggies, their allegiance to Texas A&M is evident, and Danielle is excited that her youngest son will be joining the A&M baseball team next year.

Regarding career volume, Danielle’s real estate journey has seen her achieve a remarkable 2023 volume of over $19.5 million. However, she emphasizes that the true measure of success lies in the satisfaction of her clients. Awards and recognition may come, but for Danielle, the happiness and positive experiences of her clients are the true indicators of a job well done.

BEYOND REAL ESTATE: HOBBIES AND ADVICE

Outside the realm of real estate, Danielle finds joy in family time, travel, and happy hours with friends. Living on Eagle Mountain Lake, the Farr family indulges in various lake activities. Danielle recently took up learning Mahjong and enjoys being an avid fan of Texas A&M sports. As advice to up-and-coming Real Producers, Danielle emphasizes confidence and exceptional customer service. “Have confidence in yourself and prioritize treating your clients the way you’d want to be treated. Providing excellent customer service is key,” she advises.

LEGACY AND FUTURE GOALS: A SECOND SWING AT SUCCESS

Reflecting on her legacy, Danielle aspires to be remembered for her unwavering work ethic, commitment to honesty, and steadfast integrity. These values, she believes, will leave a lasting impression through the consistent application of these principles in all aspects of her

work. Looking ahead, Danielle’s goals revolve around personal growth, deepening her faith, and strengthening her relationships. “I would also like to get better at Pickleball,” she adds with a hint of humor.

As Danielle gears up for the next swing, whether in real estate or on the pickleball court, she stands tall, embodying the spirit of Fort Worth, family, and a relentless pursuit of success. In the ever-growing landscape of Tarrant and Parker counties, Danielle Farr’s story continues to unfold—a narrative rich with passion, dedication, and an unwavering love for her clients, family, and the dynamic city she proudly calls home.

the most rewarding part of my business being the satisfaction of successfully helping clients reach their goals.” Real estate, for him, is a dynamic blend of helping people and navigating the complexities of a business. His reward comes not just from closing deals but from the continuous learning and growth that real estate offers. After stepping down as a Broker/Owner, he is eager to focus on listings, developments, and new construction—areas where his expertise and experience shine.

Navigating the evolving real estate industry has been a significant challenge for Alexander. “Markets go up and down, and things are always evolving,” he acknowledged. His solution to this challenge is staying true to his mission, goals, core values, and competencies. In the age of disruptive technology, he emphasizes the importance of staying focused, adapting, and improving without straying far from the core. “I view a challenge as an opportunity and firmly believe in the ‘Kaizen’ theory of continuous improvement,” he asserted.

In a career spanning nearly three decades, Alexander has weathered market cycles and managed the needs of clients and agents. His advice for up-and-coming agents is to establish a vision, define a clear mission, set challenging goals, stay true to core values, and never stop learning.

Beyond the realm of real estate, Alexander finds time to engage in hobbies like golf, history, art, reading business books, and travel. Exploring museums during his travels and immersing himself in the stories told by history and art are some of his favorite pastimes.

FUN FACT

Alexander is a direct descendant of an Alamo messenger, John William Smith, who is honored with a statue in the Statuary at the Alamo. “I like to go to the Dawn at the Alamo ceremony every year on March 6th, the day the Alamo fell. If we do not remember history, we forget its lessons.” He can also trace his genealogy back to Robert the Bruce. In addition, George Washington’s sister, Betty Washington Lewis, is his eighth great-grandmother.

In closing, Alexander shared a “Trinity” of timeless wisdom passed down from his family. “Your ability to say ‘No’ is your strongest asset,” advised his mother. His father emphasized the importance of timely decision-making, stating, “Once you have made a decision, every day you delay, you are delaying the rest of your life.” The parting words from his grandfather encapsulated the essence of integrity and reputation as everlasting legacies: “The only thing you take with you is your pride and the only thing you leave behind is your reputation.” Alexander uses this wisdom in his professional approach and in life.

As he continues to contribute to the real estate fabric of Fort Worth, Alexander Chandler stands not just as a seasoned real estate professional but as an icon of experience, knowledge, and unwavering integrity in the Texas market. “I would like most to be remembered for being good at what I do and that I worked with integrity.”
