Igrewupwithsiblings,parents,grandandgreatgrandparents,andsoverymanycousins.Irealized allfamiliesaretheirownformofnormaland dysfunctional,andIlearnedthatactionshave consequences(notbecauseofmorelabelling)but throughtrial,errorandexperience.Overthe years,thishasbroadenedmyhorizonsandmade meappreciatemyupbringingandheritage.Ialso holdspaceandgraceforothersbecausenoneof us"knowswhatwedon'tknow."
