PUBLICATION OF SAW CREEK ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
Saw Creek Estates Strategic Plan Prepare for Launch! After years of in-depth discussion and exhaustive review and analysis by scores of volunteer homeowners, professional consultants, our management team and others, the Board of Directors is preparing to launch a draft of the most comprehensive plan ever to address the future of Saw Creek Estates Community Association. This is a BIG deal! Your undivided attention is urgently needed in the weeks and months ahead! The Board of Directors will soon schedule a Town Hall Meeting to unveil its version of a community Strategic Plan - a plan with a clear and compelling vision for the future. That document offered recommendations in five key areas: •
Governance and Management

Administration
•
Facility Operations & Maintenance
•
Public Safety & Security
•
Recreation & Amenities
The Board readily accepted the need and general principles outlined in the ‘Comprehensive Plan,’ but for the next few years they continued to focus most of their attention on more immediate and shortterm concerns. Eventually, under then President Christopher Irwin-Dudek, the General Manager was Continued on Page 15
