IT’S THE MINDSET.” IT’S THE MINDSET.” “IT’S NOT THE MARKET.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the past few years working with top real estate agents in DFW, it’s this: The best of the best don’t let the market define their success.

Yes, the market shifts. Interest rates rise and fall. Inventory tightens. Headlines scream uncertainty. But the top producers? They rise anyway. They choose grit over excuses. They double down on relationships, sharpen their skillset, and refuse to sit back and wait for things to “go back to normal.”

So this August, I want to challenge you: Stop watching the market and start watching your mindset.

I see it firsthand. Ashley, an RP Top Agent who also is on the Real Producers Team, is having one of her best years yet—not because everything is easy, but because she shows up every day with intention, focus, and drive. Her husband, Reece, said it best: “She’s making it happen.”

And that’s the mindset I see echoed across so many of you who grace these pages month after month.

We created Real Producers to connect and celebrate agents like you—people who don’t just survive in a tough market, but thrive. Because it’s not the economy. It’s not the season. It’s not the interest rates. It’s you. And how you choose to respond.

We just wrapped up our August 7th Masterclass, where a panel of experts unpacked how to leverage AI in business. The agents who showed up? They didn’t do it because they had time to kill. They did it because they know the best investment they can make is in themselves. They’re showing up. They’re learning. They’re sharpening their edge.

The truth is, mindset is what separates those who get by from those who break through. And that’s exactly why we’re fired up for what’s coming next.

Mark your calendars: is happening September 29–30 at the Loews in Arlington.

This isn’t just another conference; it’s a chance to be in the room with agents and leaders from across the country—including powerhouse speakers like Rory Vaden, Molly Bloom, and Tom Ferry. The kind of people who stretch your thinking and raise your standard.

If you’re ready to be inspired, sharpened, and equipped to dominate this next season—don’t miss it.

Here’s to showing up, staying sharp, and keeping the right mindset, no matter what the market does.

Ministry through Real Estate

WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN PHOTOS BY BETH GRAEME PHOTOGRAPHY

In the fast-paced world of North Dallas real estate, Amanda and Chris Greehey are redefining what it means to be successful agents. To them, real estate isn’t a numbers game or a hustle for recognition— it’s rooted in a desire to serve others with heart.

“Our work isn’t just about transactions,” Amanda shares. “It’s about living out our values, leading with integrity, and making a positive impact.” That belief is more than a mission statement—it’s the heartbeat of their brokerage, William Grayson Realty, and the compass that guides every decision they make.

Their story begins in two very different places: Chris was raised in Richardson, Texas, by a single mother who taught him resilience and grit. Amanda, born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas, eventually found her way to North Texas in her early twenties. Though their paths to real estate were unconventional—Chris once ran a vehicle repair shop and worked in land acquisitions, while Amanda managed national security accounts and co-owned a custom off-road shop—they both brought with them a fierce work ethic and a shared vision for a meaningful life.

That vision found its home in real estate.

They launched their careers in 2013 and, over the years, discovered that the true reward wasn’t just in the contracts or closings—it was in the stories behind them. “Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction,” Chris says. “It’s a personal, emotional process, and we love being the ones people trust to walk alongside them through it.”

From guiding a first-time buyer to the keys of their dream home to helping a family take their next big step, Amanda and Chris see each client as a unique opportunity to serve. “We’re especially focused on creating a client experience that feels less like a business deal and more like a conversation with friends who have your back,” Amanda explains.

At the core of that approach is their unwavering

It’s about creating positive experiences for our clients, helping them feel confident and cared for through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.”

faith. “God is at the center of everything we do—our family, our business, and how we serve clients,” Chris affirms. Their journey is one of stewardship, not self-promotion. They see their brokerage as a platform to honor God, nurture meaningful relationships, and make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

Mentorship is another cornerstone of their business. “There’s room for everyone at the table,” Amanda says. “We believe in helping others grow while growing ourselves.” Watching new agents gain confidence and find their footing brings them as much joy as closing a million-dollar deal.

But building a business while raising a family doesn’t come without challenges. Balancing the demands of entrepreneurship with their commitment to being present, intentional parents to their son, Grayson,

Striking the right balance between professionalism and genuine connection is something we continuously work on.”

takes daily effort and grace. “Finding that harmony between work and family life requires constant adjustment and intentional choices,” Amanda says candidly.

Working as a husband-and-wife duo adds another layer of complexity—and blessing. “It means learning to separate work from home life, communicate clearly under pressure, and support one another through high-stress

moments,” Chris shares. “This dynamic has strengthened our relationship but also requires ongoing effort and understanding.”

Even amidst the unpredictability of the market and the emotional weight of clients’ life transitions, the Greeheys remain steadfast. They see obstacles not as setbacks, but as opportunities to grow deeper in faith and stronger in service. “Every person brings

their own expectations, emotions, and communication styles,” Amanda says. “Striking the right balance between professionalism and genuine connection is something we continuously work on.”

For Amanda and Chris, real estate is more than a profession—it’s the foundation of the legacy they’re building. A legacy rooted in love, faith, and purposeful living. “From the very beginning, our dream has been to be present, handson parents who raise our son with love, guidance, and stability,” Amanda shares. Real estate offers them not just financial freedom, but the flexibility to be there for the moments that matter most.

That’s what success looks like to them— not just a thriving business, but a life

well-lived. “Success means building a thriving real estate business that allows us to be present parents and partners,” Chris reflects. “It’s about creating positive experiences for our clients, helping them feel confident and cared for through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.”

Every handshake, every closing, every milestone—they all lead back to a central truth: this isn’t just business. It’s a ministry. It’s a mission. It’s a way to love people well.

Amanda and Chris Greehey aren’t just selling homes. They’re building foundations—spiritually, emotionally, and generationally. And in every interaction, they offer something far more enduring than square footage or curb appeal. They offer heart.

INSPECT 360

You probably know Inspect360, DFW’s premier home and commercial inspection company providing quality inspections and services that hold our real estate deals together. They’re about to celebrate their 20th anniversary of inspecting our homes. That’s 20 years of roof climbing, crawlspace crawling, sewer scoping, report writing, photo taking, poking, and prodding homes all over DFW. And General Manager Eli Rader Howard sits proudly at the helm.

While many businesses help us buy and sell homes in DFW, few have helped as many REALTORS®, buyers, and sellers, in as many different ways as Inspect360. They drive improvement of inspection standards, bring educational outreach to brokerages, and collaborate on vision for our market. Founder Lance Dunahoe is ubiquitous. If he has never helped you, thanked you, or made you chuckle, well, could be you’re the only one, and he’s on his way over there now! These folks are constantly engaging, learning, improving, and innovating. While you’re reading this, Inspect360 has added even more certified expertise to their team – mold detection. And they’ll add anything else we need.

Music lovers might also recognize Howard as the songwriter and leader of Eli Rader Howard Red Dirt Music. Howard notes that being a band leader has been a great place to hone management skills. Eli developed the expertise to coordinate important people and jobs successfully, calmly, and repeatedly. And Howard is definitely in the management groove— leading the inspection team with that same crazy-cool synergy that happens

when a band is in sync with each other and the audience. His shows start a little earlier than before because, come sunup, Eli is all about his Inspect360 team and your real estate deals.

As the leader of Inspect360 since 2021, Howard works closely with company founder Lance Dunahoe. And like Dunahoe, Howard is the son of a minister. He recalls fondly how his family made music together, traded instruments, and learned how to play “from the heart to God.” Pastor Howard was firm yet nurturing. “He has fifty years in the ministry, and he’s my hero,” says Howard. “He’ll tell you if anything is out of tune or something isn’t right. I’m just like him; I translate that kind of caring firmness to our team.”

Howard and the inspectors run a tight ship. With ministry, music, and mission in his blood, it’s easy to see Eli is focused and serious. Yet when Howard hears feedback that an inspector has done a great job, his face brightens, and his smile takes over. You realize this guy is about the success of his band of inspectors and their audience (us!). That’s his thing. “It makes my day to hear ‘Hey, I need to take two minutes to tell you how impressed I am by your inspector.’ Our inspectors bring great results and don’t let errors slow clients down. So yeah, them getting compliments makes me really proud.”

At home, the Howard family celebrates each other and their traditions. Wife Alison leads the family and is cheer director at the successful Excite! Gym and Cheer. “We met as top collegiate national champion cheerleaders!” says

Howard. Yes, you heard it right, Eli was a Navarro and Oklahoma State cheerleader. And sons Hutch Rader Howard (4) and Byrl Rader Howard (2) sing backup in the Howard family band. “My boys’ middle name is also Rader, like me” says Howard. “That is my beautiful mother’s maiden name. Both boys are named after their greatgrandfathers, too.”

Tradition, learning, and accountability have always been essential parts of Howard’s life, and those values translate directly back to Inspect360. He and his inspectors often supplement their education with additional classes and coursework, and the constant learning keeps daily operations sharp. But Howard is quick to mention that, like applause at a show, feedback remains

key. He likes to tell the story of entering a songwriting contest and getting significant praise for how well he performed. “I wanted the feedback more than the praise,” he says. “Those judges were great pros… all those artists who lost, including me, got to get better. I made sure I got my learning, too.”

Learning from victories, learning from failures, learning from creative resources, and through it all, Howard continues to listen closely. So much so that it could inspire a song. “I listen carefully to what people say,” he says. “And sometimes they say something so good it sticks in my head, and I’m like, ‘Where did you get that? I’m putting that in a song!’” Maybe one day you’ll find yourself, and your words, in the groove with Howard and Inspect360.

PROCO ROOFING

Doing the Right Thing

For Taylor Davis, co-owner of PROCO Roofing, success isn’t measured in sales figures or square footage—it’s measured in trust, impact, and integrity. “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time,” he says, quoting Maya Angelou. And if you spend any time talking to Taylor, it becomes abundantly clear who he is—a man devoted to doing the right thing, even when it’s hard.

Born and raised in the Grapevine/ Colleyville area, Taylor’s path to roofing wasn’t a straight one. “I moved to Austin in 2001 to do music,” he recalls. After years on the road performing in nearly every major market, releasing eight albums, and even living in NYC, Taylor eventually made his way back to DFW, where he met his wife, Annie. With their growing family—daughter Margot and son Kingsley—Taylor began looking for a new chapter. That chapter began with a phone call.

“I met Robert Gotcher through music,” Taylor says. “Years later, he started PROCO, and I came on board just a few weeks after it launched.

Baby number two was on the way, and I needed a change.” That leap into the roofing industry turned out to be one of the best decisions of his life.

Today, Taylor is one of four key leaders at PROCO Roofing, alongside co-owner Robert Gotcher, Director of Operations Jake Gibb, and Controller Taylor Riley. The company now employs 120 people across DFW, Austin, and Houston. But while PROCO has scaled up significantly, the foundation has remained the same: quality and integrity.

“‘People Over Profit’ is our motto,” Taylor says. “Every roofing company runs into issues, but what sets us apart is how we handle them.” That mindset is more than just a phrase—it’s a promise. PROCO refuses to engage in illegal or unethical practices, like paying deductibles on behalf of customers. “We ask our clients: If a roofer is willing to break the law with you, what else might they be willing to do on your roof?”

By keeping things honest and above board, PROCO builds relationships, not just roofs. They offer residential and commercial roofing services, including gutters, screens, chimney caps, and storm restoration. But their niche, especially in DFW, is helping real estate agents get deals across the finish line. “Our residential team is built to make roof replacements seamless during real estate transactions,” Taylor explains. “We handle

Taylor Davis, Co-owner

we handle everything so the agent can focus on selling homes.”

And when it comes to commercial roofing, PROCO’s track record is equally impressive. From schools and churches to apartment complexes and banks, their team can scale to meet just about any need.

Yet, amidst the business growth and logistics, Taylor’s favorite part of the job remains the people. “I’m most passionate about helping customers in need,” he says. Each year, PROCO takes on 5-10 charity projects— installing roofs at no cost for families or individuals in the community who simply can’t afford the repair. “We

partner with our manufacturers, suppliers, crews, and project managers to make it happen. It’s a team effort.”

That team-first attitude doesn’t stop at work. At home, Taylor’s life is just as full. He and Annie are parents to two energetic kids, both budding musicians. “Margot plays piano and

‘PEOPLE OVER PROFIT’ IS OUR MOTTO. EVERY ROOFING COMPANY RUNS INTO ISSUES, BUT WHAT SETS US APART IS HOW WE HANDLE THEM.”

writes her own songs, and Kingsley is an awesome drummer,” he beams.

“We love playing music together.”

Their two dogs, a French bulldog named Marcelle (who Taylor jokes is “600 years old”) and a beagle named Eleanor, keep things chaotic and fun.

“We’re basically experts at cleaning up messes from the dogs and kids,” he laughs. “And we get gold medals for driving to baseball, rock climbing, piano, drums, Pokémon Club—you name it.”

Despite the busyness of life, Taylor still finds time for his first passion. He

plays in a band, Taylor Davis and the Moonlighters, and even jams with other dads from his kids’ school. “Music is still a huge part of who I am,” he says. “Playing with my kids is the best part.”

Of course, finding that elusive worklife balance is a work in progress. “I manage it terribly!” he admits with a grin. But when your work brings meaning and your life is filled with laughter and love, it’s hard to call it anything but successful.

Looking ahead, Taylor is focused on growth—but only the kind that stays

rooted in principle. “Our goal is to continue building a company that’s based on quality and integrity,” he says. “If we never stray from that, the future is exciting.”

To real estate agents and top producers across North Texas, Taylor has a simple invitation: “Let us be part of your team. We’ll help you close deals—and you’ll never have to worry if your roofer is doing the right thing.”

Because at PROCO Roofing, they’ve already made that decision for you.

Brittany

Stewart

Carving Her Own Path

WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN

PHOTOGRAPHY BY VANESSA CORRAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Strategist, servant leader, and mom. These are all roles that fit North Dallas real estate agent Brittany Stewart. With over two decades of experience and a lifetime of grit and hustle, Brittany has built her business on a simple but powerful belief: Success is through people.

“I jumped into real estate fresh out of college at the ripe age of 21,” Brittany says. Growing up in a small, rural Florida town, she learned to be tough and to dream beyond the horizon. “I grew up with grit and a strong work ethic with desires to move to a bigger city,” she recalls. Her academic path led her to Florida State University, where she studied psychology and human sciences. Initially, she planned to become a psychologist—but life had other plans. “After mental illness struck close to home, I chose the path of real estate.”

That path has turned into a legacy. Today, Brittany is a Broker and Owner of Luxe Realty Group under eXp Realty, where she leads a top-producing team with over $300 million in career volume. Her accolades are many—eXp ICON Award winner for four consecutive years, multiple-time Best of D honoree, Real Producers Top 500 Agent, and more. But Brittany’s proudest accomplishments are rooted not in awards, but in impact.

“Empowering my team to succeed, giving back to our community, and ensuring every client feels like they’re our only client” is what fuels her daily grind. Her team culture, she says, “is bar none,” and she never hesitates to express how much she values her people. “I have HUGE appreciation for my team and admins. I could not be successful without them.”

But Brittany’s journey hasn’t come without its challenges. “Death, divorce, deceit, doubt, debt—I’ve had several challenges,” she shares candidly. “I’ve learned to overcome selfdoubt and societal expectations. Learning to trust my instincts and carve my own path has been one of my greatest lessons.”

One of her greatest balancing acts has been raising two incredible children—Caisen, 14, and Aria, 11—while building and leading a high-performing real estate business. “At home, I am known as Mama,” she smiles. “My friends say Caisen is the business ‘me’ and Aria is the fun ‘me.’ They are both the joy and fuel of my life.” Being a single mother while scaling Luxe Realty Group is “a daily juggle, but one I wouldn’t trade for anything.”

Real estate, for Brittany, is more than a career—it’s a vehicle for purpose. It allows her to travel, provide for her family, and build something lasting. “Real estate is the vehicle that allows me to create a legacy of empowerment and significance,” she says. And that legacy includes mentoring the next generation. “The most rewarding part of my business? Mentoring new agents to reach their full potential and helping clients grow generational wealth.”

When she’s not negotiating contracts or mentoring new talent, Brittany finds joy in service and self-care. “Every night, you can find me in the gym—it’s a newly formed passion,” she says. Her calendar is often dotted with travel plans—crystal clear beaches with the kids or country festivals with friends—and she finds fulfillment volunteering at local nonprofits like Hugs Cafe, Embrace McKinney, and The Aloe Family. “Serving is also a Luxe Realty Group requirement,” she notes. “It’s part of who we are.”

Despite her impressive resume and packed schedule, Brittany keeps her approach refreshingly grounded. “I bring a nononsense approach, backed by experience, empathy, and a relentless drive to get results.” That drive is supported by systems and automation—tools that free her time to focus where it matters most: people.

RELATIONSHIPS AND INTEGRITY ARE THE FOUNDATION OF THIS BUSINESS.”

“You can’t automate relationships,” she says. “But you can automate the rest.”

Looking ahead, Brittany’s goals reflect her desire to scale wisely while keeping her heart at the center. “I want to exchange time for leverage using tech and tools to help more families. I also want to mentor the next generation of top agents and visit Japan with my kids.”

Her advice to upand-coming agents is both practical and inspiring: “Stay authentic to yourself and your values. Surround yourself with those who are going where you want to go. Never stop learning. Relationships and integrity are the foundation of this business.”

And perhaps her favorite piece of advice? “Trust your gut twice as much as your mind,” she says. “This is so true in real estate—whether it’s in safety, investments, or integrity—trusting your intuition is a must.”

As for Dallas, Brittany is all in. “Dallas is one of my obsessions,” she says. “There’s a sense of security, opportunity, and friendliness. I wouldn’t want to raise my kids anywhere else.” She sees a bright future for the region—with more amenities, continued growth, and yes, maybe even flying Ubers to help with traffic.

a hustle with heart looks like.” She leads with grit, gives with intention, and inspires others to do the same. “Leadership that lifts, culture that sticks, and results that grow—that’s the goal.”

In a business built on transactions, Brittany has made it her mission to focus on transformation—of her clients, her agents, her community, and herself.

Finding the Way Back

If you ask North Dallas real estate agent Alex Cho what success looks like, he won’t rattle off a list of sales figures or awards. He won’t tell you about how long he’s been in real estate (though it’s been 20 years) or the franchise he now co-owns. He’ll pause, reflect, and say something surprising: “One’s level of peace is my ultimate measure of success.”

It’s a hard-won truth that Alex earned through a journey that has included both incredible setbacks and steady, meaningful growth.

Alex was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, but moved to Arlington when he was 2 years old. He would spend the rest of his youth in Irving and Coppell, Texas, before heading to Baylor University to study finance and real estate. He wanted to work with his father, a pastor who also practiced commercial real estate, but he tragically passed away in 2005 after a 15-year battle with cancer. Determined to continue down this path, Alex launched his career and focused solely on commercial real estate. But just four years later, the 2009 recession hit— and life as he knew it came undone.

“I had just married my wife, and she was pregnant with our first son. We were operating a retail business, and one of our partners fell victim to fraud. Eventually, the business failed, and I filed for bankruptcy in 2010,” he shared. “We sold what we could, loaded up our truck, and moved into a one-bedroom apartment. I started over with a banking job—just to get benefits.”

Despite the hardship, Alex never stopped seeking opportunity. “My manager let me practice residential real estate on the side, so I started selling homes in the evenings and on weekends,” he said. That side hustle quickly became a full-time calling. By 2014, he left banking altogether. By 2017, he bought into the United Real Estate franchise—and has grown every year since.

It’s clear that Alex doesn’t view real estate as just a business. It’s a mission. “I consider my clients an extension of my family,” he said. “Ultimately, my goal is to help them generate wealth with me so we can create greater opportunities in the future.”

That passion for building generational wealth isn’t just talk. It shows up in every deal, like a recent transaction he described as his favorite of the year. “The buyer was

going to walk away because the MUD tax was too high,” he recalled. “So I worked with the seller to offer $5,500 to buy down the buyer’s interest rate to offset that tax. We made the deal work.” Creative problem-solving like that is what drives him. “I love finding solutions that serve everyone involved.”

He’s particularly fond of working with first-time buyers. “They let me into their lives—their dreams, their goals. It’s an honor to be part of their future,” he said. “When a client calls a year later to ask if solar makes sense or if it’s time to refinance, that’s when I know I’ve done my job.”

As fulfilling as it’s been, Alex admits the work hasn’t always come with balance. “The biggest challenge has been managing time,” he explained. “In the early years, I missed both the big and little moments in life. I chased every lead, showed houses at the drop of a hat, and put clients before everything—even my family.”

I want to be remembered as someone who gave thoughtful, sound advice that helped people build better futures,” he said. “I’m not just selling homes—I’m helping families create wealth, find peace, and dream big.

His wife, originally from South Korea, stood by him during those difficult times, raising their three children while Alex rebuilt their life. “Life at home was chaos for a while,” he admitted. “But we got through it. And now I make it a priority to create memories with my family while still doing the work I love.”

With the oldest son who loves to fish, the younger son who sings and performs, and a spirited baby daughter, Alex’s home life is full—and so is his gratitude. “I’ve learned a lot about being a husband and father just by watching some of my clients. In their stress, I saw peace. And I wanted that peace for my family, too.”

Peace, for Alex, isn’t about slowing down. He still rides motorcycles, boats, fishes, off-roads, and even plays in a weekly neighborhood poker game. But now, his definition of success is rooted in balance, not burnout.

And in every client interaction, Alex is playing the long game. “Most people will buy three to five homes in their life,” he said. “My job is to help them get a house they can easily move on from when they’re ready for the next step.” His holistic approach means he considers every aspect of a client’s financial picture—not just the home they want today.

“I want to be remembered as someone who gave thoughtful, sound advice that helped people build better futures,” he said. “I’m not just selling homes—I’m helping families create wealth, find peace, and dream big.”

With a spirit of gratitude and a strategy built on experience, Alex Cho isn’t just helping clients find homes—he’s helping them build lives they love. After 20 years of doing so, he’s found peace, purpose, and his own version of success.

Jackie

Chasing the Dream Jackie

By the time most people think about slowing down, Jackie Villegas was just getting started.

After a 32-year corporate career in aviation with American Airlines— spanning airport operations, global sales, finance, and customer service—Jackie made the bold decision to begin a brandnew chapter at the age of 50. That chapter would eventually become her greatest yet: a thriving, heart-led real estate business serving North Dallas and beyond.

“I want people to see that real estate is about heart and hustle,” Jackie says. “I pour everything into giving my clients the ultimate concierge-level experience they’ll never forget.”

Raised by a single mother in Los Angeles after immigrating from Guatemala at just two years old, Jackie’s early years were shaped by determination and pride. “My mom was a hardworking entrepreneur who loved me more than life itself,” she shares. “Through her, I learned that drive and determination can take you anywhere.” Those values would carry her through a standout academic career and a groundbreaking professional journey.

After high school in LA, Jackie pursued her undergraduate studies on the vibrant island of Puerto Rico—an experience that shaped her deeply. “I graduated magna cum laude from InterAmerican University, and those years taught me so much about culture, family, music, salsa dancing, and lifelong friendships,” she reflects. At just 27, Jackie landed her first management role at Miami International Airport, chosen from 26 candidates. That

role catapulted her into a corporate career that took her around the globe.

Yet as much as aviation gave her, Jackie began to feel the pull of something more personal—something entirely her own. In 2017, she earned her real estate license while still jetting across continents. But trying to juggle a part-time business and a

full-time travel-heavy career proved unsustainable. Then, the world shifted.

“When the pandemic hit, the airline industry faced major uncertainty,” Jackie recalls. “I decided to retire on a high note and finally pursue real estate full-time. In July 2020, I officially launched my business— and I’ve never looked back.”

That first year wasn’t without its challenges. “I had to overcome the mental shift from corporate structure to the rhythm of real estate. It’s not about perfection—it’s about growth, resilience, and flexibility,” she says. But with strong mentors like Ronnie Aroche and a deep commitment to excellence, Jackie found her footing fast.

Her business exploded. In just under five years, she’s achieved over $40 million in career volume, closing $17 million in 2024 alone. She’s now a top producer at Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors, ranking #17 companywide and #4 individual agent in the McKinney office. “It’s been such a meaningful milestone. I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve built,” Jackie says.

Ask any of her clients, and they’ll tell you: working with Jackie isn’t your typical real estate experience—it’s a white-glove journey guided by empathy, care, and unmatched attention to detail.

“My clients aren’t just transactions. I treat each one like they’re the only client I’m serving,” she explains. “From trusted lenders to designers, stagers, photographers, and licensed contractors, I provide access to a full network. I manage every detail so they can focus on what matters—making their next move with confidence.”

For Jackie, relationships are everything. “The most rewarding part of my business is when clients refer their loved ones or come back for their next move. That’s when I know I’ve done something truly meaningful.”

Jackie’s natural warmth, combined with her luxury-level service, sets her apart

in a competitive market. But she remains grounded in the bigger picture. “Success isn’t just about sales. It’s about the lives you touch along the way. I want to be remembered for leading with integrity, for my serving heart, and for going the extra mile every time.”

This year, Jackie has her sights set on continued growth in the luxury market, expanding her referral network, and giving back. “I want to mentor new agents the way my mentor supported me. It’s important to pay it forward.”

REAL ESTATE HAS GIVEN ME THE FREEDOM TO CREATE SOMETHING THAT’S TRULY MINE—ROOTED IN SERVICE, RESULTS, AND MAKING PEOPLE FEEL SEEN, HEARD, AND CARED FOR.

Outside of real estate, Jackie is a selfproclaimed foodie with a passion for mom-and-pop restaurants, street tacos, and Puerto Rican cuisine. She loves to dance salsa and is a devoted 70s disco fan. “If Donna Summer or the Bee Gees come on while I’m working, you better believe I’ll start dancing!” she laughs. Travel is her ultimate recharge—especially across Latin America and Europe—and her daily threemile walks are where new ideas take root.

As a proud resident of McKinney, Jackie sees DFW as a region on the rise. “DFW offers the perfect balance,” she shares. “You get charming suburbs, incredible dining, rich culture, and big-city energy—all within reach. In 5 to 10 years, I see this area becoming an even greater hub for innovation and opportunity.”

Jackie Villegas may have started her real estate career later than most, but she’s proof that it’s never too late to chase a new dream—and turn it into something extraordinary.

“I built this from scratch. Real estate has given me the freedom to create something that’s truly mine—rooted in service, results, and making people feel seen, heard, and cared for. That’s what fuels my energy. This isn’t just a career for me. It’s my calling.”

Greg Esquilino and his wife wanted to bring DFW a roofing company that would push communication and high values over all else. He noticed that lack in the industry since he first started in roofing

Brendan Thomas, a lifelong friend of Greg's, shared this vision and ultimately joined Greg. He and Greg are expanding their services across DFW and East Texas, creating long lasting relationships.
