Prior to real estate, Noble Black had a successful career as a securities attorney for one of the most prominent NYC law firms. He later worked as a producer for one of NBC’s marquee television series. Jamie Gagliano is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Noble Black & Partners. Jamie brings over 18 years of executive experience managing strategic growth in both the prime real estate and private wealth management sectors, and a deep and broad network of carefully cultivated global connections. In her new role, she oversees the office’s operations and client outreach to support the team of the best-in-class real estate professionals and to orchestrate the teams strategic brand expansion into new key luxury markets. A trifecta of deep expertise in luxury real estate, private wealth, and hospitality, Jamie’s breadth of accomplishments is in perfect alignment with Noble Black’s brand values and modus operandi.

Prior to joining Noble Black & Partners, Jamie led operations for a top-3 nationally ranked team, helping to achieve eight consecutive years of top rankings while personally closing the largest deal signed in downtown New York in 2020. Additionally, she served as a representative and project director for design, renovation, and

construction for multiple projects on behalf of one of the top financial leaders. In her role as Chief of Staff, Jamie built a comprehensive services company to support their personal endeavors and extensive philanthropic pursuits.

Jamie is on the Board of Trustees for DIFFA, is member of The Chief of Staff Association (CSA), the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Worldwide Women’s Association, New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC) and on the Board of Trustees for Stetson University School of Music.

Douglas Brown

Douglas thrives in the luxury market and brings a unique blend of experience across the real estate, marketing, and financial sectors. Having spent more than 12 years at the pre-eminent new development marketing firms, he has been an integral part of some of the most prestigious residential properties in New York City. Known for his consummate professionalism, outstanding work ethic, and strategic marketing expertise, Douglas is dedicated to delivering phenomenal results for buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Douglas began his real estate journey in New York City at Price Waterhouse Coopers, providing specialty advisory, due diligence, and underwriting services to financial institutions acquiring large portfolios of real estate. He then spent six years in the publishing industry, most notably at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, honing his creative marketing and sales skills across multiple media platforms.

In 2011, he returned to the real estate world and has amassed an impressive portfolio of new development experience working alongside industry leaders. Specializing in high-profile offerings, he has worked on a diverse portfolio valued at over $6 billion. His ability to add value is evident in the record-breaking performance for many of his projects.

Today, Douglas is a proud member of the Noble Black & Partners team, consistently ranked within the top three teams and among the nation’s elite by The Wall Street Journal for its outstanding sales achievements year after year. Originally from Texas, Douglas has resided in Fort Greene/Clinton Hill for almost 15 years. Beyond his professional pursuits, he has a diverse range of interests, including architecture, design, and travel. A passionate Brooklynite, he loves taking his Bernedoodle to Fort Greene Park in the mornings, on a hike upstate, or to the beach in Provincetown or Shelter Island.
