OUR MISSION STATEMENT Laura at Simcoe Natural Foods wanted to let families know that they now carry Super Hero Head Lice Solution from Lice Squad. This awesome Canadian product was developed by a mom who felt there was a definite need for a non-chemical product to treat head lice. With all the kids back at school, sooner or later head lice will appear, and Laura wants to help! Laura firmly believes in this Lice Squad and over the years has done some work for the company, so she knows first-hand the highquality product you are getting.

We are committed to providing superior foot care to our growing community by utilizing the latest techniques and technology with a compassionate, gentle approach to patient care. Our practice strives to provide the best of our skills to realize a shared vision of excellence in all aspects of our treatments to make your foot health our priority.

Super Hero carries a complete line from combs to a one-time shampoo for removal. If you have any question feel free to pop in and chat with Laura, she is more than happy to answer any questions you may have!

Sometimes no matter how hard you try to conquer a certain PB (personal best), for some reason it does not work out! We have talked about this before. Sometimes outside factors can affect your results. The weather is too hot or too cold, improper hydration (over or under), diet, the goo won't settle, you have a persistent, nagging injury, or it just isn't your day. Perhaps, the biggest obstacle of all is getting out of your own head. Over the years I have found that if you stick to your goal, believe in yourself and be dedicated to your training, it will eventually happen. It may take a few more times then you hope, but each time you will learn a little about yourself and what it is going to take to accomplish your goal! Stay positive and remember, if it were easy, everyone would do it!
