Prior to real estate, Noble Black had a successful career as a securities attorney for one of the most prominent NYC law firms. He later worked as a producer for one of NBC’s marquee television series. His unwavering professionalism and strategic approach to real estate are deeply rooted in the rigor and discipline of the business of law. James (Averitt) Buttry

Averitt began his real estate career in Manhattan and gradually grew more involved in the Hamptons market as friends and colleagues relied on him over the years to be their trusted Hamptons real estate guide. Although he now focuses exclusively on Hamptons properties, Averitt maintains a presence in both locations and enjoys connecting with clients across the map. Averitt is a licensed attorney in three states and the District of Columbia.

Prior to entering real estate, he was a litigation attorney for a multinational law firm and served as a law clerk for two Federal Court of Appeals judges. His strong legal background affords him expert negotiation skills, a sharp mind for practical reasoning, and an honest, nononsense approach in his dealings. Averitt is an undergraduate of Davidson College and holds a law degree from Wake Forest University.

He lives in an historic home in Southampton Village, and is active in various social and civic organizations in the Hamptons and New York City. He is especially passionate about the preservation of green spaces and historic properties, and serves as a Trustee for the Southampton History Museum.

An accomplished real estate professional and celebrated interior designer, Jon brings a rare combination of transactional expertise and elevated design sensibility, cultivated over a dynamic career in New York, Miami, and New Orleans. His background in advertising sales, property development, and historic restoration has shaped a sophisticated, insight-driven approach that resonates with discerning clientele. Jons interior design work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Martha Stewart Living, Veranda, and Departures, reflecting his refined aesthetic and deep understanding of space and craftsmanship. His past projects include intricate residential conversions, new construction, and the meticulous restoration of landmark properties.

A long-time resident of Sag Harbor, Jon brings an intimate knowledge of the Hamptons market, a keen eye for potential, and a profound respect for architectural integrity. His proudest accomplishment, however, is his family-being a husband and father of two children.

Jon Vaccari

Born and raised in the Hamptons, William Schumann brings over a decade of real estate experience across all property categories in the East End. His insider knowledge of the unique characteristics of each hamlet allows him to expertly guide his clients to their desired lifestyle.

William has an extensive record of success in the market to aptly identify value for savvy investors seeking to capitalize on the robust opportunities in the Hamptons. His keen eye for hidden value and development potential—along with deep understanding of the construction and local regulatory processes—have proven invaluable to numerous notable developers in the area.

William leverages a lifetime of local relationships to offer his clients a network of the industry’s best across all professional paths. William is a graduate of East Hampton High School and Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies.

Shawn Egan

Shawn Egan has dedicated his entire career to the real estate industry, beginning his journey in New York City’s corporate real estate sector right after graduating college. Having spent summers and weekends in the Hamptons during his upbringing, Shawn seamlessly transitioned to becoming a full-time resident of Southampton and ventured into the residential real estate market.

With over eight years of experience, Shawn has established himself as an expert in the East End market, handling all types of properties. His unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and extensive market knowledge consistently yield exceptional results for buyers, sellers, and renters.

Alexandra Winter

Alexandra Winter is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong background in client relations, brand management, and marketing.

With a BBA in Marketing and Advertising from Loyola University Maryland, she began her career in luxury media, leading high-profile advertising campaigns and social media initiatives. She later took on a leadership role at a prominent real estate firm, overseeing multioffice operations, agent training, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Since 2016, Alexandra has focused on luxury residential real estate, where she is known for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with clarity, professionalism, and a personalized approach. Now with Corcoran’s Noble Black & Partners, she serves as Director of Operations for the Hamptons and Salesperson, contributing to both client success and business growth.

Alexandra brings charismatic energy and positivity to every interaction, creating a welcoming and results-driven environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys photography, spending time with family & friends and long walks on the beach with her golden retriever.
