Boot Camp

Looking for a challenge? This motivating cardio class changes up each and every week - strength, core, and cardio

Butts & Abs

No more buts this class will sculpt, burn, and tone the glutes as well as the abdominals Great for everyone!

Core Fit

Exercises to strengthen your 'core' muscles; abdominal, back, and pelvis A blend of strength and stretch techniques will build your core, making it easier to participate in activities and everyday life

Deep Stretch

This 35-minute class is relaxing and rejuvenating. Longer holds to help lengthen and create flexibility. Great for those who are short on time.

Express Cardio Fit 30

A 30-minute cardio class using a selection of exercises that will give you results.

Express Strength 30

A 30-minute full body strength session to help build muscular strength and endurance, using light to medium weights and high repetitions

Joint Wellness

Gentle Dryland exercise program that includes chair exercises, strength, mobility, balance, and relaxation

Lunch Crunch

Full body circuit training is guaranteed to get the heart rate up for the mid-day sweat!

Muscle Hustle

A full-body high-intensity interval training class that will get those muscles hustling.

Spin

Upbeat cardio classes A great way to challenge yourself through drills and skills. Look at cycling in a new light.

Step & Strength

An energizing start to your weekend! An hour and 15 minutes cardio and strength intervals class using the steps for an allover body workout Followed by core and a great stretch!

Strength & Stretch

This is 30 minutes of strength followed by 15 minutes of Yoga-style stretching; it will leave you feeling strong and lean

Strong Fit

This 40-minute class is great for your lunch hour break It will work all your muscle groups and push you to use heavier weights than you would on your own Join Kerry and discover a great way to define, sculpt, and build lean muscle Focuses on isolation and compound exercises with free weights, kettlebells, bosu balls, and more

Throwback Thursdays

This class will use a bit of everything to bring out your glow Grab your legwarmers and water bottle and get ready to get “Footloose” Great for all decades!

Tone & Tighten

This class works your entire body Full of fun variations on classic exercises with different equipment Leave refreshed to take on the rest of your day!

Total Body Conditioning

This is an all-over body workout with a focus on strength, there will be low-impact cardio to keep the heart rate elevated. If you need that extra push this is for you.

Aquatic Drop-In Fitness Description

Aqua Burn

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio…This all-level class includes warm up, cardio, strengthening, abs, and a cool down. Taught in cooler pool.

Arthritic Flow

Recovering from an injury, surgery, or have limited mobility? A gentle warm-up followed by range of motion exercises, a warm down, and relaxing stretch Taught in warm pool

Aqua Lunch

In the cooler pool, this great lunch time workout is 45 minutes and includes cardio, strength, and a cool down

Aqua Spin

Tethered to the lane line and performing simulated spin exercises - this program is a great toning & cardio workout. Cooler pool.

Aqua Therapy

Those living with arthritis, lower back pain, fibromyalgia or recovering from acute illness or surgery Includes range of motion, muscle conditioning, and 10-15 minutes of gentle cardio. Work at your pace, taught in warm pool

Aqua Yoga

Develop strength and balance with this relaxing form of aquatic exercise Aqua Yoga is low impact, performing Yoga poses in warm water

Recon Therapy

This class is a combination of Aqua Therapy and Reconditioning Classes, great for those recovering from illness, surgery, arthritis or any condition in which impact needs to be reduced. Includes range of motion, muscle conditioning, and gentle cardio. Work at your pace, taught in warm pool

Reconditioning

Looking for a little more than Aqua Therapy? This class includes 15-20 minutes cardio followed by range of muscle conditioning, strengthening, and stretching. Taught in warm pool.

Water Fit

Taught in the warmer pool, these easy-to-follow moves use the water as resistance, is non-impact core & strength challenging as well as fun.
