Summary

Since 2018, Saudi Arabia has hosted two WWE events each year The varied sites of these events may have caused issues were it not for the considered approach of the team at Neg Earth Lights Working closely with Jason Robinson and Jason Shaw, we are able to establish commonalities between the shows year to year, enabling Neg Earth Lights to ship increasing volumes of equipment earlier in sea containers

Neg Earth Lights have extensive experience working closely with freight agents to ship equipment all over the world, however the logistics of sea freighting and flying equipment into Saudi Arabia requires a greater accuracy than normal. All boxes are weighed, counted and marked without affecting the tight deadlines of the airlines.

Far from the first time Neg Earth Lights has built a Lighting system to fill a Stadium, we are well equipped to establish a robust and versatile control network system to cover close to 1500 lighting fixtures covering the 3 main areas of each show. Using Opticon Quadcore cabling to link the system together, we established a central data hub and several satellite racks throughout the stadium

From our experiences working in other European and Middle Eastern environments we are always conscious the effect that the weather can have on the outcome of the show, we have worked with the designers in the past to guide product selection towards reliable fixtures without compromising the design outcomes, combined with our many and varied bespoke weatherproofing solutions, Neg Earth Lights can guarantee the quality of its equipment on any stage
