The Hamptons represent a natural extension of our New York City business and a personal home for Noble for over a decade. In expanding our presence to the Hamptons, we were guided by our values of authentic service, deep local expertise, and resolute commitment to representing and protecting the interests of our clients. Our team is an embodiment of our beliefs—supported by a deep local connection and profound knowledge of the Hamptons, and the intricacies of its real estate business. For over a decade of success in the real estate industry, Noble has assembled a formidable portfolio of sales at some of the city’s most notable addresses, including 15 Central Park West, The Carlyle, One Beacon Court, 100 Eleventh, Four Seasons Private Residences Downtown, Hudson Yards, Greenwich Lane, 56 Leonard, and Baccarat Residences, to name a few. Among his recordbreaking transactions is Manhattan’s most valuable co-operative at 785 Fifth Avenue, the penthouse at 520 Park Avenue, and the first resale at One57 above Park Hyatt, New York.
Furthermore, Noble and his team represent some of New York’s most acclaimed new development properties, including The Waldorf Astoria Residences and 111 Murray. Prior to real estate, Noble Black had a successful career as a securities attorney for one of the most prominent NYC law firms. He later worked as a producer for one of NBC’s marquee television series. His unwavering professionalism and strategic approach to real estate are deeply rooted in the rigor and discipline of the business of law. Noble has an innate ability to listen and attain his clients’ objectives. His practice is one of a trusted advisor above all else. Noble’s deep knowledge of every aspect of the business and apt ability to analyze market trends have made him a sought-after real estate expert for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CBS, NBC, ABC, and Fox. Business among numerous other media outlets.

Averitt began his real estate career in Manhattan and gradually grew more involved in the Hamptons market as friends and colleagues relied on him over the years to be their trusted Hamptons real estate guide. Although he now focuses exclusively on Hamptons properties, Averitt maintains a presence in both locations and enjoys connecting with clients across the map. Averitt is a licensed attorney in three states and the District of Columbia.
Prior to entering real estate, he was a litigation attorney for a multinational law firm and served as a law clerk for two Federal Court of Appeals judges. His strong legal background affords him expert negotiation skills, a sharp mind for practical reasoning, and an honest, nononsense approach in his dealings. Averitt is an undergraduate of Davidson College and holds a law degree from Wake Forest University.
He lives in an historic home in Southampton Village, and is active in various social and civic organizations in the Hamptons and New York City. He is especially passionate about the preservation of green spaces and historic properties, and serves as a Trustee for the Southampton History Museum.

Born in Manhattan and raised in Palm Beach, you could say Candice has always had the best of both worlds. Though she loves the weather in Florida, living in Manhattan for the last 25 years, this city has captured her heart.
Real estate runs in her family. Candice has had the privilege of mentoring under her mother, the top broker in Palm Beach, where she is also licensed. Clients come to her for help with their real estate needs because of her expertise, exceptional service, and excellent results.
