In 2001 Jen started in real estate as an investor and flipper in the Seattle area. She and her husband also founded several companies over the next two decades including commercial design and construction firms, moving, storage and a development company.
Jen currently serves on the board of a real estate investing firm and is active in real estate advisory boards and trainings. She’s passionate about giving back, creating community, teaching financial literacy, and helping people find HOME.

STRATEGIC PRICING
Pricing your home is both a science and an art. Your home’s exposure is highest when it initially hits the market. For this reason, it’s vital that we develop a thorough pricing strategy. To do this, we must consider the prices of homes in the neighborhood (comparables), adjustments that should be made (increases or decreases) to account for the condition of your home and the timeframe in which you are wanting to sell. If priced accurately, we increase the chances of attracting a qualified, driven buyer quickly. My goal is to maximize your sales price while closing within a timeframe that is reasonable for you.
Pricing correctly helps strike a deal when there is more competition for your home.

When discussing price, we will need to decide what is most important to you- timeframe or profit? The amount of time your home is on the market can affect market value.
RETAIL Pricing
Maximize your possible profits but you’ll dramatically reduce the number of interested buyers and increase the time it takes to sell. Much like a retail store we may have to discount the price to attract Buyers.
Fair Market Value - $1.585 – $1.6m
Increases your chances of a faster sale without sacrificing your profits. This is where most people land in this Seller’s Market. Additionally, using a “9” in the first 3 numbers indicates strong value to the Buyers.
Discount Approach - $1.485m
With a slight discount below market value – no more than a few perscent we can dramatically attract Buyers. Too big a discount and people think something is wrong with it. In this Sellers’ market this isn’t needed as often.

PHOTO SHOOT - Once your home is perfectly prepared, I will schedule our Media Team to capture your property. Using professional photography will allow us to show off what your home has to offer and also allow me to create custom marketing pieces. We like light and bright photos with High Def resolution so the texture and grain comes through.
PORTRAIT Photography – this showcases not just the room but includes lifestyle images showing the way a home might be lived in. i.e. hot coffee cup on the front porch.
VIDEO - video tours are a necessary strategy to give buyers a sense of the space, compelling them to come give it a look in person. Custom formatted videos for 3rd party sites ensures your home will stay top of the list when Buyers search.
DRONE – You have a great lot! We’ll do both drone photography, drone videography and custom aerial editing to highlight just your property.
TWILIGHT – Dusk photos offer an ethereal look and beautifully showcase the home’s features and views.
Drone photography and twilight photos are the icing on the cake for standout images!
