PRACTICE TRANSITION EMAIL Due to COVID-19 many dentists are changing their professional strategies. Some seasoned professionals are looking to transition out of the dental profession, while other dentists are seeking buy-in opportunities. The NJDA is offering its members a Practice Transition Email Communication t​ wo times per quarter that will list these available opportunities.

New ADA flowchart covers steps if staff, household member tests positive for COVID-19 The American Dental Association has updated its Return to Work Interim Guidance Toolkit and released a new flowchart with guidance to follow if a staff member or someone in a staff member’s household tests positive for COVID19. Through the ADA’s Council on Dental Practice, a wide range of monthly wellness webinars has been promoted. These include the webinars: Emotional Impact: Dealing Constructively With Stress in the Midst of COVID19; What Makes Humans Happy; and Balanced By Design: Why “Crazy Busy” Isn’t Sustainable.
