Optimise your lab with LabX software METTLER TOLEDO’s powerful LabX laboratory software allows one to connect a variety of laboratory instruments to ensure efficient, compliant and seamless processes. LabX software comprises several modules designed to accompany METTLER TOLEDO instrumentation, such as precision and analytical balances, density meters, refractometers, autotitrators, Karl Fisher titrators, melting point instruments, Quantos dosing systems, pH meters and UV/VIS (Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy) systems.

Streamline processes LabX offers complete instrument control, electronic data management (network, processing and reporting capabilities) and easy integration of laboratory systems into LIMS. Via a single software interface, one is able to centrally manage multiple instruments, resources, SOPs, tasks and users. Benefits are smooth operation of your laboratory systems, and reduced effort for validation, maintenance and support.

Increase workflow efficiency Secure your workflows and keep data quality high. LabX automates multiple-parameter workflows to increase throughput and reduce cost per sample. Automatic data transfer ensures all sample information entered travels along with the sample, from one instrument to another, eliminating any calculation and transcription errors.

Easy compliance & data integrity LabX ensures traceability and data integrity according to the ALCOA+ (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous/Complete, Original, Accurate) framework throughout workflows. Technical features, including the audit trail and electronic signatures, are stored to support compliance with 21 CFR Part 11. Access all your data quickly and easily during an audit. OMNIS

New adapter technology makes wet chemical analysis safer and more reliable Wet chemical analysis by definition includes handling liquid reagents. Exposure to chemicals during reagent exchange is a potential hazard to the health of laboratory workers, especially when removing aspiration tubes from bottles with toxic content. Metrohm is pleased to present the OMNIS Liquid Adapter, a new technology that puts an end to this risk altogether by handling reagents in a closed system at any stage during reagent exchange. Fully protected exchange of reagents in a matter of seconds The patented OMNIS Liquid Adapter is simply snapped onto a corresponding bottle cap that is part of the reagent bottle. As soon as this liquid adapter is connected to the bottle cap, reagent from

the bottle can be aspirated by the system and the analysis can be started. Full traceability of the analysis to the reagent Artificial intelligence further enhances this new system, enabling unambiguous identification and monitoring of the reagent at all times. To this end, the bottle cap contains an RFID chip with complete information about the content of the bottle. Upon connection to the Liquid Adapter, OMNIS identifies the reagent and checks it against the specifications of the method to be performed. This check prevents user errors and provides full traceability of the titration.
